Description

Container for containing household tissue paper
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a household tissue paper container.
Background
Conventionally, as a container for household tissue paper such as wet tissue, there has been known a container comprising: the lid body is biased in the opening direction by a biasing member such as a leaf spring, and is locked in the closed state by a predetermined locking member, so that the lid body is opened by one operation when a user operates a button provided in the locking member (for example, see patent document 1).
Patent document 1: japanese patent No. 5280743
However, when the push button of the storage container of patent document 1 is operated, the lid body urged by the urging member is opened at once until the container is completely opened without being decelerated, and the lid body vibrates in a shaking manner due to a reaction of the opening, and therefore the container itself may be displaced from the set position due to the shaking or the like caused by the vibration. If the storage container is displaced from the position where it is placed and the orientation is changed, it is often difficult to take out the household tissue paper from the storage container.

[ Structure of embodiment ]
{ Overall Structure }
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, a home tissue paper storage container 100 of the present embodiment includes, for example: a container body 10 having an opening 10c at an upper portion thereof for accommodating a plurality of pieces of household tissue paper P stacked in a front-rear direction; a lid body 20 rotatably provided on the rear surface portion 10a side of the container body 10 and having an opening portion 10c freely openable and closable; a biasing member 30 for biasing the lid body 20 in a direction away from the container body 10; and a projection 40 provided on the rear surface 10a of the container body 10.
[ Container body and lid ]
The container 100 for housing household tissue paper is a frame-shaped container for housing household tissue paper P such as wet tissue paper or wet tissue paper in the container body 10 in a closed state of the lid body 20.
The container body 10 and the lid 20 are molded from a resin such as PP (polypropylene), ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene), PE (polyethylene), or a blend of PP and PE by a general manufacturing method such as blow molding or injection molding (cold runner or hot runner).
The tissue paper container 100 for home use, which is composed of the container body 10 and the lid body 20, is formed to have a size of preferably 90mm to 150mm, more preferably 100mm to 120mm, in the front-rear direction, preferably 100mm to 200mm, more preferably 140mm to 160mm, in the left-right direction, and preferably 60mm to 130mm, more preferably 90mm to 110mm, in the up-down direction. The thickness of each surface is preferably 0.5mm to 3mm, more preferably 1mm to 2mm.
With this size and thickness, the household tissue paper P can be appropriately stored while achieving strength that is not problematic in actual use.
A container hinge portion 11 is formed near the opening portion 10c of the rear surface portion 10a of the container body 10, and a lid hinge portion 21 is formed on the rear surface side of the lid body 20.
In this storage container, the lid hinge portion 21 is sandwiched between the pair of container hinge portions 11 and is coupled thereto.
For example, the pivot portion 50 in which the container hinge portion 11 and the lid hinge portion 21 are coupled is formed by fitting the shaft protrusion J (see fig. 6A to 6D) of the lid hinge portion 21 into the shaft hole H (see fig. 6A to 6D) of the container hinge portion 11 and assembling the container hinge portion 11 and the lid hinge portion 21.
The lid body 20 is rotatably disposed on the container body 10 via the rotating portion 50.
As shown in fig. 2, 4, and 5, the stopper portion 51 and the holding portion 53 are provided in the container hinge portion 11 constituting the rotating portion 50, and the sliding contact portion 52 is provided in the lid hinge portion 21.
The functions of the stopper 51, the sliding contact portion 52, and the holding portion 53 in the rotating portion 50 will be described later.
(urging member)
Further, an urging member 30, which is a plate spring made of, for example, resin, is disposed on the inner side of the storage container near the rotating portion 50.
Specifically, the urging member 30 is disposed in the home tissue storage container 100 such that one end portion of the urging member 30 is fixed to a spring fixing portion 31 provided near an opening portion 10c inside the rear surface portion 10a of the container body 10 and the other end portion of the urging member 30 is fixed to a spring fixing portion 32 provided inside the lid body 20.
The urging member 30 urges the lid body 20 in a direction away from the container body 10, whereby the lid body 20 is pushed up so as to pivot about the pivot portion 50 (the shaft hole H, the shaft projection J (see fig. 6A to 6D)), and the opening portion 10c is opened.
An engaging portion 13 is formed near the opening 10c of the front surface 10b of the container body 10, and a locking portion 23 is formed on the front surface side of the lid body 20.
When the front surface of the lid 20 comes into contact with the front surface 10b of the container body 10, the engaging portion 13 engages with the locking portion 23, whereby the lid 20 is held by the container body 10, and the opening 10c is closed.
Further, a grip portion 12 protruding forward is provided in the front surface portion 10b of the container body 10 in the vicinity of the engagement portion 13, an engagement releasing member 14 is disposed in the grip portion 12, and the engagement releasing member 14 is pivotally supported so as to be changeable in arrangement.
When the engagement releasing member 14 and the clamping portion 12 are clamped, the one end portion 14a of the engagement releasing member 14 swings in a direction approaching the clamping portion 12. When the arrangement of the engagement releasing member 14 is changed so as to swing in this way, the other end portion 14b of the engagement releasing member 14 pushes up the push-up projection 24 of the lid body 20, and the engagement between the locking portion 23 and the engaging portion 13 is released.
That is, when the engagement between the locking portion 23 and the engaging portion 13 is released by clamping the engagement releasing member 14 and the clamping portion 12 and swinging the engagement releasing member 14, the lid body 20 is pushed up and opened by the urging force of the urging member 30.
Further, a groove portion 5 is formed in the peripheral edge portion 4 of the opening portion 10c of the container body 10, and the groove portion 5 is fitted in the peripheral edge portion 3 of the lid body 20 when the lid body 20 is closed with respect to the container body 10.
When the peripheral edge portion 3 of the lid body 20 is fitted into the groove portion 5 of the peripheral edge portion 4 of the container body 10, the outer surface of the peripheral edge portion 3 is in close contact with the inner surface of the groove portion 5.
When the lid body 20 is closed to close the opening 10c of the container body 10 and the peripheral edge portion 3 of the lid body 20 is fitted into the groove portion 5, the inner surface of the groove portion 5 and the outer surface of the peripheral edge portion 3 are in close contact over the entire periphery of the opening 10c, whereby the container body 10 and the lid body 20 can be sealed, and therefore, the sealing performance of the household tissue paper storage container 100 can be ensured.
(protruding part)
Further, in the household tissue paper storage container 100, a protruding portion 40 protruding toward the front surface 10b of the container body 10 is provided at substantially the center in the width direction of the rear surface 10a of the container body 10.
The protruding portion 40 has a shape that widens in the left-right direction from the upper side of the container body 10 toward the bottom portion 10d, and the protruding portion 40 has a substantially trapezoidal shape when the rear surface portion 10a is viewed from the front.
In other words, the projecting portion 40 is formed in a shape in which the rear surface portion 10a of the container body 10 is recessed in a substantially trapezoidal shape toward the front surface portion 10 b. The recess space formed by the rear surface portion 10a of the container body 10 being recessed is substantially quadrangular (substantially trapezoidal column-shaped).
For example, the protruding portion 40 is formed to have a dimension of preferably 2mm to 20mm, more preferably 3mm to 10mm, in the front-rear direction, preferably 15mm to 60mm, more preferably 20mm to 40mm, in the left-right direction, and preferably 30mm to 90mm, more preferably 60mm to 75mm, in the up-down direction.
The width of the protruding portion 40 in the lateral direction is formed such that the lower portion on the bottom portion 10d side is wider than the upper portion, preferably 20% to 60% wider, and more preferably 30% to 50% wider.
When a plurality of pieces of household tissue paper P stacked in the front-rear direction are stored in the household tissue paper storage container 100 (container body 10) provided with such a protruding portion 40, for example, as shown in fig. 5, a bundle of household tissue paper P stored in the container body 10 rests on the protruding portion 40.
The bundle of household tissue paper P stored in the container body 10 so as to lean against the protruding portion 40 is stored with a gap from the rear surface portion 10a.
Since the household tissue paper P stored in the container body 10 so as to lean against the protruding portion 40 is stored with a gap from the rear surface portion 10a, the end of the household tissue paper P can be easily grasped by the gap, and the household tissue paper P can be easily taken out.
[ rotating part (braking part, sliding contact part, holding part) ]
Here, functions of the braking section 51, the sliding contact section 52, and the holding section 53 in the rotating section 50 of the home tissue paper storage container 100 according to the present embodiment will be described.
The rotating portion 50 is composed of the container hinge portion 11 and the lid hinge portion 21.
As shown in fig. 2, 4, 5, and 6A to 6D, the container hinge portion 11 is provided with a stopper portion 51 and a holding portion 53, and the lid hinge portion 21 is provided with a sliding contact portion 52 that comes into sliding contact with the stopper portion 51 when the lid body 20 is rotated in a direction away from the container body 10.
The stopper 51 is a protruding piece provided to extend in the rotational direction of the lid body 20, and has a substantially circular arc shape in which the heights (thicknesses) of one end side and the other end side are different as shown in fig. 6A to 6D when the stopper 51 is viewed from the side.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 6A to 6D, the stopper portion 51 is formed in a substantially arc shape such that, as the lid body 20 is rotated in a direction away from the container body 10, the height of the stopper portion 51 on the end point side becomes gradually higher than the height of the stopper portion 51 on the start point side where the sliding contact portion 52 is in sliding contact with the stopper portion 51, and one end side (start point side) is relatively low and the other end side (end point side) is relatively high.
The stopper portion 51 formed on the surface of the container hinge portion 11 is preferably formed in a substantially circular arc shape having a center angle of, for example, 50 ° to 90 °.
If the center angle of the stopper portion 51 is within the above range, the sliding contact portion 52 is in proper sliding contact with the stopper portion 51, and the force of the rotation of the lid body 20 can be properly suppressed.
On the other hand, if the braking portion 51 has a center angle smaller than 50 °, the area in which the sliding contact portion 52 slides is short, and the force for suppressing the rotation of the lid body 20 may not be sufficient.
Further, if the center angle of the stopper 51 is 90 °, the force of the rotation of the lid body 20 can be suppressed satisfactorily, and the area of the stopper 51 does not need to be further enlarged, so that the center angle of the stopper 51 is within the above range.
For example, the height of one end side (starting point side) of the stopper portion 51 is preferably 0.05 to 0.15mm from the surface of the container hinge portion 11, and the height of the other end side (end point side) of the stopper portion 51 is preferably 0.2 to 1.0mm from the surface of the container hinge portion 11.
If the height of the stopper portion 51 is within the above range, the sliding contact portion 52 is in proper sliding contact with the stopper portion 51, so that the force of the rotation of the lid body 20 can be properly suppressed.
On the other hand, if the height of the stopper 51 is lower than the above range, the force of the lid body 20 turning may not be sufficiently suppressed. If the height of the stopper 51 is higher than the above range, the lid body 20 may not be completely opened and the rotation may be stopped.
When the engagement between the locking portion 23 and the engaging portion 13 is released by pinching the engaging release member 14 and the pinching portion 12 in the household tissue paper storage container 100, the lid body 20 pushed up by the urging force of the urging member 30 is rotated in a direction away from the container body 10.
When the lid body 20 is thus rotated in a direction away from the container body 10, as shown in fig. 6A to 6C, the sliding contact portion 52 on the lid body 20 (lid hinge portion 21) side is in sliding contact with the stopper portion 51 on the container body 10 (container hinge portion 11) side.
Since the braking portion 51 with which the sliding contact portion 52 comes into sliding contact is formed higher on the end point side than on the starting point side of the sliding contact, the sliding contact portion 52 comes into pressure contact with the braking portion 51 as the sliding contact portion 52 rotates toward the end point side of the braking portion 51, the frictional force between the sliding contact portion 52 and the braking portion 51 gradually increases, and braking is applied with a force that suppresses the rotation of the lid body 20.
Thus, the sliding contact portion 52 that moves relative to the stopper portion 51 slides against the stopper portion 51, and the force of the rotation of the lid body 20 can be suppressed.
When the rotation of the sliding contact portion 52 further proceeds, as shown in fig. 6D, the sliding contact portion 52 abuts against the holding portion 53, and the rotation of the lid body 20 is stopped.
At this time, since the force of the rotation of the lid body 20 is suppressed by the sliding contact portion 52 sliding-contacting the stopper portion 51 and applying the stopper, the lid body 20 does not shake due to the reaction of the opening of the lid body 20, and the container body 10 does not shift from the set position due to shaking or the like.
Further, as the lid body 20 is rotated in a direction away from the container body 10, as shown in fig. 6D, the sliding contact portion 52 that moves relative to the stopper portion 51 is held between the stopper portion 51 and the holding portion 53, and therefore the opened lid body 20 is stabilized in this posture, and the opened state is maintained.
[ Effect of the embodiment ]
According to the household tissue paper storage container 100 of the present embodiment, when the user grips the engagement releasing member 14 and the grip portion 12 to release the engagement between the locking portion 23 and the engagement portion 13, the lid 20 is automatically sprung up by the urging force of the urging member 30, and therefore, the opening of the lid 20 when the household tissue paper is used becomes easy.
In particular, since the household tissue paper storage container 100 can apply a force for braking and suppressing the rotation of the lid body 20 by bringing the sliding contact portion 52 on the side of the open lid body 20 into sliding contact with the braking portion 51 on the side of the container body 10 and applying a frictional force to the rotating lid body 20, the lid body 20 and the container body 10 are not shaken by the reaction of the opening of the lid body 20, and the household tissue paper storage container 100 is not displaced from the set position or changed in orientation.
In addition, in the state where the lid body 20 is opened, the sliding contact portion 52 on the lid body 20 side is held between the stopper portion 51 and the holding portion 53 on the container body 10 side, and therefore the opened lid body 20 can be appropriately maintained in this posture.
In the case of such a home tissue paper storage container 100, since the home tissue paper storage container 100 is not displaced from the placed position by the reaction of opening the lid 20, the lid 20 of the home tissue paper storage container 100 placed at a desired position can be appropriately opened, and the home tissue paper P can be taken out from the storage container 100 and used.
[ modified examples ]
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment.
For example, as shown in fig. 7A, it may have the following configuration: in a state where the sliding contact portion 52 that moves relative to the stopper portion 51 abuts against the holding portion 53 and the rotation of the lid body 20 is stopped, the convex portion 52a provided in the sliding contact portion 52 is fitted into the concave portion 51a provided on the end point side of the stopper portion 51. In the case of the household tissue paper storage container 100 having such a structure, the opened lid 20 can be more appropriately maintained in this posture.
As shown in fig. 7B, the following structure is also possible: in a state where the sliding contact portion 52 that moves relative to the stopper portion 51 abuts against the holding portion 53 and the rotation of the lid body 20 is stopped, the convex portion 52a provided in the sliding contact portion 52 is caught in the concave portion 53a provided in the holding portion 53. In the case of the household tissue paper storage container 100 having such a structure, the opened lid 20 can be more appropriately maintained in this posture.
For example, as shown in fig. 8A and 8B, the following configuration may be adopted: as the lid body 20 is rotated in a direction away from the container body 10, the contact area between the start point side sliding contact portion 52 and the stopper portion 51 of the sliding contact portion 52 in sliding contact with the stopper portion 51 becomes larger than the contact area between the start point side sliding contact portion 52 and the stopper portion 51.
Even in the case of the tissue paper storage container 100 for home use having such a structure, since the frictional force between the sliding contact portion 52 and the stopper portion 51 gradually increases as the sliding contact portion 52 rotates toward the end point side of the stopper portion 51, the force of the rotation of the lid body 20 can be appropriately suppressed.
Further, if the braking portion 51 has a substantially arc shape in which the heights (thicknesses) of the one end side and the other end side are the same, the contact area between the sliding contact portion 52 on the end point side and the braking portion 51 is larger than the contact area between the sliding contact portion 52 on the start point side and the braking portion 51 in which the sliding contact portion 52 is in sliding contact with the braking portion 51, the frictional force between the sliding contact portion 52 and the braking portion 51 gradually increases as the sliding contact portion 52 rotates toward the end point side of the braking portion 51, and therefore the force of the rotation of the lid body 20 can be suppressed.
In addition, the following may be formed: as the lid body 20 is rotated in a direction away from the container body 10, the width of the upper surface (sliding surface) of the stopper portion 51 on the end point side gradually increases as compared with the starting point side where the sliding contact portion 52 comes into sliding contact with the stopper portion 51.
Even in the case of the tissue paper storage container 100 for home use having the stopper portion 51, as the sliding contact portion 52 rotates toward the end point side of the stopper portion 51, the contact area between the sliding contact portion 52 and the stopper portion 51 gradually increases, and the frictional force between the sliding contact portion 52 and the stopper portion 51 gradually increases, so that the force of the rotation of the lid body 20 can be appropriately suppressed.
In the above embodiment, the structure of the rotating portion 50 has been described by taking as an example the case where the stopper portion 51 (and the holding portion 53) is provided in the container hinge portion 11 of the container body 10 and the sliding contact portion 52 is provided in the lid hinge portion 21 of the lid body 20, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
For example, the stopper 51 (and the holding portion 53) may be provided in the lid hinge portion 21 of the lid body 20, and the sliding contact portion 52 may be provided in the container hinge portion 11 of the container body 10.
Even in the rotating portion 50 configured as described above, as the lid body 20 rotates in a direction away from the container body 10, the sliding contact portion 52 that moves relative to the stopper portion 51 slides in contact with the stopper portion 51, and the force of rotating the lid body 20 can be suppressed.
It is needless to say that other specific detailed structures and the like can be appropriately changed.
Industrial applicability of the invention
The present invention is configured as described above, and therefore can be used as a home tissue storage container with a lid body appropriately opened.
