Abstract

The invention provides a tumbler cup which comprises a cup body and a cup cover, wherein a support piece is arranged below the cup body, a sucker is arranged below the support piece, and the sucker is arranged to be attached to a support plane where the tumbler cup is located; a first through hole is formed in the sucker, an exhaust pipe is arranged in the first through hole, and the exhaust pipe and the sucker are sealed; the second end of the exhaust pipe is arranged below the cup cover, and the second end of the exhaust pipe is plugged by the cup cover when being arranged below the cup cover. According to the non-toppling cup provided by the invention, when the cup is placed on the supporting surface, negative pressure is formed in the sucker, so that the cup is adsorbed on a table top, and the cup is prevented from toppling; when the cup cover is opened, air enters the sucker through the exhaust pipe, and the negative pressure condition disappears, so that the cup is convenient to take up.

In this embodiment, the bottom of cup 2 is provided with the screw hole, is provided with the screw hole on the sucking disc 4, and cup 2 and support piece 5, sucking disc 4 pass through threaded connection respectively with support piece 5.

As shown in fig. 1 and 3, a pin connecting structure 8 is arranged on the outer wall of the housing 3, and the cup cover 1 is connected with the housing 3 through the pin connecting structure 8, so that the cup cover 1 can rotate around a pin shaft of the pin connecting structure 8, and the opening and closing of the cup cover 1 are facilitated.

When the tumbler cup is placed on a supporting surface, the sucker 4 is squeezed under the action of gravity, and a negative pressure state is formed inside the sucker 4, so that the tumbler cup is adsorbed on the supporting surface; when the cup cover 1 is opened around the pin shaft of the pin connecting structure 8, the bulge 7 leaves the second port of the exhaust pipe 6, air enters the sucker 4 from the exhaust pipe 6, and the inside of the sucker 4 can not form a negative pressure state, so that the non-toppled cup can be easily taken up from the supporting surface, and liquid in the cup can not be spilled.

1. 4. The tumbler cup according to claim 3, wherein the end plate has a second through hole formed therein, and the second end of the exhaust tube is disposed in the second through hole.

5. The tumbler cup according to claim 3, wherein a third through hole is formed in the center of the end plate, and a water outlet is formed in the third through hole.

6. The tumbler cup according to claim 2, wherein the outer wall of the housing is provided with a pin connection structure through which the lid is connected with the housing.

7. The tumbler cup according to claim 1, wherein a threaded hole is provided in a bottom of the cup body, and the cup body is threadedly coupled to the support member.

8. The tumbler cup according to claim 7, wherein the suction cup is provided with a threaded hole, and the suction cup is in threaded connection with the support member.

9. The tumbler cup according to claim 1, wherein a protrusion is provided at an end of the cup cover, the protrusion matching an inner contour of the vent pipe.
