In one embodiment of the present application, the dust bucket device further comprises a spring 4 and a skirt pusher 5, when the dust bucket bottom cover 13 is in the closed position, the second boss 132 on the dust bucket bottom cover 13 acts on the skirt pusher 5, so that the skirt pusher 5 overcomes the elastic movement of the spring 4 to expose the skirt 61, and the skirt 61 loses constraint and returns to the original shape, i.e., the unfolded state, so that dust separated by the filter assembly during dust collection can be collected on the skirt 61; after the dust collector finishes dust collection, when the dust barrel bottom cover 13 is located at an opening position, the skirt edge push block 5 resets under the action of the spring 4, the skirt edge fixing frame 51 of the skirt edge push block 5 limits and restrains the skirt edge 61, and the skirt edge 61 deforms and contracts to enable dust gathered on the skirt edge 61 to automatically fall down, so that the dust in the dust barrel 1 is automatically cleaned.

In the embodiment of the present application, the skirt 61 may be made of a soft material, such as rubber or silicon gel, so that the skirt has a property of automatically returning to an initial state after being deformed.
The vacuum cleaner of the present application is exemplified as a portable vacuum cleaner in the embodiments of the present application, but is not limited thereto, and the vacuum cleaner of the present invention may be implemented as a canister type vacuum cleaner, an upright type vacuum cleaner, a robot vacuum cleaner/sweeper, and the like.
For the dust barrel device in the vacuum cleaner described in the present application, reference may be made to the specific embodiments of the dust barrel device described above, and in addition, if there are other specific structures that are not disclosed in the present embodiment, reference may also be made to the specific embodiments of the device described above, which is not described herein again.
The present application further provides a method of using a dust bucket apparatus, the dust bucket apparatus includes a dust bucket 1, a filter assembly and a skirt assembly 6, the dust bucket 1 includes a dust bucket bottom cover 13, the filter assembly is installed in the dust bucket 1 and used for separating dust from air by sucking dust-containing air flow in the dust bucket 1, the skirt assembly 6 is connected to the filter assembly and has a skirt 61 extending to a radial outer side of the filter assembly, the skirt assembly 6 and the dust bucket bottom cover 13 have a linkage effect, wherein the method includes the steps of:
step 101: moving the bottom cover 13 of the dust barrel 1 to a closed position and limiting, and unfolding the skirt edge 61 of the skirt edge assembly 6 through the bottom cover 13 of the dust barrel;
step 102: the dust bucket bottom lid 13 of the dust bucket 1 is moved to the open position and the skirt 61 of the skirt assembly 6 is retracted through the dust bucket bottom lid 13.
In an embodiment of the present application, the dust bucket device further includes a skirt push block 5 and a spring 4, the skirt push block 5 is slidably mounted between the air intake filter screen assembly 3 and the skirt assembly 6, moves the dust bucket bottom cover 13 of the dust bucket 1 to a closed position and is limited, and the skirt 61 of the skirt assembly 6 is unfolded through the dust bucket bottom cover 13, including steps 201 to 203.
Step 201: the dust bucket bottom cover 13 pushes the first boss 52 of the skirt push block 5 to make the skirt push block 5 slide and compress the spring 4;
step 202: the skirt fixing frame 51 of the skirt pushing block 5 completely slides to the inner side of the concave part 31 of the air inlet filter screen assembly 3, and the skirt 61 is unfolded along the annular side wall of the skirt fixing frame 51;
optionally, a second boss 132 corresponding to the first boss 52 is disposed on the bottom cover 13 of the dust barrel;
the dust bucket bottom cover 13 pushes the first boss 52 of the skirt push block 5 to slide the skirt push block 5 and compress the spring 4, and the method comprises the following steps:
and closing the bottom cover 13 of the dust bucket to make the second boss 132 abut against the first boss 52, and driving the skirt push block 5 to compress the spring 4 through the first boss 52.
Step 203: the skirt 61 loses its constraint and returns to its original shape, i.e. in the expanded state.
In an embodiment of the present application, the dust bucket device further includes a skirt push block 5 and a spring 4, the skirt push block 5 is slidably mounted between the air intake filter screen assembly 3 and the skirt assembly 6, the dust bucket bottom cover 13 of the dust bucket 1 is moved to an open position, and the skirt 61 of the skirt assembly 6 is contracted through the dust bucket bottom cover 13, including steps 301 to 303.
Step 301: the skirt edge push block 5 moves in the direction far away from the air inlet filter screen component 3 under the action of the spring 4 and is abutted with the skirt edge component 6;
step 302: the annular side wall of the skirt fixing frame 51 of the skirt push block 5 is abutted against the surface of the skirt 61 and limits the skirt 61;
step 303: the skirt 61 is in a contracted state by the skirt holder 51.
The dust bucket device of the embodiment of the application has the following use scene:
taking a portable dust collector equipped with the dust bucket device of the present application as an example, the portable dust collector is installed in a home location. A user needs to perform sanitary cleaning.
The user moves the dust barrel bottom cover 13 of the dust barrel device to the closed position, so that the skirt edge 61 in the dust barrel 1 loses constraint and returns to the original shape, namely, the dust barrel is in the unfolded state, and the power supply of the portable dust collector is switched on to perform dust collection and cleaning on the surfaces of objects such as sofas, beds and seats in a household place.
During cleaning, dust-containing airflow generated by the portable dust collector enters the dust barrel 1, dust is separated from the airflow under the action of the filtering component and centrifugal force, and the dust is thrown out by the rotating airflow and falls freely in the dust barrel 1 and is gathered on the skirt edge 61.
After the cleaning is finished, the user opens the dust barrel bottom cover 13 of the dust barrel 1, and the skirt edge 61 automatically contracts under the action of the dust barrel bottom cover 13 and the spring 4, so that the dust gathered on the skirt edge 61 automatically falls down, and the user can clean the dust conveniently.
The dust bucket device of the embodiment of the application has a second use scenario:
take a vertical dust collector equipped with the dust bucket device of the present application as an example, the vertical dust collector is installed in an office. A user needs to perform sanitary cleaning.
The user moves the dust bucket bottom cover 13 of the dust bucket device to the closed position, so that the skirt edge 61 in the dust bucket 1 loses constraint and restores to the original shape, namely, the skirt edge is in the unfolded state, and the power supply of the portable dust collector is switched on to perform dust collection and cleaning on the floors such as carpets, floors and meeting rooms in the office.
During cleaning, dust-containing airflow generated by the vertical dust collector enters the dust barrel 1, dust is separated from the airflow under the action of the filtering component and centrifugal force, and the dust is thrown out by the rotating airflow and falls freely in the dust barrel 1 and is gathered on the skirt edge 61.
After the cleaning is finished, the user opens the dust barrel bottom cover 13 of the dust barrel 1, and the skirt edge 61 automatically contracts under the action of the dust barrel bottom cover 13 and the spring 4, so that the dust gathered on the skirt edge 61 automatically falls down, and the user can clean the dust conveniently.

Claims (14)

1. A dirt cup apparatus, comprising:
the dust barrel (1) comprises a dust barrel bottom cover (13);
the filter assembly is arranged in the dust barrel (1) and is used for separating dust and gas of the dusty airflow sucked into the dust barrel (1);
a skirt assembly (6), said skirt assembly (6) being connected to said filter assembly and having a skirt (61) extending radially outwardly of said filter assembly, said skirt assembly (6) being in operative association with said dust bucket bottom cover (13) such that said dust bucket bottom cover (13) is moved between an open position and a closed position to cause said skirt (61) of said skirt assembly (6) to correspondingly contract or expand.
2. The dirt cup device of claim 1, further comprising:
the skirt edge push block (5), the skirt edge push block (5) is installed between the filtering component and the skirt edge component (6) in a sliding mode;
the spring (4) is installed between the skirt edge pushing block (5) and the skirt edge assembly (6) and used for driving the skirt edge pushing block (5) to slide.
3. The dustbucket device of claim 2, wherein said skirt assembly (6) comprises:
a base frame (65), the base frame (65) being fixedly connected to an end of the filter assembly;
the skirt edges (61) are arranged around the base frame (65) in a petal-shaped manner, and the skirt edge pushing block (5) slides to limit the skirt edges (61) so that the skirt edges (61) are in an expanded state or a contracted state.
4. The dustbucket device of claim 3, wherein said base frame (65) has an annular configuration with a first through aperture (64) in the center of the annular configuration; and the first mounting part (63) is positioned at the periphery of the first through hole (64), and the first mounting part (63) is fixedly connected with the filter component through a fixing part.
5. The dirt cup device of claim 4, wherein said filter assembly comprises:
the dust bucket comprises an air inlet filter screen assembly (3), wherein the air inlet filter screen assembly (3) is of a cylindrical structure and extends along the extension direction of a dust bucket body (11), a concave part (31) is formed in the bottom of the air inlet filter screen assembly (3) and used for accommodating the base frame (65), and a third installation part (32) used for accommodating the fixing piece is arranged in the concave part (31);
the air inlet filter pulp assembly (2), the air inlet filter pulp assembly (2) centers on and supports in air inlet filter screen assembly (3) the surface of air inlet filter pulp assembly (2) has the filtration pore.
6. A dust bucket arrangement according to claim 3, wherein said skirt push block (5) includes a skirt retainer (51) attached to an end of said filter assembly, said skirt retainer (51) having an annular sidewall longitudinally slidably abutting a surface of said skirt (61).
7. The dust bucket device of claim 6, wherein said skirt-fixing frame (51) further has a second mounting portion (53), one end of said spring (4) is mounted in said second mounting portion (53), and the other end is connected to the bottom of said filter assembly.
8. The dust bucket device of claim 6, wherein the center of the skirt fixing frame (51) is further provided with a longitudinally protruding first boss (52), and the first boss (52) is limited by the bottom cover (13) of the dust bucket.
9. The dust bucket device of claim 8, wherein a second boss (132) corresponding to the first boss (52) is provided on the bottom cover (13);
when the dust bucket bottom cover (13) is located at the closed position, the first boss (52) is abutted against the second boss (132), and the skirt push block (5) overcomes the elastic force of the spring (4) to move towards the direction away from the skirt assembly (6) and is abutted against the bottom of the filter assembly, so that the skirt (61) is in an unfolded state;
when the dust bucket bottom cover (13) is located at the opening position, the first boss (52) and the second boss (132) are in a separated state, and the skirt push block (5) is abutted against the skirt assembly (6) under the biasing action of the spring (4) so that the skirt (61) is in a contracted state.
10. A vacuum cleaner, comprising:
the main body comprises a machine body, a dust barrel device and a handle, wherein the dust barrel device is connected with the machine body;
the dust collection accessory is connected with the main body and comprises an extension pipe and a floor brush;
the dust barrel device is connected with the dust collection accessory through a main suction pipe and comprises a dust barrel (1), a filtering assembly and a skirt edge assembly (6), the dust barrel (1) comprises a dust barrel bottom cover (13), the filtering assembly is installed in the dust barrel (1) and used for separating dust and air of dust-containing air flow sucked into the dust barrel (1), the skirt edge assembly (6) is connected with the filtering assembly and provided with a skirt edge (61) extending to the radial outer side of the filtering assembly, the skirt edge assembly (6) and the dust barrel bottom cover (13) have a linkage effect, and the dust barrel bottom cover (13) is located at an opening position or a closing position to drive the skirt edge (61) of the skirt edge assembly (6) to correspondingly contract or expand.
11. A method of using a dust bucket apparatus, the dust bucket apparatus comprising a dust bucket (1), a filter assembly and a skirt assembly (6), the dust bucket (1) comprising a bottom dust bucket cover (13), the filter assembly being mounted in the dust bucket (1) and being configured to separate dust from an air stream containing dust sucked into the dust bucket (1), the skirt assembly (6) being connected to the filter assembly and having a skirt (61) extending radially outwardly of the filter assembly, the skirt assembly (6) having a cooperating action with the bottom dust bucket cover (13), wherein the method comprises the steps of:
moving a dust bucket bottom cover (13) of the dust bucket (1) to a closed position and limiting, and unfolding a skirt edge (61) of the skirt edge assembly (6) through the dust bucket bottom cover (13);
moving a bottom lid (13) of the dust bucket (1) to an open position, and retracting the skirt (61) of the skirt assembly (6) through the bottom lid (13).
12. The use method of claim 11, further comprising a skirt push block (5) and a spring (4), wherein the skirt push block (5) is slidably mounted between the intake air filter screen assembly (3) and the skirt assembly (6);
moving a dust bucket bottom lid (13) of a dust bucket (1) to a closed position and to a limit position, deploying a skirt (61) of the skirt assembly (6) through the dust bucket bottom lid (13), comprising:
the dust barrel bottom cover (13) pushes the first boss (52) of the skirt edge push block (5) to enable the skirt edge push block (5) to slide and compress the spring (4);
the skirt fixing frame (51) of the skirt pushing block (5) completely slides to the inner side of the concave part (31) of the air inlet filter screen assembly (3), and the skirt (61) is unfolded along the annular side wall of the skirt fixing frame (51);
the skirt (61) loses its constraint and returns to its original shape, i.e. in the expanded state.
13. The use method of claim 12, wherein a second boss (132) corresponding to the first boss (52) is provided on the dust bucket bottom cover (13);
the dust bucket bottom cover (13) pushes the first boss (52) of the skirt push block (5) to enable the skirt push block (5) to slide and compress the spring (4), and the dust bucket bottom cover comprises:
and closing the bottom cover (13) of the dust bucket to enable the second boss (132) to be abutted to the first boss (52), and driving the skirt push block (5) to compress the spring (4) through the first boss (52).
14. The use method of claim 11, further comprising a skirt push block (5) and a spring (4), wherein the skirt push block (5) is slidably mounted between the intake air filter screen assembly (3) and the skirt assembly (6);
moving a dust bucket bottom lid (13) of a dust bucket (1) to an open position, retracting a skirt (61) of the skirt assembly (6) through the dust bucket bottom lid (13), comprising:
the skirt edge push block (5) moves towards the direction far away from the air inlet filter screen assembly (3) under the action of the spring (4) and is abutted against the skirt edge assembly (6);
the annular side wall of the skirt fixing frame (51) of the skirt push block (5) is abutted against the surface of the skirt (61) and limits the skirt (61);
the skirt (61) is in a contracted state under the action of the skirt fixing frame (51).
