According to the invention, the first driving motor 15 drives the first rotating shaft 12 to rotate so as to convey the wood 7 to be detected on the conveyor belt 11 to the moisture detection mechanism, the spectrum receiving probe 22 receives the spectrum signal transmitted by the spectrum transmitting probe 21 and transmits the spectrum signal to the spectrum analyzer 23, and the spectrum analyzer 23 calculates the integral moisture content of the wood 7 to be detected according to the spectrum signal, so that the moisture content of the wood can be automatically detected; meanwhile, the spectrum receiving probe 22 is arranged above the third rotating shaft 14 and below the conveyor belt 11, and the spectrum transmitting probe 21 is arranged right above the spectrum receiving probe 21 and above the conveyor belt 11, so that the spectrum signal transmitted by the spectrum transmitting probe 21 is received by the spectrum receiving probe 22 only by passing through 1 layer of conveyor belt without passing through a double-layer conveyor belt, the situations of microwave signal attenuation and distortion caused by the obstruction of the double-layer conveyor belt and the overlarge distance between the spectrum transmitting probe 21 and the spectrum receiving probe 22 can be avoided, the optimal installation position of the spectrum transmitting probe 21 can be ensured, and the spectrum receiving probe 22 is installed in the middle of the 2 layers of conveyor belts, thereby improving the measurement accuracy of the water content.
The spectrum emission probe provided by the invention is a microwave emission sensor, the spectrum receiving probe is a microwave receiving sensor, a plurality of sections of spectrums with different frequencies are simultaneously emitted to the wood to be detected through the microwave sensor, water molecules (polar molecules) in the wood to be detected can absorb energy in an electromagnetic field, and the energy absorbed by the water molecules and the water molecule content form a linear relation, so that the water content of a medium to be detected is calculated according to the characteristics. During detection, wood to be detected passes through the space between the two microwave sensors, the spectrum analyzer outputs a measured moisture value every 100ms in a calculation mode, and after the wood to be detected leaves the microwave sensors, the system automatically outputs the mean value of all measured moisture values of the wood to be detected (for example, if the detection time of the wood to be detected is 3 seconds, the spectrum analyzer measures 30 moisture values, and then the mean value is obtained). Therefore, the invention can continuously measure in a linear scanning detection mode, a non-contact detection process and high system detection precision, and the detection deviation can be stabilized within 1 degree. Meanwhile, the device has the advantages of simple and stable structure, difficult deformation and damage of the probe, convenient replacement of accessories, continuous measurement of the system, full coverage of the solid wood floor in a measurement area and higher detection precision.
Meanwhile, a first limit signal is obtained through the first limit module 41 and transmitted to the spectrum emission probe 21 to turn on the spectrum emission probe 21, wherein the first limit signal is an incoming signal; and acquiring a second limit signal through the second limit module 42 and transmitting the second limit signal to the spectrum emission probe 21 to turn off the spectrum emission probe 21, wherein the second limit signal is a leaving signal. Therefore, whether timber that awaits measuring gets into the detection zone (frequency spectrum emission probe 21 and frequency spectrum receiving probe 22 region) can be judged through first spacing module, whether timber that awaits measuring leaves the detection zone completely through the spacing module of second judgement, thereby control correspondingly the switch of frequency spectrum emission probe 21 can switch frequency spectrum emission probe 21 according to the detection demand, thereby can practice thrift electric power, and the while is accurate to acquire the complete frequency spectrum signal of timber that awaits measuring when passing through the detection zone, avoids appearing omitting, and then improves the precision that detects.
In addition, since the calculation rules of the water content of different types of wood are different, in order to improve the detection accuracy of the water content, it is necessary to select an appropriate calculation rule according to the type of wood. Therefore, in the embodiment, the reader 6 is arranged on the first guide plate 51, the electronic tag 8 is arranged on the wood to be detected, the electronic tag 8 is used for storing the ID information of the wood 7 to be detected, the ID information includes wood species information and wood density information, so that when the detection starts, the ID information of the wood to be detected can be acquired and sent to the spectrum analyzer 23, and when the water content is calculated, the corresponding calculation rule is selected according to the corresponding ID information, so that the detection accuracy of the water content is improved.
Further, whether the wood to be detected completely leaves the guide mechanism is detected through the third limiting module 91, and when the wood to be detected completely leaves the guide mechanism, the second driving motor 92 drives the blocking plate to descend; whether timber 7 that awaits measuring leaves moisture detection mechanism through second spacing module 42 judgement simultaneously, if yes, then close frequency spectrum emission probe 21 and rise through second driving motor 92 drive barrier plate 93 to the timber that awaits measuring of permission next gets into the detection zone, otherwise keeps the decline state of barrier plate, avoids two to wait to detect timber and overlaps at the detection zone, influences the detection precision of moisture content.

Claims (10)

the moisture detection mechanism comprises a spectrum emission probe, a spectrum receiving probe and a spectrum analyzer which are fixed on the supporting mechanism, the spectrum receiving probe is arranged above the third rotating shaft and below the conveyor belt, and the spectrum emission probe is arranged right above the spectrum receiving probe and above the conveyor belt;
the first driving motor is connected with the first rotating shaft and used for driving the first rotating shaft to rotate so as to convey wood to be detected arranged on the conveying belt to the moisture detection mechanism, the spectrum receiving probe is used for receiving a spectrum signal transmitted by the spectrum transmitting probe and transmitting the spectrum signal to the spectrum analyzer, and the spectrum analyzer is used for calculating the integral moisture content of the wood to be detected according to the spectrum signal.

The moisture detecting device for wood according to claim 1, wherein the wood conveying mechanism further comprises a conveyor belt supporting plate fixed to the supporting mechanism for supporting the conveyor belt, and a through hole is formed in the conveyor belt supporting plate at a position opposite to the spectrum receiving probe.

The wood moisture detecting device according to claim 2, further comprising a limiting mechanism, wherein the limiting mechanism comprises a first limiting module and a second limiting module, and the first limiting module and the second limiting module are respectively arranged at two sides of the spectrum emission probe and are connected with the spectrum emission probe;
the first limiting module is used for acquiring a first limiting signal and transmitting the first limiting signal to the spectrum emission probe to start the spectrum emission probe, wherein the first limiting signal is an incoming signal;
the second limit module is used for acquiring a second limit signal and transmitting the second limit signal to the spectrum emission probe to close the spectrum emission probe, wherein the second limit signal is a leaving signal.

The moisture detection device for wood according to claim 3, further comprising a guide mechanism, wherein the guide mechanism comprises a first guide plate, a second guide plate, a first telescopic module and a second telescopic module, the first guide plate is fixed on the support mechanism through the first telescopic module, the second guide plate is fixed on the support mechanism through the second telescopic module, the first guide plate and the second guide plate are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the spectrum emission probe and are perpendicular to the first rotation axis, and the first telescopic module and the second telescopic module simultaneously adjust the distance between the first guide plate and the second guide plate according to the width of wood to be detected.

acquiring ID information of an electronic tag arranged on the wood to be detected through a reader arranged on a first guide plate, wherein the ID information comprises wood type information and wood density information; the first guide plate is fixed on the supporting mechanism through a first telescopic module;
judging whether the wood to be detected enters the moisture detection mechanism or not through the first limiting module, if so, starting the spectrum emission probe, and otherwise, keeping the spectrum emission probe closed; the first limiting module and the second limiting module are respectively arranged on two sides of the frequency spectrum emission probe and are connected with the frequency spectrum emission probe;
judging whether the wood to be detected leaves the guide mechanism or not through the third limiting module, if so, driving the barrier plate to descend through the second driving motor, and otherwise, keeping the barrier plate to ascend; the third limiting module is fixedly arranged at the tail end of a second guide plate, the second guide plate is fixed on the supporting mechanism through a second telescopic module, the second driving motor is fixedly arranged at the tail end of the first guide plate, and the blocking plate is connected with the second driving motor;
judging whether the wood to be detected leaves the moisture detection mechanism or not through a second limiting module, if so, closing the spectrum emission probe and driving the barrier plate to ascend through a second driving motor, otherwise, keeping the spectrum emission probe open and the barrier plate to descend;
in the conveying process, a spectrum receiving probe receives a spectrum signal transmitted by the spectrum transmitting probe and transmits the spectrum signal to a spectrum analyzer;
and calculating the whole moisture content of the wood to be detected according to the frequency spectrum signal and the ID information through a spectrum analyzer.
