the communication module is used for establishing a non-communication connection with the user terminal in the service range to realize data transmission between the distributed base station and the user terminal;
the management module is used for counting the user terminals accessed to the distributed base station and acquiring an access user terminal list;
the detection module is used for detecting the data transmission state of the distributed base station and sending the detection result of the data transmission state to the emergency processing module;

the cooperation processing module is used for comparing and screening an access user terminal list carried in the emergency processing request and an access user terminal list of the cooperation processing module according to the emergency processing request sent by the neighborhood distributed base station, screening out user terminals which repeatedly appear in the two access user terminal lists as cooperation user terminals, and sending cooperation instructions to the cooperation user terminals, so that the cooperation user terminals can establish communication connection with abnormal user terminals affected by the transmission faults of the distributed base station in a communication range of the cooperation user terminals according to the received cooperation instructions, and the abnormal user terminals are assisted to finish data transmission tasks.

The method and the device are favorable for avoiding the condition that the user terminal in the service range can not transmit data after the data transmission fault occurs in the distributed base station, and improve the reliability of the data transmission of the user terminal.
In one embodiment, the management module includes:
and periodically counting the user terminals accessed to the distributed base station, and updating an access user terminal list.
The management module can also be set to update in real time according to the requirement, and update the user terminal list currently accessed to the distributed base station in real time.
In one embodiment, the detection module comprises:
and detecting the data transmission state of the distributed base station and the user terminal and/or the external switching center, and outputting a data transmission state detection result, wherein the data transmission state comprises an uplink data transmission state and a downlink data transmission state, and the data transmission state monitoring result comprises a normal transmission state or a fault transmission state.
In one scenario, the detection module detects the uplink and downlink data transmission speed and data transmission amount of the distributed base station in real time, and judges whether a data transmission fault occurs in the distributed base station according to the uplink and downlink data transmission speed and data transmission amount.
In one embodiment, the emergency processing module includes a backup communication unit;
the standby communication unit is used for establishing communication connection with the neighborhood distributed base station when the distributed base station has data transmission faults, so that data interaction between the distributed base station and the neighborhood distributed base station is realized;
the emergency processing module further comprises: and when the distributed base station has data transmission failure, the emergency processing request is sent to the neighborhood distributed base station through the standby communication unit.
The emergency processing module is a functional module which operates when the distributed base station has a data transmission fault, and therefore in order to improve the reliability of the emergency processing module, an independent processor and a communication unit are arranged for the emergency processing module, so that the emergency processing module can still independently and normally operate when the distributed base station has a data transmission fault (including caused by software and hardware faults).
In one embodiment, the cooperation processing module comprises a screening and comparing unit and an instruction generating unit,

the instruction generating unit is used for issuing a cooperation instruction to the cooperation user terminal through the communication module.
In one embodiment, the screening and comparing unit performs comparison and screening according to the first access user terminal list and the second access user terminal list, and screens out the user terminals that appear in the two access user terminal lists at the same time and marks them as cooperative user terminals, specifically including:
comparing and screening according to the first access user terminal list and the second access user terminal list, marking the user terminals screened out to be simultaneously present in the two access user terminal lists as screening user terminals, and forming a screening user terminal set;
screening a proper user terminal from the screening user terminal set to serve as a cooperative user terminal;
wherein, select suitable user terminal as the cooperative user terminal from filtering the user terminal set, further include:
and respectively acquiring the state information of the screening user terminals, calculating the assistance scores of the screening user terminals according to the state information of the screening user terminals, and screening the screening user terminals with the assistance scores larger than a set threshold value as cooperative user terminals.
In one embodiment, the assistance score of the user terminal is calculated and filtered, and a specifically-adopted assistance score calculation function is as follows:
Figure BDA0003062870230000051
in the formula, DnIndicating a assistance score of the nth screening user terminal, wherein N is 1,2, …, N, … N, N indicates a total number of screening user terminals in the set of screening user terminals; v. ofnRepresenting the moving speed of the screening user terminal; v. oftIndicating a set speed threshold, tnRepresenting the duration of continuous communication connection establishment between the screening user terminal and the current distributed base station; y isnRepresenting the data transmission delay between the screening user terminal and the distributed base station; y' represents a set delay standard value, and alpha, beta and gamma respectively represent set adjusting factors.
And reporting the moving speed of the screened user terminal to the distributed base station by the user terminal, wherein the moving speed is 0 for the user terminal which is fixedly arranged. The data transmission delay between the screening user terminal and the distributed base station transmits the time difference between the test information transmitted to the screening user terminal through the distributed base station and the response information fed back by the screening user terminal;
in the above embodiment, after the screening user terminal sets meeting the requirement are screened for the distributed base station, the stability of the screening user terminals can be further judged by calculating the assistance scores of the screening user terminals, wherein an assistance score calculation function is provided, which can comprehensively evaluate the stability of the screening user terminals subsequently used as relay nodes from three dimensions of the terminal moving speed (if the screening user terminals are only at the overlapping position of two base stations at the time when the screening user terminals are counted by the distributed base station and the terminal is likely to move out of the overlapping range subsequently and lose connection with the normally operated distributed base station, the stability of the terminal is considered not high), the continuous connection duration (if the terminal is frequently disconnected, the stability of the terminal is considered not high) and the data transmission speed (the data transmission quality needs to be ensured to be normal), therefore, a proper user terminal is accurately screened from the screening user terminal set to serve as a cooperative user terminal, and a foundation is laid for the follow-up cooperative user terminal serving as a relay node to assist other user terminals in the distributed base station with data transmission faults to complete data transmission tasks.
In one embodiment, a user terminal includes:
after a user terminal receives a cooperation instruction issued by a distributed base station, the user terminal is used as a cooperation user terminal to broadcast cooperation information to a neighborhood terminal in a communication range of the user terminal; after receiving the cooperation information, the neighborhood terminal judges whether the neighborhood terminal can not establish communication connection with the distributed base station, if the neighborhood terminal can not establish communication connection with the distributed base station at present, the neighborhood terminal establishes direct communication connection with the cooperation user terminal, and the neighborhood terminal transmits data to the cooperation user terminal and the cooperation user terminal transmits the data to the distributed base station in a unified mode.
In one scenario, when a neighborhood terminal receives cooperation information broadcast by a plurality of terminals for cooperation at the same time, one of the terminals for cooperation is randomly selected as a superior user terminal of the terminal for cooperation, and a direct communication connection is established between the terminal for cooperation and the terminal for cooperation; the method and the device can help to disperse the transmission pressure of the cooperative task terminal as the relay node and improve the overall performance of the system.
In one scenario, after the neighborhood terminal establishes communication connection with the cooperative user terminal to complete the data transmission task of the neighborhood terminal, the neighborhood terminal can further serve as a secondary cooperative user terminal to broadcast cooperative information to other neighborhood user terminals in the communication range of the neighborhood terminal, and further assist other user terminals which cannot establish communication connection with the distributed base station to complete data transmission service; and in the same way, the data transmission service can be finished by all the user terminals which cannot finish the data transmission service under the influence of the fault of the distributed base station through a multi-hop transmission mode among the user terminals.
