The plurality of electrodes 430 are arranged at equal intervals along the length direction of the metal rod 420.
Specifically, the fan-shaped frame 410 is connected to the fixing portion 300 and located on the top of the book, a plurality of metal rods 420 are disposed in the fan-shaped frame 410, the plurality of metal rods 420 are radially arranged, a light-transmitting portion 411 is formed between adjacent metal rods 420, the electrode 430 is mounted on a surface of the metal rods 420 facing the book, and the electrode 430 is in contact with the top of the book. When the electrode 430 is energized, the electrode 430 is charged with the same polarity, so that the pages are also charged with the same polarity, and the pages of the book are uniformly separated due to the repulsion reaction caused by the charges with the same polarity.
Further, the number of metal rods 420 and electrodes 430 may be as large as possible to increase the contact area of the electrodes 430 with the book, making it easier for the book to be charged and the pages separated more evenly.
Further, as shown in fig. 8, one end of the segment frame 410 is provided with a groove 412, the shape of the groove 412 matches the shape of the first fixing piece 321, and the first fixing piece 321 is inserted in the groove 412 to connect the first fixing piece 321 with the segment frame 410.
As shown in FIGS. 2, 3, 4 and 11, in one embodiment of the present invention, the book sterilizer further comprises a support part 200, and the support part 200 is disposed under the bracket 310 and detachably connected to the bracket 310.
Specifically, the supporting portion 200 is used to support the fixing portion 300, and the supporting portion 200 is detachably connected to the bracket 310, so that it is easy to replace the supporting portion 200 or the bracket 310 when the supporting portion 200 or the bracket 310 fails.
Further, as shown in fig. 11, the supporting portion 200 includes a supporting plate 210, the supporting plate 210 is detachably connected to the bracket 310, a barrier 220 is disposed on the supporting plate 210, the air sent by the air supply portion 700 passes through the air inlet 131 and then passes through the barrier 220, the book pages are blown and opened, and the sterilization portion 600 sterilizes the book pages.
Further, the supporting portion 200 further includes: a pair of slide rails 230 and a pair of slide grooves 240, the slide rails 230 are respectively disposed at two sides of the support plate 210, the slide rails 230 are slidably connected with the slide grooves 240, and one ends of the slide grooves 240 are respectively connected with the body 100. Specifically, the sliding rail 230 can slide along the sliding groove 240 to drive the supporting plate 210 to move outwards, so that when the cabinet door 110 is opened, the supporting plate 210 can slide to the outside of the main body 100 to place or replace books.
As shown in FIG. 4, in one embodiment of the present invention, the book sterilizer further comprises a partition 130, the partition 130 is disposed below the support 200, and the partition 130 is provided with an air inlet 131 and an air outlet 132. Specifically, the partition 130 is used to partition the main body 100 into an upper portion for placing and sterilizing books and a lower portion for supplying and filtering air.
Further, the book sterilizer further comprises an air supply part 700 and a filter part 800, wherein the air supply part 700 is arranged below the air inlet 131, and the filter part 800 is arranged below the air outlet 132. Specifically, the air supply part 700 supplies air to the upper side of the partition part 130 through the air inlet 131, the air blows away book pages placed between the first fixing parts 321 through the barrier 220, and the blown air enters the filter part 800 after passing through the barrier 220 and the air outlet 132 to filter dust or particles carried away by the book pages. Further, in one embodiment of the present invention, the filter part 800 may be a filter screen.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the cabinet door 110 is provided with a first display 111, which can display the operation state of the book sterilizer in real time through images. The operation portion 112 is composed of buttons, switches, and touch buttons. The first display screen 111 can display the states of the sterilizing part 600, the air supply part 700 and the filter screen 800, and when the book sterilizing machine breaks down or has errors, the first display screen 111 can prompt to achieve the effect of pre-sale service. For example: when the book sterilizer prompts that pre-sale service is needed, a user can press the AS key to apply online on the operation part 112 without offline contact, thereby achieving the purpose of maintaining equipment in time.

Claims (10)
1. A book sterilizer is characterized by comprising:
the device comprises a machine body, a first fixing part and a second fixing part, wherein the machine body is internally provided with a fixing part and a charge generating part, and the charge generating part is connected with the fixing part;
the pair of metal plates are respectively arranged at two sides of the fixing part, and the outer sides of the metal plates are rotatably connected with the machine body through connecting parts;
and the sterilizing parts are respectively arranged on the inner sides of the metal plate and the cabinet door.
2. The book sterilizer of claim 1, wherein the connecting section comprises:
a first connection assembly, a portion of which is connected with an inner side of the body;
a second connecting member, a portion of which is connected with an outer side of the metal plate;
wherein, first coupling assembling with the second coupling assembling rotates to be connected.
3. The book sterilizer of claim 2, wherein the first connection assembly comprises:
a first connecting plate connected with an inner side of the body;
the first curved plate is perpendicular to the first connecting plate, one end of the first curved plate is connected with the first connecting plate, and the first curved plate is provided with a guide hole;
the second connection assembly includes:
a second connecting plate connected to an outer side of the metal plate;
the second curved plate is perpendicular to the second connecting plate, one end of the second curved plate is connected with the second connecting plate, and the second curved plate is provided with a waist-shaped hole;
the first curved plate and the second curved plate are at least partially arranged in an overlapped mode, the first curved plate is connected with the second curved plate in a rotating mode, a guide column is arranged in the guide hole, and the guide column extends into the waist-shaped hole.
4. The book sterilizer of claim 1, wherein the fixing section comprises:
the bracket is arranged between the two metal plates, and a through groove is formed in the first surface of the bracket;
and at least one of the two adjusting assemblies positioned at the upper part is connected with the bracket in a sliding manner.
5. The book sterilizer of claim 4, wherein the adjustment assembly comprises:
a first fixing member connected to the charge generation portion;
the second fixing piece is arranged on the surface, facing the book, of the first fixing piece and is connected with the first fixing piece;
the first fixing piece is arranged on the first surface of the third fixing piece and is vertically arranged and connected with the third fixing piece;
the fourth fixing piece is arranged on the second surface of the third fixing piece and connected with the third fixing piece, the fourth fixing piece is inserted in the through groove and can slide along the through groove, and the first surface and the second surface are arranged oppositely;
and the fifth fixing pieces are respectively arranged on the second surfaces of the third fixing pieces, positioned on two sides of the fourth fixing piece and connected with the third fixing pieces.
6. The book sterilizer of claim 5, wherein the second surface of the rack is provided with a plurality of first magnetic members along the length direction of the rack, and the fifth fixing member located at the upper portion of the rack is provided with a second magnetic member, wherein the second surface is disposed opposite to the first surface.
7. The book sterilizer of claim 5, wherein the charge generating section comprises:
the fan-shaped frame is connected with the first fixing piece;
the two ends of the metal rods are respectively connected with the fan-shaped frame, and the metal rods are arranged in a radial shape;
and the electrodes are arranged at equal intervals along the length direction of the metal rod.
8. The book sterilizer of claim 4, further comprising a support, the support comprising:
the backup pad, the backup pad with the support can be dismantled and be connected, be equipped with the barrier in the backup pad.
The sliding grooves are oppositely arranged, and one ends of the sliding grooves are connected with the machine body;
the pair of sliding rails are arranged on two sides of the supporting plate respectively and are connected with the sliding grooves in a sliding mode.
9. The book sterilizer of claim 8, further comprising a partition disposed below the support, the partition being provided with an air inlet and an air outlet.
10. The book sterilizer of claim 9, further comprising:
the air supply part is arranged below the air inlet;
the filtering part is arranged below the air outlet.
