Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solutions of the present application better understood, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Before the technical solution of the embodiment of the present application is described in detail, the related terms related to the embodiment of the present application are explained:
and (4) screen silver: internet technology based online banking.
Palm silver: palm bank based on the technology of the internet.
Block chains: a blockchain is a database that is shared, replicated, and synchronized among network members. Blockchains record transactions between network participants, such as the exchange of assets or data. Participants in the network restrict and negotiate updates to the records in the shared ledger according to consensus principles, without the participation of an intermediate third party arbitration mechanism (such as a financial institution or clearing house). Each record in the blockchain has a timestamp and a unique cryptographic signature, making the blockchain an auditable history of all transactions in the network.
Intelligent contract: is a computer protocol intended to propagate, validate or execute contracts in an informational manner. Smart contracts allow trusted transactions to be conducted without third parties, which transactions are traceable and irreversible. The goal of smart contracts is to provide a secure method over traditional contracts and to reduce other transaction costs associated with the contracts.
Private chain: block chains are classified into three types, namely public chains, private chains and alliance chains. Where private chain refers to being open to an individual person or entity. The private chain has the following characteristics: 1. the transaction rate is very fast and a private chain can be faster than any other blockchain, even approaching the rate of a conventional database that is not a blockchain, because even a small number of nodes have high confidence and do not require each node to verify a transaction. 2. Better privacy guarantee, make the privacy policy of the data on the block chain of the private chain as if in another database, not process the access right and use all old methods. Data in the private chain is not publicly available to anyone who owns the network connection. 3. The transaction costs are greatly reduced or even zero and transactions can be made completely free or at least very inexpensive on the private chain, and if a physical entity controls and processes all transactions, they no longer need to charge for work.
Federation chain: the generation of each block is determined by all the preselected nodes, the third parties of other access nodes can participate in transaction, but the accounting process is not required, and other third parties can carry out limited inquiry through an API (application program interface) opened by the block chain. In order to obtain better performance, the alliance chain has certain requirements on configuration and network environment of a consensus or authentication node, and an admission mechanism is provided, so that the transaction performance can be improved more easily, and problems caused by unevenly participators are avoided. The federation chain has the following characteristics:
1. the transaction cost is cheaper, and the transaction can be verified by only a few trusted high-computing nodes without the need for network-wide confirmation.
2. The nodes can be well connected, failures can be quickly repaired by manual intervention, and consensus algorithms are allowed to be used to reduce the block time, thereby completing transactions faster.
3. Better privacy protection may be provided if the read rights are limited.
4. More flexible, a community or company running a private blockchain can easily modify the rules of the blockchain, restore transactions, modify balances, etc., if desired.
Integration: the online platform is a marketing means and rebate feedback service attracting customer consumption, but is also a business marketing cost for the online platform, at present, most online platforms still use the integral as a defensive marketing means and are systems which have to be provided, but the initiative of the integral system is not excavated. Therefore, how to use the points to promote the user expansion and revenue growth of the online platform is a problem to be solved by actively converting the point system from passive to active.
The method for obtaining the integral comprises the following steps: stored value activity, purchasing financial products or participating in online activities and daily check-in, etc. The consumption mode of the points comprises: online activities, redeeming gifts or donations, etc.
The customer can be credited with daily stored value activity, purchasing financial products or engaging in online activities and daily check-ins.
The banking business is usually a one-time business, that is, a user uses a banking system to complete the business, and does not stop on a page of the banking system, and for this reason, the banking system attracts customers by adding some marketing games, point accumulation, exchange and the like, but for the user, the problems of limited point acceptance range, slow point accumulation, difficult point circulation and the like exist, so that the user has low enthusiasm for obtaining and using points and low interest degree of the point system, and for the bank, the problems of insufficient attraction, low conversion rate and low retention rate for the user still exist.
In order to solve the problems, in the prior art, a user accumulates points and consumption points through marketing activities carried out on a third-party merchant terminal, but the third-party merchant terminal cannot be connected with a bank system, so that the bank system cannot have self-propagation attribute and self-customer-obtaining capability, and in addition, the problems that account checking, invoice and point interchange resource butt joint is difficult and platform construction cost is high exist between the third-party merchant terminal and a bank. And if the third-party merchant end is completely communicated with the bank system, the problems of user information leakage and unstable data of the bank can occur.
Based on the above problems, the present application provides a block chain-based point management method, device and storage medium, which manages points by implementing a bank server and a block chain platform in a compatible manner, can prevent user information of a bank from being leaked, and ensures stability of a point system.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of an application of the block chain-based point management method provided in the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the application scenario may include: at least one point generating platform 11 (fig. 1 shows four point generating platforms, respectively a bank 111, an airline 112, a business store 113 and an operator 114), a bank server 12 and at least one point consuming platform 13 (fig. 1 shows three point consuming platforms, respectively an online business store 131, an offline store 132, a "changed flowers" platform 133); the point generating platform 11 and the point consuming platform 13 are third party platforms or bank platforms; the point generating platform 11 and the point consuming platform 13 are both in communication with the bank server 12.
Specifically, when a user uses the point generating platform 11, for example, when an airline 112 makes a reservation and pays using the bank payment function, a point access request for adding points is sent to a bank server, and the bank server correspondingly adds the points of the user; when a user exchanges a gift with a point in the point consumption platform 13, for example, the internet merchant 131, a point access request for reducing the point is sent to the bank server, and the bank server correspondingly reduces the point of the user, and in addition, a point query entrance may be provided in both the point generation platform 11 and the point consumption platform 13, and when the user queries the point using the point query entrance, the corresponding point generation platform 11 or the point consumption platform 13 sends a point access request for querying the point to the bank server 12 to query the point.
The technical solution of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to specific examples. It should be noted that the following specific embodiments may be combined with each other, and the same or similar concepts or processes may not be described in detail in some embodiments.
Referring to fig. 2, a flowchart of steps of a block chain-based point management method according to an embodiment of the present application is shown, where the block chain-based point management method is applied to a bank server, and specifically includes the following steps:
s101, after detecting the integral access request, determining whether the user identification is in a block chain user list.
The credit access request is used for updating or inquiring credit of the user, and the credit access request contains identification of the user.
Specifically, the credit access request comes from a bank server, or the credit access request comes from a third-party platform. The user can directly send an integral access request to the bank server through the bank client; alternatively, the credit access request can be sent to the bank server through a third-party platform.
Further, the third party platforms may include a third party platform that adds points and a third party platform that consumes points. The third-party platform for adding points and the third-party platform for consuming points can be the same platform or different platforms. The user can increase the points of the user by using the services in the third-party platform for newly increasing the points, and the user can reduce the points of the user by using the services in the third-party platform for consuming the points. For example, the third party platform may include: a trip platform, a business platform, an operator platform, a shopping platform, a game platform, a chat platform or a public service platform, etc.
In addition, a technical support platform and a customer resource integration platform can be accessed to the block chain platform; by way of example, the technical support platform comprises: a Unionpay platform; when the third-party platform carries out some payments in the bank, the third-party platform can carry out payment through the union pay and can also add points newly. The customer resource integration platform can be used as a point generation platform and a point consumption platform, and customers of any bank can perform point addition and point consumption on the customer resource integration platform.
When the user performs some behavior operations on a third-party platform or a bank client, the user sends a point access request to a bank server. Illustratively, the credit access request may include: access requests to update credits and access requests to query credits. Further, the access request for updating the credit may include: credit access requests to increase credits and credit access requests to decrease credits.
For example, when a third-party platform plays games, purchases, charges, shares and other behaviors, or when a bank client stores value, purchases a financial product or participates in online activities, a credit access request for adding credits is sent to a bank server; when a third-party platform or a bank client performs behavior operations such as point exchange, point consumption and point donation, a point access request for reducing points is sent to a bank server; and when the third-party platform or the bank server performs the action operation of point inquiry, sending a point access request for inquiring the points to the bank server.
In an embodiment of the present application, the credit access request includes: the identification of the user, the type of the score access request (score access request for increasing the score, score access request for decreasing the score and score access request for inquiring the score), and the behavior operation information corresponding to the score access request. The identification of the user may include, but is not limited to: the user's account number or the user's username, etc. may uniquely identify the user.
For example, when the user a clicks and plays the game x on the game platform a for adding the credit, the identification of the user a, the identification of the game platform a and the operation information of the behavior of the user playing the game x are sent to the bank server as the credit access request for adding the credit. And when the business ultrasonic B adopts the credit to exchange the commodity y, the user B sends the identifier of the user B, the identifier of the business ultrasonic B and the behavior operation information of the exchanged commodity y as credit access requests for reducing the credit to the bank server.
Further, the bank server comprises a local database, and the local database stores the user identification and the corresponding points. And the identifiers of part of users and corresponding points are backed up in the block chain, and the user list backed up in the block chain is stored in a local database. Therefore, when a user makes a credit access request through a third-party platform or a banking service, whether the user identification is in a user list of the blockchain is determined, if yes, the credit access request is executed in the blockchain, and if not, the credit access request is executed in a local database.
The data of the local database is managed by a bank, the bank can modify and update the data in the local database, the data of the blockchain is managed by any user (individual user and third-party platform) accessing the blockchain, and the data of the blockchain has non-modifiable property.
In the embodiment of the application, after the credit access request is detected, whether the identification of the user is in the user list of the block chain is determined, so that the local database of the bank server can be compatible with the block chain for use, the stability of the bank for credit management of the user is further improved, and the problem of the block chain management is that the bank can directly transfer the identification and the credit of the user to the local database for management, so that the safety of the identification and the credit of the user is improved; and the block chain technology can increase the trust of the user on point management, thereby attracting the user to use the points.
S102, if the user identification is in the block chain user list, a credit access request is sent to a block chain platform, and the block chain platform is used for managing the credit of the user based on a block chain technology.
In the embodiment of the present application, the blockchain technology refers to storing the user's identification and the corresponding score, and other information through a shared database in the blockchain platform. The shared database has the characteristics of being unforgeable, traceable, transparent in public, and maintained collectively.
If the user identification is in the blockchain user list, a credit access request is sent to the blockchain platform, and the existing credit generation transaction (for adding credits), credit consumption transaction (for reducing credits) and credit inquiry transaction (for inquiring credits) in the bank server can be migrated to the blockchain platform from the local database recording mode for recording. Therefore, the points of the users in the block chain user list can be managed by adopting a block chain platform, and the points of the users not in the block chain user list are managed by adopting a local database.
In addition, the blockchain platform is used for managing the credits of the user based on the blockchain technology, and may specifically include: the user's score is updated or queried.
In addition, the existing block chain platform is only accessed by one bank platform, is not accessed by other third party platforms, belongs to the mode operation of a private chain, and cannot fully exert the advantages of distributed record of the block chain platform and incapability of tampering data in the block chain. In addition, the point transaction between the bank and the third-party platform or the third-party platform needs daily and final account checking and clearing because the point transaction is not accessed to the same block chain platform, so that the efficiency of account checking and clearing is low and the cost is high.
The blockchain platform provided by the embodiment of the application can allow a plurality of users authorized by banks and a third-party platform to access, so that more convenient service is provided for the users.
Specifically, since the data in the blockchain platform is stored in the form of blocks, every time a period of time elapses, the latest transaction in the blockchain platform is packed into a block and linked to the end of the current blockchain platform, so as to form a time-ordered chain structure, i.e. a shared book. All nodes in the blockchain platform have one copy of the current shared account book, so that the shared account book is ensured to be completely consistent and difficult to tamper. The bank provides an intelligent contract interface for point inquiry, transfer and consumption, after the authenticated third party platform is accessed to the block chain platform in an alliance chain mode, operations such as point transfer, consumption and the like are performed according to an interface standard, the bank and each third party platform are linked to bring a one-stop comprehensive experience digital point system for users based on the block chain technology, and the bank and the third party platform or the third party platform use the same shared account book which can not be tampered, so that daily and final account checking and clearing are not needed, the point transfer and exchange system constructed by the method can expand more third party platform cooperation partners in a low-cost and multi-form manner, and the ability of acquiring users, saving users and increasing the liveness of bank online bank or bank palm is improved.
For example, a donation function can be newly added on a third-party platform and a bank server or a public service platform is accessed into a block chain platform, public service items are docked, a user can use points to contribute public service, the final flow direction of the public service donation is checked by utilizing the traceable specific transaction information in the block chain platform, the irreparable property of a shared account book in the block chain platform is adopted, the distrust of the user on a third-party public service institution is eliminated, the trust of the user on the point donation in the mode of the embodiment of the application is improved, the enthusiasm of the user in public service activities is further improved, the point consumption in a donation mode is developed, and the purpose of attracting the user by utilizing the points is achieved.
The embodiment of the application provides the butt joint interface of the public welfare platform based on the block chain technology, solves the problem that a user has public welfare and can not find a trustworthy public welfare agency, and meanwhile uses the points to perform public welfare activities, and solves the problems that the user points exchange commodities are uninterested and the points are consumed everywhere.
In addition, online mini-games can be added on the bank client corresponding to the bank server, and the user can acquire various coupons and credits in a game mode. Meanwhile, the user can jump to a third-party platform (chat software, communication software and the like) through the sharing function to share the business related to the points to other users, and the capacity of 'self-service customer acquisition' of the bank is realized.
According to the embodiment of the application, h5 (technical set for making webpage interaction effect) games can be developed at the bank client based on a professional game engine, so that the flexibility of the pages of the bank client is higher, the man-machine interaction mode is more diversified, and the time for a user to use the bank client is prolonged.
For example, in order to increase the user's stickiness and reduce the cost of online marketing, a set of special virtual props is constructed. Specifically, the user has the chance or can obtain the virtual props such as the space ship of the upgrade version, powerful ammunition package and the like in the process of the game space exploration or after the financial transaction is finished, and the challenge is more easily finished in the subsequent game process. The user can also obtain decorative virtual props (such as clothes, hats, boots and the like) during the game to construct a unique virtual image. The user can share own virtual image with friends on a third-party platform to obtain additional credit reward, and then credit can be increased.
In the embodiment of the application, point management is carried out through a block chain technology, various types of third party platforms can be connected, point adding, consumption and inquiry are carried out through the activity of a bank or the activity provided by the third party platform, the bank can independently obtain customers, and the technical effects of high propagation speed, wide influence range and low customer obtaining cost are achieved.
S103, obtaining a first integral access result from the block chain platform.
In the embodiment of the application, after the blockchain platform manages the points of the user, the first point access result is returned to the bank server.
Wherein the first score access result comprises: management succeeds or management fails. Specifically, the successful management refers to successful management of the point by the blockchain platform, for example, the point is updated (increased or decreased) successfully or inquired successfully, and when the point is updated successfully or inquired successfully, the first point access result includes: the latest point value of the user. The management failure refers to a failure of the blockchain platform in managing the points, for example, failure in updating (increasing or decreasing) the points or failure in querying the points, and when the points are failed to be updated, the failure in updating the points or failure in querying the points is prompted to the client of the user.
Further, when the block chain platform manages the points of the user based on the block chain technology (success or failure), and the first point access result of the block chain platform is not obtained by the bank server within a first preset time, the bank server sends execution result information to the client. Specifically, when the credit access request is an access request for adding credit, the execution result information includes "successful credit addition, and the credit arrival time is based on the system". When the point access request is an access request for reducing the point, the execution result information includes "deduction point failure". When the score access request is an access request for inquiring the score, the execution result information includes "inquiry failed, please try again later".
In the above, when the point access request of the user is an access request for increasing the points, if the blockchain platform manages the points of the user and the execution is not successful, that is, the points of the user are not increased, when the execution result information returned to the user is that the new points are successfully added and the account arrival time is based on the system, the blockchain platform can subsequently and automatically increase the points of the user, so that the repeated operation of the user is avoided, and the experience of the user is improved. When the credit request of the user is an access request for reducing the credit, if the block chain platform manages the credit of the user and the execution is not successful, namely the credit of the user is not reduced in the block chain, when the execution result information returned to the user is 'credit deduction failure', the bank can ensure that the credit of the user is not unnecessarily deducted when the block chain platform fails, and the enthusiasm of the user for using the bank credit service is further improved.
And S104, sending the first score access result to the client of the user so as to enable the client to display the first score access result.
In this embodiment, the client of the user may include: and the bank server can directly send the first point access result to the client of the user. The user's client may also be: and the bank server firstly sends the first point access result to the third-party platform, and then the third-party platform sends the first point access result to the third-party client used by the user.
Further, the first access result may include: and the block chain platform manages the scores of the users successfully or unsuccessfully according to the score access request. When the block chain platform successfully manages the points of the user, the first access result displayed by the client is the current point of the user, and when the block chain platform fails to manage the points of the user, the first access result displayed by the client is 'access failure'.
Specifically, the first access result is sent to the client for displaying, so that a user can conveniently check whether the score is updated or successfully inquired in real time.
In the embodiment of the application, after the point access request is detected, whether the identification of the user is in the block chain user list is determined, the point access request is used for updating or inquiring the point of the user, and the point access request contains the identification of the user, so that the compatible use of a bank server and a block chain platform is realized, and the safety of user information and the stability of point service can be further ensured. In addition, if the user identifier is in the blockchain user list, a credit access request is sent to a blockchain platform, and the blockchain platform is used for managing the credit of the user based on a blockchain technology; obtaining a first score access result from a block chain platform; the first point access result is sent to the client of the user, so that the client displays the first point access result, decentralized management and traceability brought to a point system by adopting a block chain technology are realized, the trust of the user is improved, the enthusiasm of the user for obtaining and using the points is further improved, and the bank system can better attract the user through point feedback.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, an integral management method based on a block chain is further provided in the embodiments of the present application, specifically referring to fig. 3, where the integral management method based on a block chain is applied to a bank server, and specifically includes the following steps:
s201, after detecting the integral access request, determining whether the user identification is in a block chain user list.
Optionally, step 202 is executed if the user identifier is in the blockchain user list, and step 210 is executed if the user identifier is not in the blockchain user list.
The detailed description of this step can refer to step 101, and is not repeated here.
S202, whether the points corresponding to the user identification are managed by the block chain platform or not is determined.
Wherein step S202 is an optional step.
Optionally, if it is determined that the score corresponding to the user identifier is managed by the blockchain platform, step 203 is executed; if it is determined that the credit corresponding to the user's id is not managed by the blockchain platform, step 208 is performed.
In the embodiment of the application, whether the point corresponding to the user identifier is managed by the blockchain platform is recorded in a local database of the bank server, when the point corresponding to the user identifier is managed by the blockchain platform, the blockchain platform updates and inquires the point of the user, and when the point of the user is not managed by the blockchain platform, the bank server updates and inquires the point of the user.
Specifically, when the point corresponding to the user identifier is managed by the blockchain platform, a local database records that "the state of the user identifier in the user list is" blockchain accounting success ", the point corresponding to the user identifier is not migrated back, the point corresponding to the user identifier in the local database fails to account for the point corresponding to the user identifier, and the point corresponding to the user identifier is not migrated back to synchronization failure"; when the point corresponding to the user identifier is not managed by the blockchain platform, recording in the local database that the state of the user identifier in the user list is 'blockchain accounting failure', the point corresponding to the user identifier is migrated back, the local database is successful in accounting for the point corresponding to the user identifier, and the point corresponding to the user identifier is migrated back to be synchronized successfully; thus, the bank server may determine whether the points corresponding to the user's identification are managed by the blockchain platform by querying the local database for a record of the user's identification.
In the embodiment of the application, by determining whether the point corresponding to the user identifier is managed by the blockchain platform, when the point of the user managed by the blockchain platform is in a problem, the bank can transfer the point of the user back to the local database of the bank server, so that the stability and the safety of the bank for managing the point of the user are improved.
S203, creating integral pipeline information, and recording the processing state corresponding to the integral pipeline information as being in processing.
Wherein, step S203 is an optional step.
Optionally, step S203 further comprises: creating integral running information in a local database, and recording a processing state corresponding to the integral running information as unprocessed; the processing state of updating the integral pipeline information is in process.
In the embodiment of the application, the point running information is created in the local database of the bank server, the other point running information is created, the processing state corresponding to the point running information is updated in time, the processing process of the points of the user can be recorded in real time, and the point running information of the points can be acquired in detail when the point running information of the user is inquired subsequently, so that the purpose of tracing the points is achieved. And the processing state of the integral running water information is updated in real time, so that the steps of integral management can be better controlled, and the efficiency of integral management is improved.
S204, a credit access request is sent to a block chain platform, and the block chain platform is used for managing the credit of the user based on a block chain technology.
The detailed description of this step refers to step 102, and is not repeated here.
S205, a first score accessing result from the blockchain platform is obtained.
The detailed description of this step refers to step 103, and is not repeated here.
S206, if the first integral access result indicates that the integral management is successful, updating the processing state corresponding to the integral running water information into a successful management state; and if the first integral access result indicates that the integral management fails, updating the processing state corresponding to the integral flow information into management failure.
Specifically, the successful management refers to successful management of the point by the blockchain platform, for example, successful updating (increasing or decreasing) of the point or successful query of the point; management failure refers to failure of the blockchain platform to manage the points, for example, failure of updating (increasing or decreasing) the points or failure of querying the points.
Furthermore, the processing state corresponding to the point flow information is updated in the local data of the banking service to be management success or failure.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the point access request is used to update the point of the user. In addition, the score access request may also be used to query the user' S score, and in this case, S206 may be replaced with: if the first score access result indicates that the score query fails or the first score access result is not received after time out, the query failure times are updated, and step 204 is executed until the query failure times are greater than the preset times.
The preset number may be set according to historical experience or actual requirements, for example, the preset number is N, where N is an integer greater than or equal to 1, for example, three times or other numbers, and is not limited herein. According to the method and the device, when the user fails to inquire the points, the user can inquire the points repeatedly, the operation times of inquiring the points of the user by the user is reduced, and the inquiry experience of the user is improved.
In the embodiment of the application, when the first point access result indicates that the point management is successful or failed, the processing state of the point flow information can be updated in real time, so that the bank server can acquire the working state of the block chain platform in real time, and when the block chain platform is abnormal, the bank can acquire the working state in real time, so that the efficiency of the bank in managing the points of the user is further improved.
And S207, sending the first score access result to the client of the user so as to enable the client to display the first score access result.
The detailed description of this step refers to step 104, and is not repeated here.
And S208, determining whether the point corresponding to the user is in the migration.
If it is determined that the point corresponding to the user is in the migration, step 209 is executed; if it is determined that the point corresponding to the user is not in the migration, step 210 is performed.
S209, the user is prompted to try again later.
In this embodiment of the present application, that the point corresponding to the user is in the migration process means that the point of the user migrated to the blockchain platform is managed by the blockchain platform only when the point of the user is in the migration process from the local database of the bank server to the blockchain platform. Thus, after determining that the points corresponding to the user's identification are not managed by the blockchain platform, a query may be made in the local database to determine whether the points corresponding to the user are in the migration.
In addition, if the integral corresponding to the user is determined to be in the migration, prompt information is sent to the user client, and the user is prompted to try again later. In the specific implementation process, the user may be prompted to try again for too long time, or the user is prompted that the data is in the process of migration and try again after the migration is finished.
In the embodiment of the application, when the user's points are in the migration process, the bank server and the block chain platform do not manage the points, so that the points of the user can be managed in a stable environment, and the safety of the points of the user is improved.
And S210, locally recording the running information of the points, updating or inquiring the points under the user name to obtain a second point access result, wherein the second point access result comprises the current points of the user.
And S211, sending the second integral access result to the client, so that the client displays the second integral access result.
In this embodiment of the present application, locally recording the integral running water information specifically includes: and recording the flow information in a local database of the bank server. In addition, the point under the user name is updated or queried in the local database, and specifically, the updating of the point under the user name includes: and increasing or decreasing the points under the user name according to the point access request.
It can be seen that when the user's id is not in the blockchain user list, or the user's id is in the blockchain user list but not managed by the blockchain platform, and the user's credits are not being migrated, the user's credits are managed by the local database. Therefore, the points of the user can be managed under any condition, and the experience of the user in using the bank points is improved.
Referring to fig. 4, a flowchart of steps of a block chain based point management method according to another embodiment of the present application is provided, where the block chain based point management method is applied to a block chain platform, and specifically includes the following steps:

Specifically, the credit access request may include: access requests to update credits and access requests to query credits. Further, the access request for updating the credit may include: credit access requests to increase credits and credit access to decrease credits.
Specifically, the credit access request includes: the identification of the user, the type of the score access request (score access request for increasing the score, score access request for decreasing the score and score access request for inquiring the score), and the behavior operation information corresponding to the score access request. The identification of the user includes: an account number of the user or a user name of the user.
S302, based on the block chain technology, points corresponding to the user identification are managed, and a first point access result is obtained.
In the embodiment of the application, the blockchain technology is to store the user identification, the corresponding point and other information through a shared database in a blockchain platform; the shared database has the characteristics of being unforgeable, traceable, publicly transparent and collectively maintained.
The blockchain platform migrates the existing point generation transaction (for increasing points), point consumption transaction (for decreasing points) and point inquiry transaction (for inquiring points) in the bank server from the local database recording mode to the blockchain platform for recording. It can be seen that the credits for users in the blockchain user list can be managed using a blockchain platform.
In addition, managing the points of the user based on the block chain technique may specifically include: the user's score is updated or queried.
In some embodiments, the points access request is used to update the user's points. In this case, based on the block chain technique, managing the score corresponding to the user identifier to obtain the first score access result may include: determining an adjustment value corresponding to the point access request; and updating the integral of the user according to the adjustment value based on the block chain technology to obtain the updated integral, and recording the updated integral running water information.
Specifically, the credit access request corresponds to an adjustment value, for example, when the user a clicks on the game platform a to play the game x to increase m credits, the identifier of the user a, the identifier of the game platform a, the behavior operation information of the user playing the game x, and the credit access request for increasing m credits are sent to the block chain platform, and the adjustment value corresponding to the credit access request is to increase m credits.
And when the business ultrasonic B adopts the points to exchange the commodity y, the user B consumes n points, the identifier of the user B, the identifier of the business ultrasonic B, the behavior operation information for exchanging the commodity y and the consumed n points are sent to the bank server as point access requests for reducing the points, and the corresponding adjustment value of the point access requests is to reduce the n points.
In some embodiments, the points access request is used to query the user for points. In this case, based on the block chain technique, managing the score corresponding to the user identifier to obtain the first score access result may include: based on the block chain technology, the integral of the user is inquired, the integral of the user is obtained, and inquiry integral running water information is recorded.
Optionally, based on a block chain technique, managing points corresponding to the user identifier to obtain a first point access result, including: and calling an interface for managing the integral corresponding to the user identifier based on the block chain technology to obtain a first integral access result.
In the embodiment of the application, the blockchain platform is provided with an intelligent contract for inquiring the user's score, and each third-party platform and the bank server authorized by the blockchain platform can update or inquire the user's score by using the interface of the intelligent contract, so as to obtain a first score access result.
And S303, sending the first point access result to a bank server so that the bank server feeds the first point access result back to the client of the user.
In the embodiment of the application, after the blockchain platform manages the points of the user, the first point access result is returned to the bank server.
Wherein the first score access result comprises: management succeeds or management fails. Specifically, the successful management refers to successful management of the point by the blockchain platform, and illustratively, the point is updated (increased or decreased) successfully or inquired successfully, and when the point is updated successfully or inquired successfully, the first point access result includes: the latest point value of the user. The management failure refers to a failure of the blockchain platform in managing the points, for example, a failure of updating (increasing or decreasing) the points or a failure of querying the points, and when the point updating fails, the failure of updating the points or the failure of querying the points is prompted to the client of the user.
According to the embodiment of the application, the point access request sent by the bank server is received, the point access request is used for updating or inquiring the point of the user, the point access request comprises the identification of the user, the point corresponding to the identification of the user is managed based on the block chain technology, the first point access result is obtained, and the first point access result is sent to the bank server, so that the bank server feeds the first point access result back to the client of the user, decentralized management and traceability which are brought for a point system by adopting the block chain technology are realized, the trust of the user is improved, the enthusiasm of the user for obtaining and using the point is further improved, and the bank system can better attract the user through point feedback.
