The cooking device with the steaming function comprises the water tank pushing mechanism.
It has the defects of unsmooth push-out and retraction, large volume of a driving mechanism and influence on the space of a water tank.
Therefore, the invention aims to realize a water tank assembly which is smooth in pushing and shrinking and small in driving part volume.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention overcomes the defects that the existing water tank is not smoothly pushed and retracted and the driving mechanism has larger volume, and provides the water tank assembly which is smoothly pushed and retracted and has small volume of the driving mechanism.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the utility model provides a water tank component, includes base, upper cover, water tank body, apron and drive assembly, and upper cover and base form and hold water tank body container, drive assembly includes rack, gear, the driving motor that the transmission is connected, and rack one end is connected with water tank body, and driving motor drives the length direction removal of rack along water tank component, drives water tank body and stretches out or retract the container. The driving motor can adopt a worm gear type transmission.
The invention adopts the rack and the gear to drive the water tank assembly, the arrangement is convenient, the gear can be transversely arranged or longitudinally arranged, the structure is arranged at the position of the container close to the tail part, the volume is saved, and the water tank assembly with larger volume can be accommodated. The mode that adopts the rack still has the advantage that the distance of release is bigger, and the convenience of customers gets puts the water tank body. Fasteners are arranged on two sides of the upper cover, corresponding clamping pieces are arranged on two sides of the base, and the two clamping pieces are connected in a clamping manner. The upper cover is provided with a corresponding slot for mounting the rack, and the cover plate is covered above the slot. This structure has made things convenient for the later stage to maintain, only needs to remove the apron and just can maintain.
Preferably, the device further comprises a signal component, wherein the signal component comprises a retraction position sensor and an extension position sensor. The sensor indicates the position of both ends of the water tank body, and when the position sensor is retracted to the position and the position sensor is extended to the position to detect the position of the water tank body or the rack, the driving motor is started or stopped by the controller. The retract-to-position sensor and the extend-to-position sensor may be infrared sensors, hall sensors, reed pipe sensors, or micro switches or other position sensors.
Preferably, the rack comprises a first rack and a second rack, the second rack is connected with the water tank body, and the first rack and the second rack are elastically connected through an elastic piece. When the water tank is used, due to the error factors, the action stroke of the retraction in-place sensor and the error of the electric control time can affect the time for stopping the water tank. Therefore, the device can continuously maintain the retraction signal for a period of time after receiving the signal of the retraction in-position sensor. The driving part in the device is matched with the rack and the gear. When the rack and the gear reach the stroke limit, the gear cannot rotate, and the damage rate of the driving motor can rise linearly under the condition of maintaining no rotation for a long time.
Therefore, the invention adopts the connection mode of the first rack and the second rack which are elastically connected, and the first rack and the second rack can be connected by adopting a spring. When the water tank body is completely in place, the corresponding second rack does not move any more, the first rack can continue to retract along with the gear, and the spring between the first rack and the second rack is lengthened.
When the controller sends a stop signal, the first rack does not move any more. The braking force that provides after driving motor no longer worked is less than the power that the spring provided, and under the effect of elasticity, the second rack can pull back first rack and contact the two. The structure can prevent idle stroke when the next wheel is pushed out, and the water tank body can be pushed out immediately.

The micro switch and the reed pipe assembly are fixed in position. The rack is downwards protruded at the designed in-place position corresponding to the water tank body and can be abutted against the micro switch, and a magnetic block is arranged at one end of the rack, which is far away from the water tank body. Corresponding to retracted and extended positions, respectively. The position of the water tank body can be informed through the sensor.
Preferably, the middle part of the upper cover is abutted against the second rack and limits the length direction of the second rack upwards. When the second rack is abutted against the upper cover, the limit position is reached, and the water tank body does not move any more.
Preferably, the rack is detachably connected with the water tank body. The structure realizes the operations of replacing and cleaning the water tank body.
Preferably, the rack is provided with a connecting hole at one end close to the water tank body, the two axial ends of the connecting hole are respectively connected with the lock cylinders in a sliding manner, an elastic opening part is arranged between the two lock cylinders, the two lock cylinders are opened by the elastic opening part, the water tank body is provided with corresponding mounting grooves, the lock cylinders are abutted against the two sides of the mounting grooves, the mounting grooves are sequentially provided with an entering guide inclined plane, a limiting block, a leaving guide inclined plane and a groove body from outside to inside, and the slope of the leaving guide inclined plane is steeper than that of the entering guide inclined plane.
One end of the lock cylinder is in a cake shape, the other end of the lock cylinder is in a column shape, the lock cylinder is inserted into the connecting hole, and one end of the lock cylinder in the column shape extends out of two ends of the connecting hole. One end inserted into the lock cylinder is fixed with an end cover for preventing the lock cylinder from being separated. In the process that the rack is connected with the water tank body, the lock cylinder sequentially enters the guide inclined plane, the limiting block and the leaving guide inclined plane and enters the groove body. Since the slope of the departure guide slope is steeper than that of the entry guide slope, the water tank body is easier to install in place, and the force for departure is larger than the force required for installation.
Preferably, guide wings are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the rack, corresponding guide grooves are formed in the upper cover, and the guide wings are in sliding connection with the guide grooves. The arrangement is such that the rack can slide relative to the container. Not easy to be disengaged from the gear.
Preferably, a plurality of separation grooves are formed in the rack along the length direction, and the magnetic blocks are placed in the separation grooves. Because the reed pipe assembly is a sensor extending out of position, the position of the magnetic block on the rack determines the extending length of the water tank assembly. The structure can adapt to containers and water-consuming appliances with different shapes and depths through the racks with the same shape, and the cost of repeated molding is reduced.
A method of using a cistern assembly including a cistern assembly as hereinbefore described, the method of opening the cistern comprising:
(1) the controller receives an opening signal;
(2) the driving motor drives the rack to move, and the rack drives the water tank body to extend out of the container;

(4) the controller sends a stop signal to the driving motor after receiving the in-place signal for a plurality of times;
the manual closing mode comprises the following steps:
(1) manually pushing the water tank body to retract into the container;
(2) after the magnetic block is far away from the reed pipe assembly, the reed pipe assembly is not influenced by the magnetic block any more and sends a signal to the controller;
(3) the controller controls the driving motor to rotate reversely;
(4) the subsequent steps are the same as the step (3) and the step (4) in the closing control mode.
The method realizes that the water tank component can be controlled by a button or a remote controller to realize the automatic opening function. Example (b):
a water tank assembly, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, comprises a base 1, an upper cover 2, a water tank body 3, a cover plate 4 and a driving assembly, wherein the upper cover 2 and the base 1 form a container for accommodating the water tank body 3, one end of the container is open, the other end of the container is closed, and the water tank body 3 is inserted from the open end. Fasteners 24 are arranged on two sides of the upper cover 2, corresponding clamping pieces 25 are arranged on two sides of the base 1, and the two are connected in a buckling mode. The upper cover 2 is provided with a corresponding slot for mounting the rack 5, and the cover plate 4 is covered above the slot.
The driving assembly comprises a rack 5, a gear 6 and a driving motor 7 which are connected in a transmission mode, the gear 6 in the scheme is arranged vertically in the axial direction, the gear 6 is meshed with the rack 5 and transversely arranged, and teeth on the rack 5 are arranged on the right side of the rack 5. The detachable water tank body 3 is connected to one end of the rack 5, and the driving motor 7 drives the rack 5 to move along the length direction of the water tank assembly to drive the water tank body 3 to extend out of or retract into a container. Guide wings 22 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the rack 5, corresponding guide grooves are arranged on the upper cover 2, and the guide wings 22 are connected with the guide grooves in a sliding manner. The arrangement is such that the rack 5 can slide relative to the container. Not easily disengaged from the gear 6.
The paths of movement of the racks 5 are provided with signal components indicating position information, respectively. The signal components include a retracted position sensor and an extended position sensor. The retracted in-place sensor is a microswitch 11, the extended in-place sensor is a reed pipe assembly 12, the microswitch 11 is abutted against the rack 5, the first rack 8 is provided with a magnetic block 13 corresponding to the reed pipe assembly 12, and the signal part is electrically connected with a controller. The retract-to-position sensor indicates that the tank body 3 has been retracted, the extend-to-position sensor indicates that it has been extended in position, and the drive motor 7 may be stopped. When the retracted-in-position sensor and the extended-in-position sensor detect the position of the tank body 3 or the rack 5, the driving motor 7 is started or stopped by the controller. The micro switch 11 and the reed pipe assembly 12 are fixed together. The position of the first rack 8, which is close to the second rack 9, protrudes downwards and can be abutted against the micro switch 11, and a magnetic block 13 is arranged at one end of the rack 5, which is far away from the water tank body 3. Corresponding to retracted and extended positions, respectively. The position of the tank body 3 can be informed by the sensor.
As shown in fig. 3 to 5, the rack 5 includes a first rack 8 and a second rack 9, the second rack 9 is connected to the tank body 3, and the first rack 8 and the second rack 9 are elastically connected via an elastic member 10. The elastic member 10 is arranged inside the second rack 9. When the two ends of the rack 5 are not under the action of tensile force or under the action of tensile force below a certain threshold value, the two ends of the first rack 8 and the second rack 9 are connected. The structure realizes that when the rack 5 pushes out the water tank body 3, the elastic part 10 can not shrink, so that the condition of idle stroke can not occur. When the water tank is used, due to the error factors, the action stroke of the retraction in-place sensor and the error of the electric control time can affect the time for stopping the water tank. Therefore, the device can continuously maintain the retraction signal for a period of time after receiving the signal of the retraction in-position sensor. The driving component in the device is the matching of the rack 5 and the gear 6. When the rack 5 and the gear 6 reach the stroke limit, the gear 6 cannot rotate, and the damage rate of the driving motor 7 is increased linearly under the condition of maintaining the non-rotation for a long time.
In order to ensure that the water tank body 3 is completely retracted in place, after the retraction in-place sensor sends a signal, the controller still drives the driving motor 7 to work for a period of time, so as to ensure that the water tank body 3 is completely retracted. Meanwhile, in order to avoid that the gear 6 cannot drive the rigid rack 5 to move and cause the driving motor 7 to burn out, the gear 6 drives the first rack 8 to continue to move, and the elastic member 10 between the first rack 8 and the second rack 9 is elongated.
When the controller sends a stop signal, the first rack 8 does not move any more. The braking force provided by the drive motor 7 after it is no longer in operation is less than the pulling force of the elastic member 10, and under the action of the elastic force, the second rack 9 will pull the first rack 8 back into contact with the two. The structure can prevent idle stroke when the next round is pushed out, and the water tank body 3 can be immediately pushed out.
The middle part of the upper cover 2 is abutted against the second rack 9 and limits the length direction of the second rack 9, and the second rack 9 cannot move continuously along with the first rack 8. The interference of the second rack 9 with the upper cover 2 means that the limit position is reached and the tank body 3 is no longer moved.
As shown in fig. 2 and 6, the connection between the second rack 9 and the tank body 3 is such that: one end of the second rack 9 close to the water tank body 3 is provided with a connecting hole 14, the two axial ends of the connecting hole 14 are respectively slidably connected with lock cylinders 15, an elastic opening piece 16 is arranged between the two lock cylinders 15, the elastic opening piece 16 opens the two lock cylinders 15, a corresponding mounting groove 17 is arranged on the water tank body 3, the lock cylinders 15 are abutted to the two sides of the mounting groove 17, the mounting groove 17 is sequentially provided with an entering guide inclined plane 18 from outside to inside, a limiting block 19, a leaving guide inclined plane 20 and a groove body 21, and the slope of the leaving guide inclined plane 20 is steeper than that of the entering guide inclined plane 18.
As shown in fig. 7, one end of the lock cylinder 15 is shaped like a cake, and the other end is shaped like a column, and the lock cylinder 15 is inserted into the connecting hole 14, and one end of the column is protruded from both ends of the connecting hole 14. An end cap 26 for preventing the lock cylinder 15 from coming out is fixed to one end inserted into the lock cylinder 15. In the process that the rack 5 is connected with the water tank body 3, the lock cylinder 15 sequentially enters the guide inclined plane 18, the limiting block 19 and the departure guide inclined plane 20 and enters the groove body 21. Since the slope of the departure guide slope 20 is steeper than the slope of the entry guide slope 18, the tank body 3 is more easily installed in place, and the force for departure is greater than the force required for installation.
A plurality of separation grooves 23 are formed in the rack 5 along the length direction, and the magnetic blocks 13 are placed in the separation grooves 23. Because the reed pipe assembly 12 is a sensor extending out of position, the position of the magnetic block 13 on the rack 5 can quickly adjust the extending length of the water tank assembly. The structure can adapt to containers and water-consuming appliances with different shapes and depths through the rack 5 with the same shape, and the cost of repeated molding is reduced.

(1) the controller receives an opening signal;
(2) the driving motor 7 drives the rack 5 to move, and the rack 5 drives the water tank body 3 to extend out of the container;
(3) the magnetic block 13 moves along with the rack 5 until the magnetic force influences the reed pipe assembly 12, and the reed pipe assembly 12 sends a signal to the controller;
(4) the controller controls the driving motor 7 to stop;
the closing method comprises a control closing mode and a manual closing mode;
the control closing mode comprises the following steps:
(1) the controller receives a closing signal;
(2) the driving motor 7 rotates reversely to drive the water tank body 3 to retract into the container;
(3) the rack 5 moves to the position of triggering the microswitch 11, and the microswitch 11 sends an in-place signal to the controller;
(4) the controller sends a stop signal to the driving motor 7 after receiving the in-place signal for a plurality of times;
the manual closing mode comprises the following steps:
(1) the water tank body 3 is manually pushed to retract into the container;
(2) after the magnetic block is far away from the reed pipe assembly 12, the reed pipe assembly 12 is not influenced by the magnetic block 13 any more and sends a signal to the controller;
(3) the controller controls the driving motor 7 to rotate reversely;
(4) the subsequent steps are the same as the step (3) and the step (4) in the closing control mode.
The method realizes that the water tank component can be controlled by a button or a remote controller to realize the automatic opening function. The automatic closing function can also be realized by a button or a remote controller. When a person manually pushes the water tank assembly into one end for a distance, the reed switch assembly 12 is triggered to automatically retract.
