With the continuous development of internet and media production technology, the form of information content has been from simple to complex, and the information content has been developed from single character and image content in the past to multimedia content with rich information, and the data of multimedia resources has been more and more.
With the expansion of the influence of the social platform, more and more users like to publish the multimedia data produced by the users on the social platform to exchange and spread information. In order to avoid the propagation of harmful information and the harm to social stability, content auditing teams are established on all social platforms. Research shows that most social platforms adopt a mode of directly auditing multimedia data, log in an auditing system background to check whether the related data are in compliance, but the method cannot efficiently manage auditing data and auditors, and the auditing speed is very slow due to the huge multimedia data volume of the social platforms. Therefore, how to effectively manage audit data and auditors and improve audit speed become a problem to be solved urgently for each social platform.
Based on this, the embodiment of the application provides a method and a device for managing a content audit project, which solve the problem that the audit project cannot be efficiently managed in the prior art.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a method for managing content audit projects according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 1, a method for managing a content audit item provided in an embodiment of the present application includes:
s101, obtaining an audit sample to be audited.
Wherein the audit sample includes an audit request and at least one audit data.
It should be noted that the audit sample refers to a sample which is sent by a user and is desired to be audited, where the audit sample includes an audit request and at least one audit data. Here, the audit data refers to multimedia data that needs content audit, where the multimedia data may include multiple types: such as pictures, text, audio clips, audio streams, video clips, video streams, and the like; multimedia data may also include a variety of data forms: such as a URL (Uniform Resource Locator) address and unstructured data. The auditing requirement refers to an auditing requirement which is provided by a user aiming at the multimedia data, wherein the auditing requirement can comprise the types which need to be audited, such as political, virus-related and virus-related auditing types; the audit request may also include a process to be audited, such as an engine audit process, a manual audit process, an engine-first and then-manual composite audit process, and the like.
Here, it should be noted that the above examples of the type and form of multimedia data are merely examples, and in practice, the type and form of multimedia data are not limited to the above examples.
For the step S101, in a specific implementation, in response to an upload instruction of an audit sample by a user, an audit request and at least one audit data carried in the upload instruction are obtained.
As an optional implementation manner, for example, the audit sample sent by the user includes URL addresses of 70 audio segments and 30 pictures, and the audit request made by the user for the URL addresses of the 70 audio segments and 30 pictures is to determine whether the audit data includes content related to advertisement and virus, which requires an engine audit once and a manual audit twice. Therefore, the URL addresses of 70 audio clips and 30 pictures sent by the user can be used as the audit data, and whether the audit data includes the content related to the advertisement and the virus is used as the audit requirement.
And S102, generating a corresponding audit item based on the audit sample.
The audit items comprise auditors, audit engines, audit processes and audit types.
It should be noted that the audit item refers to an item generated according to audit data and audit requirements sent by a user, and auditors can perform audit work based on the audit item. The auditor refers to an auditor for auditing the audit data, and the audit engine refers to an engine used for machine auditing of the audit data. The review process refers to a process for performing one review item, for example, one engine review and one manual review, which is an audit process for one review item.
For the step S102, in a specific implementation, corresponding auditors, audit engines, audit processes, and audit categories are selected based on the obtained audit samples, so as to generate corresponding audit items for the auditors to work.
And S103, generating a corresponding audit result based on the audit item, and sending the audit result to the client.
It should be noted that the audit result refers to an audit result obtained when an auditor performs an audit operation in an audit item. Specifically, each piece of audit data corresponds to an audit result, and the audit result may include a qualified result and a high-risk result.
For the above step S103, in a specific implementation, after the audit item is generated, the auditor can start to perform audit work on the audit item and generate a corresponding audit result. And after the audit result is obtained, the audit result obtained by the audit item is provided for the user to check.
Further, the management method further includes:
classifying at least one piece of audit data in the audit sample according to data type and data form, and storing the audit data in a message queue mode; the data type is used for representing the media type of the auditing data; the dataform is used to characterize a storage type of the audit data. It should be noted that the data type refers to the type of the obtained audit data, that is, the media type of the audit data. As an alternative embodiment, the media categories may be of the type such as pictures, text, audio clips, audio streams, video clips, video streams, and the like. The data form refers to a storage form of the acquired audit data, and is used for characterizing the storage type of the audit data, and the storage type can be a type such as a URL address and unstructured data. Message queuing is a Microsoft message processing technology, referring to a container holding messages during their transmission, which provides message processing and message queuing functions for any application in any computer combination in which Microsoft Windows is installed.
Here, it should be noted that the above examples of the data type of the audit data, the data form of the audit data, and the storage form of the data are merely examples, and in practice, the data type of the audit data, the data form of the audit data, and the storage form of the data are not limited to the above examples.
For the above steps, in specific implementation, a data storage module may be further configured, and all data to be audited need to be stored on the server to be audited by the auditor, so that the server may be provided with the data storage module, classify at least one piece of audit data in the obtained audit sample according to the data type and the data form, and store the obtained audit data in a message queue manner. As an alternative embodiment, the obtained audit data is stored in a data storage module constructed by the Ceph distributed storage framework. Here, Ceph is an open source project that provides a software-defined, unified storage solution. Ceph is a distributed storage system with high performance, high scalability, scalable and no single point of failure.
Here, it should be noted that the above examples of the construction manner of the data storage module are merely examples, and in practice, the construction manner of the data storage module is not limited to the above examples.
Continuing with the previous embodiment, for example, after receiving the URL addresses of 70 audio segments and 30 pictures of the audit data sent by the user, the data storage module divides the audit data sent by the user into the audio segments and the pictures according to the data type, divides the audit data sent by the user into the URL addresses and unstructured data according to the data form, and then the data storage module stores the received audit data according to the classified data type and data form and in a message queue manner.
Further, the management method further includes:
configuring a splicing auditing engine corresponding to the auditing requirement in the auditing sample based on a preset basic auditing engine; the splicing auditing engine at least comprises two basic auditing engines.
It should be noted that the auditing engine refers to a content security model for auditing whether data meet regulations, and may cover scenes such as picture recognition, video recognition, audio recognition, text recognition, and the like. The basic audit engine refers to an underlying basic engine, which is generally a relatively existing and basic engine, and specifically, according to an embodiment provided in the present application, the basic audit engine may include an image classification engine, an image detection engine, an OCR (Optical Character Recognition) Recognition engine, an image URL parsing engine, an audio URL parsing engine, a video URL parsing engine, a text analysis engine, a text detection engine, a voiceprint Recognition engine, an audio transcription engine, a language Recognition engine, a video frame extraction engine, and the like.
The splicing auditing engine refers to a splicing auditing engine formed by combining basic auditing engines, wherein the splicing auditing engine at least comprises two basic auditing engines. Specifically, for example, what the category of a picture is to be determined, when the obtained audit data is a picture URL, an engine for determining picture classification directly through the picture URL does not exist in the basic audit engine, and therefore, the basic audit engine needs to be spliced to obtain a picture classification engine, so that the picture classification can be determined through the picture URL. When the input audit data is a picture URL, a picture URL analysis engine needs to be added in front of the picture classification engine, the input of the picture URL analysis engine is a picture URL, the output of the picture URL analysis engine is picture data, and after the picture URL analysis engine outputs the picture data, the picture classification engine is used for outputting the picture classification. The splicing auditing engine can be a picture classification engine which is spliced by a picture URL analysis engine and an image classification engine, wherein the input of the picture classification engine is a picture URL, and the output of the picture classification engine is the picture classification. The splicing auditing engine can also be an audio stream classification engine, the input is the address of the audio stream, and the output is the classification class of the audio stream, wherein the audio stream firstly passes through an audio stream analysis engine to obtain audio data, and then passes through an audio transcription engine to obtain text data. And finally obtaining the classification type through a text analysis engine, so that the audio stream classification engine is formed by splicing an audio stream analysis engine, an audio transcription engine and a text analysis engine.
Here, it should be noted that the above examples of the auditing engine are merely examples, and in practice, the auditing engine is not limited to the above examples.
For the above steps, in specific implementation, an engine configuration module may also be configured. The engine configuration module is mainly responsible for configuring the corresponding engine according to the auditing requirement in the obtained auditing sample, so that the configured engine can obtain the auditing result meeting the auditing requirement, and can perform targeted engine management on the auditing data in the data storage module. As an alternative embodiment, the engine configuration module may be a module based on a K8s (kubernets, container arrangement engine) container cluster, which aggregates all the intelligent basic auditing engines together, and may perform a streamlined combination according to a data form and an output form, so as to provide an intelligent auditing capability for a streamlined auditing. In specific implementation, the engine configuration module needs to configure a splicing audit engine corresponding to an audit requirement in an audit sample based on a basic audit engine in the engine configuration module.
According to the previous embodiment, the audit data sent by the user are the URL addresses of 70 audio segments and 30 pictures, the audit requirement is to judge whether the audit data include content related to underage and violence, so that an engine capable of judging audio classification through the audio segments and an engine capable of judging picture classification through the picture URL addresses are needed, and at the moment, an engine configuration module splices a picture URL analysis engine and an image classification engine in a basic audit engine into a picture classification engine according to the audit requirement so as to judge the picture classification through the acquired picture URL addresses. And splicing an audio stream analysis engine, an audio transcription engine and a text analysis engine in the basic auditing engine into an audio stream classification engine so as to judge the classification of the audio through the acquired audio segments.
Further, the management method further includes:
storing preset personnel information of auditors; the staff information includes at least one of a staff category and a staff level.
It should be noted that the employee type refers to different work types divided by the auditor according to different data types of the audit data, and specifically, the employee type may include an image type, an audio type, a text type, and a video type divided according to the data type. For example, some auditors are good at auditing data of picture type, some auditors are good at auditing data of sound type, and some auditors are good at auditing data of text type. In addition to different types of data, the types of the examination subjects are different, so that the staff can be divided according to the examination types, for example, Zusanli is good at examining and examining the contents related to the advertisements, Li Si is good at examining and examining the contents related to the viruses, and professional knowledge of Zhao Wu can be divided into advertisement examination works, virus-related examination works and political examination works in the aspect of politics. The personnel level refers to the level of the auditors, and specifically, the personnel level can be a primary auditor, a high-level auditor and an expert auditor which are divided according to the level. Moreover, in addition to the difference in the types of data and the types of subjects, the rank of each auditor is different, for example, Zhang III is just graduation, so the rank is low, and the personnel rank is a primary auditor. Li IV has been working for 10 years and is experienced and therefore at the expert auditor level.
Here, it should be noted that the above examples of the employee type and the employee level are merely examples, and in practice, the employee type and the employee level are not limited to the above examples.
For the above steps, in specific implementation, a personnel information module may be configured, and the personnel information module is mainly responsible for storing personnel information of all auditors, such as the types of workers and the personnel levels, and may also include basic information such as personnel names and personnel telephones. The staff information module can also perform staff statistics display, and can see the data volume of cumulative audit of each auditor, the daily average audit volume and the data volume that has been audited today, and which audit item is allocated to. But also the working condition of each audit. People with low efficiency are eliminated in time, and people with high efficiency are rewarded. One of the auditors can only be occupied by one audit item, that is, one auditor does not exist in two or more audit items. When the auditor is occupied by a certain audit item, new audit items cannot be reallocated, if a new urgent audit item needs to be forcibly allocated, the auditor needs to complete the pulling of the individual audit data, and after the audit data is submitted, the audit item binding is selected to be released, and the individual can be occupied by the new audit item.
Further, the management method further includes:
storing a basic audit type and a combined audit type corresponding to preset audit data; the basic auditing category is used for representing auditing subjects of the auditing data; the combined audit category comprises at least one basic audit category.
It should be noted that the audit category refers to a category of the audit data, and is used to characterize an audit subject of the audit data, in other words, a type of the audit data. In particular, according to embodiments provided herein, the basic audit categories may include political, yellow, toxic, gambling, underage, advertising, violence, terrorism, religious, and copyright concerns. The combined audit category refers to a combined audit category combined by using the basic audit categories, wherein the combined audit category at least comprises two basic categories. Specifically, the combined audit category may be a combined category of gambling related to poison and underage related category, or terrorist related to copyright category.
Here, it should be noted that the above example of the audit class is merely an example, and actually, the audit class is not limited to the above example. For the above steps, in specific implementation, a category storage module may be further configured, and the category storage module is mainly responsible for storing the basic audit category and the combined audit category of the audit data. The basic audit types and the combined audit types can be dynamically added, deleted and changed in the type storage module, the combined audit types can be formed by the basic audit types, and the audit types can also be customized.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a step of generating an audit item according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 2, the generating a corresponding audit item based on the audit sample includes:
s201, selecting a configured splicing audit engine corresponding to the audit requirement based on the audit requirement.
For the step S201, in a specific implementation, according to the obtained audit requirement, a configured splicing audit engine corresponding to the audit requirement is configured. Continuing the previous embodiment, the image classification engine and the audio stream classification engine which can meet the auditing requirement are already configured in the engine configuration module, and then the two configured engines are directly selected from the engine configuration module.
And S202, determining a corresponding audit category based on the audit requirement.
For the above step S202, in a specific implementation, the corresponding audit category is determined according to the obtained audit requirement. As an optional implementation manner, if the category storage module includes an audit category corresponding to the audit requirement, the audit category corresponding to the audit requirement may be directly selected from the category storage module. If the category storage module does not include the audit category corresponding to the audit request, the audit category corresponding to the audit request needs to be configured based on the basic audit category in the category storage module. In the previous embodiment, the audit request sent by the user is to determine whether the audit data includes the contents related to the advertisement and the virus, and the audit category to be configured is considered to be related to the advertisement and the virus. At this time, whether an audit category related to the advertisement and the virus exists needs to be searched in the category storage module, and if the audit category exists, the category can be directly selected from the category storage module to serve as the audit category. If the type storage module does not have the verification type involving the advertisement and the virus, the basic verification type involving the advertisement and the basic verification type involving the virus in the type storage module are required to be combined, and a combined verification type with the type involving the advertisement and the virus is generated to meet the verification requirement of a user. In specific implementation, after the configuration of the audit type is completed, the newly configured audit types which do not exist in the category storage module before can be stored in the category storage module, so that the new audit types can be used quickly when the audit is performed next time.
After the audit category is set, the keyword knowledge system in the category storage module is associated. It should be noted that the keyword knowledge system refers to a keyword corresponding to an audit category, and as a continuation of the previous embodiment, the configured audit category is related to advertisement and virus, and at this time, the corresponding keyword system may be directional Chinese characters such as "advertisement", "buy and sell", "virus", and "drug". The related keyword knowledge system is used for enabling a configured auditing engine to audit according to the keyword knowledge system, and when the auditing engine detects that the auditing data contain the keyword knowledge system, the corresponding auditing data are considered not to be in compliance.
S203, determining the required auditing process based on the auditing requirement.
For the above step S203, in a specific implementation, a required audit flow is determined according to the acquired audit requirement. Continuing with the previous embodiment, the audit request sent by the user is an engine audit once and a manual audit twice. At this time, the auditing process can be configured as engine auditing, manual auditing and manual review. Here, the audit result of each audit link is a qualified audit result, a suspected audit result and a high-risk audit result, and when the audit link reaches the last level, the audit result only has a qualified audit result and a high-level audit result. After the data is subjected to two or more auditing processes, the data proportion p of the previous auditing can be configured, for example, after 100 data are audited for the first time, the data volume entering the second auditing is 100 × p, and if p =0.8, the data volume of the second auditing is 80 data. And if the set proportion is q, 100 × q data can be pushed to the auditor for the third audit.
And S204, determining required auditors based on the auditing process and the auditing categories.
For the above step S201, in a specific implementation, corresponding auditors are determined according to the determined audit flow and audit category. The information of all auditors, including work types and grades, is stored in the personnel storage module, and the auditors can be configured adaptively. In the last embodiment, the configured auditing types are related to advertisements and virus, and some auditors which are good at auditing the related advertisements and the related content need to be configured. For example, Zhang III is good at reviewing the content related to the advertisement, the corresponding work category is the image work category, the corresponding level is the primary reviewer, Zhang III can be selected to review whether the image data contains the advertisement or not aiming at the image data, and the manual review stage is the stage in which the image data needs to be responsible. Li IV is good at auditing the contents related to the virus, the corresponding work type is audio work type, the corresponding level is a high-grade auditor, at this time, Li IV can be selected to audit whether the audio data contains the contents related to the virus or not aiming at the audio data, and if needing to be responsible, the Li IV is in a manual review stage. During specific implementation, the personnel configuration sub-module correspondingly selects the auditors needing to be responsible according to the configured audit flow and audit types, so that the auditors can more accurately and efficiently audit data.
S205, generating the audit item based on the audit engine, the audit category, the audit process and the auditor.
For the above step S205, in a specific implementation, after the audit engine in the step S201, the audit category in the step S202, the audit process in the step S203, and the auditor in the step S204 are configured, a corresponding audit item may be generated, and the corresponding auditor starts a corresponding audit work for the audit item.
As an optional implementation manner, for the steps S201 to S205, a project generation module may be further configured, where the project generation module is mainly responsible for configuring an audit engine, an audit category, an audit flow and an auditor corresponding to the audit requirement according to the audit requirement, and generating an audit project corresponding to the audit requirement. The item generation module can acquire the audit data from the data storage unit, and cooperate with the audit engine, the audit category, the audit flow and the auditor corresponding to the audit requirement according to the audit requirement to generate the audit item corresponding to the audit requirement, and the manager can quickly generate the corresponding audit item according to the audit data and the audit requirement, so that the data audit speed is improved, and the audit item management speed is also improved. After the audit item is generated, the auditor can start working and generate a corresponding audit result.
