Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
The internet of things is a network concept which extends and expands the user side of the internet of things to any article to perform information exchange and communication on the basis of the internet concept. With the development of the internet of things technology, some scenes can be configured in the internet of things system. For a configured scene, a plurality of controlled devices can be involved, and the plurality of controlled devices have a certain linkage relationship and can work cooperatively.
The controlled equipment can be a projector, a projection screen, an intelligent lamp, an intelligent socket, a human body sensor, a door and window sensor, a wireless switch, an air conditioner partner, a smoke alarm, an intelligent curtain motor, an air purifier, an intelligent sound box and other electronic equipment. In one way, as shown in fig. 1, the controlling terminal 100 for controlling can perform data interaction with the controlled device 99 by directly establishing a wireless connection with the router 90. Moreover, the control terminal 100 may also implement data interaction with the controlled device 99 through a data link between the cloud 91 and the router 90 after establishing connection with the cloud 91.
As another way, as shown in fig. 2, the control terminal 100 directly establishes data interaction with the first cloud 91a, and then based on the data interaction between the first cloud 91a and the second cloud 91b, the data interaction between the control terminal 100 and the second cloud 91b is implemented, and then under the condition that the second cloud 91b can perform data interaction with the controlled device 99, the control terminal 100 further implements data interaction with the controlled device 99.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 3, the controlled device 99 may establish a wireless connection with the router 90 through the gateway 98. The data interaction may include the control terminal 100 sending a control instruction to the controlled device, and the controlled device returning status information or instruction execution result to the control terminal 100. Among them, data interaction between the control terminal 100 and the controlled device 99 may be triggered by a client installed in the control terminal 100.
In order to facilitate data interaction, each vendor may develop its own SDK plug-in to control client invocation in the terminal 100. And after the client loads the SDK plug-in of the manufacturer, the loaded SDK plug-in can be called, and then data interaction is carried out between the SDK plug-in and a server of the manufacturer. For example, as shown in fig. 4, the client 110 shown in fig. 4 is loaded with the SDK plug-in 111 of vendor a and the SDK plug-in 112 of vendor B, wherein the client 110 can perform data interaction with the server 210 of vendor a by calling the SDK plug-in of vendor a, and the client 110 can perform data interaction with the server 220 of vendor B by calling the SDK plug-in of vendor B.
With the rich scenes of the internet of things, the smart home scenes which can be configured in the smart home system by the user are more and more rich. For example, a user may configure an equipment automation scenario for the home equipment added to the APP login account in the smart home equipment management APP, thereby implementing intelligent control on the home equipment. However, in research, the inventor finds that when configuring an equipment automation scene, a user can only select home equipment added to an APP login account to configure, and thus can only configure some common automation scenes, however, smart home products are various in variety and different in function, and for the user, even if more intelligent products are placed in front of the user, the user cannot recognize the efficacy of the smart home products, so that user experience is greatly reduced, and the user cannot be further promoted to purchase new smart home equipment.
Accordingly, the inventors propose a device recommendation method, an apparatus, an electronic device, and a storage medium in the present application that can improve the above-described problems.
Embodiments of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 5, an apparatus recommendation method provided in the embodiment of the present application is applied to an electronic apparatus, and the method includes:
step S110: and acquiring scene equipment parameters of the determined automation scene.
When a plurality of specified intelligent home devices in the intelligent home system configured by the automatic scene representation meet the automatic triggering condition, the specified intelligent home devices are triggered to finish executing actions at the same time or to finish specified actions mutually. For example, for the automatic scene of "home scene", actions such as "turning on an electric fan, turning on an air conditioner, turning on a desk lamp, and starting sweeping by a sweeping robot" may be configured to be performed at the same time. The robot can also be configured to trigger the sweeping robot to start sweeping after the electric fan is turned on, the air conditioner is turned on and the desk lamp is turned on.
In one approach, obtaining the scene device parameters of the determined automation scene may include using the scene device parameters of the automation scene selected by the user, to which the electronic device is bound, as the scene device parameters of the determined automation scene.
It can be understood that, in the process of performing scene configuration on the smart home device through the electronic device, related devices need to be added in advance in the device management APP, and then the configuration of the automatic scene is realized based on the devices. On one hand, however, since only the added devices can be selected for scene configuration, the configured device automation scene is often relatively common, or the added devices are incomplete (for example, some devices in the scene are not purchased and thus are in an un-added state), so that configuration cannot be completed; on the other hand, with the development of the internet of things technology, smart home products are endlessly developed, and are various, so that users are difficult to identify or can not know the update condition of the products, and the like, which easily causes the users to stay in the experience of the scenes configured by the simple smart home products, but cannot experience more intelligent automation scenes. In order to bring more intelligent and more experience to the user, the user is further promoted to know or purchase new intelligent home equipment, scene equipment parameters of a determined automatic scene can be obtained in advance, and then equipment lacking in the user or equipment with potential requirements can be judged according to the scene equipment parameters, so that the user can be helped to perfect the scene, and intelligent recommendation of the equipment is completed.
As an embodiment, the determined automation scenario may be a preset scenario selected by the user from a plurality of preset automation scenarios, for example, the user selects scenario "sleep" from preset scenarios such as "go home", "sleep", "get up", "bath", and "leave" and in this case, scenario "sleep" is the determined automation scenario. Optionally, for a preset scene, the user may select one scene as a certain automation scene, or may select multiple scenes as certain automation scenes, and when multiple scenes are selected as certain automation scenes, a certain automation scene list is formed, and the multiple certain automation scenes may be displayed in the automation scene list in a time sequence selected by the user (first, or last, before the first selected sequence). Scenes which are frequently used or are likely to be used by a user are configured in advance, so that the scenes selected by the user from a plurality of pre-configured scenes are used as determined automatic scenes, and rapid and convenient automatic scene experience of the intelligent equipment can be realized.
For example, in one mode, a plurality of preset automation scenes may be stored in a local area after being preset for a user to select, in another mode, a plurality of preset automation scenes may be stored in a server after being preset, and when a user triggers a selection instruction of a preset scene, the corresponding preset scene is called from the server.
As another mode, different users have different use requirements, and on the basis of meeting rapid and convenient automatic scene experience of the smart device, some users also want to be able to experience automatic scene configuration of the smart device in person, or modify an existing scene, or try to configure an automatic scene of the latest device, and so on, so it is easy to understand that the device automatic scene defined by the user (including acquisition by user input and so on) can be used as a determined automatic scene, and through user-defined configuration, the user can know and experience products, performances and so on of the smart home device to the greatest extent in the configuration process, and user experience is improved.
As a way of determining an automation scenario, its scenario device parameters can be understood as the device requirements of the determined automation scenario. Optionally, the device requirement may include a device list included in the automation scenario and information of each device in the list, device parameters of a missing device (including attribute parameters or commodity parameters of the device, etc.), parameters of a device that may be used in the scenario (also including attribute parameters or commodity parameters of the device, etc.), etc., which are not listed here.
In summary, the automatic scene selected by the user and bound by the electronic device includes a scene selected by the user from a plurality of preset scenes and a corresponding scene selected by the user in a self-defined manner.
It is worth noting that with the development of the internet of things technology, the intelligent home scene configuration can not only be limited to the automatic scene configuration of the devices inside the family, but also be applied to some social occasions, and further improve the intelligent experience of the user. Then, it is understood that, as another way, obtaining the scene device parameters of the determined automation scene may include receiving a message sent by an associated user (for example, a friend user of an account registered by a device management APP of the electronic device) of a user (which may be understood as an account registered by the smart home device management APP of the electronic device) to which the electronic device is bound, and then obtaining the scene device parameters of the automation scene from the message as the scene device parameters of the determined automation scene.
In this way, in order to facilitate the electronic device to identify whether the received message carries the scene device parameters of the automation scene, as a way, the scene device parameters of the automation scene may be configured to be in a specified format in the process of sending the message by the electronic device, for example, the specified format may be a specified character beginning and a specified character ending, so that when the electronic device receives messages sent by other electronic devices (which may be understood as messages sent by an associated user), it may be identified whether the message has the specified character beginning and the content ending with the specified character, and if so, it may be determined that the message carries the scene device parameters of the automation scene.
Step S120: and acquiring the equipment bound by the target user.
The target user can be understood as a user needing to perform equipment automation scene configuration. As one way, the target user may be a user (i.e., a user to which the electronic device is bound) to which the smart device management APP of the electronic device is currently logged in, and as another way, the target user may also be an associated user with the user to which the electronic device is bound, for example, a buddy list user of the user to which the electronic device is bound, or the like.
Then, in an implementation manner, if the target user is a user to which the electronic device is bound, the bound device (that is, an existing or added device in the smart device APP) of the user to which the electronic device is bound is obtained, and then the device requirement of the target user for an automation scene is analyzed, so that the user is helped to perfect the automation scene, and the purchase rate of the smart home device is improved.
Specifically, the existing device may be stored in the server or locally in a device data list manner, so that the device bound by the target user may be obtained in a manner of reading or calling a data list of the existing device of the intelligent device management APP.
In another implementation manner, if the target user is an associated user of the user bound to the electronic device, the relevant information of the associated user may be obtained through an associated window of the user bound to the electronic device and the associated user thereof, for example, basic information of the associated user is obtained through a friend interface of the user bound to the electronic device and a friend user thereof, and optionally, the basic information may include a device bound by the associated user (in this case, the associated user is the target user). Even if the basic information does not include the bound device of the associated user, the device automation scene sharing instruction can be sent to the user associated with the electronic device through the bound user of the electronic device, so that the bound device information of the associated user can be obtained according to the reaction of the associated user to the sharing instruction of the device automation scene. By taking the associated user of the user bound with the electronic equipment as the target user, the automatic scene experience of the user can be enriched, and the use interest of the user is promoted.
Step S130: and acquiring the equipment to be recommended.
The device to be recommended can be understood as a device which meets the device requirements of an automation scene and does not belong to the bound device. Then, as a mode, if the target user is a user to which the electronic device is bound, the device to be recommended may be understood as a device that is indispensable in an automation scenario and is absent from existing devices of the user to which the electronic device is bound. Correspondingly, as another mode, if the target user is an associated user of the user bound to the electronic device, the device to be recommended may be understood as a device absent in the automation scenario but not present in the existing device of the associated user.
Step S140: and recommending the entrance for purchasing the equipment to be recommended to the target user.
Under the condition that the equipment to be recommended required by the automation scene is obtained, the purchase entrance of the equipment to be recommended can be recommended to the user to help the user to improve the automation scene of the equipment, so that the flow guidance of a mall is promoted, and the purchase rate of the intelligent equipment is increased.
In one implementation mode, in the process of configuring the preset automatic scene by the user, the devices which are in short in the existing devices of the user can be detected, so that the purchase entries of the devices which are in short are displayed for the user to select, and as another mode, the devices which are possibly used by the user can be predicted in the process of editing the automatic scene by the user, the purchase entries of the devices which are possibly used are displayed for the user to select, and the user is helped to enrich the automatic scene experience of the intelligent device.
According to the equipment recommendation method, the scene equipment parameters of the determined automatic scene are obtained, and the scene equipment parameters comprise the equipment requirements of the determined automatic scene; then, acquiring equipment bound by a target user; acquiring equipment to be recommended, wherein the equipment to be recommended meets the equipment requirement of the automation scene and does not belong to the bound equipment; and then recommending the entrance for purchasing the device to be recommended to the target user. Therefore, the method realizes that the entrance for purchasing the equipment to be recommended is recommended to the target user under the condition that the equipment to be recommended is not included in the equipment bound by the target user, more intelligent experience is realized for the user, the user can be helped to perfect the equipment automation scene, and meanwhile, the purchase rate of the intelligent equipment is promoted for the flow guidance of the mall.
Referring to fig. 6, an apparatus recommendation method provided in the embodiment of the present application is applied to an electronic apparatus, and the method includes:
step S210: and acquiring scene equipment parameters of the determined automation scene.
Step S220: and acquiring the equipment bound by the target user.
Step S230: and judging whether the equipment bound by the target user comprises all the equipment in the scene equipment category list.
The scene device parameters of the automation scene include a scene device category list, that is, the categories or categories of all devices that a certain automation scene may relate to. Then, as a mode, the device to be recommended may be obtained by determining whether the device bound by the target user includes all devices in the scene device category list.
As an implementation manner, a device identifier may be pre-assigned to each device, where the identifier may be used to uniquely identify each device, and then whether the device bound by the user lacks a device included in the scene category list may be determined by comparing whether the device identifier of the device bound by the target user corresponds to the device identifiers of all devices in the scene category list one to one. The judgment mode for judging whether the device bound by the target user includes all devices in the scene device category list is not limited herein, and can be flexibly selected according to actual conditions.
Optionally, if it is determined that the device bound by the target user includes all devices in the scene device category list, the determination is ended, and the recommended purchase process of the device to be recommended is not executed.
Step S240: and acquiring equipment which is not included in the equipment bound by the target user as equipment to be recommended.
It can be understood that, in the case that it is determined that all the devices in the scene device category list are not included in the device bound by the target user, the device not included in the device bound by the target user may be used as the device to be recommended, so that a purchase entry of the device to be recommended is subsequently displayed to the user, thereby helping the user perfect the automation scene.
Step S250: and acquiring a purchase link corresponding to the equipment to be recommended as a purchase entrance.
The purchasing link represents a commodity hyperlink for purchasing the equipment to be recommended, the purchasing link comprises attribute field information corresponding to the equipment to be recommended, and the equipment category of the equipment to be recommended can be determined through the attribute field information, for example, a preset scene shown in the following table 1 is a 'home returning scene', the equipment categories corresponding to the 'home returning scene' comprise 'electric fans, air conditioners, table lamps and sweeping robots', and the 'electric fans, air conditioners, table lamps and sweeping robots' respectively have corresponding purchasing links, wherein the purchasing link of the 'electric fans' is 'https:// xxx.com/fan', and the attribute field 'fan' included in the link can be understood as 'electric fans'; and the attribute field "airConditioning" included in the purchase link "https:// xxx. com/airConditioning" from the air conditioner can determine that the device to be recommended is an air conditioner, which is not listed here.
As a manner, different devices to be recommended have different purchasing links, for example, the purchasing links corresponding to the various types of devices shown in table 1 are different, and the same purchasing link may include multiple devices of different models or specifications of the types of devices to be recommended, for example, in the case that the same device to be recommended includes multiple devices of different specifications or models, the purchasing links corresponding to the recommending device are substantially the same, and it should be noted that, in order to facilitate the user to know the selection range of the recommending device (for example, the number of options for the same device), and to facilitate the electronic device to count which specific device the user selects, a suffix number may be added to the attribute field information of the multiple devices of different specifications or models included in the same purchasing link, for example, a specified number (for example, 3) of air conditioners corresponding to the purchasing link "htps tt:// xxx No. "airConditioning 1, airConditioning2, and airConditioning 3" are obtained, then the purchasing links would include three sub-purchasing links "https:// xxx. com/airConditioning1, https:// xxx. com/airConditioning2, and https:// xxx. com/airConditioning 3", accordingly.
As one way, the purchase link including each smart home device and its corresponding purchase link may be stored locally in a form of a data table in advance (for example, as shown in table 1 below), or may be stored in a server. As another mode, the smart home devices and the purchasing links corresponding to the smart home devices may be stored respectively according to scene classifications, and specifically, the device categories commonly used in each automation scene and the purchasing links corresponding to each category are configured, that is, each automation scene includes the device categories commonly used in the scene and the purchasing links corresponding to the device categories. In this case, the purchase link corresponding to the device to be recommended may be acquired as a purchase entry, so that the user may jump to the merchant platform to purchase the corresponding device by clicking the purchase link.
TABLE 1
Figure PCTCN2019087295-APPB-000001
Step S260: displaying a list of virtual device icons including devices bound by the target user.
The virtual equipment icon can be understood as a virtual icon of the equipment, and under the condition that the equipment to be recommended is still absent in an automatic scene, the equipment bound by the target user can be displayed through the virtual equipment icon as a mode, so that the user can visually know which equipment the user already has.
As another way, devices required by different automation scenarios are often different, so that it can be understood that a virtual device icon of a device that meets the requirements of the current automation scenario among devices already bound by the target user can be displayed, so that the user can further know the existing device conditions of the current scenario. In an implementation manner, after a target user selects a specific device automation scenario, the electronic device may adapt an existing device list of the user to a device required by the specific device automation scenario, so as to obtain a device meeting the requirement of the automation scenario in the existing device of the target user, and display a list including virtual device icons of the devices.
Step S270: displaying the virtual equipment icon of the equipment to be recommended in the list, and displaying the corresponding purchase link at the position corresponding to the virtual equipment icon of the equipment to be recommended.
In order to facilitate the user to improve the equipment automation scene, the virtual equipment icon of the equipment to be recommended can be displayed in the list of the virtual equipment icons of the equipment bound by the target user, and the corresponding purchase link is displayed at the position corresponding to the virtual equipment icon of the equipment to be recommended. It should be noted that the corresponding position of the virtual device icon may be a specified distance from the virtual device icon, or on a control for displaying the text prompt information corresponding to the virtual icon.
The following describes the present embodiment with reference to fig. 7.
As shown in fig. 7, an interface diagram is displayed for icons of bound devices and virtual devices to be recommended that are not included in the bound devices of the target user in the return scene (the return scene includes devices such as an electric fan, an air conditioner, a table lamp and a sweeping robot) of the electronic device 200. The intelligent device list includes existing controlled devices 99 (in the figure, an electric fan and an air conditioner are shown, and both are in an online state, which indicates that the two devices belong to a device to be recommended, and devices 991 to be recommended (such as a desk lamp and a sweeping robot shown in fig. 7) which are needed in a home scene and are not included in the device to be recommended.
The electronic device can display not only the bound devices of the user, but also existing devices (such as an electric fan and an air conditioner in fig. 7) meeting the current scene requirements in the bound devices, and further display devices (such as a device to be recommended, a desk lamp and a sweeping robot in fig. 7) which do not meet the current scene requirements in the bound devices. As a way, for the device to be recommended, the desk lamp and the sweeping robot, the electronic device may display a purchase link corresponding thereto (e.g., "lack device, click to view" and the like purchase prompt information shown in fig. 7), so that the user may jump to a product list page of a device of a corresponding scene category or a purchase page of a product of a specific model by clicking the corresponding purchase link, thereby helping the user to perfect a device automation scene and improving user experience.
According to the equipment recommendation method, the virtual equipment icon of the equipment to be recommended is displayed to the target user under the condition that the equipment to be recommended is not included in the equipment bound by the target user, the corresponding purchase link is displayed at the position corresponding to the virtual equipment icon of the equipment to be recommended, and the user can be guided to click and purchase the equipment to be recommended, so that the user is helped to quickly perfect an equipment automation scene, and the user is promoted to purchase new intelligent equipment.
Referring to fig. 8, an apparatus recommendation method provided in the embodiment of the present application is applied to an electronic apparatus, and the method includes:
step S310: and acquiring scene equipment parameters of the determined automation scene.
Step S320: and acquiring the equipment bound by the target user.
Step S330: and judging whether the equipment bound by the target user comprises all the equipment in the scene equipment category list.
Step S340: and acquiring equipment which is not included in the equipment bound by the target user as equipment to be recommended.
Step S350: and acquiring a page for purchasing the equipment to be recommended as a purchase entrance.
As one way, for some complex device automation scenarios, more devices are required, for example, the number of devices required for the device automation scenario is greater than a specified number, where the specified number may be 5 or 8, etc. If the user lacks more devices, if the user clicks the link of the lacking device one by one to make corresponding purchase, it may be time-consuming, and for some users interested in time, the electronic device may obtain a page for purchasing the device to be recommended as a purchase entry, where the page may include information of all devices that the user lacks, and optionally, the user may further select one-key configuration (for example, one-key configuration may be implemented by triggering a one-key configuration function control in the device management APP, etc.) to complete purchase of the lacking device to be recommended, so that the user may quickly complete device automation scene configuration.
In a specific application scenario, a page for purchasing devices to be recommended may include virtual device icons of all the devices to be recommended, optionally, the icons may be virtual device icons formed by sequentially arranging different types of devices, or may be one or more device icons hierarchically displayed by different types of devices, that is, each type of device may include one or more virtual device icons for a user to select, and the user only needs to select a corresponding virtual device icon, so that batch purchase can be completed, and device automation scenario configuration can be quickly completed.
Step S360: and detecting whether the devices to be recommended comprise a plurality of devices of the same type.
When a purchase entrance of the to-be-recommended equipment is displayed for a user, equipment with various specifications or attributes can be pre-configured for the user to select for each type of to-be-recommended equipment in order to enlarge the cognition degree of the user on the intelligent household product and widen the selection surface of the user on the to-be-recommended equipment. Then, before the electronic device displays the devices to be recommended, in order to facilitate reasonable distinguishing and clear arrangement of the devices to be recommended, as a way, the electronic device may determine whether the devices to be recommended include multiple devices of the same type according to whether the devices to be recommended include the same device identifier. Optionally, if it is detected that there are to-be-recommended devices with the same identifier, it may be determined that the to-be-recommended devices include two or more devices of the same type, or multiple devices of the same type.
Step S370: if the device to be recommended is detected to correspond to a plurality of devices of the same type with different specifications, the devices of the same type with the different specifications are sequenced based on the specified parameters.
As a way, in order to facilitate clear display of the devices to be recommended, as a way, if it is detected that the devices to be recommended correspond to a plurality of devices of the same type with different specifications, the plurality of devices of the same type with different specifications may be sorted based on specified parameters.
The specified parameters include the price of the device, the attribute function (for example, the life of the device, the standby time, the storage space or the size, etc.), and the like, and specifically, the specified parameters may be the price, the comprehensive score, the sales volume, the aesthetic measure, the special performance, and the like of the device. For example, if it is detected that the device to be recommended corresponds to a plurality of devices of the same type with different specifications, the plurality of devices of the same type with different specifications may be sorted according to the special performance, so that the user may select a desired device according to different scenes.
Step S380: and displaying a page comprising the sequenced devices of the same type with different specifications.
Optionally, for the sorted multiple devices of the same type with different specifications, a display order of the devices based on the sorting mode may also be set, for example, for the price, a price "from high to low" or a price "from low to high" may be set to display a page including the sorted multiple devices of the same type with different specifications, which is not listed here.
Step S390: and if the device to be recommended is detected to correspond to a plurality of different types of devices, displaying a page comprising the plurality of different types of devices.
It can be understood that, under the condition that the types of the devices that are lacking in the user are many, that is, if it is detected that the device to be recommended corresponds to a plurality of devices of different types, the electronic device may display a page including the plurality of devices of different types, where the setting of the display mode may refer to the foregoing steps, and details are not described herein again.
According to the equipment recommendation method, the purchase pages of the equipment to be recommended are correspondingly displayed to the target user under the condition that the equipment to be recommended is not included in the equipment bound by the target user, so that the user is helped to perfect the equipment automation scene, the purchase pages of different equipment to be recommended are displayed to the target user on the basis of different conditions, the selection surface of the target user is widened, and the user-friendly experience of the equipment automation scene is improved.
Referring to fig. 9, an apparatus recommendation method provided in the embodiment of the present application is applied to an electronic apparatus, and the method includes:
step S410: a scene selected by the user from a plurality of predefined automation scenes is taken as the determined automation scene.
The predefined automation scenario can be understood as a default scenario. As one way, common automation scenes and some automation scenes that may be applied to the common automation scenes may be configured in advance, and the configured predefined scenes are stored to the local or cloud. For example, commonly used scenes such as "go home", "sleep mode", "get up", "bathing", or "reading" may be stored in advance, and it is understood that the electronic device may take a scene selected by the user from a plurality of predefined automation scenes as the determined automation scene. By predefining the automatic scene for the user to select, the related configuration can be quickly completed when the user configures the scene, and the user experience is improved.
Step S420: and acquiring scene equipment parameters of the determined automatic scene.
Step S430: and acquiring the equipment bound by the target user.
Step S440: and judging whether the equipment bound by the target user comprises all the equipment in the scene equipment category list.
Step S450: and acquiring equipment which is not included in the equipment bound by the target user as equipment to be recommended.
Step S460: and recommending the entrance for purchasing the equipment to be recommended to the target user.
According to the equipment recommendation method, under the condition that the equipment to be recommended is not included in the equipment bound by the target user, the purchase entrance of the equipment to be recommended, which is required by the automatic scene selected by the target user, is recommended to the target user, the purpose that the user is helped to perfect the automatic scene of the equipment is achieved, and meanwhile the purchase rate of the intelligent equipment is promoted for the flow guidance of the mall is achieved.
Referring to fig. 10, an apparatus recommendation method provided in the embodiment of the present application is applied to an electronic apparatus, and the method includes:
step S510: and acquiring the scene name defined by the user.
The scene name may be a name of the user for the configured automation scene, and may be a word, a sentence, or the like, and may be specifically set according to the user requirement or preference, which is not limited herein. The naming mode of the scene name can be various, and is described as follows:
as one way, as shown in fig. 11, step S510 may include:
step S511: acquiring text, voice or pictures input by a user.
The scene names can be derived from the content analyzed from the text, voice or picture provided by the user, so that the obtained user-defined scene names can be understood as the text, voice or picture input by the user, the scene names are named in various ways, and the interestingness of the user experience and configuration of the automatic scene is improved.
Step S512: and acquiring the scene name customized by the user from the text, the voice or the picture.
As one way, the user-defined scene name may be obtained by obtaining a text input by the user in the automatic scene configuration interface, or by obtaining a voice input by the user, the user-defined scene name may be identified from the voice, or by obtaining a picture selected by the user, and identifying corresponding text content from the picture, the user-defined scene name may be obtained.
Step S520: and extracting keywords of the scene name.
It should be noted that the types of the scene names customized by the user are different, and the contents are also greatly different, and for the automation scene, the longer scene name occupies more storage space, and the execution efficiency of the image automation scene is improved, so that in order to improve the execution efficiency of the automation scene, the keywords of the scene name can be set. The keywords of the scene names can be understood as characters with the highest occurrence frequency in the scene names. For example, if the most frequently appearing characters in scene names "go home" in tomorrow "," go home from three points "," go home from home "," go home "and the like are" go home ", the keyword of these scene names may be determined as" go home ".
As one way, a keyword database including keywords of different scene names may be configured and stored, so that when a user defines a scene name, the keywords of the scene name may be extracted quickly. In the process of extracting the keywords of the scene name, technologies such as voice recognition, character recognition and image recognition can be applied.
Step S530: and searching whether a mapping relation corresponding to the keyword is stored.
The mapping relation represents the relation between the scene name of the automatic scene and the scene equipment parameter, and is obtained based on big data analysis, for example, if a large number of user-defined scenes with the scene name containing the keyword 'go home' all contain four scene equipment categories of an electric fan, an air conditioner, a desk lamp and a sweeping robot, the mapping relation 'go home-electric fan, air conditioner, desk lamp and sweeping robot' is formed, and the mapping relation is stored in a database.
As a manner, mapping relationships in the forms of "keyword-scene device category" and the like may be preconfigured, that is, the mapping relationships corresponding to the scene name keyword of each scene and the device required by the scene are different for different scenes, and then the mapping relationship table including a plurality of mapping relationships may be stored in the database, so that a user may find whether the mapping relationship corresponding to the keyword is stored in the process of configuring the automation scene by user-defined, and further determine whether there is a lack of corresponding device, so as to help the user to quickly improve the device automation scene.
Step S540: and if the mapping relation corresponding to the keyword is found to be stored, taking the scene equipment parameters included in the mapping relation corresponding to the keyword as the scene equipment parameters of the determined automatic scene.
As one way, if the mapping relationship corresponding to the scene name keyword is found to be stored, the scene device parameter included in the mapping relationship corresponding to the keyword may be used as the scene device parameter of the determined automation scene. By selecting the scene equipment parameters included in the pre-stored mapping relation as the scene equipment parameters of the determined automatic scene, the configuration time of a user can be saved, and the user-friendly experience is improved.
As one way, as shown in fig. 12, step S540 may include:
step S541: and if the mapping relations corresponding to the plurality of keywords are found, acquiring the priority among the mapping relations corresponding to the plurality of keywords.
Since the user-defined scene name is relatively random, in the case that the user-defined scene name does not include the keywords stored in the database but includes the names of the specific device categories of the scene, the priorities among the mapping relationships corresponding to the plurality of keywords may be obtained, where the priority indicates the keyword with the highest matching degree with the current scene name.
For example, if the user-defined scene name is "12 o' clock on water heater", and the mapping relationships corresponding to the keywords "take a bath", "shower", or "go home" all include water heaters, then in order to facilitate repeated execution of the automated scene with the keywords "take a bath", "shower", or "go home", the priority between the keywords "take a bath", "shower", or "go home" and the mapping relationship may be obtained.
Specifically, as an implementation manner, if mapping relationships corresponding to a plurality of keywords are found and stored, correlations between the plurality of keywords and the mapping relationships may be obtained, and then the correlations are scored based on a preset algorithm (for example, a covariance matrix calculation mode, etc.), where the higher the score is, the greater the correlation is, the greater the mapping relationship is, and the higher the priority is when the mapping relationship is closer to the front.
Step S542: and taking scene equipment parameters included in the mapping relation with the highest priority corresponding to the plurality of keywords as the scene equipment parameters of the determined automation scene.
It is understood that the scene device parameters included in the mapping relationship with the maximum relevance corresponding to the plurality of keywords may be used as the scene device parameters of the determined automation scene. By calculating the priority, repeated execution of an equipment automation scene can be avoided, and resources are saved.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 13, step S540 may include:
step S543: and if the mapping relations corresponding to the keywords are found, fusing the mapping relations so as to remove repeated contents in the mapping relations and obtain linkage mapping relations corresponding to the keywords.
In one way, there may be repeated contents in a plurality of automation scenarios configured by the user, that is, one keyword may include a plurality of mapping relationships corresponding thereto. For example, if the user configures a "go home" scene selected for execution at different times, it is understood that the "go home scene may be" go home-turn on air conditioner-turn on tv ", or" go home-turn on water heater-turn on bathroom light ", or" go home-turn on tv-turn on air conditioner ", then, in a case where the user does not need to set different" go home "scenes for execution at different times, the mapping relationships may be fused, so as to remove duplicate content in the mapping relationships, and obtain the linkage mapping relationship corresponding to the keyword.
The linkage mapping relationship can be understood as a mapping relationship obtained by combining a plurality of mapping relationships, repeated equipment execution actions are removed, and different new equipment execution actions are reserved. For example, for the multiple mappings described in the above paragraphs, the mapping "go home-turn on air conditioner-turn on tv-turn on water heater-turn on bathroom light" can be obtained after fusion.
Step S544: and taking scene equipment parameters included in the linkage mapping relation corresponding to the keywords as scene equipment parameters of the determined automatic scene.
It can be understood that after the plurality of mapping relationships corresponding to the keywords are fused, the scene device parameters included in the linkage mapping relationships corresponding to the keywords obtained after fusion can be used as the scene device parameters of the determined automation scene. For example, the scene device parameters (i.e., air conditioner, television, water heater, bathroom light) included in the above mapping "go home-turn on air conditioner-turn on television-turn on water heater-turn on bathroom light" may be used as the scene device parameters of the determined automation scene.
Step S550: and acquiring the equipment bound by the target user.
Step S560: and judging whether the equipment bound by the target user comprises all the equipment in the scene equipment category list.
Step S570: and acquiring equipment which is not included in the equipment bound by the target user as equipment to be recommended.
Step S580: and recommending the entrance for purchasing the equipment to be recommended to the target user.
According to the equipment recommendation method, under the condition that the equipment to be recommended is not included in the equipment bound by the target user, the purchase entrance of the equipment to be recommended, which is required by the target user and is in the automatic scene defined by the target user, is recommended to the target user, the interesting experience of the user on the automatic scene of the equipment is enhanced, the user can be helped to perfect the automatic scene of the equipment, and meanwhile, the purchase rate of the intelligent equipment is promoted for the flow guidance of the mall.
