The traditional colposcope is only used for observation generally and needs to be fixed on a bracket to observe a diseased part of a patient, but the body of the patient moves, so that the position of the colposcope and the diseased part of the patient can deviate to influence the observation of the colposcope, and therefore, the air bag inflatable electronic colposcope is provided.
Through retrieval, chinese patent application publication No. CN103385685A discloses a colposcope with an inflatable balloon, and specifically discloses a colposcope with an inflatable balloon, which comprises a colposcope main body and a colposcope sheath tube matched with the colposcope main body, wherein the colposcope main body comprises a hard working end part, a light source connector, an eyepiece input end or a data interface, the front end of the hard working end part is a bendable end part, the colposcope is provided with a control switch for controlling the bending of the front end of the hard working end part, the colposcope sheath tube comprises a sheath tube end part and an endoscope insertion part matched with the colposcope main body, the front end of the sheath tube end part is provided with at least one inflatable balloon, and the colposcope sheath tube is also correspondingly provided with an inflatable catheter and a liquid filling channel. This colposcope can play the effect of inflation vaginal cavity betterly to can prevent that full liquid from spilling over, can carry out high definition observation and treatment operation etc. in addition, it can carry out the colposcopic operation through the cooperation of general surgical instruments, when performing the operation, can provide more clear field of vision, more free operating space, thereby improve the accuracy and the factor of safety of operation.
The above patent also has the following disadvantages: although the comparison document discloses a colposcope with an inflatable air bag, when the inflatable air bag is used, the air bag is exposed on a colposcope sheath tube after the use is finished, the diameter of the colposcope sheath tube is increased, when the colposcope is drawn out, uncomfortable feeling is easily brought to a patient, the inner wall of the vagina of the patient can be pulled, and if the inner wall of the vagina of the patient has a wound, the wound is easily enlarged, and secondary injury is brought to the patient.

The invention provides an air bag inflatable electronic colposcope which comprises a host, a camera main body, a first supporting seat and a second supporting seat, wherein the host is connected to the first supporting seat; the host is arranged in the middle of the first supporting seat, the host is convenient for being externally connected with input and display equipment and is used for being matched with power supply driving of the camera main body to maintain the camera main body to carry out stable picture shooting work, meanwhile, the supporting rod component with the supporting plate is arranged at the upper end of the second supporting seat, the angle of the combination of the supporting rod and the supporting plate is adjusted along the connecting seat, and then the position of the camera main body arranged at the end part of the cover plate is adjusted, so that the camera main body can be suitable for different patients to check and use, and the adjustment is simple; the structure of the air bag is added on the side wall in the middle of the cover plate, the cover plate extends forwards, the main body of the camera can be closer to the position to be observed by a patient, in order to prevent the observation from being influenced by sliding or twisting of the body of the patient, the air source of the air pump is communicated at the moment, the air bag is supplied with air through the air pump, the air bag is expanded and clamped in the body of the patient, the stability of a shooting position is maintained, and meanwhile, the front decorative block and the rear decorative block are arranged at the upper ends of the cover plate and the cover body and used for shielding and protecting the air bag, so that the detection mirror can be conveniently moved;

Preferably, the side walls of the front decoration block and the rear decoration block are arc-shaped surface structures, the end parts of the front decoration block and the rear decoration block extend to the cover plate and the side wall of the cover body respectively, and the height of the front decoration block and the height of the rear decoration block are the same as the height of the airbag in a contracted state.

Referring to fig. 1-9, an air bag inflatable electronic colposcope comprises a main unit 1, a camera main body 2, a first supporting seat 3 and a second supporting seat 4, wherein the main unit 1 is connected with the middle position of the first supporting seat 3 through a bolt, connecting rods 5 with the same specification are inserted into the side walls of the first supporting seat 3 and the second supporting seat 4, the end parts of one group of the connecting rods 5 are connected with a connecting plate 6 through a bolt, the other end of the connecting plate 6 is connected with the end part of the other group of the connecting rods 5 through a bolt, the upper end of the second supporting seat 4 is inserted with a connecting seat 7, the upper end of the connecting seat 7 is connected with a supporting rod 8 through a rotating shaft, the end part of the supporting rod 8 is hinged with a supporting plate 9, the upper end surface of the supporting plate 9 is connected with a cover body 10 through a bolt, a cover plate 11 is movably inserted into the cover body 10, the camera main body 2 is connected with the end part of the cover plate 11 through a bolt, the camera main body 2 is electrically connected with the main unit 1 through a lead, the main unit 1 is arranged in the middle of the first supporting seat 3, the host 1 is convenient for externally connecting input and display equipment and is used for supplying power and driving the camera main body 2 in a matching way and maintaining the camera main body 2 to carry out stable picture shooting work, meanwhile, a supporting rod 8 assembly with a supporting plate 9 is arranged at the upper end of the second supporting seat 4, the angle of the mutual combination of the supporting rod 8 and the supporting plate 9 is adjusted along the connecting seat 7, and then the position of the camera main body 2 arranged at the end part of the cover plate 11 is adjusted, so that the camera main body can be suitable for different patients to check and use, and the adjustment is simple;
the side wall of the end part of the cover plate 11 is provided with a groove structure, the side wall of the cover plate 11 is sealed and adhered with an air bag 12, the air bag 12 is inserted inside the end part of the cover body 10, one end of the cover body 10 is connected with an air pump 13 through a bolt, the air outlet of the air pump 13 is communicated with the air bag 12 through an air pipe, one side of the upper end of the cover plate 11 is connected with a front decorative block 14 through a bolt, the side wall of the upper end of the cover body 10 is connected with a rear decorative block 15 through a bolt, the inner sides of the end parts of the front decorative block 14 and the rear decorative block 15 are provided with step edge structures matched with the air bag 12, the structure of the air bag 12 is added on the side wall in the middle of the cover plate 11, the cover plate 11 is extended forwards, the camera main body 2 can be closer to the position which needs to be observed by a patient, in order to prevent the observation from being influenced by sliding or twisting of the body of the patient, the air source of the air pump 13 is connected to supply air to the air bag 12 to expand the air bag 12, the air bag is clamped in the body of the patient, so as to maintain the stability of the shooting position, meanwhile, a front decoration block 14 and a rear decoration block 15 are arranged at the upper ends of the cover plate 11 and the cover body 10 and are used for shielding and protecting the air bag 12 so as to conveniently move the detection mirror;
the middle position of the inner side of the cover body 10 is connected with a first motor 16 through a bolt, the main shaft end of the first motor 16 is connected with a first screw 17 through a coupling, the middle of the first screw 17 is in threaded connection with a first ball nut 18, the side wall of the first ball nut 18 is connected to the middle of a groove at the lower end of the cover plate 11 through a bolt, the first motor 16 is installed on the side wall of the cover body 10, the first screw 17 with the first ball nut 18 is installed at the main shaft end of the first motor 16, the power supply of the first motor 16 is switched on, the first motor 16 can drive the first screw 17 to rotate, so that the first ball nut 18 is driven to move along the inner wall of the cover body 10 to adjust the extending length of the cover plate 11 at the end part of the cover body 10, the air bag 12 can be conveniently exposed, or the air bag 12 component can be stored in the cover body 10 to be protected.
In the invention, the side walls of the front decoration block 14 and the rear decoration block 15 are arc-shaped surface structures, the end parts of the front decoration block 14 and the rear decoration block 15 extend to the side walls of the cover plate 11 and the cover body 10 respectively, the height of the front decoration block 14 and the height of the rear decoration block 15 are the same as the height of the airbag 12 in a contraction state, and the front decoration block 14 and the rear decoration block 15 are used for shielding and protecting the airbag 12, so that the colposcope can observe the position of a patient needing to shoot conveniently.
According to the camera, the middle position of the second support seat 4 is connected with a second motor 19 through a bolt, the spindle end of the second motor 19 is connected with a second screw rod 20 through a coupling, the end part of the second screw rod 20 is in threaded connection with a second ball nut 21, the second ball nut 21 is connected to the inner side of a groove at the bottom of the connecting seat 7 through a bolt, a second motor 19 component is installed in the middle of the second support seat 4, a power supply of the second motor 19 is switched on, the second motor 19 can drive the second ball nut 21 to drive the connecting seat 7 under the matching of the second screw rod 20, the second ball nut 21 moves in the middle of the groove at the end part of the second support seat 4, the extending height of the connecting seat 7 is changed, the height of the camera body 2 installed at the end part of the support plate 9 component is adjusted, and the camera needs of different positions are met.
In the invention, the end part of a support rod 8 is connected with a main clamping plate 22 through a bolt, the end part of the main clamping plate 22 is provided with a main rack 23, the side walls of the end parts of a connecting seat 7 and a support plate 9 are both connected with an auxiliary clamping plate 24 matched with the main clamping plate 22 through a bolt, the side wall of the auxiliary clamping plate 24 is provided with an auxiliary rack 25, the main rack 23 is meshed with the auxiliary rack 25, the middle parts of the main clamping plate 22 and the auxiliary clamping plate 24 are provided with matched connecting holes 26, the middle parts of through holes at two ends of the support rod 8 are respectively inserted with a first handle bolt 27 and a second handle bolt 28, the end part of the first handle bolt 27 is in threaded connection with the side wall of the connecting seat 7, the end part of the second handle bolt 28 is in threaded connection with the side wall of the support plate 9, the end part of the support rod 8 is provided with a main clamping plate 22 structure with the main rack 23, the end parts of the connecting seat 7 and the support plate 9 are provided with the auxiliary clamping plate 24 with the auxiliary rack 25, the main clamping plate 22 and the auxiliary clamping plate 24 can be matched with the main rack 23 and the auxiliary rack 25, the first handle bolt 27 and the second handle bolt 28, which are mounted on both ends of the support bar 8, are sequentially tightened to be in close contact with each other, so that the support bar 8 can be fixed to the end of the connecting base 7, and then the support plate 9 can be fixed to the end of the support bar 8, thereby maintaining the position of the camera body 2 mounted on the upper end of the support plate 9 stable.
In the invention, the pipeline between the air pump 13 and the air bag 12 is communicated through the three-way valve 29, the other end of the three-way valve 29 is hermetically connected with the valve 30 through the pipeline, the valve 30 is clamped on the side wall of the cover body 10, the pipeline between the air pump 13 and the air bag 12 is communicated through the three-way valve 29 with the valve 30, the valve 30 is opened, the air bag 12 can be actively deflated, and the air bag 12 is contracted on the side wall of the cover plate 11.
In the invention, salient points 31 are distributed on the outer side of the air bag 12 at equal intervals, the side wall of the inner side of the air bag 12 is integrally formed with an edge strip 32, the side wall of the middle of the cover plate 11 is provided with a slot 33 matched with the edge strip 32, the air bag 12 is connected with the cover body 10 in the middle of the slot 33 in an inserted manner through the edge strip 32, the salient points 31 are additionally arranged on the side wall of the air bag 12, when the air bag 12 is inflated and expanded, the salient points 31 on the side wall of the air bag 12 can be contacted with the inner wall of the body of a patient and are clamped on the inner wall of the body of the patient, the stability of the assembly position of the air bag 12 is maintained, meanwhile, the condition that the air bag 12 with a planar structure is adsorbed on the inner wall of the body of the patient can be avoided, the safety of the patient is ensured, the edge strip 32 is additionally arranged on the inner side of the air bag 12 to be matched with the slot 33 on the side wall of the cover plate 11, the positioning capability of the cover plate 11 on the air bag 12 can be improved, and the looseness of the air bag 12 can be prevented.
