The axis of the side nozzle 603 is perpendicular to the axis of the needle 602 or at an angle, i.e., the direction of the orifice of the side nozzle 603 is inclined downward or upward with respect to the needle 602. In addition, in order to prevent reflux of anesthetic and body tissue liquid medicine during multiple anaesthesia, a flow limiting valve plate may be provided between the connecting tube 601 and the injection nozzle 105 in addition to the adsorption plug 11, so that resistance during passage of the anesthetic is increased, and the reflux of the anesthetic and body tissue liquid medicine is prevented from contaminating the liquid medicine in the syringe 1.
The bottom of the cylinder 101 is sleeved with a thread bush 103, and a limit structure is arranged between the thread bush 103 and the cylinder 101, preferably, the limit structure is a protrusion and/or a groove arranged on the cylinder 101 along the axial direction or the circumferential direction thereof, and a groove and/or a protrusion arranged inside the thread bush 103 along the axial direction or the circumferential direction thereof. The outer side surface of the thread sleeve 103 is provided with a second positioning thread, the top of the thread sleeve is provided with a limiting convex ring 106, the second positioning thread is provided with a second scale window 104, the bottom of the cylinder 102 is provided with a second scale corresponding to the second scale window 104, the second scale is used for displaying injection depth, and the second scale is gradually increased from bottom to top. When the quantitative injection is carried out, the clamping lug 202 is required to be installed at the top of the locating sleeve 2, the quantitative nut 5 is in threaded connection with the first locating thread on the outer side face of the locating sleeve 2, the locating sleeve 2 is in threaded connection with the top external thread 102 on the top of the needle cylinder 1 through the internal thread 205 on the bottom, the piston rod 3 and the piston 4 are inserted into the needle cylinder 1, meanwhile, the 0 scale plate 305 slides in the first scale window 204 of the locating sleeve 2, the injection needle 6 is installed on the injection nozzle 105 on the bottom of the needle cylinder 1, after the injector extracts anesthetic, the quantitative nut 5 is rotated according to the required injection quantity, the top face of the quantitative nut 5 is aligned with the corresponding scale value on the first scale, namely the injection quantity, after the injection needle is inserted into organism tissues, the piston rod 3 is driven to move downwards, and when the 0 scale plate 305 is abutted to the top face of the quantitative nut 5, the injection quantity is the injection quantity which is adjusted in advance, and the injection needle 6 is pulled out. When depth setting injection is needed, the thread sleeve 103 is needed to be installed at the bottom of the needle cylinder 1, the depth setting nut 701 of the limit sleeve 7 is installed at the thread part of the thread sleeve 103 in a threaded manner, the thread joint 802 of the limit head 8 is installed on the thread ring 702 in a threaded manner, an anesthesiologist sets the injection depth in advance according to different injection positions, the limit sleeve 7 is rotated to adjust the position of the depth setting nut 701 at the thread part of the thread sleeve 703, the scale value on the second scale corresponding to the upper end face of the depth setting nut 701 limits the distance from the lower end face of the limit body 801 of the limit head 8 to the bottom end of the needle tube 602, namely the injection depth, the disinfection hemostatic cotton 9 is plugged into the cavity inside the limit body 801, the needle tube 602 directly pierces corresponding organism tissues under the limit actions of the limit sleeve 7 and the limit head 8, the pierced depth is the set injection depth, after injection is completed, the disinfection hemostatic cotton 9 is pushed out through a gap, the needle tube 602 of the injection needle is pulled out, the disinfection hemostatic cotton 9 stays at the needle hole position, and on one hand, and on the other hand, anesthetic is prevented from overflowing.
In summary, the invention modularizes the components of the anesthetic syringe such as the quantitative component, the fixed depth component and the like, and medical staff can assemble the anesthetic syringe according to actual requirements, thereby realizing the requirements of routine injection, quantitative injection, fixed depth injection and the like.
