It will also be understood that, although the various devices, elements, components or sections may be described herein using terms such as first, second, third, etc. to indicate a number, these devices, elements, components or sections should not be limited by these terms. That is, these phrases are used only to distinguish one from another. For example, a first device may also be referred to as a second device without departing from the spirit of the present invention. Moreover, the terms "and/or," "and/or" refer to all combinations that include any one or more of the listed items.
The invention is provided aiming at the technical problem that a large number of physical examination reports need to be reviewed by the current household service platform, and can not only simply evaluate various numerical indexes in the physical examination reports, but also simply identify picture data such as electrocardiograms, color ultrasonography and the like generated in some physical examination processes, thereby avoiding the household practitioners from making false in the physical examination reports.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides an automatic examination method for physical examination results, which specifically includes the following steps:
inputting physical examination data to be examined;
analyzing physical examination data to be examined;
and the system outputs an audit conclusion based on the analysis result.
The physical examination data comprises paper physical examination report image data, digitalized numerical data of various physical examination items and/or image data output by instrument detection and the like. The image data detected and output by the instrument mainly refers to images printed and output by detection equipment such as an electrocardiogram, a CT image, an X-ray image, a B-ultrasonic image and the like.
The physical examination data is, for example, images photographed or scanned are actively uploaded by the client, or the physical examination data is retrieved through a communication interface with a physical examination unit, or the physical examination data is uploaded through scanning of paper physical examination reports handed by the client.
The step of analyzing the physical examination data to be audited specifically comprises the following steps:
extracting each detection index; and/or
Detecting image data identification on an instrument to judge whether a specific image exists; and/or
Disease information is analyzed from the physical examination findings.
Wherein, the step of extracting each detection index mainly comprises the following steps:
and identifying related physical examination items and physical examination results from the paper physical examination report image data through an OCR (optical character recognition), and storing the related physical examination items and the physical examination results in a corresponding database. The OCR recognition technology can adopt the existing OCR recognition technology, and can be used for assisting enhancement of partial detection items, such as partial detection indexes, such as the number of red blood cells, possibly appearing indexes, and being capable of distinguishing the partial detection indexes when the OCR recognition is needed; furthermore, as some detection results are represented by medically specific symbols, it is also necessary that the system is sensitive to them and does not recognize them as completely unintelligible symbols due to errors.
Electronic data of relevant physical examination reports are acquired from a communication interface of the physical examination units, and after the electronic data are searched and matched, corresponding physical examination items are stored in corresponding databases. The search matching means that the physical examination items of each physical examination unit are different in name, the extended word stock is required to be used for searching, and the physical examination result is stored in the corresponding physical examination item after the corresponding search item is identified.
The method for identifying the instrument detection image data to judge whether the specific image exists mainly comprises the following steps:
the type of the instrumental detection image data is discriminated, for example, from an electrocardiogram, a CT image, and an X-ray image, or from a B-mode ultrasound image, and the instrumental detection image data is analyzed to analyze the corresponding body state. Because each image is relatively complicated to analyze and is a special subject, detailed analysis is not needed in the invention, and only certain special diseases, such as severe heart diseases, malignant tumors, tuberculosis and other diseases which limit the practice can be eliminated according to the recruitment requirement, and the expressions of the limited diseases on the image data detected by corresponding instruments are known, so that the invention can judge and eliminate whether a client has a certain specific disease only by developing a specific image identification method aiming at the specific disease.
The specific recognition method is usually implemented by training an artificial intelligence model, especially a neural network model, and may be implemented by using one or more of various pattern recognition algorithms, such as a K-NN algorithm, a bayesian method, a principal component analysis algorithm, a linear discriminant analysis algorithm, and a non-negative matrix factorization algorithm.
Wherein, the step of analyzing the disease information from the physical examination conclusion specifically comprises the following steps:
performing text processing on the retrieval conclusion, for example, performing word segmentation on the retrieval conclusion to stop words;
capturing keywords such as 'abnormal vision', 'no hearing impairment', 'type I diabetes', 'heart and lung abnormality', and 'slight fatty liver', and judging whether obvious on-site restricted diseases exist;
the results are stored in a database corresponding to the physical examination items.
The system specifically comprises the following steps of outputting an audit conclusion based on the analysis result:
judging whether the detection index falls into a threshold range or not based on the extracted detection index, and judging whether a certain detection item exceeds the standard or not and whether the certain detection item can be checked to pass or not; and/or
Judging whether diseases with certain practical limitations exist or not based on whether the specific images exist or not, and whether the diseases can be checked and passed or not;
and judging whether the examination is passed or not based on the existence of the disease information obtained by analysis.
