Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide an agricultural product detecting device, which is effective in solving the above-mentioned technical problems in the background art.
The agricultural product detection device comprises a stand, a driving motor arranged on the stand, a driving disc arranged on the driving motor, a main cylinder arranged on the stand, a connecting rod for connecting the driving disc and the main cylinder, a secondary cylinder arranged on the stand and a mixing box arranged at the upper end of the secondary cylinder; the main cylinder is communicated with the auxiliary cylinder; the middle shaft of the driving disk is provided with a connecting hole, the output shaft of the driving motor is fixedly connected with the driving disk through the connecting hole, the driving disk is also provided with an eccentric bulge, two ends of the connecting rod are respectively provided with an earhole, the earhole at the upper end of the connecting rod is sleeved on the bulge, the top of main cylinder is equipped with the go-between, the earhole cover of connecting rod lower extreme is on the go-between, the quantity of vice cylinder is more than two, and the inside diameter of different vice cylinders is different, and every vice cylinder all is equipped with the valve with main cylinder intercommunication position.
Optionally, the main cylinder comprises a lower cylinder body, an upper cylinder body and a sealing ring arranged on the upper cylinder body; the lower cylinder body is of a cylindrical hollow box body structure with an open top, the upper cylinder body is of a closed solid structure, the upper cylinder body is in clearance fit with the lower cylinder body, a sealing ring is wound on the side wall of the upper cylinder body, the sealing ring seals a gap between the upper cylinder body and the lower cylinder body, a vent hole is formed in the lower end of the lower cylinder body, and the lower cylinder body is communicated with the auxiliary cylinder through the vent hole.
Optionally, the auxiliary cylinder comprises a lower auxiliary cylinder body, an upper auxiliary cylinder body and an auxiliary sealing ring arranged on the upper auxiliary cylinder body; the lower auxiliary cylinder body is of a cylindrical hollow box body structure with an open top, the upper auxiliary cylinder body is of a closed solid structure, the upper auxiliary cylinder body is in clearance fit with the lower auxiliary cylinder body, auxiliary sealing rings are wound on the side walls of the upper auxiliary cylinder body, the auxiliary sealing rings seal gaps between the upper auxiliary cylinder body and the lower auxiliary cylinder body, vent holes are formed in the lower end of the lower auxiliary cylinder body, and the lower auxiliary cylinder body is communicated with the main cylinder through the vent holes.
Optionally, the number of the auxiliary cylinders is more than two, the inner diameters of the hollow cylinders of the lower auxiliary cylinder bodies of different auxiliary cylinders are different, and the vent holes of the lower auxiliary cylinder bodies are provided with valves.
Optionally, the mixing box includes the main tank body and sets up the pole setting outside the main tank body, the main tank body is inside cavity, and the top is equipped with the opening, the top at the auxiliary cylinder is placed to the bottom of main tank body, the lateral part of main tank body is equipped with the spout, pole setting part is in the spout of sinking into, spout, pole setting and auxiliary cylinder three are parallel.
Optionally, the sliding groove is a dovetail groove, the upright rod is provided with a convex strip with a dovetail-shaped cross section, and the convex strip is sunk into the dovetail groove.
From the above, the application provides an agricultural product detection device, which realizes the adjustment of the telescopic lengths of different auxiliary cylinders by selectively starting the auxiliary cylinders with different inner diameters, thereby realizing the adjustment of the shaking amplitude of a mixing box.

For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
It should be noted that, in the embodiments of the present invention, all expressions of "first" and "second" are used for distinguishing two entities having the same name from each other or from other words having the same name, and it is to be understood that the "first" and "second" are used for convenience of description only, and the terms of direction and position in the embodiments of the present invention, such as "upper", "lower", "front", "rear", "left", "right", "inner", "outer", "side", etc., are used for explaining and understanding the present invention, and are not used for limiting the following embodiments of the present invention.
As shown in the drawings, there is provided an agricultural product inspection apparatus based on the above object, comprising a frame 1, a driving motor 2 provided on the frame 1, a driving plate 3 provided on the driving motor 2, a main cylinder 4 provided on the frame 1, a connecting rod connecting the driving plate 3 and the main cylinder 4, a sub cylinder 5 provided on the frame 1, and a mixing box 6 provided on an upper end of the sub cylinder 5; the sample to be shaken is placed in a mixing box 6, said primary cylinder 4 being in communication with said secondary cylinder 5. The driving disc 3 is driven to rotate by the driving motor 2, and then the main cylinder 4 is driven to stretch and retract by the connecting rod, and the auxiliary cylinder 5 is driven to stretch and retract. The number of the auxiliary cylinders 5 is more than two, and the inner diameters of different auxiliary cylinders 5 are different. Each auxiliary cylinder 5 is provided with a valve at a position communicating with the main cylinder 4.

In order to achieve the expansion and contraction of the master cylinder 4, the master cylinder 4 includes a lower cylinder block 41, an upper cylinder block 42, and a seal ring 43 provided on the upper cylinder block 42; the lower cylinder 41 is of a cylindrical hollow box structure with an open top, and the bottom of the lower cylinder 41 is fixed on the frame 1. The upper cylinder body 42 is of a closed solid structure, the upper cylinder body 42 is in clearance fit with the lower cylinder body 41, a sealing ring 43 is wound on the side wall of the upper cylinder body 42, the sealing ring 43 seals a gap between the upper cylinder body 42 and the lower cylinder body 41, a vent hole is formed in the lower end of the lower cylinder body 41, and the lower cylinder body 41 is communicated with the auxiliary cylinder 5 through the vent hole.
Similarly, the auxiliary cylinder 5 comprises a lower auxiliary cylinder body 51, an upper auxiliary cylinder body 52 and an auxiliary sealing ring 53 arranged on the upper auxiliary cylinder body 52; the lower auxiliary cylinder body 51 is of a cylindrical hollow box body structure with an open top, the upper auxiliary cylinder body 52 is of a closed solid structure, the upper auxiliary cylinder body 52 is in clearance fit with the lower auxiliary cylinder body 51, an auxiliary sealing ring 53 is wound on the side wall of the upper auxiliary cylinder body 52, the auxiliary sealing ring 53 seals a clearance between the upper auxiliary cylinder body 52 and the lower auxiliary cylinder body 51, a vent hole is formed in the lower end of the lower auxiliary cylinder body 51, and the lower auxiliary cylinder body 51 is communicated with the main cylinder 4 through the vent hole.
The inner diameters of the hollow cylinders of the lower auxiliary cylinder body 51 of different auxiliary cylinders 5 are different, and a valve is arranged on a vent hole of the lower auxiliary cylinder body 51. By activating different auxiliary cylinders 5, adjustment of the expansion and contraction amplitude of the different auxiliary cylinders 5 is achieved.
In order to control the movement amplitude of the mixing box 6, the mixing box 6 comprises a main box body 61 and a vertical rod 62 arranged outside the main box body 61, the main box body 61 is hollow, an opening is arranged at the top, the bottom of the main box body 61 is placed at the top of the auxiliary cylinder 5, a sliding groove is arranged at the outer side part of the main box body 61, the vertical rod 62 is partially sunk into the sliding groove, and the sliding groove, the vertical rod 62 and the auxiliary cylinder 5 are parallel.
Further, in order to prevent the main case 61 from deviating from the set movement direction, the sliding groove is a dovetail groove, and the upright post 62 is provided with a protruding strip with a dovetail-shaped cross section, and the protruding strip is sunk into the dovetail groove.
