The method for acquiring the product provided by the embodiment of the application can be applied to a network architecture as shown in fig. 2. As shown in fig. 2, the network architecture includes: a client, a product exchange platform (e.g., a smart projection platform), and a product platform (e.g., a sales platform). The description will be given by taking a product exchange platform as an intelligent investment platform and a product platform as a financial product sales platform as an example.
The client is used by the investor, and can provide an intelligent investment interface for the investor and provide intelligent investment service for the investor through interaction with the intelligent investment platform. The client may be a client of the smart-casting facility or may be a client of a docking structure (e.g., a collaboration facility) of the smart-casting facility.
The intelligent investment platform is a platform for providing transaction service for investors by an intelligent investment mechanism (a mechanism to which the intelligent investment platform belongs) or a docking mechanism of the intelligent investment mechanism, and the intelligent investment mechanism or the docking mechanism can interact with the investors through the intelligent investment platform to provide services such as investment consultants, financial product subscription and the like for the investors.
The intelligent investment system allows an intelligent investment mechanism or a docking mechanism to provide an intelligent investment service to investors through one of an intelligent investment straight-selling mode and an intelligent investment secondary distribution self-building APP (Application) mode, wherein,
(1) intelligent-projection-and-marketing mode
The intelligent investment straight-selling mode refers to a business mode which is performed by an intelligent investment organization on an intelligent investment platform of the intelligent investment organization through a self-owned substitute-selling license plate, for example, the intelligent investment organization self-establishes the intelligent investment platform.
The intelligent delivery and maintenance system supports complete intelligent delivery system local deployment of different intelligent delivery mechanisms, and only interfaces of internal gateway services and external app gateways and operation management service gateways of the intelligent delivery and maintenance system need to be connected.
The intelligent investment mechanism can firstly butt joint the internal ordering through an internal gateway interface (the butt joint mechanism refers to a mechanism holding the sale qualification of related financial products), and then butt joint an App end and an operation management background interface through an external gateway service and an operation background gateway service; then, opening a mechanism in the intelligent casting and watching system; then, the operator can log in the operation management background to create various strategy models, and configures the combined product and the detailed basic financial product configuration through the strategy models. The underlying financial products that are marketable by the docking facility need to be deployed prior to deployment of the financial products.
(2) Intelligent casting secondary distribution self-building APP mode
The intelligent casting secondary distribution self-building APP mode is that the docking structure of the intelligent casting mechanism is docked with an interface of an external gateway service of the intelligent casting system to form an own APP or client platform function. The transaction of the docking mechanism through the App client platform is isolated from the transaction of the APP of the mechanism to which the intelligent delivery system belongs, and a user does not sense the transaction. The independent sale operation system of the secondary distributor (docking mechanism) can be formed by carrying out position taking separation and isolation and income distribution calculation on the platform to which the docking mechanism belongs.
In the direct sales mode, the intelligent delivery platform is a platform for providing financial services for the users of the intelligent delivery mechanism by the intelligent delivery system, and in the secondary distribution mode, the client platform or the intelligent delivery platform and the client platform are platforms for providing financial services for the users of the docking mechanism by the intelligent delivery system.
The sales platform refers to a platform for selling financial products through the intelligent commissioning system, such as a fund sales platform, a bank financing sales platform, a security dealer resource management plan sales platform, and the like, but is not limited thereto.
In this embodiment, an obtaining method of a product running on the server or the network architecture is provided, and fig. 3 is a schematic flowchart of an optional obtaining method of a product according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 3, the flowchart includes the following steps:
step S302, first resource information and first product information are obtained, wherein the first resource information is used for representing a first resource to be exchanged in a first resource account corresponding to a target object, the first product information is used for representing a first quantity of target products to be exchanged, which are determined by the target object through a first platform, and the target products are products displayed and exchanged by the target platform through the first platform;
step S304, determining a first product exchange account which is established for a target object in a target platform and corresponds to the first platform, wherein the target platform allows a plurality of product exchange accounts to be established for the target object;
step S306, the first resource of the target object is exchanged for a first number of target products under the first product exchange account.
Optionally, the execution main body of the above steps may be a product exchange platform, the product exchange platform may be connected to a plurality of product platforms, the product platform may display and exchange the product to be exchanged through the product exchange platform, the product exchange platform may also be connected to a plurality of transaction platforms, and the product information of the product platform may be sent to the transaction platform to be displayed and exchanged.
For example, the product exchange platform is a smart projection platform, which may include: a server of the smart casting system, a smart casting background, etc., but not limited thereto, other devices capable of product acquisition (e.g., a device running the smart casting system) may be used to execute the method in the embodiments of the present application.
Through the embodiment, the mode of determining the exchange account according to the product exchange account types supported by the product platform of the exchange product is adopted, and because the target platform allows a plurality of product exchange accounts to be established for the target object, the independent exchange accounts are established for users from different platforms, the problem that product exchange cannot be carried out due to product exchange account errors in the related technology is solved, the product exchange success rate is ensured, and meanwhile, the convenience of maintaining the same product holding chamber by the same user on different platforms is improved.
The following describes a method for obtaining a product in the embodiment of the present application with reference to fig. 3.
In step S302, first resource information and first product information are obtained, where the first resource information is used to indicate a first resource to be exchanged in a first resource account corresponding to the target object, and the first product information is used to indicate a first quantity of target products to be exchanged, which is determined by the target object through the first platform.
A user (investor, target object) may log into a client of a target application that may provide a product exchange service, e.g., a smart patron service, using a target account. For the intelligent delivery service, the target application may be an application of an intelligent delivery mechanism, or an application of a docking mechanism, and may correspond to a financial service platform (e.g., a first platform, a second platform), where the financial service platform may be an intelligent delivery platform of the intelligent delivery mechanism, or a client platform of the docking mechanism.
Within the client's home page or other page, access to a product exchange interface (e.g., a smart-cast interface) may be provided. The product exchange interface is an interface corresponding to a product exchange platform at which product exchange related services can be provided.
For example, the intelligent delivery interface is an interface corresponding to an intelligent delivery system, and various intelligent delivery service-related business interfaces can be provided on the intelligent delivery interface. The intelligent delivery system can provide various services related to intelligent delivery, such as financial product services, position taking and clearing services, transaction services, customer services, policy services, report inquiry services and the like.
It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 4, the client and the smart casting background (background server, running with the smart casting system) may pass through a plurality of intermediate nodes, for example, the network may include: the specific gateways such as the operation gateway, the client gateway and the internal gateway, the relay node and the like can also pass through a server corresponding to a client platform of the docking mechanism. As to the specific form of the network architecture, this embodiment is not particularly limited thereto, and the intelligent investment mechanism or the docking mechanism of the intelligent investment mechanism can provide the investor with the intelligent investment service.
At the product exchange interface, the user may perform product exchange authorization so that the product exchange platform or the transaction platform may provide product exchange services for the user, which may include: recommending the exchanged product combinations to the user; exchanging product combinations for the user according to the confirmation operation of the user. The above process is described below by taking the product exchange interface as the intelligent investment interface, the product exchange platform as the intelligent investment platform, and the product as the financial product sold by the sales platform as an example.
When the user enters the intelligent projection interface, or after the user enters the intelligent projection interface, the related authorization of the intelligent projection can be performed according to the prompt (for example, through a text prompt, a pop-up window prompt, a voice prompt and the like) sent by the intelligent projection system through the intelligent projection interface, so that the intelligent projection system is allowed to provide the intelligent projection service for the intelligent projection system.
The intelligent casting system can provide intelligent casting service for users, and can include: recommending a purchased financial product combination to the user; and (4) the financial product combination is purchased by the user according to the confirmed purchasing operation of the user.
The intelligent investment and care system can determine a target asset proportion of the target object according to the intelligent investment level (which can be used for representing the risk bearing capacity level of the target object) of the target object and the object information, wherein the target asset proportion is the proportion of the investment sum of each asset type in a plurality of asset types which are configured for the target object by the intelligent investment and care system to the total investment sum, and each asset type allows one or more financial products to be configured; then determining the investment amount of each asset type according to the target asset proportion and the total investment amount; determining a recommended financial product and a recommended purchase amount of the recommended financial product under each asset type according to the investment amount of each asset type; recommending the recommended financial product and the recommended purchase amount of the recommended financial product to the target object.
In order to facilitate management and recommendation of financial products sold by different sales platforms, the intelligent delivery system can divide financial products sold by different sales platforms into a plurality of asset types, and the plurality of asset types are the financial product categories set by the intelligent delivery system. For example, according to a broad asset partition, the partitioned asset types may include all or part of the following types: cash, bonds, stocks, gold, overseas.
For example, a smart casting system may divide a financial product into a plurality of asset types, including: cash, bonds, stocks, gold, overseas.
For each of a plurality of asset types, a target number of base financial products may be configured, the base financial products being used to determine recommended financial products under each asset type for the user. The base financial products for which the target quantity is configured may be: a target quantity of base financial products is configured for each asset type using a white list of financial products and/or a fund pool.
The number of base financial products under each asset type may be preset, and the number of base financial products under each asset type may be the same or different. For example, the number of configurable base financial products under each asset type may be set to a target number.
For each asset type, the financial products in the financial product white list and/or the fund pool may be queried for the asset type to obtain a target quantity of base financial products for each asset type. The financial product white list can be a financial product with higher income and better credibility set by the intelligent investment system. The financial product white list may contain one or more financial products for each asset type. The fund pool may contain financial products other than financial products in the financial product white list, if any.
As an alternative embodiment, configuring a target quantity of base financial products for each of a plurality of asset types using a white list of financial products and/or a fund pool may comprise: querying a financial product white list according to the asset types to obtain a first quantity of first financial products belonging to each asset type in the financial product white list; determining a target number of first financial products as a target number of base financial products configured for each asset type in the case that the first number is greater than or equal to the target number; in the event that the first quantity is less than the target quantity and the underlying financial product allows the allocation of financial products other than those on the financial product white list, querying the fund pool by asset type for a second quantity of second financial products per asset type, wherein the sum of the first quantity and the second quantity is the target quantity, the target financial products including the first financial product and the second financial product.
The financial product white list may be queried by asset type to obtain a first quantity of first financial products belonging to each asset type in the financial product white list. Different asset types may be queried separately. The first quantity of the first financial product may be the same or different for each asset type.
If the first quantity is greater than or equal to the target quantity, a target quantity of the first financial products may be determined from the first quantity of the first financial products as the recommended financial products for the asset type. The manner of determining the target number of first financial products from the first number of first financial products may be various, for example, the target number of first financial products may be sequentially selected in order of the score from high to low, and for example, the target number of first financial products may be randomly selected. The manner in which the target number of first financial products is determined from the first number of first financial products is not particularly limited in this embodiment.
If the first quantity is less than the target quantity, the fund pool may be queried by asset type to obtain a second quantity of second financial products under each asset type, wherein the sum of the first quantity and the second quantity is the target quantity. The first quantity of the first financial product and the second quantity of the second financial product may be targeted quantities of the base financial product.
According to the method and the device for recommending the financial products, the recommended financial products are determined by preferentially inquiring the white list, the reliability of the recommended financial products can be guaranteed, the safety of user investment is improved, and then the user experience is improved.
Querying the fund pool according to asset types to obtain a second quantity of second financial products under each asset type may comprise: determining whether configuration of financial products other than a white list of financial products is permitted; in the event that configuration of financial products other than the white list of financial products is permitted, the fund pool is queried by asset type for a second quantity of second financial products under each asset type.
The intelligent delivery system may set whether configuration of financial products other than a white list of financial products is allowed. If the setting allows for the configuration of financial products other than the white list of financial products, the financial products in the fund pool may be configured as base financial products when the amount of financial products under a certain asset type in the white list is insufficient. If it is set that financial products other than the white list of financial products are not allowed to be deployed, financial products other than the white list are not allowed to be deployed even if the number of financial products under a certain asset type in the white list is insufficient.
Whether basic financial products except the financial product white list are allowed to be configured or not is set, so that the reliability and diversity of the configured basic financial products can be considered, and the user experience is improved.
The manner of querying the fund pool to obtain the second amount of the second financial products may be various, for example, the financial products may be randomly selected from the fund pool, the financial products with the score higher than the score threshold may be randomly selected, or the financial products may be sequentially obtained according to the order of the scores from high to low.
The financial products in the financial product white list and the fund pool can be the financial products sold by different sales platforms.
The intelligent delivery system can receive the product information of the predetermined financial product, and the product information of the predetermined financial product can be any information related to the predetermined financial product.
The product information can be in a specific data format, and different fields in the product information can carry different information of the preset financial product. By identifying specific fields in the product information, asset type matching may be performed to determine the asset type corresponding to the predetermined financial product.
The product information and the asset type can be matched manually or automatically. For the matched asset type, the correspondence between the financial product and the asset type may be saved to a database to indicate that the predetermined financial product belongs to the matched asset type. According to the information stored in the database, the financial product white list, fund pool, etc. may be determined to be configured, and the specific configuration manner is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
The intelligent delivery system sets an intelligent delivery grade of the user according to the risk bearing capacity of the target object, wherein the intelligent delivery grade can correspond to the risk bearing capacity grade set for the user by the traditional delivery system or the grade evaluated by the intelligent delivery system according to the rating test paper and the answer of the user to the rating test paper.
And according to the intelligent investment grade of the target object and the target asset ratio determined by the user information, the proportion of the investment sum of each asset type in the plurality of asset types to the total investment sum, which is configured for the target object by the intelligent investment system, is obtained.
The subject information may be at least one of a financial status and a financing plan. The financial condition may be represented by the user's financial-related information, which may include, but is not limited to, at least one of: deposit information, housing and vehicle information (whether a housing or a vehicle is purchased, whether a housing or vehicle purchasing plan is provided, whether a housing loan or a vehicle loan is provided), child and elder information (whether children need to be supported or old people need to be supported), and the like. The specific object information may be set as needed, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
Determining the target asset mix ratio of the target object according to the intelligent casting level of the target object and the object information of the target object may include: determining a standard asset ratio corresponding to the intelligent investment grade according to the intelligent investment grade of the target object; and adjusting the standard asset proportion according to the object information of the target object to obtain the target asset proportion of the target object.
Each smart cut level may correspond to a standard asset allocation (standard asset allocation), and different smart cut levels may correspond to different standard asset allocations. The asset allocation is used to indicate the investment proportion of each of a plurality of asset types in the total investment amount of the target object.
For example, if the intelligent level is a2 (robust), its standard asset mix may be: 35% of cash, 30% of bond, 5% of stock, 25% of gold and 5% of overseas.
According to the object information of the target object, the occupation ratio of each asset type in the standard asset proportion can be adjusted, and the asset proportion configured for the target object is obtained.
For example, if the intelligent level is A2 (robust), if the user needs house and car credits every month, the cash share in the standard equity shares may be adjusted, and the adjusted equity shares may be: 40% of cash, 30% of bond, 5% of stock, 20% of gold and 5% of overseas.
It should be noted that, because the object information of different objects is very different, the asset proportion after adjustment may be various, thereby realizing the personalized asset configuration modes of different users, that is, realizing the front of thousands of people.
The standard asset matching corresponding to the intelligent investment level of the user is adjusted according to the object information of the user, so that personalized asset matching can be provided for different users, the rationality of the asset matching is improved, and the user experience is further improved.
In addition to the asset matching configured for the user by the intelligent delivery system, the user can set an object followed by the asset matching, namely a reference object, wherein the reference object is generally an authorized authority person who has a certain hope in the field of economics or related fields. For the user with the reference object, the asset proportion can be set according to the asset proportion of the reference object. The reference object may be referred to as a followed object, and correspondingly, an object following the reference object is referred to as a follow-up object.
After the target asset mix is obtained, the investment amount for each asset type may be determined according to the target asset mix and the total investment amount. And determining the investment amount of each asset type according to the proportion of the total investment amount of the target object to each asset type in the target asset proportion.
For example, the target asset mix for the user is: cash 40%, bond 30%, stock 5%, gold 20%, overseas 5%, and the total investment of the user is 100 ten thousand, the investment amount of each asset type: 40 ten thousand, 30 ten thousand bonds, 5 thousand stocks, 20 ten thousand gold and 5 ten thousand overseas.
After determining the investment amount for each asset type, a recommended financial product and a recommended purchase amount for the recommended financial product for each asset type may be determined. Each asset type allows one or more financial products to be configured, and the number of recommended financial products may be one or more, and the corresponding recommended purchase amounts for different recommended financial products may be the same or different.
After the recommended financial products are determined, the investment money of each asset type may be allocated (e.g., evenly allocated) to the recommended financial products under each asset type according to a target proportion, a recommended purchase amount of the recommended financial products is obtained, and the recommended financial products and the recommended purchase amount of the recommended financial products are recommended to the user.
After determining the recommended financial products and the recommended purchase amount under each asset type, recommendation information may be sent to the client of the user, the recommendation information including: the recommended financial product and the recommended purchase amount of the recommended financial product under each asset type, and the recommendation information may further include a target asset allocation. The recommended financial products, the recommended purchase amount and the target asset proportion can be displayed on an intelligent investment interface of the client in a graphical mode.
The user may send authorization or indication information to the intelligent delivery system via the client to indicate that the user agrees to purchase the recommended financial product in accordance with the target asset mix and the recommended purchase amount. Based on the authorization information and the indication information, the smart casting system may make a purchase of the recommended financial product for the user.
It should be noted that, for other types of exchange products, the products to be exchanged (e.g., the recommended financial products) may be determined in the same manner or different manner as the financial products described above, that is, the target products, and the manner of specifically determining the target products may be set as needed.
The target object may determine a target product to be exchanged through a first platform (which may be a trading platform) connected to the product exchange platform, and the target product may be a product that the target platform (which may be a product platform of the target product) passes through the product exchange platform and is then displayed and exchanged through the first platform. The first platform may send an indication of the determination to exchange the first product to the product exchange platform.
The product exchange platform may obtain first resource information and first product information, where the first resource information is used to indicate a first resource (for example, a product purchase amount) to be exchanged in a first resource account corresponding to the target object, and the first product information is used to indicate a first quantity of the target product to be exchanged.
The obtaining of the first resource information may be: and acquiring a first resource to be exchanged in a first resource account corresponding to the target object. The obtaining of the first resource information may be: and acquiring a first quantity to be exchanged of target products, wherein the target products are target objects and determine exchanged products through a first platform. The first resource may be a first amount.
The target product may be metered in portions, a portion of the target product may correspond to a quantity of the exchange resource, and the first quantity may be a portion of the target product to be exchanged. For example, if a financial product has a value of 2 dollars and the target object has a first resource to be exchanged of 100 dollars, then the first resource is exchanged for a first quantity of the target product, and 50 shares of the financial product are purchased using 100 dollars.
For example, the recommended financial product (target product) may include a financial product sold by the target sales platform (target platform) through the intelligent commissioning system. For a target financial product, the intelligent delivery system automatically matches what platform the transaction belongs to when the transaction is conducted. Upon matching, the smarts drop system may determine that the target object purchased the target financial product in a first amount (purchase amount) via a first platform (e.g., a customer platform of the docking facility, a smarts drop platform of the smarts drop facility).
The target platform may or may not allow the target object to establish multiple product exchange account numbers (supporting both multiple transaction accounts and a single transaction account). Different modes can be adopted for processing a product platform supporting a plurality of product exchange accounts and a platform supporting only a single product exchange account.
For example, the smart delivery system supports both multi-transaction accounts and single-transaction accounts, so as to be suitable for different sales platforms, and some TA systems do not support multi-transaction accounts. In addition to determining the platform to which it belongs, the smart casting system may determine whether the target sales platform supports multiple transaction accounts. The manner of determining whether the target sales platform supports the multi-transaction account may be determined according to the account type identifier in the configuration information.
In step S304, a first product exchange account corresponding to the first platform and established for the target object in the target platform is determined, where the target platform allows multiple product exchange accounts to be established for the target object.
If the target platform allows a plurality of product exchange accounts to be established for the target object, a first product exchange account corresponding to the first platform and established for the target object in the target platform can be determined. Different modes can be adopted for processing the exchange product in the target platform exchanged by the user through the first platform for the first time and the exchange product in the target platform exchanged by the user through the first platform for the non-first time, so that the first product exchange account which is established for the target object in the target platform and corresponds to the first platform is determined.
As a further example, determining a first product exchange account established in the target platform for the target object and corresponding to the first platform includes: determining that the target platform does not establish a product exchange account corresponding to the first platform for the target object; sending an application message to a target platform, wherein the application message is used for applying for establishing a product exchange account corresponding to the first platform for a target object; and receiving a response message returned by the target platform in response to the application message, wherein the response message carries account information of the first product exchange account.
The product exchange platform can send an application message to the target platform to apply for establishing a product exchange account for the target object. The application message may carry an object identifier of the target object, a platform identifier of the first platform, a system identifier of the product exchange platform, and the like.
The object identification of the target object may be used to uniquely identify the target object, and may be: an identification number of the target object, a passport number, etc. Through the object identification of the target object, the target platform can determine which object applies for establishing the product exchange account.
The platform identification of the first platform may be used to uniquely identify the first platform. The platform identifier may be a sales representative license plate of an organization to which the platform belongs, or may be a platform identifier of the product exchange platform and an identifier assigned by the product exchange platform to the first platform. Through the platform identification of the first platform, the target platform can determine which platform applies for establishing the product exchange account.
After receiving the application message, the target platform may verify the validity of the application message. For example, at least one of an object identification of the target object, a platform identification of the first platform, and a platform identification of the product exchange platform is verified. And after the verification is passed, establishing a first product exchange account corresponding to the first platform for the target object, and carrying the established first product exchange account in a response message for sending.
After receiving the response message, the product exchange platform may extract account information of the first product exchange account carried in the response message. And acquiring a first product exchange account which is established for the target object in the target platform and corresponds to the first platform.
For example, the type of transaction account supported by the target sales platform is a multi-transaction account, i.e., the target sales platform is a sales platform supporting multi-transaction accounts. In a sales platform supporting multiple transaction accounts, if the same user comes from different platforms (for example, different intelligent investment platforms and client platforms), independent transaction accounts can be opened for the user.
If the target object purchases the target financial product for the first time through the first platform, a first transaction sub-account (corresponding to a first product exchange account number) corresponding to the first platform may be opened for the target object in the target sales platform.
The intelligent delivery system (or the first platform) can send an application message to the target sales platform to apply for opening a transaction sub-account for the target object. The application message may carry an object identifier of the target object, a platform identifier of the first platform, a system identifier of the intelligent delivery system, and the like.
After receiving the application message, the target sales platform can verify the validity of the application message. For example, at least one of an object identification of the target object, a platform identification of the first platform, and a system identification of the smart casting system is verified. And after the verification is passed, opening a first transaction sub-account corresponding to the first platform for the target object, and carrying the opened first transaction sub-account in a response message for sending.
And after receiving the response message, the intelligent delivery system (intelligent delivery platform) extracts the sub-account information of the first transaction sub-account carried in the response message to obtain the first transaction sub-account.
Through the embodiment, the establishment of the product exchange account is carried out in an application-response mode, so that the establishment rationality of the product exchange account can be improved, and account waste is avoided.
In addition, after receiving the response message returned by the target platform response application message, the product exchange platform may store the target account relationship information, that is, the corresponding relationship between the target platform, the first platform, and the target object, so as to perform subsequent position taking maintenance.
In step S306, the first resource of the target object is exchanged for a first number of target products under the first product exchange account.
After the first product exchange account is obtained, the first resource and the first quantity of target products may be exchanged for the target object using the first product exchange account, and the first resource (e.g., the recommended purchase amount) of the target object may be exchanged with the first quantity of target products (a quantity of recommended financial products). The target object can acquire a first number of target products, and the target platform acquires a first resource.
For example, the target sales platform may place an order for the target object using the first transaction sub-account to make a financial product subscription. The specific purchasing method may refer to the related art, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
The target object can also initiate exchange of the target product again through the first platform, exchange other products (which may be other products of the target platform or products of other platforms) through the first platform, exchange the target product through other platforms, and exchange other products (which may be other products of the target platform or other products of other platforms) through other platforms.
As an optional embodiment, after a first resource of a target object is exchanged for a first number of target products under a first product exchange account, second resource information and second product information may be obtained, where the second resource information is used to represent a second resource to be exchanged in the first resource account, and the second product information is used to represent a second number of the target object to be exchanged, which is determined by a first platform, of the target object; determining a first product exchange account which is established for a target object in the target platform and corresponds to the first platform according to the target account relation information; and exchanging the second resource of the target object for a second number of target products under the first product exchange account.
If the target object initiates the exchange of the target product again through the first platform, the second resource (for example, the second amount) to be exchanged in the first resource account is exchanged. Since the first product exchange account corresponding to the first platform has already been established for the target object, a second number of target products may be exchanged for the target object using the first product exchange account.
It should be noted that there is a transaction account determination action at the time of order placement. The principle is as follows: the TA supports multiple transaction accounts, then a separate transaction account is opened and the transaction account needs to be employed in processes involving all products under the TA. If the target object purchases the product under the target platform again through the first platform, the first product exchange account can still be used for product exchange.
Through this embodiment, use first product exchange account number to carry out the product exchange when target object exchanges the target product once more through first platform, can avoid the product exchange account number to open the account number management difficulty that too much leads to, the problem that the maintenance process is complicated of taking a position improves the efficiency of transaction account number management.
As an optional embodiment, before determining, according to the target account relationship information, a first product exchange account corresponding to a first platform and established for a target object in a target platform, the target account relationship information may be matched in a stored account relationship information list by using a platform identifier of the first platform, where the account relationship information list includes product exchange account information of one or more product exchange accounts established for the target object in the target platform.
Taking the purchase of financial products as an example, if a target object purchases a financial product through a certain platform once, the smart casting system may save to open a transaction account (transaction sub-account number) corresponding to the platform for the target object.
After determining that the target object purchases the target financial product of the second amount via the first platform, it may first be determined whether the smart casting system has opened a first transaction sub-account corresponding to the first platform for the target object. The intelligent delivery system can use the platform identifier of the first platform to find a first transaction sub-account, which is opened for the target object by the target sales platform and corresponds to the first platform, in account information (for example, a transaction sub-account list) stored in the intelligent delivery system, so as to obtain the first transaction sub-account, which is opened for the target object in the target sales platform and corresponds to the first platform.
The account information may include sub-account information of a transaction sub-account opened by the target sales platform for the target object, and may also include account information of a transaction account opened by another sales platform for the target object, account information of a transaction account opened by the target sales platform for another object, and account information of a transaction account opened by another sales platform for another object.
Through this embodiment, through using platform sign and account information to match, can avoid account number repeated opening, improve account number management's rationality.
If the target object purchases other products of the target platform through the first platform, the first product exchange account can be found in a similar manner as described above, and the found first product exchange account is used for acquiring other products.
If the target object purchases other financial products of other sales platforms through the first platform or purchases other financial products of other sales platforms through other platforms, it may be determined whether the other sales platforms support multiple transaction accounts and whether transaction accounts (transaction sub-accounts) have been opened for the target object at the other sales platforms to obtain transaction accounts (transaction sub-accounts) for purchasing other financial products at the other sales platforms to make purchases of other financial products in a manner similar to the foregoing.
As an optional embodiment, after exchanging a first resource of a target object for a first number of target products under a first product exchange account, obtaining third resource information and third product information, where the third resource information is used to represent a third resource to be exchanged in a second resource account corresponding to the target object, the third product information is used to represent a third number of target products to be exchanged, which is determined by the target object through a second platform, and the target products are displayed and exchanged through the second platform; determining a second product exchange account which is established for the target object in the target platform and corresponds to the second platform; and exchanging the third resource of the target object for a third number of target products under the second product exchange account.
Take the third resource as the third amount and the target product as the target financial product sold by the target sales platform as an example. And if the target object purchases the target financial product sold by the target sales platform through the second platform, the purchase amount is a third amount, and the second platform is a platform which is different from the first platform and provides financial services for the target object through the intelligent delivery system.
It may be determined in a manner similar to that described above whether the target sales platform supports multiple transaction accounts and whether a transaction sub-account corresponding to the second platform has been opened for the target object at the target sales platform.
If the target object purchases the target financial product for the first time through the second platform, a second transaction sub-account corresponding to the second platform may be opened for the target object in the target sales platform, and the target financial product of a third amount may be purchased for the target object using the opened second transaction sub-account. The manner of opening the second transaction sub-account and purchasing the target financial product of the third amount are similar to the above, and are not described herein again.
Through the embodiment, the independent transaction accounts corresponding to different platforms are opened for the same user, so that the taken positions of the user can be managed and maintained conveniently, and the account management efficiency is improved.
If the TA does not support multiple transaction accounts, a default transaction account (namely an account used by the user when making common fund or financing investment) needs to be acquired, and the position holding maintenance is carried out by opening a virtual transaction account.
As an alternative embodiment, a virtual product exchange account established for the target object and corresponding to the first platform may be determined, where the target platform only allows one product exchange account to be established for the target object; the method comprises the steps of exchanging first resources of a target object for a first number of target products under a target product exchange account, and recording a second corresponding relation between a virtual product exchange account and the first number of target products, wherein the target product exchange account is a product exchange account established for the target object in a target platform.
Take the target financial product sold by the target product as the target sales platform as an example. If the target sales platform does not support multiple transaction accounts, the intelligent delivery system can open a virtual transaction account (virtual product exchange account) corresponding to the first platform for the target object, and acquire a default transaction account (target transaction account and target product exchange account), wherein the default transaction account is an account used by the target object in making common fund or financing investment.
The default transaction account may be a transaction account opened for the target object in the target sales platform, and the transaction account is used for purchasing no matter which platform the target object purchases the financial product sold by the sales platform.
After the default transaction account is acquired, the default transaction account target object can be used for purchasing the target financial product with the first amount, and the second corresponding relation between the opened virtual transaction account and the target financial product with the first amount is stored. Because the virtual transaction account corresponds to the first platform, the intelligent delivery system can determine the types and the amounts of financial products purchased by each user through each platform according to the stored information so as to carry out warehouse-sharing management when carrying out warehouse-holding maintenance and clearing processing.
By the embodiment, the virtual account is opened for the TA system supporting the single transaction account, so that the position holding maintenance and the clearing processing can be conveniently carried out.
As an optional embodiment, after recording the second corresponding relationship between the virtual product exchange account and the first number of target products, the number of target products exchanged by the target object through the first platform is maintained according to the virtual product exchange account and a third corresponding relationship between the virtual product exchange account and the target products, where the third corresponding relationship includes the second corresponding relationship.
Take the target financial product sold by the target product as the target sales platform as an example. When carrying out the warehouse sharing management during the warehouse taking maintenance or clearing processing, the functions of opening the virtual transaction account corresponding to the first platform and the target sales platform for the target object and opening the transaction sub-account corresponding to the first platform for the target object by the sales platform supporting the multi-transaction account are similar. The position taken by the target object for the target financial product can be determined according to the virtual transaction account and the third corresponding relationship between the virtual transaction account and the target financial product.
The third correspondence may represent a target financial product purchased through the virtual transaction account number and a purchase amount of the target financial product, and the third correspondence may be a set of a plurality of correspondences, which may include the second correspondence. Each of the plurality of correspondences may have time information for the transaction to facilitate subsequent review.
Since the target sales platform only supports a single transaction account, the financial products of the target sales platform purchased by the target object through different platforms are merged together in the position of the target sales platform (the position of the target object in different platforms cannot be distinguished). According to the position taken by the target object for the target financial product at different time, the position taken by the target object for the target financial product in the first platform can be maintained, and position-divided management can be performed for different platforms during clearing processing.
Through the embodiment, the position taken by the target object to the target financial product in different platforms is maintained according to the virtual transaction account opened by the intelligent delivery system and the corresponding relation between the virtual transaction account and the target financial product, the position taken maintenance can be conveniently carried out, the position division management can be conveniently carried out when the clearing processing is carried out, and the reduction of user experience caused by position division errors is avoided.
The following description is made with reference to an alternative example of a method for acquiring a product according to an embodiment of the present application. In this example, the first platform is a customer platform of the docking platform, the exchanged resource is a purchase amount, the target product is a financial product, the product exchange platform is an intelligent delivery platform, the sales platform product exchange account of the financial product of the target platform is a sub-transaction account in the sales platform, and the exchange of the resource and the product is to purchase the financial product using the account amount of the user.
The intelligent delivery platform supports both multiple transaction accounts and single transaction accounts. At the time of placing an order, there may be an action of selecting a transaction account. The principle is as follows: if the TA supports multiple transaction accounts, an independent transaction account is opened, and all the products under the TA need to be processed by the transaction account; if the multiple transaction account is not supported, a default transaction account (i.e., an account used by the user in making a common fund or financial investment) is obtained.
Fig. 5 is a schematic flowchart of another alternative product obtaining method according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 5, the flowchart includes the following steps:
step S502, the user logs in the intelligent delivery platform by using the target account.
The target account number may be an account number that is logged into the customer platform, rather than a transaction account.
Step S504, the user views the financial products of the plurality of TA systems through the intelligent delivery platform.
The user can view the financial products provided by different TA systems through the intelligent delivery platform, and the number of the financial products provided by one TA system can be one or more.
Step S506, the user purchases the financial products of the TA system through the intelligent delivery platform.
The user can stock and buy financial products of the TA system by means of manual purchase or automatic purchase for the user by the intelligent investment platform.
In the case that the TA system supports multiple transaction accounts, determining whether a transaction account of the TA system has been opened for the user, if so, purchasing the financial product using the transaction account, if not, opening the transaction account for the TA system, and purchasing the financial product for the user using the opened transaction account.
And under the condition that the TA system does not support the multi-transaction account, acquiring the account used by the user when making common fund or financing investment, and using the account to purchase the financial product for the user.
For the single-transaction account mode, in order to facilitate warehouse-sharing management, virtual accounts corresponding to the intelligent delivery platform and the sales platform can be opened for the user, the user has uniqueness in the virtual accounts of different TA systems, and warehouse-holding maintenance and clearing processing can be performed through the virtual accounts corresponding to the TA systems.
By the example, when the financial product is purchased, the transaction account is selected according to the transaction account type supported by the TA system, so that the success rate of product purchase can be improved; whether the transaction account is opened or not is determined for the TA system supporting the multiple transaction accounts, so that the repeated opening of the account can be avoided; a virtual account is opened for a TA system supporting a single transaction account, so that the position holding maintenance and the clearing treatment can be conveniently carried out.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art can clearly understand that the method according to the above embodiments can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and certainly can also be implemented by hardware, but the former is a better implementation mode in many cases. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present application may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium (e.g., ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk) and includes instructions for enabling a terminal device (e.g., a mobile phone, a computer, a server, or a network device) to execute the method according to the embodiments of the present application.
According to another aspect of the embodiments of the present application, there is provided an acquisition apparatus for a product for implementing the acquisition method for a product in the above-described embodiments.
