step 2: the controller stores the audio information of the law enforcement site and the video information of the law enforcement site in the flash memory;
and step 3: the controller transmits the audio information of the law enforcement site and the video information of the law enforcement site to the computer in the mobile communication network through the mobile communication module to execute storage and backup;
and 4, step 4: the controller transmits audio information of the law enforcement site and video information of the law enforcement site, which are used as information of the law enforcement recorder, to other controllers through a mobile communication module and a mobile communication switch in a mobile communication network, and displays the information of the law enforcement recorder through display screens connected with the other controllers, so that the purpose of information sharing of the law enforcement recorder is achieved; the mobile communication switch can be a 4G switch.
The method for transmitting the audio information of the law enforcement site and the video information of the law enforcement site as the information of the law enforcement recorder to other controllers by the controller in the step 4 through a mobile communication module and a mobile communication switch in a mobile communication network comprises the following steps:
step 4-1: the controller of the first law enforcement recorder transmits information of the first law enforcement recorder to a mobile communication switch in the form of information messages through a mobile communication module, and the mobile communication switch sends the information messages of the information of the first law enforcement recorder with the identification code of the first law enforcement recorder and the sequential serial number of the messages in a group;
the mobile communication switch and the law enforcement recorders carry out the information transmission of the law enforcement recorders, and the first law enforcement recorder can be any one of the law enforcement recorders and does not represent a specific law enforcement recorder; the number of the law enforcement recorders is not restricted, and in application, the information transmission of the law enforcement recorders can be synchronously executed with nine law enforcement recorders by virtue of the mobile communication switch with 4G mobile communication conditions during the information transmission period of the law enforcement recorders.
The mobile communication switch identifies the identification code of each law enforcement recorder before the mobile communication switch performs information transmission with a plurality of law enforcement recorders, namely the ID of the controller of the law enforcement recorder serves as the identification code of the law enforcement recorder or the identification code identified after the mobile communication switch performs setting on each law enforcement recorder in the plurality of law enforcement recorders, the setting is unique, and the invention does not restrict the setting.
After the mobile communication switch identifies the identification codes of all the law enforcement recorders, in the later information message transmission period, namely when the information of the law enforcement recorders is transmitted, the information message of the information transmitted to the law enforcement recorders of the law enforcement recorders I is recorded with the identification codes of the law enforcement recorders I, and the sequence numbers of the recorded messages are added in the information messages of the information of a plurality of law enforcement recorders, so that the information messages of the law enforcement recorders are transmitted in sequence. The mobile communication switch and the first law enforcement recorder execute the information of the first law enforcement recorder, the information transmission of the first law enforcement recorder is not executed, and the mobile communication switch executes the identification code recording and the sequence number recording on the information message of the information transmitted to the first law enforcement recorder.
Step 4-2: the mobile communication switch determines whether the confirmation character of the information message transmitted by the law enforcement recorder is received or not in a preset time interval after the information message of the information of the law enforcement recorder is transmitted;
the mobile communication switch is used for ensuring that the information message of the information transmitted to the law enforcement recorder of each law enforcement recorder can be correctly received, and a preset time interval is set for receiving the confirmation character of the information message from the first law enforcement recorder after the information message of the information of the law enforcement recorder is transmitted between the mobile communication switch and the first law enforcement recorder; the mobile communication exchanger can start the transmission of the information message of the information of the latter law enforcement recorder only after receiving the confirmation character that the information message of the information of the former law enforcement recorder is correctly received.
If the confirmation character of the information message is not received, the mobile communication exchange can transmit the information message of the information of the law enforcement recorder in sequence, and the performance of the transmission cannot be obtained until the information transmission of the law enforcement recorder is terminated, namely, the information message without the information of the law enforcement recorder is lost, so that the transmission accuracy of the information message of the information of the law enforcement recorder cannot be ensured.
Step 4-3: if the mobile communication switch does not receive the confirmation character of the information message of the information of the law enforcement recorder, identifying the importance level of the first law enforcement recorder;
if the confirmation character of the information message from the first law enforcement recorder is not received, the information message of the information transmitted to the first law enforcement recorder by the mobile communication switch is not received correctly; in the invention, the later retransmission of the information message of the information of the law enforcement recorder is executed by the importance level of the law enforcement recorder, so the importance level of the first law enforcement recorder is determined. The level of importance of the first law enforcement recorder can be determined by the importance of the user of the first law enforcement recorder, the more important the user, the more important the first law enforcement recorder. The importance of the user can be determined by actual conditions, for example, the higher the job level is, the greater the importance is, and the more important the user is, the greater the importance is.
Step 4-4: if the importance level is higher than a preset critical number, more than one gap for retransmitting the information message is set, and the information message of the information of the law enforcement recorder is retransmitted in the gap for retransmitting the information message;
the invention sets a critical number aiming at the importance level in advance, if the importance level of the law enforcement recorder is higher than the critical number set in advance, the law enforcement recorder is classified as not low in importance level in the law enforcement recorder which executes information transmission with the mobile communication exchange, and the transmission time slot of another law enforcement recorder can be used when the information message of the law enforcement recorder is retransmitted. In the present invention, a gap for retransmitting the information packet is provided, and the gap for retransmitting the information packet in the present invention is a small information transmission time interval, and when the information packet of the information of the law enforcement recorder is transmitted in the gap for retransmitting the information packet again, the information transmission of another law enforcement recorder is hardly disturbed, and the time interval for transmitting the information packet again in the gap for retransmitting the information packet is small, so that the capacity of the transmitted information packet is also small.
Therefore, in the invention, the requirement of a sufficient number of gaps for transmitting the information message again needs to be ensured to ensure the transmission of the information message of the information of the law enforcement recorder; to meet the requirement, the capacity of the information message of the information of the law enforcement recorder is compared with the information transmission capacity of the clearance for retransmitting the information message at first, and if the capacity of the information message of the information of the law enforcement recorder is higher than the information transmission capacity of the clearance for retransmitting the information message, the number of the set clearance for retransmitting the information message is determined;

In the invention, six gaps for retransmitting the information message are set for ensuring the retransmission of the information message of the law enforcement recorder, but a gap termination mode for retransmitting the information message can also be set to prevent the defect of loss of the information transmission time slot of the law enforcement recorder.
After the clearance for retransmitting the information message is identified, the information message of the information of the law enforcement recorder is started to be retransmitted, however, the information transmission of the mobile communication switch and the law enforcement recorder of the other law enforcement recorder connected with the mobile communication switch except the first law enforcement recorder is temporarily stopped in consideration of that the other law enforcement recorder possibly can not slightly disturb the transmission of the first law enforcement recorder, so that the information transmission of the mobile communication switch and the law enforcement recorder of the other law enforcement recorder is temporarily stopped, and the disturbing defect can not be formed;
therefore, all the law enforcement recorders except the first law enforcement recorder are used as second law enforcement recorders, but the situation can also occur, namely, the law enforcement recorders do not disturb the first law enforcement recorder and the mobile communication switch greatly, and the law enforcement recorders do not need to temporarily stop information transmission between the law enforcement recorders and the mobile communication switch; therefore, the invention can also or presume a predetermined critical number of channel disturbance state of affirmation, if law enforcement record recorder other than law enforcement record recorder have to law enforcement record recorder that the channel disturbance state during information transmission between the law enforcement record recorder and mobile communication exchange exceeds the predetermined critical number, regard these law enforcement record recorder as law enforcement record recorder three, stop the information transmission between said mobile communication exchange and the law enforcement record recorder three temporarily. The channel disturbance condition can be realized by enabling the law enforcement recorders except the law enforcement recorder to synchronously perform information transmission on the mobile communication switch one by one when the information message transmission is performed between the law enforcement recorder and the mobile communication switch in advance, and under the condition, the error number of the information message transmission between the law enforcement recorder and the mobile communication switch in the set time interval serves as the information disturbance condition.
In addition, when the information transmission of the law enforcement recorder between the third law enforcement recorder and the mobile communication switch is determined to be about to terminate, the size of the rest information transmission time slot is smaller than that of the retransmission time slot of the information message of the information of the law enforcement recorder; after waiting for the end of the information transmission of the law enforcement recorder of the third law enforcement recorder, the temporary stop operation is executed on the third law enforcement recorder.
If the law enforcement recorders three in the invention are only law enforcement recorders with high signal disturbance condition for one law enforcement recorder, the mobile communication switch can also continuously perform information transmission with other law enforcement recorders besides the one law enforcement recorder. When the information message retransmission operation of the information of the law enforcement recorder is executed through the interval of retransmitting the information message, the retransmission of the information message of the law enforcement recorder can be achieved without considering, and the information transmission between the mobile communication exchange and the other law enforcement recorder which is not temporarily stopped is not affected.
Therefore, the invention sets a preset critical number of a bit rate, the bit rate of the information transmission of the current mobile communication exchange and other law enforcement recorders is determined, if the bit rate is lower than the preset critical number, a plurality of gaps for retransmitting the information message transmit the information message of the law enforcement recorders in sequence after the point P; and the P time point is followed by the time slot with the lowest bit rate for information transmission of the mobile communication exchange and the other law enforcement recorder.
However, if the bit rate is higher than the threshold value set in advance, it means that the amount of information transferred between another law enforcement recorder and the mobile communication exchange is large; in particular, a time interval K is set between a plurality of gaps for retransmitting the information packet, that is, a time interval between a gap for retransmitting the information packet first and a gap for retransmitting the information packet later is K, and the higher the bit rate of information transmission accompanying the mobile communication exchange and the other law enforcement recorder is, the higher the time interval K is set, so as to ensure the accuracy of information transmission between the other law enforcement recorder and the mobile communication exchange.
The window time interval K setting mechanism in the invention can determine the intermittence period of message transmission when the mobile communication switch and another law enforcement recorder execute message transmission; the information transfer bit rate is lowest during the information transfer intermission period, so that the initial time point and the termination time point of the information transfer intermission period can be respectively used as the initial time point and the termination time point of the time distance K, and the information message of the information of the law enforcement recorder can be transferred again without any adverse effect on the whole with the information transfer between another law enforcement recorder and the mobile communication exchange.
And 4-5: and if the importance level is not higher than the preset critical number, whether a response message from a second law enforcement recorder is received or not is monitored, and the information message of the information of the first law enforcement recorder is transmitted to the first law enforcement recorder through the second law enforcement recorder by means of the response message.
On the contrary, if the importance level of the first law enforcement recorder is not high enough, the application of the gap for transmitting the information message again is not beneficial to the information transmission of the first law enforcement recorder; therefore, the mobile communication exchanger of the invention is primarily used for monitoring the response message which is not from the law enforcement recorder II.
Because the mobile communication switch can perform information transmission with a plurality of law enforcement recorders at a time point, when the mobile communication switch transmits the information message of the information of the law enforcement recorder to the law enforcement recorder via the information channel between the mobile communication switch and the law enforcement recorder, the information message of the information of the law enforcement recorder is often transmitted to another information channel due to the disturbance between the information channels before the information message of the information of the law enforcement recorder is received by the law enforcement recorder at the time point of the transmission, so that the information message of the information of the law enforcement recorder is lost when the mobile communication switch and the law enforcement recorder perform the information transmission of the law enforcement recorder.
When the second law enforcement recorder receives the information message of the information of the law enforcement recorder from the first law enforcement recorder, the identification code on the information message of the law enforcement recorder is determined to be inconsistent with the self identification code, and a response message is transmitted to the mobile communication exchanger to inform the mobile communication exchanger of receiving the information message of the information of the law enforcement recorder from the first law enforcement recorder; in detail, the second law enforcement recorder performs identification on the identification code of the information message of the first law enforcement recorder and the information message capacity value of the information of the first law enforcement recorder, and then encapsulates the identification code and the information message capacity value into information messages which are transmitted to the mobile communication switch; after receiving the information message transmitted by the second law enforcement recorder, the mobile communication switch decodes the information message to obtain the identification code of the information message in the information message and the information message capacity value of the information of the law enforcement recorder.
When the mobile communication switch receives the information message which is originated from the second law enforcement recorder and is used as the response message, the value of the information message is temporarily stored in the temporary storage of the controller of the second law enforcement recorder; the mobile communication switch identifies a first law enforcement recorder of an information message of information of a lost law enforcement recorder by virtue of the identification code, transmits a certification instruction to the first law enforcement recorder, and identifies whether a channel between the first law enforcement recorder and the second law enforcement recorder is constructed or not after the information message of the first law enforcement recorder is lost; if the law enforcement recorder determines that the received information message is incomplete and the information message of the law enforcement recorder is lost, the law enforcement recorder returns a determination message to the mobile communication switch to permit the mobile communication switch to construct a channel between the mobile communication switch and the law enforcement recorder;
at the moment, the mobile communication switch transmits an instruction to the second law enforcement recorder to inform the second law enforcement recorder to assist the information transmission of the second law enforcement recorder, and a temporary channel between the first law enforcement recorder and the second law enforcement recorder is synchronously constructed; the second law enforcement recorder transmits the information message of the information of the second law enforcement recorder to the first law enforcement recorder through a temporary channel; and after the information message of the information of the first law enforcement recorder is transmitted, the temporary channel is cancelled, and the information transmission of the first law enforcement recorder and the second law recorder is stopped. At first, the mobile communication switch executes the set identification code on the information message of the information of the law enforcement recorder, and also executes the sequence numbering on the information message of the information of the law enforcement recorder of each law enforcement recorder, so that after the law enforcement recorder receives the information message of the information of the law enforcement recorder, the information messages of the information of all the law enforcement recorders are arranged in sequence again by means of the sequence numbering of the information message of the law enforcement recorder, and the continuity of the received information message of the law enforcement recorder during use after execution is guaranteed. The information in the invention is the information of a law enforcement recorder.
The mobile communication switch monitors the response message from the second law enforcement recorder, and if the importance level of the second law enforcement recorder is lower than the preset critical number and the mobile communication switch does not monitor the response message from the second law enforcement recorder, the retransmission of the information message of the information of the law enforcement recorder is achieved.
Similarly, if the mobile communication switch monitors the response message from the second law enforcement recorder, the transfer is executed through the information message of the information of the two law enforcement recorders of the law enforcement recorder, but the transfer is still not achieved, and the first law enforcement recorder is not accepted; at this point, the same gap in which the message is retransmitted is used to retransmit the message of the law enforcement recorder information.
The two conditions are equal to the improvement of the importance level of the first law enforcement recorder, but the importance level of the first law enforcement recorder is not changed fundamentally; therefore, in such a situation, when the retransmission of the information packet of the information of the law enforcement recorder is performed by using the gap for retransmitting the information packet, the method of primarily using the time interval K for a plurality of gaps for retransmitting the information packet is performed, regardless of whether the bit rate of the information transmission of the mobile communication switch and the law enforcement recorder of another high importance level is high or low; only when the information transmission of the mobile communication switch and other law enforcement recorder with high importance level is in a discontinuous or temporary suspension state, the information message of the law enforcement recorder can be transmitted in sequence by using a plurality of gaps for retransmitting the information message.
When the mobile communication switch and the multiple law enforcement recorders communicate, and an information channel is disturbed so that an information message of the information of the data law enforcement recorders is lost, if the law enforcement recorders have low importance levels, the information message of the information of the law enforcement recorders is retransmitted by applying the time slot for retransmitting the information message; if the importance level is not high, the relay is executed through another law enforcement recorder, so that the defect that the information message of the law enforcement recorder is lost when the information of the law enforcement recorder is transmitted between the mobile communication switch and the law enforcement recorders under the condition of ensuring the communication synchronization of the law enforcement recorders is overcome.
The present invention has been described above in an illustrative manner by way of embodiments, and it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the present disclosure is not limited to the embodiments described above, and various changes, modifications and substitutions can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.

1. A law enforcement recorder system, comprising:
a controller arranged in the shell, and a display screen, a sound pick-up and a camera arranged on the outer wall of the shell;
a mobile communication module and a flash memory are arranged in the shell;
the display screen, the sound pick-up, the mobile communication module, the flash memory and the camera are all electrically connected with the controller;
the sound pick-up is used for collecting audio information of a law enforcement site;
the camera is used for collecting video information of a law enforcement site;
the flash memory is used for storing audio information of the law enforcement site and video information of the law enforcement site;
the controller is used for transmitting the audio information of the law enforcement site and the video information of the law enforcement site to a computer in a mobile communication network through a mobile communication module to execute storage and backup;
the controller is used for transmitting the audio information of the law enforcement site and the video information of the law enforcement site which are used as the information of the law enforcement recorder to other controllers through the mobile communication module, and displaying the information of the law enforcement recorder through the display screens connected with the other controllers;
the law enforcement recorder system further comprises:
the information message transmission unit comprises a mass sending unit, a first identification unit, a second identification unit and a law enforcement recorder;
the mass sending unit is used for the mobile communication switch to mass send an information message of the information of the law enforcement recorder with the identification code of the first law enforcement recorder and the sequence number of the message;
a first identification unit, configured to determine whether the mobile communication switch receives the confirmation character of the information packet transmitted by the first law enforcement recorder within a preset time interval after the information packet of the information of the law enforcement recorder is transmitted;
a second identification unit, configured to identify the importance level of the first law enforcement recorder if the mobile communication switch does not receive the confirmation character of the information packet received from the law enforcement recorder;
the information message transmission unit of the information of the law enforcement recorder is used for setting more than one gap for retransmitting the information message if the importance level is higher than a preset critical number, and retransmitting the information message of the information of the law enforcement recorder in the gap for retransmitting the information message; if the importance level is not higher than the preset critical number, whether a response message from a second law enforcement recorder is received or not is monitored, and if the response message from the second law enforcement recorder is received, the information message of the information of the second law enforcement recorder is transmitted to the first law enforcement recorder through the second law enforcement recorder by virtue of the response message; and if the response message from the law enforcement recorder II is not received, setting more than one gap for transmitting the information message again.

The law enforcement recorder system according to claim 1, wherein the information message transmission unit of the law enforcement recorder sets one or more gaps for retransmitting the information message, including: and comparing the capacity of the information message of the information of the law enforcement recorder with the information transmission capacity of the clearance for retransmitting the information message, and if the capacity of the information message of the information of the law enforcement recorder is higher than the information transmission capacity of the clearance for retransmitting the information message, determining the number of the set clearance for retransmitting the information message.

The law enforcement recorder system according to claim 1, wherein re-transmitting the information message of the law enforcement recorder information in the gap of re-transmitting the information message comprises: temporarily stopping information transfer of a law enforcement recorder III connected with the mobile communication switch except the mobile communication switch and the law enforcement recorder I in each gap for retransmitting the information message;
and transmitting the information message of the information of the law enforcement recorder again in the gap for transmitting the information message again.

The law enforcement recorder system according to claim 3, wherein re-transmitting the information message of the law enforcement recorder information in the gap of re-transmitting the information message comprises: confirming the bit rate of information transmission of the current mobile communication switch and another law enforcement recorder, if the bit rate is lower than a preset critical number, then a plurality of gaps for retransmitting the information messages transmit the information messages of the law enforcement recorder in sequence after the point P; in addition, the P time point is the time slot with the lowest bit rate for information transmission of the mobile communication exchanger and the other law enforcement recorder; or, if the bit rate is higher than a preset critical number, the time interval K is set between a plurality of gaps for retransmitting the information message, that is, the time interval between the termination of the gap for retransmitting the information message first and the subsequent retransmission of the information message is K, and the higher the bit rate of information transmission accompanied with the mobile communication exchange and another law enforcement recorder is, the higher the time interval K is set.

The enforcement recorder system according to claim 4, wherein temporarily suspending the transfer of information from a third enforcement recorder accessed by the mobile communications switch other than the first enforcement recorder and the mobile communications switch comprises: setting a preset critical number for identifying the channel disturbance condition, if law enforcement recorders other than the law enforcement recorder have law enforcement recorders, the channel disturbance condition of the first law enforcement recorder and the mobile communication exchange during information transmission is higher than the preset critical number, identifying the law enforcement recorders as a third law enforcement recorder, and temporarily stopping the information transmission between the third law enforcement recorder and the mobile communication exchange.

The law enforcement recorder system according to claim 4, wherein the passing to the first law enforcement recorder via the second law enforcement recorder comprises: the mobile communication switch transmits a certification instruction to the law enforcement recorder, and determines whether the information message transmission channel of the law enforcement recorder of the two law enforcement recorders is constructed; if receiving the permission information of constructing the channel transmitted by the first law enforcement recorder, constructing an information message transmission channel of the information of the temporary law enforcement recorder between the first law enforcement recorder and the second law enforcement recorder; the second law enforcement recorder transmits the information message of the information of the second law enforcement recorder to the first law enforcement recorder through the information message transmission channel of the information of the temporary law enforcement recorder;
and if the information message of the information of the law enforcement recorder is not achieved through the second law enforcement recorder, setting more than one gap for transmitting the information message again to transmit the information message of the law enforcement recorder.
7. A process for a law enforcement recorder system, comprising:
step 1: the sound pick-up collects the audio information of the law enforcement site and transmits the audio information to the controller connected with the sound pick-up, and the camera is used for collecting the video information of the law enforcement site and transmitting the video information to the controller connected with the camera;
step 2: the controller stores the audio information of the law enforcement site and the video information of the law enforcement site in a flash memory;
and step 3: the controller transmits the audio information of the law enforcement site and the video information of the law enforcement site to a computer in a mobile communication network through the mobile communication module to execute storage and backup;
and 4, step 4: the controller transmits the audio information of the law enforcement site and the video information of the law enforcement site which are used as the information of the law enforcement recorder to other controllers through a mobile communication module and a mobile communication switch in a mobile communication network, and displays the information of the law enforcement recorder through a display screen connected with other controllers;
the method for transmitting the audio information of the law enforcement site and the video information of the law enforcement site, which are used as the information of the law enforcement recorder, to other controllers by the controller in the step 4 through the mobile communication module and a mobile communication switch in a mobile communication network comprises the following steps:
step 4-1: the controller of the first law enforcement recorder transmits information of the first law enforcement recorder to the mobile communication switch in the form of information messages through the mobile communication module, and the mobile communication switch sends the information messages of the information of the first law enforcement recorder with the identification code of the first law enforcement recorder and the sequential serial number of the messages in a group;
step 4-2: the mobile communication switch judges whether the confirmation character of the information message transmitted by the law enforcement recorder is received or not in the preset time interval after the information message of the information of the law enforcement recorder is transmitted;
step 4-3: if the mobile communication switch does not receive the confirmation character of the information message of the information of the law enforcement recorder, the importance level of the first law enforcement recorder is determined;
step 4-4: if the importance level is higher than the preset critical number, more than one gap for retransmitting the information message is set, and the information message of the information of the law enforcement recorder is retransmitted in the gap for retransmitting the information message;
and 4-5: if the importance level is not higher than the preset critical number, whether a response message from the second law enforcement recorder is received or not is monitored, and the information message of the information of the second law enforcement recorder is transmitted to the first law enforcement recorder through the second law enforcement recorder by virtue of the response message.

The process of the law enforcement recorder system according to claim 7, wherein the mobile communication switch identifies the identification code of each law enforcement recorder before performing information transmission with a plurality of law enforcement recorders, i.e. the ID of the controller of the law enforcement recorder serves as the identification code of the law enforcement recorder or the identification code identified after performing setting on each law enforcement recorder in the plurality of law enforcement recorders;
if the confirmation character of the information message from the first law enforcement recorder is not received, the information message of the information transmitted to the first law enforcement recorder by the mobile communication switch is not received correctly.
