Referring to fig. 1 and 4, optionally, the frame structure 12 includes a plurality of support bars 121 disposed along the circumferential direction of the base 11 and a first rectangular frame 122 disposed at the top ends of the plurality of support bars 121, two opposite sides of the first rectangular frame 122 are respectively provided with a first sliding bar 13 and a second sliding bar 14 in a sliding manner along the horizontal direction, the first sliding bar 13 and the second sliding bar 14 are both sleeved with an elastic member 15, the first sliding bar 13 abuts against one side of the placing base 5, and the second sliding bar 14 abuts against the other side of the placing base 5. Specifically, one side rod of the first rectangular frame 122 is provided with a first sliding hole, the other side rod is provided with a second sliding hole, one end of the first sliding rod 13 extends into the first sliding hole and is in sliding fit with the first sliding hole, and the other end of the first sliding rod is attached to one side of the placing seat 5. One end of the second sliding rod 14 extends into the second sliding hole and is in sliding fit with the second sliding hole, and the other end of the second sliding rod is attached to the other side of the placing seat 5.
Furthermore, the first sliding bar 13 and the second sliding bar 14 are provided with a stop portion 131 at one end thereof attached to the placing base 5, one end of the elastic member 15 abuts against the side bar of the first rectangular frame 122, and the other end abuts against the stop portion 131. That is, the elastic member 15 is in a compressed state, so that the first sliding rod 13 and the second sliding rod 14 can be respectively abutted against the placing seat 5 under the elastic force of the elastic member 15, thereby limiting the placing seat 5 in the middle of the frame structure 12, and enabling the clamping assembly 2 mounted on the placing seat 5 to be always positioned below the lightning protection cover 4, thereby avoiding the electric wire from being struck by lightning. On the other hand, when the electric wire is shaken under the action of wind power, so that the heightening component 3 rotates and drives the placing seat 5 to rotate, the elastic part 15 is compressed and deformed, meanwhile, the first sliding rod 13 slides in the first sliding hole, and the second sliding rod 14 slides in the second sliding hole. Elastic component 15's elastic force can play the cushioning effect to the rotation of placing seat 5, avoids placing seat 5 rotation by a wide margin to can guarantee that when the electric wire rocked, centre gripping subassembly 2 follows electric wire adaptability and rotates, avoids the tight position department stress concentration of electric wire, prevents that the electric wire protective layer is damaged. The elastic member 15 is preferably a spring.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, optionally, the base 11 includes a second rectangular frame 111 and a base 112 coaxially disposed with the second rectangular frame 111, and a plurality of connecting rods 113 are disposed between the base 112 and the second rectangular frame 111. Preferably, four connecting rods 113 are provided, and one end of each connecting rod 113 is connected to the base 112, and the other end is connected to a right angle of the second rectangular frame 111. That is, the four connecting rods 113 are distributed in central symmetry about the base 112 to form an X shape, so as to increase the stability of the base 11 when being placed on the ground.
Further preferably, in this embodiment, the first rectangular frame 122 and the second rectangular frame 111 are both equilateral quadrilaterals, and four support rods 121 are provided and respectively disposed at four right angles of the second rectangular frame 111, so as to improve the overall support stability of the base 11.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the height-adjusting assembly 3 optionally comprises a first torsion seat 31, a second torsion seat 32 and a telescopic rod 33 with adjustable length, one end of the telescopic rod 33 is rotatably connected with the base 112 through the first torsion seat 31, and the other end of the telescopic rod 33 is rotatably connected with the placing seat 5 through the second torsion seat 32. Specifically, the first torsion seat 31 and the second torsion seat 32 each include a seat body and a cross knob rotatably disposed on the seat body, the seat body of the first torsion seat 31 is fixed on the base 112, the seat body of the second torsion seat 32 is fixed on the placing seat 5, and the cross knob can rotate circumferentially within the seat body, so that the telescopic rod 33 is rotatably connected with the base 112 and the placing seat 5.
Preferably, the telescopic rod 33 is a cylinder, and the lifting is stable and easy to control. In other embodiments, the telescopic rod 33 may also be a lead screw or the like, as long as the height adjustment of the clamping assembly 2 can be realized.
Referring to fig. 4, optionally, each of the first clamping portion 21 and the second clamping portion 22 includes a locking member 211, a supporting plate 212, and a clamping plate 213 disposed on the supporting plate 212, wherein the clamping plate 213 is bent to form a semicircular clamping groove, and the electric wires are located in the semicircular clamping groove. The locking member 211 penetrates the supporting plate 212 and abuts on the clamping plate 213, so that the clamping plate 213 of the first clamping portion 21 and the clamping plate 213 of the second clamping portion 22 clamp the electric wire. In this embodiment, one end of the supporting plate 212 is fixed on the first slider 27 or the second slider 28, the other end is bent to form an accommodating groove, and the clamping plate 213 is fixed in the accommodating groove. The locker 211 may be a locking bolt which penetrates the upper end of the support plate 212 and is screw-coupled with the support plate 212. When the electric wire is fixed, the clamp plate 213 is pressed against the electric wire by screwing the lock bolt. In this embodiment, the end of the locking screw is provided with a hand wheel, which facilitates screwing and force application during operation.
The lightning protection wire support device provided by the embodiment has the following use method:
first, the lightning protection wire support device is moved to below the wire to be fixed, and the base 11 is placed on the ground. Next, the height of the placing base 5, i.e., the height of the clamping assembly 2, is adjusted by the height-adjusting assembly 3 according to the height at which the electric wire is located, so that the electric wire is located between the clamping plates 213 of the first clamping portion 21 and the clamping plates 213 of the second clamping portion 22. Then, the first adjustment lever 25 is rotated by the first handle 251, and the second adjustment lever 26 is rotated by the second handle 252, so that the first slider 27 and the second slider 28 slide on the first guide bar 241 and the second guide bar 242 in a direction opposite to each other, and the clamp plate 213 of the first clamping portion 21 and the clamp plate 213 of the second clamping portion 22 are brought close to each other. Treat splint 213 and electric wire contact back, push up splint 213 of first clamping part 21 and splint 213 of second clamping part 22 on the electric wire through retaining member 211, realize the fixed of electric wire, whole device plays supporting role to the electric wire, and lightning protection cover 4 on frame structure 12 top plays the lightning protection and hits the effect.
Example two
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the present embodiment provides a lightning protection wire support device, wherein the same or corresponding components as or corresponding to the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals as the first embodiment. For the sake of simplicity, only the difference between the second embodiment and the first embodiment is described, in which in this embodiment, optionally, the lightning protection wire support device further includes a first diversion pole 6 and a second diversion pole 7, one end of each of the first diversion pole 6 and the second diversion pole 7 is connected to the lightning protection cover 4, and the other end is connected to the ground. Specifically, two opposite sides of the lightning protection cover 4 are respectively provided with a first connecting rod 41 and a second connecting rod 42, two opposite sides of the first rectangular frame 122 are respectively provided with a first extending plate 1221 and a second extending plate 1222, one end of the first diversion rod 6 is connected with the first connecting rod 41, the other end of the first diversion rod penetrates through the first extending plate 1221 and is grounded, one end of the second diversion rod 7 is connected with the second connecting rod 42, and the other end of the second diversion rod penetrates through the second extending plate 1222 and is grounded.
Referring to fig. 1, in this embodiment, the lightning protection cover 4 is a frame body in a pyramid shape, and includes four lightning rods, one ends of the four lightning rods are connected together, and the other ends are symmetrically distributed in an umbrella shape along the circumferential direction, and the formed tip plays a lightning protection role. The two ends of the first connecting rod 41 and the second connecting rod 42 are respectively connected with the bottoms of the two lightning rods correspondingly, the top ends of the first diversion rod 6 and the second diversion rod 7 are both provided with a supporting seat 8, and the supporting seat 8 is provided with two connecting lugs, which is shown in fig. 2. The first connecting rod 41 penetrates through the two connecting lugs of the supporting seat 8 of the first diversion rod 6, and the second connecting rod 42 penetrates through the two connecting lugs of the supporting seat 8 of the second diversion rod 7, so that lightning strike current on the lightning protection cover 4 can flow into the ground through the first connecting rod 41, the supporting seat 8 and the first diversion rod 6 in sequence and flow into the ground through the second connecting rod 42, the supporting seat 8 and the second diversion rod 7, and therefore lightning strike of the electric wire is prevented.
Further, the first extension plate 1221 and the second extension plate 1222 are each provided with an insertion hole, the first guide rod 6 passes through the insertion hole of the first extension plate 1221, and the second guide rod 7 passes through the insertion hole of the second extension plate 1222. In this embodiment, an insulating grommet 1223 is disposed in the insertion hole, and the insulating grommet 1223 is sleeved on the first diversion rod 6 and the second diversion rod 7 to insulate the first diversion rod 6 from the first extension plate 1221 and the second diversion rod 7 from the second extension plate 1222, so as to prevent the lightning strike current from flowing through the first extension plate 1221 and the second extension plate 1222 and being conducted to the wire, thereby preventing the wire from being struck by lightning. The insulating backing ring 1223 is preferably made of rubber material, and has a good insulating effect.
It is to be noted that the foregoing is only illustrative of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and the technical principles employed. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the particular embodiments illustrated herein, but is capable of various obvious changes, rearrangements and substitutions as will now become apparent to those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the invention. Therefore, although the present invention has been described in greater detail by the above embodiments, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and may include other equivalent embodiments without departing from the spirit of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is determined by the scope of the appended claims.

Claims (8)

1. A lightning protection wire support device, comprising:
the supporting assembly (1) comprises a base (11) and a frame structure (12) arranged on the base (11), wherein a lightning protection cover (4) is arranged on the frame structure (12), and an electric wire is covered on the lightning protection cover (4);
the clamping assembly (2) is arranged at the top end of the frame structure (12) and is positioned below the lightning protection cover (4), the clamping assembly (2) comprises a first clamping part (21) and a second clamping part (22) with adjustable intervals, and the electric wire can be clamped by adjusting the intervals of the first clamping part (21) and the second clamping part (22);
one end of the height-adjusting component (3) is rotatably connected with the base (11), and the other end of the height-adjusting component (3) is rotatably connected with the clamping component (2) and is used for adjusting the height of the clamping component (2);
the clamping assembly (2) further comprises a support (23), a guide seat (24), a first adjusting rod (25), a second adjusting rod (26), a first sliding block (27) and a second sliding block (28), the support (23) is installed on the heightening assembly (3), the guide seat (24) is installed on the support (23), the first sliding block (27) and the second sliding block (28) are arranged on the guide seat (24) in a sliding mode, the first adjusting rod (25) is connected with the support (23) and can adjust the sliding position of the first sliding block (27) on the guide seat (24), the second adjusting rod (26) is connected with the support (23) and can adjust the sliding position of the second sliding block (28) on the guide seat (24), and the first clamping portion (21) is installed on the first sliding block (27), the second clamping part (22) is arranged on the second slide block (28);
also comprises a placing seat (5) arranged on the heightening component (3), the bracket (23) is arranged on the placing seat (5), the frame structure (12) comprises a plurality of support rods (121) arranged along the circumferential direction of the base (11) and a first rectangular frame (122) arranged at the top ends of the plurality of support rods (121), two opposite sides of the first rectangular frame (122) are respectively provided with a first sliding rod (13) and a second sliding rod (14) in a sliding way along the horizontal direction, the first sliding rod (13) and the second sliding rod (14) are sleeved with elastic pieces (15), one end of the first sliding rod (13) far away from the first rectangular frame (122) abuts against one side of the placing seat (5), one end of the second sliding rod (14) far away from the first rectangular frame (122) abuts against the other side of the placing seat (5).

The wire support device for lightning protection according to claim 1, wherein one end of the bracket (23) is provided with a first limiting plate (231), the other end of the bracket is provided with a second limiting plate (232), the guiding seat (24) comprises a first guide rod (241), a second guide rod (242) and a connecting seat (243), two ends of the connecting seat (243) are respectively connected with the first guide rod (241) and the second guide rod (242), two ends of the first guide rod (241) and the second guide rod (242) are respectively connected with the first limiting plate (231) and the second limiting plate (232), the first slider (27) and the second slider (28) are respectively slidably disposed on the first guide rod (241) and the second guide rod (242), one end of the first adjusting rod (25) movably penetrates through the first limiting plate (231), the other end of the second adjusting rod (26) movably penetrates through the first sliding block (27) and is rotatably connected with the connecting seat (243), one end of the second adjusting rod movably penetrates through the second limiting plate (232), and the other end of the second adjusting rod movably penetrates through the second sliding block (28) and is rotatably connected with the connecting seat (243).

The lightning protection wire support device according to claim 2, characterized in that the first slider (27) and the second slider (28) are each provided with a threaded hole, the first adjusting rod (25) and the second adjusting rod (26) are both provided with external threads, a first bearing and a second bearing are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the connecting seat (243), the first adjusting rod (25) penetrates through a threaded hole of the first sliding block (27) and is connected with the first bearing, the second adjusting rod (26) passes through the threaded hole of the second sliding block (28) and is connected with the second bearing, one end of the first adjusting rod (25) extending out of the first limit plate (231) is provided with a first handle (251), one end of the second adjusting rod (26) extending out of the second limiting plate (232) is provided with a second handle (252).

The lightning protection wire support device according to claim 1, characterized in that the base (11) comprises a second rectangular frame (111) and a base (112) arranged coaxially with the second rectangular frame (111), the base (112) and the second rectangular frame (111) being provided with a plurality of connecting rods (113) therebetween.

The lightning protection wire support device according to claim 4, characterized in that the height adjustment assembly (3) comprises a first torsion seat (31), a second torsion seat (32) and a telescopic rod (33) with adjustable length, one end of the telescopic rod (33) is rotatably connected with the base (112) through the first torsion seat (31), and the other end of the telescopic rod (33) is rotatably connected with the placing seat (5) through the second torsion seat (32).

The lightning protection wire support device according to claim 1, further comprising a first diversion pole (6) and a second diversion pole (7), wherein one end of each of the first diversion pole (6) and the second diversion pole (7) is connected with the lightning protection cover (4), and the other end of each of the first diversion pole and the second diversion pole is connected to the ground.

The lightning protection wire support device according to claim 6, wherein a first connecting rod (41) and a second connecting rod (42) are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the lightning protection cover (4), a first extending plate (1221) and a second extending plate (1222) are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the first rectangular frame (122), one end of the first air guide rod (6) is connected with the first connecting rod (41), the other end of the first air guide rod penetrates through the first extending plate (1221) and is grounded, one end of the second air guide rod (7) is connected with the second connecting rod (42), and the other end of the second air guide rod penetrates through the second extending plate (1222) and is grounded.

The lightning protection wire support device according to any of claims 1-7, wherein the first clamping portion (21) and the second clamping portion (22) each comprise a locking member (211), a support plate (212), and a clamping plate (213) disposed on the support plate (212), the clamping plate (213) is bent to form a semicircular clamping slot, and the locking member (211) penetrates through the support plate (212) and abuts against the clamping plate (213) so that the clamping plate (213) of the first clamping portion (21) and the clamping plate (213) of the second clamping portion (22) clamp the wire.
