Referring to fig. 7 and 9, the hollow elastic storage cone 6 is in a horn-shaped structure with a wide top and a narrow bottom, the inner wall of the hollow elastic storage cone 6 is provided with a plurality of material permeating holes, when the elastic coating capsule layer 5 extrudes along with the embedded ball 9 into the welding cavity 401, the elastic hollow elastic storage cone 6 can realize that the embedded ball 9 moves towards the arc-shaped expanding cavity 301 through the hollow elastic storage cone 6 and plays a subsequent positioning role for the embedded ball 9, meanwhile, during the extrusion movement, part of the welding filler 14 is guided into the placing cavity 201 through the gap between the embedded ball 9 and the welding cavity 401, the other part of the welding filler 14 overflows into the welding cavity 401 space outside the hollow elastic storage cone 6 through the material permeating holes, and the connecting ring 13 is pushed outwards under the condition that the welding filler 14 is continuously led out, so that the connecting ring 13 is pushed to the port of the placing cavity 201, and the elastic extrusion layer 8 in the placing cavity 201 plays a role of limiting role for the connecting ring 13, at this time, the joining ring 13 is located at the butt joint of the welding cavity 401 and the placing cavity 201, the inner side and the outer side of the joining ring 13 are both coated with welding filler 14, and the mechanical connection between the inner joining pipe 2 and the welding pipe 4 is further improved.
