Abstract
The invention relates to a flash store commercial space auction system, which comprises an application layer, a service layer and a data layer, wherein the application layer is in butt joint with an auctioneer and an auction player, the application layer is in interactive connection with the service layer, the service layer is in interactive connection with the data layer, and the application layer comprises: the system comprises an authentication module, a site module, an exhibition position module, a shelf life module, a price estimation module, a fund escrow module, an auction module, an order module, a contract module and an after-sale module. The flash store business space auction system can directly reflect the real value of the flash store business space and realize the maximization of the value of the business space.

a shift stage module: a profile start time, end time, auction days and minimum price data for managing and presenting the auction;
a price estimation module: the system is used for giving the estimated bargaining price of the current auction and helping bidders to bid more reasonably;

With reference to fig. 1-3, a flash store commercial space auction system includes an application layer, a service layer and a data layer, wherein the application layer interfaces with an auctioneer and an auction owner, the application layer is interactively connected with the service layer, the service layer is interactively connected with the data layer, and the application layer includes:
authentication module, place module, exhibition position module, shelf life module, the price is estimated the module, and the capital trusteeship module, auction module, order module, contract module and after sale module:
the authentication module is used for verifying the identity information of the user, has a real-name authentication system and distributes an identity token after the authentication is successful;
the site module is used for managing and displaying site names, live broadcasts, videos, historical transaction cases, people flow data, customer group preference and other data;
the exhibition booth module is used for managing and displaying data such as name, position, floor, total area, length, width, height limit and the like of the exhibition booth;
the auction system comprises a auction module, a date module and a date display module, wherein the auction module is used for managing and displaying data such as auction date starting time, auction ending time, auction days, lowest price and the like;
the price estimation module is used for giving the estimated bargain price of the current auction and helping bidders to bid more reasonably;
the fund escrow module is used for escrowing the deposit and the tail money of the bidders and improving the honesty of the bidders;
the auction module is used for acquiring the quoted price submitted by the auction personnel in real time and confirming the price of the deal and the auction personnel;
the order module is used for displaying data such as a deal amount, the number of auction rounds, a field name, a display name, a shift day number and the like of a deal order;
the contract module is used for signing a contract of a transaction order and is based on a third-party online electronic contract system;
and the after-sale module is used for processing scenes such as default, order cancellation, shelf modification and the like in the order execution process.
The invention is implemented as follows:
the auctioneer and the bidder need to complete registration through the authentication module and pass real-name authentication with consistent name, mobile phone number and identity card, and the auctioneer needs to additionally perform enterprise authentication after completing the real-name authentication.
The site module is the most basic information management module of the system and is used for managing information such as site names, provinces, cities, regions, addresses, business circles, live broadcast addresses, videos, site types, construction years, building areas, total people flows, site descriptions and the like.
The auctioneer needs to select the site for auction, if the site library does not have the site, the auctioneer can input information and submit the information to the platform for examination.
The exhibition position module is based on the site module, forms auction commodities with the shelf module, and manages information such as exhibition position names, position types, addresses, floors, total areas, channel numbers, height limits, maximum bearing, exhibition position description, exhibition position construction time, entrance time, working day/holiday people streams, whether splicing fields are supported and the like.
The shelf module manages the auction time of the exhibition position, and the auctioneer needs to select the time period for auction and set the price, the bidding amplitude and the amount of the deposit.
After the auction party selects the time period, the price estimation module can give the estimated bargaining price in real time.

The bidders use the auction module to participate in bidding, the auction module confirms whether the auction is successful or not, if so, the bidders and the amount of the deal are determined, and an order to be confirmed is generated to the auctioneers.
After the auctioneer confirms the order information, the system can generate an electronic contract for the auctioneer and the bidder based on the third-party electronic contract platform, and the order takes effect after the two parties sign the contract.
The after-market module is entered when a portion of the in-effect order execution file runs into violations, order cancellation, etc.
