In the initial state, the hook 814 is pressed by the second rack 815, the elastic element on the hook 814 is deformed, when the first rack 54 moves, the first rack 54 drives the spur gear 83 to rotate anticlockwise through the third rack 821, the spur gear 83 drives the fourth rotating shaft 82 to rotate, the fourth rotating shaft 82 drives the second bevel gear set 86 to rotate, the second bevel gear set 86 drives the fifth rotating shaft 85 to rotate, the fifth rotation drives the second gear lack 87 to rotate, when the second gear lack 87 has teeth to drive the second rack 815 to move downwards, the elastic element on the second rack 815 deforms, the second rack 815 drives the second wedge 819 to move downwards, the second wedge 819 moves to enable the first wedge 817 to move leftwards, the fourth spring 818 is compressed, when the groove on the second rack 815 moves to contact with the lower part of the hook 814, the elastic element on the hook 814 drives the hook 814 to reset, the hook 814 blocks the second rack 815 to prevent the second rack 815 from continuously moving downwards, meanwhile, the second wedge 819 moves to enable the third wedge 820 to move backwards, the third wedge 820 drives the second push plate 88 to move backwards, the second push plate 88 drives the blower 810 to move backwards, the elastic piece on the slide bar 89 is compressed to enable the blower 810 to approach the safety helmet, then the paint on the safety helmet is dried, when the second short gear 87 is separated from the second rack 815, the elastic piece on the slide bar 89 drives the slide bar 89 to reset, the slide bar 89 drives the blower 810 to reset with the second push plate 88, the second push plate 88 drives the third wedge 820 to move upwards, the third wedge 820 drives the second wedge 819 to move upwards to reset, meanwhile, the elastic piece on the second rack 815 drives the second rack 815 to move upwards to reset, when the groove on the second wedge 819 moves to contact with the first wedge 817, the fourth spring 818 is reset, and the fourth spring 818 drives the first wedge 817 to clamp the second wedge 819.

a first bevel gear set (34) is arranged between the second rotating shaft (32) and the first rotating shaft (31);
the manual paint spraying mechanism (4) comprises:
the middle part of the bottom plate (1) is provided with a first support column (41);
the first support frame (42), the first support frame (42) is arranged on the upper portion of the first support column (41);
the paint spraying boxes (43), three paint spraying boxes (43) are arranged on the first supporting frame (42);
the middle part of the first support column (41) is slidably provided with a first push rod (44);
the second push rod (45), the first push rod (44) is provided with the second push rod (45) in a sliding manner;
the lower pressing plate (46), the upper portion of the second push rod (45) is provided with three lower pressing plates (46), and the lower pressing plates (46) are matched with the paint spraying box (43);
the first baffle (47), the first support column (41) is provided with the first baffle (47), and the first baffle (47) is provided with a sliding plate in a sliding manner;
the first springs (48), the second push rod (45) slides on the sliding plate, five first springs (48) are arranged in the first baffle (47), and the first springs (48) are connected with the sliding plate;
the automatic paint spraying mechanism (5) is further included, and the automatic paint spraying mechanism (5) comprises:
the second support frame (51) is arranged on the bottom plate (1);

the handles (63) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the third support frame (62);
the clamping block (64) is arranged in the fixed supporting plate (61);
and a third spring (65), wherein a third spring (65) is arranged between the clamping block (64) and the third supporting frame (62).

an arc-shaped round rod (71) is rotatably arranged on the third support frame (62) at one side;

and a torsion spring (73), wherein the torsion spring (73) is arranged between the third support frame (62) and the arc-shaped round rod (71), and the torsion spring (73) is sleeved on the arc-shaped round rod (71).

a fourth rotating shaft (82), and the bottom plate (1) is rotatably provided with the fourth rotating shaft (82);
a spur gear (83), wherein the spur gear (83) is arranged at the lower part of the fourth rotating shaft (82);
the second support column (84) is arranged at the upper part of the fourth support frame (81);
a fifth rotating shaft (85), wherein the second support column (84) is rotatably provided with the fifth rotating shaft (85);
a second bevel gear set (86), wherein a second bevel gear set (86) is arranged between the upper part of the fourth rotating shaft (82) and the fifth rotating shaft (85);
a second gear-missing (87), a second gear-missing (87) is arranged on the fifth rotating shaft (85);
the second pushing plate (88) is arranged on the upper part of the fourth supporting frame (81) in a sliding manner, and the second pushing plate (88) is arranged on the upper part of the fourth supporting frame;
the sliding rod (89) is arranged on the upper part of the fourth supporting frame (81) in a sliding manner, and an elastic piece is arranged between the sliding rod (89) and the fourth supporting frame (81);
