When the valve needs to be opened again, the lower valve core 323 overcomes the internal pressure and the elastic force of the spring to fall, the ventilation through hole 3213 of the sealing gasket 321 is communicated, the internal pressure disappears, at this time, the lower valve core 323 drives the upper valve core 322 to fall, and the large exhaust pipe 311 is completely opened.
Because the exhaust pipe 311 has a large diameter, if a single-stage valve core is used for sealing, the pressure of the internal pressure acting on the exhaust pipe 311 is large, and when the fuel pump is righted after the inclination angle is more than or equal to 40 degrees, the weight of the valve core 32 cannot overcome the internal pressure and the elastic force, so that the turnover valve cannot be reopened. After the small ventilation through hole 3213 is formed in the sealing gasket 321, the internal pressure generated therein is small, and after the weight is accurately set, the lower valve core 323 can fall down against the internal pressure and the elastic force of the spring during the reopening, so that the reopening operation is completed.
As shown in fig. 2, the fuel pump of the present application further includes a shock pad 50, the shock pad 50 is disposed on the bottom surface of the valve hole groove 13, the shock pad 50 corresponds to the valve element 32 and acts as a buffer for the valve element 32 when the valve element 32 moves downward, the shock pad 50 includes a middle through hole, and oil gas in the inner cavity can enter the valve hole groove 13 through the middle through hole of the shock pad 50 and be discharged from the exhaust pipe 311.
In fig. 2, the fuel pump of the present application further includes a float 60, a needle valve 70, a filter screen 80 and a pressure valve 90, the float 60, the needle valve 70, the filter screen 80 and the pressure valve 90 are disposed in the inner cavity, the needle valve 70 is disposed on the float 60, the float 60 is driven to move when floating up at the fuel, when the fuel reaches a set value, the needle valve 70 is closed to the nozzle of the fuel inlet pipe 12, the fuel does not enter the inner cavity, the fuel is pumped out, the float 60 descends to cause the needle valve 70 to open the nozzle of the fuel inlet pipe 12, and the fuel enters the inner cavity from the fuel inlet pipe 12; the middle part of the oil outlet pipe 11 is communicated with a pressure valve 90 through an oil return port, and the pressure valve 90 is used for keeping the pressure of oil in the oil outlet pipe 11 stable; the filter screen 80 is disposed at the oil inlet 43 of the pump body 40, and supplies the filtered fuel to the pump body 40 for pumping.
To sum up, the fuel pump of this application has the function of fuel feeding to the engine, still has oil-gas separation's effect, and the mode of realization sets up an blast pipe 311. After the fuel enters the inner cavity through the fuel inlet pipe 12, the oil and the gas are separated, the pump body 40 pumps the filtered fuel to the engine through the fuel outlet pipe 11, and the gas is discharged through the gas outlet pipe 311 arranged on the rollover valve 30. There is a problem in that when the fuel supply is excessive and the fuel pump is tilted or inverted, the fuel leaks from the exhaust pipe 311, causing environmental pollution and safety problems.
One solution to this problem is to provide a needle valve 70, float 60 and tumble valve 30 mechanism. When the fuel pump is inclined at an angle less than 40 degrees, and when a certain amount of fuel is fed into the fuel inlet pipe 12, the needle valve 70 mounted at the orifice of the fuel inlet pipe 12 is driven by the float 60 to be closed, so that fuel is not fed any more, and the fuel cannot leak from the exhaust pipe 311.
When the fuel pump inclination angle is larger than or equal to 40 degrees to 180 degrees, the float 60 cannot drive the needle valve 70 to close the nozzle of the fuel inlet pipe 12 for fuel inlet due to the buoyancy direction, and at the moment, the rollover valve 30 closes the nozzle of the exhaust pipe 311, so that fuel cannot leak from the exhaust pipe 311.
In summary, due to the adoption of the technical characteristics, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages and positive effects:
firstly, the turnover valve is convenient to install, and can not leak oil when being tilted;
secondly, the fuel pump is guaranteed to pump oil continuously, and leakage of the fuel from the exhaust port due to excessive fuel is avoided.
