Description

Order information processing method and device and electronic equipment
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of information processing technologies, and in particular, to an order information processing method and apparatus, and an electronic device.
Background
B2B (Business-to-Business) refers to the process that the supplier and the supplier who deal with the commodity object are both businesses (or enterprises, companies), and both parties use internet technology or various network platforms to complete the transaction. Since both the supplier and the supplier are merchant users, the orders of the end consumer users usually involve bulk transactions, and the number and the amount of the commodity objects related to the specific orders may be relatively large. In order to promote the transaction between the supplier and the demand, some platforms can support the payment of the order in the B2B mode, and can support the payment in the mode of remittance under the line.
Among other things, some platforms supporting B2B transactions may also provide funds management services for seller users in order to facilitate better funds management for seller users, since the payment methods for specific orders may differ. The platform may provide a bank account number for the seller user (e.g., the platform may apply for a total account number from an associated bank, where multiple account numbers may be associated, and such an account number may be provided to a user who needs to activate a remittance function), and when generating the B2B order, the specific seller user may provide the buyer user with its associated account number, so that when the buyer user pays in an off-line manner, the corresponding money may be remitted to the account number. Later, the account funds received in the specific account number need to be associated with the specific order to confirm the validity of the account funds.
In the prior art, after receiving an offline remittance, a seller user is required to log in a specific fund management system, determine which order the specific remittance received corresponds to according to the amount of money received, remark information and the like, and then manually input information such as an order number of the order to complete an operation of associating the received remittance with the order. However, when the number of the orders is very large, a lot of labor cost of the seller user is required, and in the process of associating the orders, work such as manually inquiring information of the orders may be required, which is inefficient and may cause a lot of occupation on various resources such as access and transmission of the system.
Therefore, how to more efficiently realize the association between the offline remittance money and the order and reduce the waste of resources becomes a technical problem to be solved by those skilled in the art.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments that can be derived from the embodiments given herein by a person of ordinary skill in the art are intended to be within the scope of the present disclosure.
In the embodiment of the present application, in order to more efficiently realize the association between the offline remittance money and the order and reduce the waste of resources, the fund management system provided for the second user (the seller user in the transaction relationship, correspondingly, the supplier user in the supply-demand relationship or the payee user in the balance relationship) may be improved. Specifically, for an order that is paid by means of money transfer (mainly, money transfer by means of off-line bank transfer or the like), the second user may select the manner in which the funds of the order that will be paid are processed. The specific option may include whether to perform automatic association, wherein if the second user selects automatic association, it means that after receiving the specific income fund, the specific fund management system helps the second user to automatically associate the part of income fund with the corresponding order, so as to save labor cost, improve efficiency, and reduce resource waste caused by repeated manual inquiry and other operations.
However, since there may be a plurality of orders to be paid associated with the same second user, even in the case that the merchandise objects associated with the second user are relatively single, the payment amounts corresponding to different orders to be paid are all the same with a high probability (for example, 100 machines are associated with different orders to be paid, and in the case of payment using the same currency, the corresponding payment amounts may be the same in general). Thus, in the case of automatic association of the system, after an account associated with a second user receives an amount of money, how to determine which order the amount of money specifically corresponds to is a matter of consideration.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the present application, when the second user selects that the account information needs to be automatically associated with the order, unique identification information of the target order to be paid may also be determined in some manner (for example, a different payment sub-account may be applied for a different order to be paid, or feature information different from other orders to be paid is extracted from specific information on the amount payable, etc.). The unique identifier can have the following two characteristics: firstly, the upcoming account information associated with other orders to be paid associated with the current second user can be distinguished, and secondly, after the specific money is arrived, the identification information can still be extracted and is consistent with the information in the state to be paid. In this way, the unique identification information may be bound to the order identification of the target order to be paid. Then, when receiving the account arrival notice of the account associated with the second user, if the account arrival notice corresponds to a payment mode of off-line remittance, the method may extract specific unique identification information from the account arrival information actually received by the account associated with the second user, and then determine an order identification uniquely corresponding to the specific unique identification information according to the extracted specific unique identification information, thereby automatically associating the account arrival information with the order corresponding to the order identification.
Particularly from the system architecture perspective, the embodiment of the present application may specifically provide corresponding functions through a fund management system provided for the second user. The system can be divided into a client and a server, wherein the client can exist in the form of a webpage or an independent application program (App) and the like. For example, in one implementation, as shown in fig. 1, the second user may submit an automatic association request to the fund management system for a specific order to be paid through the client, and then, the server of the fund management system may generate a unique identifier for the specific order to be paid and bind the unique identifier with the order identifier. After the first user provides the first banking system to send money offline to a designated second banking system (the first banking system and the second banking system may be the same banking system or different), and the money is received, the second banking system may notify the money management system. Therefore, after receiving the notification, the server of the fund management system can determine the associated second user according to the information such as the specific collection account number and extract the unique identification information from the actually received account information, so that the corresponding order identification can be determined according to the extracted unique identification information, and then the account information and the order can be associated.
The following describes in detail specific implementations provided in embodiments of the present application.
Example one
First, the first embodiment provides an information processing method from the perspective of the fund management system, and referring to fig. 2, the method may include:
s210: determining at least one target order to be paid for with a fund status to be updated; the payment mode corresponding to the target order to be paid is as follows: payment is made by the first user by means of a money transfer.
The specific order to be paid may be an order created by the second user or the first user after the second user has made a transaction with the first user (which may be a buyer user in a transaction relationship, a demander user in a goods supply and demand relationship, or a payer user in a balance relationship). That is, unlike the B2C scenario in which the system automatically creates an order triggered by a buyer user's "buy," etc., in the B2B scenario, a particular order is typically drafted by both the second user and the first user.
In particular, during the drafting of the order, the order type, payment method, information on the commodity object, information on the first user, transportation terms (which may include the shipping address, transportation method, shipping cost, shipping date, export method if a cross-border transaction is involved, etc.), payment terms (which may include the payment amount, and pre-paid entry, end amount, etc. if a pre-paid transaction is involved, transaction currency information, etc. may be filled in a specific form. In the embodiment of the present application, if a specific order to be paid is drafted by a second user, a related entry related to "fund processing" may be directly added to a specific form page, and the user may select whether automatic association is required through the specific entry. For example, in a specific implementation, the interface associated with the second user making the order may be as shown in fig. 3, and in this embodiment, the interface may be added with the "fund handling" option shown at 31.
If the first user drafts a specific order, the created order needs to be provided to the second user for confirmation, so that an operation option for selecting a fund processing mode can be provided in an order confirmation interface, and the second user selects the specific fund processing mode in the order confirmation process.
In summary, the second user can select the fund processing mode whether the order is drafted by the second user or drafted by the first user, and the payment operation of the first user is performed after the order is created because the payment mode of offline remittance is selected, and the specific order is in a state of waiting for payment before the payment operation of the first user is performed. For such an order of the status to be paid, the second user may be provided with an operation option for selecting a fund handling mode thereof, and the second user may select whether automatic association is required. If the automatic association is selected, the corresponding order is the order to be paid, which needs to be automatically associated.
S220: generating unique identification information for the target order to be paid, and binding the unique identification information with the order identification of the target order to be paid; the unique identification information is related to upcoming account information associated with the target order to be paid.
After determining the order to be paid, which needs to be automatically associated, that is, when receiving specific account information in an account associated with the second user, the system server needs to automatically determine which order the account information corresponds to, and then associate the account information with the order. However, since the information that can be acquired from the account information is usually only the collection account information, the payment amount information, the payer information, the time information, and the like. As mentioned above, since there may be a plurality of orders to be paid for the same second user, in a conventional manner, the collection accounts corresponding to the same second user are the same, and therefore, the collection account information cannot be used as a basis for identifying the specific corresponding orders. However, there is a high possibility that a plurality of different orders to be paid correspond to the same information such as the amount to be paid, and therefore, when the determination is directly performed according to the information of the amount to be paid, there is also a case that the identification is wrong or the order cannot be further identified due to the correspondence with a plurality of orders. In addition, the information about payers may be the same as or different from the first user information in the order, and therefore, the uncertain information cannot be used as a reliable basis for identifying the specific order. Of course, the first user may also choose to add remarks at the time of money transfer, for example, to perform remarks for a specific order identifier, but since the remark information is only a kind of optional filling information, it is also impossible to rely on such information with certainty as a specific identification basis.
In view of the above situation, in the embodiment of the present application, unique identification information may be generated for upcoming account information corresponding to a specific target order to be paid, that is, although there may not be direct unique identification information in original account information of the specific order to be paid, such unique identification may be generated for the specific order to be paid under the condition that normal payment and collection are not affected, and when the specific account information is actually received, the unique identification may still be extracted from the original account information. Therefore, the unique identifier and the order identifier can be bound, and the corresponding relation between the unique identifier and the order identifier is established. In this way, when the account information is received in the specific account associated with the second user, the unique identifier may be extracted first, and then the order identifier associated with the account information is determined by the unique identifier, so that the specific automatic association processing may be completed.
The method for generating the unique identification information for the upcoming account information of the order to be paid specifically may be various. For example, in one mode, the system may apply for a unique collection sub-account number for each to-be-paid order, that is, each second user may correspond to a plurality of different collection sub-accounts, which correspond to a plurality of to-be-paid orders, respectively. For example, assuming that the account number corresponding to a second user is 1234567, a plurality of sub-account numbers may be generated in the form of 1234567-1, 1234567-2, and the like, and such sub-account numbers may be applied to a financial institution system such as a bank. After determining an order to be paid for which automatic association is required, the order to be paid may be assigned the collection sub-account number. Therefore, when the first user pays the order by means of sending money under the line, the specific payment can reach the receiving sub-account number, so that the corresponding order mark can be determined by taking the specific receiving sub-account number as the mark, and then the specific account information is associated with the order mark.
That is, by providing a unique payment sub-account for the target order to be paid and binding the identifier of the payment sub-account with the order identifier of the target order to be paid, the first user pays for the target order to be paid by performing an offline remittance to the payment sub-account. After the first user completes payment and the specific funds reach its corresponding receiving sub-account number, the financial institution system such as the bank may send a money notification message to the server in this embodiment of the application. After receiving the notification, the server can determine the sub-account information corresponding to the actual account information, and further can associate the actual account information with the order identifier corresponding to the sub-account.
Or, in another mode, the information of the amount to be paid of the target order to be paid can be determined, and then the unique identification information is determined according to the numerical value information on the target digit in the amount to be paid. When the unique identification information is extracted from the actual account information, the amount information of the actual account information can be determined, and the numerical information on the target digit in the amount information is extracted, so that the actual account information is associated with the order identification corresponding to the numerical information.
In specific implementation, the numerical information on the target digit in the amount to be paid can be extracted firstly, and whether the extracted numerical information is occupied by other orders to be paid of the second user or not is judged; if the order is not occupied, the extracted numerical information can be used as the unique identifier of the current upcoming account information, and the numerical information is recorded as the state occupied by the target order to be paid. In addition, after the actually received account information is associated with the order identifier, the numerical value information occupied by the order identifier can be released, so that the numerical value can be continuously occupied by other subsequently created orders to be paid.
If the numerical information on the target digit of the amount to be paid is occupied by other orders to be paid, numerical information which is different from the numerical information occupied by other orders to be paid can be generated; and then, after replacing the numerical information on the target digit in the amount to be paid with the generated numerical information, generating a new amount to be paid so that the first user can pay the target order to be paid according to the new amount to be paid.
In a specific implementation, in order to reduce the marketing to the actual payment and receipt process, the numerical information on the target digit may specifically include: the numerical information on the one-digit and decimal place may be numerical information on other digits, of course. For example, when the amount to be paid of a certain order to be paid is 10002.58 yuan, the value of the unit and decimal place can be extracted, i.e. 2.58, and then it is determined whether the value is already occupied by other orders to be paid when the unique identifier is constructed in the above manner. If not occupied, 2.58 may be used directly as the unique identifier for the order to be paid. When the actual account information is received subsequently, if the numerical value of the single digit and the numerical value of the small digit are found to be 2.58, the account information can be determined to be associated with the order to be paid. However, if 2.58 is already occupied, a new value can be reconstructed and ensured to be distinguished from the values occupied by other orders to be paid. For example, the newly constructed value is 2.61, and at this time, the amount to be paid of the order to be paid may be modified to 10002.61 yuan. When actual account information is received subsequently, if the numerical value of the single digit and the numerical value of the small digit are found to be 2.61, the account information can be determined to be associated with the order to be paid.
The advantage of using the numerical value on the single digit and the decimal place as the unique identification information is that if the single digit and the numerical value on the decimal place in the original payment amount of the order to be paid are not occupied, the numerical value is directly used as the unique identification, and the complete payment amount is not needed to be used as the identification, so that the storage space can be saved, and the difficulty of information matching can be reduced. And if the numerical values of the single digit and the decimal place in the original payment amount of the order to be paid are occupied by other orders to be paid, the new amount to be paid cannot be changed too much after the new numerical value is constructed and the numerical values of the single digit and the decimal place are replaced. For example, in the foregoing example, the amount to be paid is modified from 10002.58 to 10002.61 by a 0.03-dollar difference before and after modification, which is almost negligible with respect to the entire amount to be paid, and therefore does not have an excessive effect on the actual payment amount of the first user.
S230: and after receiving the account arrival information of the second user associated account, extracting the unique identification information from the account arrival information of the second user associated account.
After the binding between the specific unique identifier and the order identifier is completed, subsequent automatic association processing can be performed based on the binding. Specifically, after the first user completes the money transfer under line and arrives at the account number associated with the second user (which may be the total account number or the sub-account number of the second user, depending on the configuration of the specific unique identifier), the financial institution system such as the associated bank may send a notification to the server. At this time, the server may extract the unique identification information from the actual account information. The information that can be extracted from the actual account information may include information of a collection account, information of an actual payment amount, and the like. Therefore, the unique identification information may be extracted from the collection account information or the actual payment amount information, for example, the specific collection sub-account information may be extracted, or the numerical value information on the target digit may be extracted, and so on.
S240: and associating the account information of the second user associated account with the order identification corresponding to the extracted unique identification information.
After the unique identifier is extracted from the actual account information, the specific association between the account information and the order identifier can be determined according to the order identifier corresponding to the unique identifier, so that the automatic association between the account information and the specific order can be completed. In specific implementation, the corresponding order can be changed into the account-reached state according to the correlation result between the actual account-reached information and the order. In addition, prompt information regarding orders that are not actually billed may also be provided.
In addition, in practice, if a cross-border transaction is involved, the specific order to be paid may be paid using a foreign exchange, and in this case, a specific foreign exchange settlement process is involved, i.e., the payment paid by the first user in a first currency unit (e.g., U.S. dollars) needs to be exchanged for a second currency unit (e.g., RMB) required by the second user. In the prior art, the foreign exchange settlement processing is also manually completed, and in the embodiment of the application, an automatic settlement service can be provided. In particular implementation, as shown at 31 in fig. 3, an operation option of whether automatic remittance is required or not may be provided in the interface for the second user, and the second user may select whether automatic remittance is required or not. If automatic settlement is selected, the server may perform automatic settlement processing on the actual account information after completing the association between the actual account information and the order, where the specific automatic settlement processing includes: notifying a financial institution system associated with the account to exchange actual receivables received by the account from the first currency unit to a second currency unit specified by the second user.
In specific implementation, if automatic settlement is selected, an operation option for selecting the automatic settlement condition can be provided for the user, and the second user can set the specific automatic settlement condition. For example, as shown at 31 in FIG. 3, the conditions for automatic rendezvous may include: and automatically closing within the range of the target exchange rate, or automatically closing within the target time period, or optionally closing immediately after the account is received regardless of the exchange rate, and the like. In this way, if the automatic settlement is associated with conditional information, the actual settlement information can be automatically settled if a corresponding condition is satisfied.
Furthermore, whether involving forex or not, since the funds paid by the first user will first arrive at the account provided by the system for the second user, the second user will then typically also need to present the specific funds in his or her own other account, e.g., a personal account or a corporate account applied directly on behalf of the second user at the relevant financial institution, etc. In the prior art, the withdrawal process is also manually completed, and in the embodiment of the present application, an automatic withdrawal service may be provided for the second user, and similarly, as shown in 31 in fig. 3, an operation option of whether automatic withdrawal is required may be provided for the second user in the interface, the second user may select whether automatic fund withdrawal is required, and so on. If the fund extraction mode selected by the second user for the target order to be paid is automatic extraction, the server can automatically notify a financial institution system associated with the account after the actually received account information is associated with the order, and extract the actually received account information to the target account specified by the second user.
In summary, according to the embodiment of the application, for the target order to be paid, which needs to be automatically associated, unique identification information can be generated for the target order to be paid, and the unique identification information and the order identification of the target order to be paid are bound. In this way, after receiving the account arrival notification information about the second user-associated account subsequently, the unique identification information may be extracted from the actual account arrival information first, and then the actual account arrival information may be associated with the order identification corresponding to the extracted unique identification information. By the method, automatic association between the account information and the specific order in the offline remittance mode can be realized, so that the labor cost is reduced, the efficiency is improved, and the resource waste caused by repeated manual inquiry and other operations can be reduced.
Example two
The second embodiment corresponds to the first embodiment, and provides an order information processing method from the perspective of a client, with reference to fig. 4, where the method specifically includes:
s410: providing operation options for selecting a processing mode of the upcoming account information of the target order to be paid; the payment mode corresponding to the target order to be paid is as follows: making payment by a first user by means of a money transfer;
s420: and if the processing mode selected by the second user is to automatically associate the account information with the target order, submitting a request to a server so that the server generates unique identification information for the target order to be paid, binding the unique identification information with the order identification of the target order to be paid, extracting the unique identification information from the account information of the second user-associated account after receiving the account information of the second user-associated account, and associating the account information of the second user-associated account with the order identification corresponding to the extracted unique identification information.
In specific implementation, if the upcoming account information is foreign exchange funds, an operation option for selecting a foreign exchange settlement mode of the target order to be paid can be provided; if the result manner selected by the second user is automatic result, a request may be submitted to a server, so that the server performs automatic result processing on the actual account information after completing the association between the actual account information and the order, where the automatic result processing includes: notifying a financial institution system associated with the account to exchange actual receivables received by the account from the first currency unit to a second currency unit specified by the second user.
