The light emitted by the LED light source directly irradiates the starry sky pattern additional face mask, and is refracted through the polygonal patterns on the starry sky pattern additional face mask to form a light type meeting the light distribution requirement of the position lamp, and the light type penetrates through the starry sky pattern additional face mask and the outer face mask to be emitted. Specifically, the transparent material is PC, the material brand is AL2647, random starry sky patterns are generated on the surface of the material, so that light is irregularly scattered in the material, and starry sky light-emitting effects observed at different angles are realized.
Compared with the scheme that the additional face mask is made of scattering materials, the starry sky pattern rear position lamp is difficult to meet the position lamp regulation requirements, the stereoscopic surface structure of the starry sky pattern has a scattering effect on light, the utilization rate of the light is reduced, and meanwhile, the additional face mask of the position lamp is made of transparent materials, so that light loss can be effectively reduced (compared with the scattering materials). Therefore, the generation and the structural design of the starry sky patterns need to be optimized and adjusted for multiple times so as to meet the light distribution requirement of the position lamp. Because the starry sky pattern effect has low requirement on the uniformity of light emission, the LED spacing can be properly increased when the LEDs are arranged and arranged, and the purpose of designing the cost is achieved.
