The remote control receiving system 15 and the screen transfer service system 16 transmit their own address information to the resource server 13 after startup. The resource server records address information of the remote control receiving system 15 and the picture delivery service system 16.

6. A method for remotely controlling a device, which is applied to the system of any one of claims 1 to 5, and includes:
the resource server obtains a resource allocation task from a cloud server, wherein the resource allocation task is established by the cloud server according to resource demand information carried in a resource allocation request sent by a user computer;
the resource server distributes public edition equipment to the user computer according to the resource demand information;
the resource server generates first address information according to the equipment identification of the allocated public equipment and the address information of the remote control receiving system and sends the first address information to the user computer;
the user computer sends a remote control signal to the remote control receiving system according to the first address information, wherein the remote control signal carries the equipment identifier;
and the remote control receiving system forwards the remote control signal to the corresponding public edition equipment according to the equipment identifier.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the resource server generates first address information according to the device identification of the assigned public device and the address information of the remote control receiving system and transmits the first address information to the user computer, and further comprising:
the resource server generates second address information according to the equipment identification of the allocated public equipment and the address of the picture transmission service system and sends the second address information to the user computer;
the user computer sends a test picture transmission request to the picture transmission service system according to the second address information, wherein the test picture transmission request carries the equipment identifier;
and the picture transmission service system acquires the test picture from the corresponding public edition equipment according to the equipment identifier carried in the test picture transmission request and sends the test picture to the user computer.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the device identification comprises a device serial number assigned to the public device by the resource server;
the user computer sends a remote control signal to the remote control receiving system according to the first address information, and the method specifically comprises the following steps:
the user computer sends the remote control signal to the remote control receiving system through an intranet penetration server according to the first address information; and
the remote control receiving system forwards the remote control signal to the corresponding public edition equipment according to the equipment identifier, and specifically comprises the following steps:
the remote control receiving system inquires the equipment address of the corresponding public edition equipment from the resource server according to the equipment identifier carried in the remote control signal; and forwarding the remote control signal to the queried equipment address.
9. The method according to claim 8, wherein the user computer sends a test screen transmission request to the screen transmission service system according to the second address information, specifically comprising:
the user computer sends the test picture transmission request to the picture transmission service system through the intranet penetration server according to the second address information; and
the picture transmission service system obtains a test picture from the corresponding public edition equipment according to the equipment identifier carried in the test picture transmission request and sends the test picture to the user computer, and the picture transmission service system specifically comprises the following steps:
the picture transmission service system inquires the equipment address of the corresponding public edition equipment according to the equipment identifier carried in the test picture transmission request; and according to the queried equipment address, acquiring a test picture from the corresponding public edition equipment and sending the test picture to the user computer.
10. The method according to claim 6, wherein the resource server obtains the resource allocation task from the cloud server, specifically comprising:
the resource server polls whether the cloud server has a resource allocation task or not;
and when the resource allocation task is determined to exist, acquiring the resource allocation task from the cloud server.
