8. The infant carrier of claim 1, wherein the return member is a torsion spring.
9. The infant carrier of claim 1, wherein the fixing base has two opposite side wings, two parallel sliding grooves are formed on the two side wings, and two ends of the movable pin are respectively and slidably connected in the sliding grooves.

The infant carrier of any one of claims 1-9, further comprising a tightening strap coupled to the shoulder strap, the shoulder strap being mounted to the seat, the tightening strap being movably disposed within the seat and having one end extending out of the seat, wherein the trigger unit is mounted on a path of movement of the tightening strap, the tightening strap being operable to the trigger unit to generate a trigger signal when tightened, the prompting device being exposed to a surface of the seat.
11. The infant carrier of claim 10, wherein the locking assembly is mounted to the seat and exposed to a surface thereof, the tightening strap being threaded into the locking assembly, the locking assembly being configured to position the tightening strap after tightening.
12. The infant carrier of claim 1, wherein the infant carrier is a child safety seat.
