Examples
A double-wire single-arc welding contact tip and application thereof are disclosed as shown in figures 1-4, and the contact tip comprises a main body 1, a tip 2 arranged at one end of the main body 1, a connecting part 3 arranged at the other end of the main body 1, and at least two welding wire holes 4, wherein the welding wire holes 4 sequentially penetrate through the connecting part 3, the main body 1 and the tip 2.
As shown in fig. 1-4, the wire hole 4 is gradually spaced from the longitudinal centerline of the connecting portion 3, the body 1, and the tip 2.
As shown in fig. 1-4, the wire hole 4 is equidistant from the longitudinal centerlines of the connection portion 3, the body 1, and the tip 2 in the same horizontal section.
As shown in fig. 1-2, the number of wire holes 4 is set to two or four; when the number of the welding wire holes 4 is two, the middle point of the connecting line of the welding wire holes 4 is positioned on the longitudinal middle line of the connecting part 3, the main body 1 and the tip 2; when the number of the welding wire holes 4 is four, included angles formed by any two adjacent welding wire holes 4 on the same longitudinal section and the longitudinal center lines of the connecting part 3, the main body 1 and the tip 2 are equal.
As shown in figures 1-4, the extended lines of the wire holes 4 on the longitudinal central lines of the connecting part 3, the main body 1 and the tip 2 at the midpoints of any two connecting lines are connected, and the distance from the connected position of the extended lines of the wire holes 4 to the tip 2 is 15-30 mm.

As shown in fig. 1 and 5, the device further comprises a sleeve 5, wherein an internal thread is arranged in the sleeve 5; the inner diameter of one end of the sleeve 5 is the same as the outer diameter of the main body 1, the inner diameter of the other end of the sleeve 5 is the same as the outer diameter of the tail end of the welding gun, and the outer surface of the tail end of the welding gun is provided with an external thread which is meshed with the internal thread of the sleeve 5 in the axial direction.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, an annular protrusion 6 is provided between the connection part 3 and the body 1, and an outer diameter of the protrusion 6 is larger than an inner diameter of one end of the sleeve 5 and smaller than an outer diameter of the other end.
The using method comprises the following steps: the installation steps of the contact tip comprise the steps of firstly detaching a nozzle on a connecting rod of a welding gun, enabling two welding wires to penetrate through two welding wire holes, inserting a connecting part of the contact tip into the connecting rod, properly rotating and adjusting the position of the connecting part of the contact tip to enable the two welding wires to be connected, then enabling a sleeve to penetrate through the contact tip to enable a protrusion of the contact tip to be clamped on the sleeve, mutually meshing an internal thread arranged on the sleeve and an external thread arranged on the connecting rod to fix the contact tip on the connecting rod, and finally installing and fixing the nozzle on the connecting rod of the welding gun.
After welding for a period of time, the two welding wires may not be connected, and after the temperature of the welding gun is reduced, the nozzle is detached, the sleeve is loosened, the connecting part of the contact tip is rotated properly to connect the two welding wires again, and finally the sleeve and the nozzle are screwed and fixed respectively.
