The communication method can be executed by an electronic device, which can be a user terminal device such as a PC, a notebook computer, a smart phone, etc., or a server. The server may be a physical server including an independent host, or may also be a virtual server carried by a host cluster, or may also be a cloud server. Specifically, the communication method can be realized by a processor in the electronic equipment running some instant communication application program installed in the electronic equipment. In this context, execution by an instant messaging application is understood to be the same as execution by an electronic device running the instant messaging application.
In addition, the sequence of steps in each method embodiment described below is only an example and is not strictly limited.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a communication method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the communication method may be executed by an instant messaging application corresponding to a first user, where the instant messaging application corresponding to the first user may be understood as an instant messaging application registered with a first user account. As shown in fig. 1, the method comprises the steps of:
101. and generating a voice conference interface according to the voice conference creating operation initiated by the first user to the plurality of second users, wherein the voice conference interface comprises user identifications corresponding to the first user and the plurality of second users.
102. And sending access prompt information corresponding to the voice conference to a plurality of second users.
103. And responding to the operation that the plurality of second users access the voice conference according to the access prompt information, and sending the voice conference interface to the plurality of second users.
104. And responding to the voice call operation triggered by the first user to at least one second user in the plurality of second users according to the user identifications of the plurality of second users, and sending the voice sent by the first user to the at least one second user.
For ease of understanding, the core concept of the communication scheme provided in this embodiment is summarized as follows: when the voice conference containing a plurality of users is triggered to be created, an interface corresponding to the voice conference, called a voice conference interface, is generated, and user identifications (such as head portraits and names) of the plurality of users participating in the voice conference can be displayed in the voice conference interface. The voice conference interface may be sent to a plurality of users participating in the voice conference so that the users can see which users have participated in the voice conference through the voice conference interface. The user identifications have operability, and any user participating in the voice conference can pertinently initiate a voice call with another user or other users participating in the conference based on the operation of the user identifications, so that the effect of private chat is achieved.
In this embodiment, a scenario in which a first user is a creator of a certain voice conference and creates a voice conference including the first user and a plurality of second users is described as an example.
Specifically, a first user operates an instant messaging application of the first user (for convenience of description, the instant messaging application corresponding to the first user is hereinafter referred to as APP1) to trigger a creation operation of a voice conference including a plurality of second users, based on the creation operation, APP1 may generate a voice conference interface corresponding to the voice conference, and APP1 may send access prompt information corresponding to the voice conference to the plurality of second users, so that the plurality of second users can know that the second users are invited to participate in the voice conference based on the access prompt information.
It can be understood that, the sending of the access prompt information by the APP1 to the second users means that the APP1 sends the access prompt information to the instant messaging applications corresponding to the second users, so that the second users know that they are invited to participate in the voice conference through the access prompt information displayed on some interface of the corresponding instant messaging applications. For convenience of description, the instant messaging application corresponding to each second user is hereinafter denoted as APP 2.
In addition, the APP1 may obtain user identifications of a plurality of second users when generating the voice conference interface, so that the user identifications of the plurality of second users may be displayed in the voice conference interface. The user identification may be an avatar, a name set in the instant messaging application by the corresponding second user. The voice conference interface may also include content such as subject names, operation instruction information, etc., which will be described in connection with other figures.
After the APP1 generates the voice conference interface, the voice conference interface may be displayed overhead in the APP 1. In addition, after a second user of the plurality of second users accesses the voice conference based on the received access prompt information, the APP1 may send the voice conference interface to the APP2 corresponding to the second user, and the APP2 corresponding to the second user may display the voice conference interface in a set-top manner.
The top-mounted display may be an extra-screen display, which means that the voice conference interface is always visible to the user. Taking APP1 as an example (the same applies to display on APP 2), in short, the voice conference interface can be regarded as a floating window, and can be floating and displayed on any other interface in APP 1. Of course, it can be understood that if the voice conference is ended or the first user switches to another voice conference interface, the voice conference interface corresponding to the voice conference will be closed.
In practical applications, taking APP1 as an example, since the voice conference interface can be suspended on other interfaces in APP1, in order to avoid excessive interference of the voice conference interface on the operation of the first user on other interfaces during the display of the voice conference interface, the size of the voice conference interface is smaller than that of other interfaces in APP1, such as a home page interface, a communication interface corresponding to a communication group, a communication interface for the first user to communicate with any contact, and the like. In addition, a zooming control can be included in the voice conference interface, and based on the operation of the zooming control, a thumbnail corresponding to the voice conference interface can be generated and displayed on top.
Based on the above process, when the plurality of second users access the voice conference according to the received access prompt information, after the APP1 sends the voice conference interface containing the user identifiers of all the participants to the APPs 2 corresponding to the plurality of second users, the APPs 2 display the voice conference interface, so that the corresponding second users can know which users participate in the voice conference through the voice conference interface. Furthermore, any one of the participants can trigger voice calls for one, some or even all of the users according to the user identifiers included in the voice conference interface. For example, when a first user makes a voice call with a second user, the first user may select the user identifier of the second user, and then output a voice intended to be spoken by the second user, APP1 may transmit the voice to APP2 of the second user in real time, APP2 may play the voice immediately after receiving the voice.
It should be noted that, as can be seen from the above example, the user identifier displayed in the voice conference interface has operability, for example, the user identifier is clicked to select the corresponding user as the call object. In addition, when the first user selects a second user as a current call object, a voice transmission channel between the first user and the second user can be established based on the selection operation of the first user on the second user, and then the voice output by the first user is sent to the second user in real time through the voice transmission channel, so that the one-to-one private chat effect of the users in the voice conference is realized.
The above is a macroscopic description of the execution flow of the scheme provided in this embodiment, and some specific implementations of the above steps in the execution process of the scheme are exemplified in the following with reference to some drawings.
For step 101, optionally, a voice conference may be created and a voice conference interface corresponding to the voice conference may be generated according to the following manner:
displaying a voice conference creation control in a communication interface corresponding to a communication group including a first user and a plurality of second users; responding to the selection of the first user to the voice conference creation control, and displaying a user selection interface corresponding to the communication group; and generating a voice conference interface corresponding to the communication group according to the selection of the first user on the plurality of second users in the user selection interface.
The above-described creation scheme corresponds to a case where a voice conference corresponding to an already existing communication group is created based on the communication group. The above-described creation process of a voice conference is exemplarily described below with reference to fig. 2. In fig. 2, it is assumed that there exists a communication group in APP1, the name of which is: a group of development projects. Assume that user a, user B, user C, user D, user E, user F are included in the communication group. Assuming that the first user is user a, when user a wants to initiate a voice conference, user a may operate APP1 to display a communication interface 201 corresponding to the communication group as shown in fig. 2, and include a plurality of controls in communication interface 201, such as the illustrated example: a voice conference 202, a group announcement 203 is created, wherein the voice conference 202 is created as the voice conference creation control described above. When user a clicks on create voice conference 202, user selection interface 204 corresponding to the communication group may be displayed, and user selection interface 204 may include the above-mentioned buttons of user B, user C, user D, user E, user F, and both full selection 205 and confirmation 206. When the user a needs to select all users included in the user selection interface 204, the full selection 205 may be clicked; when the user a wants to select some users, the corresponding users can be selected. In fig. 2, it is assumed that user a selects three users, user B, user C, and user D. User a then clicks on confirmation 206 to indicate that the selection of the person participating in the voice conference is complete. At this time, the APP1 generates the voice conference interface 207 corresponding to the communication group according to the selection result of the user a, and the voice conference interface is displayed on the communication interface 201 in a floating manner.
Alternatively, a conference subject display area and a conference member display area may be included in the voice conference interface 207, and as shown in fig. 2, the conference subject displayed in the conference subject display area may be the same as the name of the communication group, and may be a development project group. And displaying user identifications corresponding to the participants selected by the user A in the participant display area, namely the user identifications corresponding to the user A, the user B, the user C and the user D. In fig. 2, the user identification is represented by a circular button displaying the user name. Of course, the display mode of the user identifier is not limited to this, and for example, the user identifier may be represented by a button displaying the avatar of the user, and the name of the user may be displayed in association with the avatar button.
In addition, optionally, a special button may be included in the voice conference interface 207: and (4) fully selecting 208. When the all select 208 button is selected, all of the user identifiers displayed in the participant display area are selected to facilitate user selection of all of the user identifiers.
Of course, the voice conference interface 207 may further include other functional controls, which will be described in conjunction with the following embodiments.
For step 101, optionally, a voice conference may also be created and a voice conference interface corresponding to the voice conference may also be generated according to the following manner:
displaying a voice conference creation control in a home interface of the APP 1; displaying a user selection interface in response to selection of the voice conference creation control by the first user; and generating a voice conference interface according to the selection of the first user to the plurality of second users in the user selection interface. At this time, a communication group including the first user and the selected plurality of second users may also be generated.
The above creation scheme corresponds to a case where users who need to participate in a voice conference do not exist in the same communication group. The above-described creation process of a voice conference is exemplified below with reference to fig. 3. In fig. 3, it is assumed that the first user is user a. The user a opens the APP1 to display the home page interface 301, and after clicking the operation entry 302 in the home page interface 301, the user a displays a control selection list, where the operation entry is represented as an icon in fig. 3: +. Several of the functionality controls illustrated in fig. 3 are included in the control selection list, as well as the control to create the voice conference 303. A voice conference 303 is created as the voice conference creation control described above. When the user a clicks on the create voice conference 303, a user selection interface 304 may be displayed, all or part of the users in the address book of the user a and the button for confirming 305 may be included in the user selection interface 304, for example, a user who has a communication action with the user a in the near future may be preferentially displayed. User a selects a plurality of second users, such as user E, user G, and user H, from which to participate in the voice conference, and clicks on the confirmation 305 to complete the user selection. At this time, the APP1 generates the voice conference interface 306 corresponding to the communication group according to the selection result of the user a.
A conference topic display area and a conference member display area may be included in the voice conference interface 306, as shown in fig. 3, and optionally, the user a may input a conference topic in the conference topic display area, such as: product design alternating current group. And displaying user identifications corresponding to the participants selected by the user A in the participant display area, namely the user identifications corresponding to the user A, the user E, the user G and the user H. Of course, optionally, the voice conference interface 306 may further include: this button is fully selected 307. When the select all 307 button is selected, all the user id displayed in the display area of the participating members are selected, thereby facilitating the user's operation of selecting all the user id.
It should be noted that the input manner of the conference theme is not limited to the case illustrated in fig. 3, for example, the user selection interface 304 may also include a conference theme input box, so that the user a can input the conference theme, and at this time, when the voice conference interface 306 is generated, the conference theme can be automatically extracted and added to the voice conference interface 306.
In addition, while the voice conference interface 306 is generated, a communication group including the user a, the user E, the user G, and the user H may also be generated, and optionally, the name of the communication group may correspond to a conference topic in the voice conference interface 306, for example, the conference topic is the conference topic. Also, optionally, at this time, the APP1 may display the communication interface 308 corresponding to the communication group, with the voice conference interface 306 floating on the communication interface 308.
After the APP1 generates the voice conference interface based on the above manner, on one hand, the voice conference interface may be locally displayed as in the case shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, and on the other hand, the access prompt information may be triggered to the APPs 2 corresponding to the plurality of second users, so that the plurality of second users can know that they are invited to participate in the voice conference, and thus can access the voice conference, and when a certain second user accesses the voice conference based on the access prompt information, the APP1 may send the voice conference interface to the APP2 of the second user for display.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the display manner of the access prompt information sent by the APP1 to the plurality of second users does not block the operation being executed by the plurality of second users in the corresponding APPs 2. The operation performed by the second user in the APP2 will not be blocked, and it can be considered that the access prompt information will not be displayed with a screen (or set on top of the screen) and will not interfere with the operation performed by the second user on the APP 2. For example, if a second user chats with a friend, the interface displayed in the APP2 corresponding to the second user is a communication interface corresponding to the friend, and if the APP2 receives and displays the access prompt information during the chatting process between the second user and the friend of the second user, the display effect of the access prompt information does not block the chatting process between the second user and the friend of the second user.
Several alternative schemes for sending the access notification message to a plurality of second users are described below.
Based on the premise that a communication group corresponding to the voice conference, such as those shown in fig. 2 and 3, already exists, optionally, the APP1 may display a first message in a communication interface corresponding to the communication group to indicate that the voice conference has been opened, and/or display a control in the communication interface corresponding to the communication group to indicate that the voice conference has been opened.
An implementation of the foregoing sending the access prompting information is exemplarily described with reference to fig. 4. In fig. 4, the assumed situation of the communication interface 201 and the participants illustrated in fig. 2 is taken as an example. As shown in fig. 4, the APP1 may publish a first message 401 in the communication interface 201 in the identity of user a. Alternatively, the first message may be implemented in the form of a card illustrated in fig. 4. The card may include prompt text: i initiate a voice conference, and the conference theme is a research and development project group. The card can also comprise an operation item of 'accessing voice conference'. Since the communication interface 201 is synchronized to all members of the communication group, the plurality of second users included in the communication group: the user B, the user C, and the user D can all see the first message 401 through the corresponding communication interfaces in their APP2, and click the operation item "access voice conference" contained in the first message 401 to implement the operation of accessing voice conference.
In addition to this, as shown in fig. 4, in the communication interface 201, it is also possible to display: voice conference 402 a control to prompt that a voice conference corresponding to the communication group has been opened. Similarly to the first message 401, since the communication interface 201 is synchronized to all members in the communication group, the user B, the user C, and the user D in the communication group can see the opened voice conference 402 through the corresponding communication interfaces in their APP2, and click on the control of the opened voice conference 402 to achieve the operation of accessing the voice conference.
It should be noted that, in order to enable the user B, the user C, and the user D to timely find the access prompt information, such as the first message 401 and the opened voice conference 402, the access prompt information may be regarded as a special communication message, and the conventional prompt manner for receiving the communication message may also be applied to the access prompt information, such as outputting a prompt tone, displaying a message receiving prompt on a desktop icon of an instant messaging application, displaying a message receiving prompt in a home interface in association with the name of the communication group, and the like.
In addition to displaying the information such as the first message 401 and the opened voice conference 402 as the access prompting information in the communication interface corresponding to the communication group, optionally, the APP1 may further send a second message for prompting that the voice conference is opened to the APPs 2 corresponding to the plurality of second users, so that the APPs 2 corresponding to the plurality of second users display the second message in a target interface, which is different from the communication interface corresponding to the communication group.
An implementation of the foregoing sending the access prompting information is exemplarily described with reference to fig. 5. In fig. 5, the assumed situation of the participant in fig. 2 is taken as an example, and the target interface is assumed to be the home interface of the instant messaging application. As shown in fig. 5, APP1 may generate second message 501: a voice conference of the development project group is started. The APP1 sends the second message 501 to the APPs 2 corresponding to each of the user B, the user C, and the user D. Taking user B as an example, when receiving the second message 501, the APP2 corresponding to user B may display the second message 501 at a set position in the home interface 502. Optionally, APP2 may display the second message 501 in a button or label so that user B may access the voice conference by clicking on the button or label.
In order to enable the user B, the user C and the user D to timely find the second message 501, the target interface may be an interface currently displayed by the APP2 when the corresponding APP2 is already started.
It should be noted that the user who can see the access prompt information cannot necessarily access the voice conference based on the access prompt information, because if a certain user is not a participant of the voice conference, the access operation triggered by the user through the access prompt information is invalid.
Based on the example of fig. 4 and fig. 5, taking the user B as an example, after the user B triggers the operation of accessing the voice conference by the above example, the APP1 may send the voice conference interface 207 to the APP2 of the user B, and the APP2 may display the voice conference interface 207 on top.
By this, the process of synchronizing the same voice conference interface in the APP1 corresponding to the first user and the APPs 2 corresponding to the plurality of second users is completed. Based on the synchronization result of the voice conference interface, any user participating in the voice conference can initiate a voice call with any other user or users.
Still taking the assumed participant composition and the voice conference interface 201 in fig. 2 as an example, an implementation manner in which the user a initiates a voice call to the other users B, C, and D participating in the voice conference is illustrated with reference to fig. 6 and 7.
When the user a only wants to have a voice call with at least one user of the plurality of second users, the user a may trigger a voice call operation with the corresponding second user by selecting the user identification of the second user. Thus, the APP1 sends the voice sent by the user a to the at least one second user in response to the voice call operation triggered by the user a to the at least one second user by selecting the user identification corresponding to the at least one second user.
As shown in fig. 6, it is assumed that the at least one second user is user B, so that user a selects a user identifier of user B in the voice conference interface 207 displayed in APP1 and then outputs voice, APP1 collects voice output by user a and sends the voice collected in real time to APP2 corresponding to user B. After receiving the voice, the APP2 plays the voice.
Of course, it can be understood that, when the user a wants to perform voice call with all of the plurality of second users, the user a may also trigger the voice call operation to all of the second users by selecting the user identifiers of all of the second users one by one, but such operation is troublesome. For this purpose, the user a can select the button full select 208 illustrated in the voice conference interface 207 for the purpose of selecting all second users in this fast manner. Thus, in response to the voice call operation triggered by the user a to all the second users by selecting the button of the full selection 208, the APP1 collects the voice output by the user a and sends the voice uttered by the user to each second user: user B, user C, and user D.
Fig. 6 and 7 described above describe the operation of the voice conference interface 207 in the voice transmission process in the perspective of the voice transmitter.
The processing of the voice conference interface during voice reception is described in the perspective of the voice receiver in conjunction with fig. 8 and 9. In fig. 8 and 9, the following description will be made by taking the assumed participant composition and the voice conference interface 201 in fig. 2 as an example.
As shown in fig. 8, if the user a receives a voice uttered by selecting the button of the full selection 208 from among the users B, C, and D (assumed to be the user C), on the one hand, the APP1 plays the voice, and on the other hand, the APP1 displays the first prompt information 801 in association with the user identifier corresponding to the user C during the playing of the voice, and/or displays the second prompt information 802 in association with the button of the full selection 208. The first prompt message 801 is used to prompt that the call voice of the user C is received, and the second prompt message 802 is used to prompt that the broadcast call voice is received. As shown in fig. 8, the first prompt message 801 and the second prompt message 802 may be graphic elements illustrated in the figure, but of course, are not limited thereto. The first prompt message 801 and the second prompt message 802 can make the user a know that the user a currently receives the voice spoken by the user C to all of the plurality of second users. Of course, in order for user a to conveniently see who is currently talking with him via the voice conference interface 207, the user identification of user C talking with him may optionally be displayed to the front, such as moving to the forefront of the participant display area and setting the ranking position.
As shown in fig. 9, when the user a receives a voice uttered by selecting the user id of the user a from among the users B, C, and D (assumed to be the user C), on the one hand, the APP1 plays the voice, and on the other hand, the APP1 displays the first prompt information 801 in association with the user id corresponding to the user C during the playing of the voice, and the first prompt information 801 is used to prompt the user C to receive the call voice. The first prompt message 801 can make the user a know that the user a currently receives the voice of the user C talking with the user a alone. Of course, in order for user a to conveniently see who is currently talking with him via the voice conference interface 207, the user identification of user C talking with him may optionally be displayed to the front, such as moving to the forefront of the participant display area and setting the ranking position.
As described above, the voice conference interface is scalable, and the following describes, with reference to fig. 10, an example of a voice receiving process in a case where a scaling operation is performed on the voice conference interface and a thumbnail corresponding to the voice conference interface is displayed.
As shown in fig. 10, it is assumed that the voice conference interface 207 in the APP1 is currently displayed in a floating manner on the communication interface 201 of the communication group corresponding to the voice conference interface, and the zoom control 209 is included in the voice conference interface 207. When the user a triggers a thumbnail display operation by clicking the zoom control 209, a thumbnail 1001 corresponding to the voice conference interface 207 is generated, and the thumbnail 1001 is displayed in juxtaposition.
Based on the display effect of this thumbnail 1001, assuming that the user a receives the voice uttered by the user C by selecting this button of the all-select 208 at this time, the APP1 plays the voice, and during playing the voice, the third prompt information 1002 for prompting the reception of the voice of the broadcast call is displayed in association with the thumbnail 1001. The third prompting message 1002 is, for example, a plurality of circular ring figures illustrated in fig. 10. Based on the third prompt message 1002, the user a can know that the currently received voice is uttered by a certain user for all of the plurality of second users.
In addition, if the user a receives a voice uttered by the user C by selecting the user identification of the user a at this time, the APP1 plays the voice, and during playing the voice, the fourth prompt information 1003 for prompting the reception of the voice of the individual call is displayed in association with the thumbnail 1001. The fourth prompt information 1003 is, for example, a graph illustrated in fig. 10. Based on the fourth prompt information 1003, the user a can know that the currently received voice is uttered by a certain user.
Of course, it will be understood that if the voice received by user a is uttered by a user to a portion of the second user that includes user a, a preset graphic may be displayed in association with the thumbnail 1001 to indicate this.
It should be noted that, if the user a triggers a zoom operation on the thumbnail 1001 based on the above-mentioned several kinds of prompt information displayed in association with the thumbnail 1001 to switch from the thumbnail 1001 to the display of the voice conference interface 207, the display effect of the voice conference interface 207 is as shown in fig. 8 and 9.
Alternatively, for a voice conference, the voices generated during the voice conference may be recorded, and a call record containing the voices or the text content corresponding to the voices is generated for query. Of course, the call log records the originator and recipient of each voice.
In summary, based on the above scheme, on one hand, a one-to-one and one-to-many voice call effect can be achieved in a scene where multiple persons participate in a voice conference; on the other hand, based on the establishment of the voice conference by a certain user, when the prompt information for accessing the voice conference is sent to other users, the display mode of the access prompt information cannot block the ongoing operation of the other users on the instant messaging application program, and the user experience is improved while the voice conference function of the instant messaging application program is expanded.
The above embodiments illustrate the situation where one user is in a certain voice conference, and in practical applications, the same user may be participants of multiple voice conferences.
Some application scenarios in which one user participates in multiple voice conferences are illustrated below in conjunction with fig. 11-13. In fig. 11 to 13, taking as an example that the user a participates in two voice conferences, that is, a "research and development project group" and a "product design communication group" in the conference subjects illustrated in fig. 2 and 3, respectively, for convenience of description, the voice conference with the conference subject of the "research and development project group" is referred to as a voice conference 1, the voice conference with the conference subject of the "product design communication group" is referred to as a voice conference 2, the voice conference interface 207 corresponds to the voice conference 1, and the voice conference interface 306 corresponds to the voice conference 2.
As shown in fig. 11, it is assumed that the voice conference interface 207 is currently displayed in the APP1 corresponding to the user a, and the voice conference interface 207 is displayed in a floating manner on the communication interface 308 corresponding to the communication group with the group name "product design exchange group". At this time, when the user a receives the voice from the voice conference 2 and assumes that the voice is uttered by the user E in the voice conference 2, the APP1 displays the presentation information 1101 for presenting the reception of the voice conference 2. The prompt 1101 may be the window illustrated in fig. 11, which includes the query statement- "whether to listen to the voice of user E from voice conference 2" and several options: listening, converting into characters and ignoring. The user a makes an instruction according to these several options contained in the prompt 1101, and the APP1 performs an instruction of the user a feedback.
If user a feeds back a listening indication by clicking on the "listen" option, APP1 plays the received speech. If user a feeds back a voice conversion instruction by clicking the "convert to text" option, APP1 converts the voice to text information and displays the text information (assuming that the text information is: the blueprint needs to be modified before the next friday). If user a feeds back an indication to ignore the received speech by clicking on the "ignore" option, APP1 stores the speech. When the subsequent user a switches to displaying the voice conference interface 306, the APP1 may prompt user a to listen to the stored voice.
In the process of participating in the voice conference 1 and the voice conference 2, besides the situation that the user a receives the voice from the voice conference 2 in the voice conference 1, some interface switching situations may be involved.
As shown in fig. 12, it is assumed that the voice conference interface 207 is currently displayed in the APP1 corresponding to the user a, and the voice conference interface 207 is displayed in a floating manner on the communication interface 308 corresponding to the communication group with the group name "product design exchange group". At this time, if the user a performs a communication group switching operation triggered in the voice conference interface 207, the communication interface 201 that displays the communication group corresponding to the voice conference 1 is switched to, and at this time, the communication interface 201 replaces the communication interface 308, and the voice conference interface 207 is displayed on the communication interface 201 in a floating manner. As shown in fig. 12, the triggering of the communication group switching operation by the user a may be implemented as: the voice conference interface 207 includes an operation entry 1201, and when the user a clicks the operation entry 1201, the following may be displayed: enter group chat 1202, switch voice conference 1203, end voice conference 1204, etc. When the user a clicks on the option to enter the group chat 1202, it is considered that the above communication group switching operation is triggered.
In addition, the user a may also trigger an operation of switching to the voice conference 2 in the voice conference interface 207, and at this time, switch to displaying the voice conference interface 306 corresponding to the voice conference 2. As shown in fig. 12, optionally, the user a may trigger the voice conference switching operation by clicking a switching voice conference 1203, at this time, a plurality of voice conferences in which the user a currently participates, such as a voice conference 1 indicated by "development project group" and a voice conference 2 indicated by "product design interaction group" may be displayed, so that the user a may select a voice conference interface to which a voice conference needs to be switched. In practical applications, after the user a switches to the voice conference interface 306, the voice recording information that has been generated in the voice conference 2 and sent to the user a before the switching time can be displayed.
In addition, the user a may click to end the voice conference 1204 to trigger a voice conference end operation, and at this time, the APP1 deletes the voice conference interface 207 and the access prompt information corresponding to the voice conference 1 shown in fig. 4 and 5: a first message 401, a voice conference opened 402, a second message 501. It should be noted that, taking voice conference 1 as an example, since voice conference 1 is created by user a, user a has the right to end this voice conference 1, and other users participating in voice conference 1 do not have the right to end voice conference 1, that is, it would be invalid for other users to trigger a voice conference end operation in their APP2 for voice conference interface 207 displayed therein.
Fig. 12 illustrates a voice conference switching manner, and actually, other implementations of the voice conference switching manner are also possible, as shown in fig. 13.
In fig. 13, it is assumed that a thumbnail 1001 corresponding to the voice conference interface 207 (or the voice conference interface 207) is currently displayed in the APP1 corresponding to the user a, and the voice conference interface 207 is displayed in a floating manner on the communication interface 308. Since communication interface 308 corresponds to voice conference 2 that has already been created, during the creation of voice conference 2, access notification information is sent to users participating in voice conference 2. While user a, as a participant in voice conference 2, may include controls for first message 401 and/or opened voice conference 402 as previously described in communication interface 308 currently displayed in APP 1. Therefore, the user a may click the first message 401 or have opened the voice conference 402 in the communication interface 308 to trigger an operation of accessing the voice conference interface 306 corresponding to the communication interface 308, at this time, the APP1 may display the switching prompt information 1301, where the switching prompt information 1301 is used to inquire whether to switch from the voice conference interface 207 to the display of the voice conference interface 306. As shown in fig. 13, the switching prompt message 1301 can be implemented as a window, which includes an inquiry statement — "you are now in the development project group conference, whether to switch to the product design stream group conference corresponding to the current communication group" and several options: and canceling and switching. If the user a selects to cancel the option, the user a stays on the voice conference interface 207, and if the user a selects to switch the option, the user a switches to display the voice conference interface 306, and the voice conference interface 306 is displayed on the communication interface 308 in a floating manner.
In practical applications, in addition to some of the above-mentioned exemplary switching operations, a switching operation is also stored: and switching the operation of the background interface. The background interface refers to a voice conference interface or what interface the thumbnail corresponding to the voice conference interface should be displayed in a floating manner. In the embodiment of the invention, the display of the voice conference interface or the thumbnail corresponding to the voice conference interface does not obstruct the operation of the user on other interfaces, so that the background interface can be switched autonomously according to the actual operation requirement of the user. As shown in fig. 14, it is assumed that initially, the voice conference interface 207 is displayed in a floating manner on the communication interface 201, and then, the user a switches the background interface to the home interface 1401 by clicking the "return" control in the communication interface 201, at which time, the voice conference interface 207 is displayed in a floating manner on the home interface 1401. For another example, if the user a then switches to the desktop interface 1402 of the display terminal at a certain time, the voice conference interface 207 is displayed on the desktop interface 1402 in a floating manner.
In fact, during online voice conferencing using instant messaging applications, some practical situations may also be encountered: if a user a participating in a voice conference does not know that another user B cannot hear his voice at present and outputs the voice to the user B, it is obviously not appropriate.
To solve this problem, the following solutions are provided in the embodiments of the present invention: and displaying a user state identifier in the voice conference interface in association with the user identifier, wherein the user state identifier is used for indicating whether the corresponding user is online or not. In practical application, multiple user status identifiers may be set according to needs, and in the embodiment of the present invention, optionally, the user status identifier may include: an online status identifier, an offline status identifier, and a transient leaving status identifier. Of course, as mentioned above, a user may participate in multiple voice conferences, match the scenario, include cross-conference status identification, and so on.
Taking user a as an example, if the user status identifier corresponding to user a is an online status identifier, it indicates that user a is in an online status, that is, user a is in a status capable of sending/listening to voice in real time. If the user status flag corresponding to the user a is an offline status flag, it indicates that the user a is in an offline status, that is, the user a is in a status that the user a cannot send/listen to voice for a long time. If the user state identifier corresponding to the user a is the transient off-state identifier, it indicates that the user a is in the transient off-line state, that is, the user a is in a state that the user a cannot send/listen to the voice in a short time.
The following describes the display manner of the user status indicator with reference to fig. 15. In fig. 15, still taking the voice conference interface 207 as an example, assuming that, among the user a, the user B, the user C, and the user D included in the voice conference interface 207, the user a and the user B are in an online state, the user C is in a suspended state, and the user D is in an offline state, as shown in fig. 14, an online state identifier 1501 may be displayed beside the user identifiers of the user a and the user B, a suspended state identifier 1502 may be displayed beside the user identifier of the user C, and an offline state identifier 1503 may be displayed beside the user identifier of the user D. The marks can be represented by graphs with the same shape but filled with different colors, can be represented by graphs with different shapes, and can also be represented by characters without limitation.
During the voice conference, the user status identifiers corresponding to the same user can be changed, and in summary, the change rule is as follows:
if a target user in the first user and the plurality of second users accesses the voice conference, the user state identification corresponding to the target user is an online state identification; if the target user does not access the voice conference or the target user triggers off-line operation after accessing the voice conference, the user state identifier corresponding to the target user is an off-line state identifier; and if the target user triggers the pause-away operation on the voice conference interface after accessing the voice conference, the user state identifier corresponding to the target user is the pause-away state identifier. The target user is any one of the first user and the plurality of second users.
In fig. 16, still taking the process of creating the voice conference 1 by the user a as an example, when the APP1 generates the voice conference interface 207 based on the creation operation of the user a on the voice conference 1, since the voice conference interface 207 is just generated and the user B, the user C, and the user D do not access the voice conference at this time, only the user state identifier corresponding to the user a in the voice conference interface 207 is the online state identifier 1501 at this time, and the user state identifiers corresponding to other users are the offline state identifiers 1503 at this time. Additionally, a pause 1601 control is included in voice conference interface 207.
Then, after the APP1 sends the access prompt information to the APPs 2 corresponding to the three users, assuming that the user B and the user C almost simultaneously respond to the access prompt information to trigger the operation of accessing the voice conference, and the user D does not trigger the access operation, at this time, the APPs 1 update the user status identifiers corresponding to the user B and the user C to the online status identifier 1501, at this time, an updated voice conference interface 1602 is generated, and the APPs 1 send the voice conference interface 1602 to the user B and the user C, so that the voice conference interface 1602 is displayed in the APPs 2 of the user B and the user C. Assuming that a user D also triggers an operation of accessing a voice conference in response to the access prompt information after a while, the APP1 updates the user state identifier corresponding to the user D to the online state identifier 1501, at this time, an updated voice conference interface 1603 is generated, and the APP1 sends the voice conference interface 1603 to the user B, the user C, and the user D, so that the voice conference interface 1603 is displayed in the APPs 2 of the user B, the user C, and the user D.
Suppose that currently, a voice conference interface 1603 is displayed, and suppose that the user C sets itself in a pause state by operating the pause state 1601 control on the voice conference interface 1603, so that the voice conference interface 1603 is updated to a voice conference interface 1604, and in the voice conference interface 1604, a user state identifier corresponding to the user C is updated to a pause state identifier 1502. The voice conference interface 1604 may be synchronized to other participating users.
Assuming that the voice conference interface 1604 is currently displayed, assuming that the user D triggers some offline operation at this time, the voice conference interface 1604 is updated to the voice conference interface 1605, and in the voice conference interface 1605, the user status identifier corresponding to the user D is updated to the offline status identifier 1503. The voice conference interface 1605 may be synchronized to other participating users. The offline operation triggered by the user D may include any one of the following: close corresponding APP2, answer the phone call, switch to another voice conference (refer to the switching operation of fig. 12, fig. 13).
It should be noted that, after the user C sets itself in the pause-away state by operating the control of the pause-away 1601, because the user C leaves only briefly, the voice conference interface 1604 still remains displayed in the APP2 corresponding to the user C, and based on this, the user C may still switch its user state to the online state by operating the control of the pause-away 1601. However, as can be seen from the above-mentioned examples of several offline operations, when the user D is in an offline state, the APP2 corresponding to the user D does not necessarily keep the display of the voice conference interface 1605, and based on this, when the user D wants to access the voice conference again, the user D can access the voice conference again through the above-mentioned several access prompt messages.
It is also worth mentioning that the difference in user status will affect the process of voice transmission and listening. For example, suppose that the APP1 receives the voice sent by the APP2 corresponding to the user B, but at this time, the user state identifier corresponding to the user a is the suspend state identifier or the offline state identifier, the voice is stored, and when the user state identifier corresponding to the user a is updated to the online state identifier, the voice may be played to the user a again. Of course, in practical applications, if the user a has received a plurality of voices before returning to the online state, the voices may be played in sequence or text contents corresponding to the voices may be output to the user a.
In summary, by displaying the user status information in the voice conference interface, each user participating in the voice conference can know whether other participating users are online, so as to perform a targeted effective call.
