Claims (10)

1. A flat cutter punching structure in the adhesive tape product die cutting procedure comprises a vertical support plate (1), a splitting mechanism (2), a distributing mechanism (3) and a punching mechanism (4), and is characterized in that the splitting mechanism (2), the distributing mechanism (3) and the punching mechanism (4) are sequentially installed on the vertical support plate (1), the punching mechanism (4) comprises an installation plate (41), one side, away from the vertical support plate (1), of the installation plate (41) is sequentially and horizontally welded with a fixing plate (42), a support plate (44) and a bearing plate (45) from top to bottom, two telescopic rods (46) are symmetrically installed at two ends of the fixing plate (42), the two telescopic rods (46) are vertically arranged, output shafts of the two telescopic rods (46) movably penetrate through the fixing plate (42) and extend to the lower end to be connected with a punching cutter holder (43), the lower end of the punching cutter holder (43) is provided with four grooves (43a) side by side, punching flat cutters (43b) are movably arranged in the four grooves (43a), the outer periphery of each punching flat cutter (43b) is movably sleeved with a fixed ring seat (43c), and the fixed ring seats (43c) are in threaded connection with openings of the grooves (43 a);
the bottom of the punching flat cutter piece (43b) is provided with a die cutting cutter head (43b-2), the outer periphery of the upper end of the die cutting cutter head (43b-2) is provided with an annular blocking sheet (43b-1), the edge of the lower surface of the annular blocking sheet (43b-1) is glued with an elastic rubber ring (43b-5), a return spring (43b-3) is arranged between the fixed ring seat (43c) and the annular blocking sheet (43b-1), and the return spring (43b-3) is movably sleeved on the outer periphery of the punching flat cutter piece (43 b).
2. The flat blade punching structure in the adhesive tape product punching process according to claim 1, wherein rubber cushions (43b-4) are glued to the tops of all four punching flat blades (43 b).
