Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Referring to fig. 1-2, a schematic structural diagram of a toy gun using a soft cylindrical bullet loading mechanism according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, wherein the soft cylindrical bullet loading mechanism is used to push the soft cylindrical bullet into the barrel 16, the soft cylindrical bullet may be made of a soft material such as foam, and the soft cylindrical bullet may be cylindrical as a whole, and the axial front end may have a chamfer or a spherical crown, so as to reduce injuries while satisfying aerodynamics.
The loading mechanism of the present embodiment comprises a cartridge holder assembly 12 and an air cylinder assembly 13, wherein the cartridge holder assembly 12 is used for accommodating a columnar soft bullet, and the columnar soft bullet in the cartridge holder assembly 12 is pushed into a barrel 16 by the air cylinder assembly 13, thereby realizing loading of the columnar soft bullet.
As shown in fig. 3, the cartridge clip assembly 12 includes a cartridge clip main body for accommodating a plurality of columnar soft bullets, a pressing plate assembly located at an opening of the cartridge clip main body, and an upper bullet cavity formed at the pressing plate assembly, wherein the shape and size of the upper bullet cavity are adapted to the shape and size of a single columnar soft bullet, and the columnar soft bullet from the cartridge clip main body is limited in the upper bullet cavity by the pressing plate assembly.
As shown in fig. 4, the cylinder assembly 13 is provided with a cylinder body 131 for forming a firing gas flow and an outlet pipe 132 protruding from an outer wall of the cylinder body 131, and the outlet pipe 132 may have a tubular shape adapted to the shape and size of the barrel 16. In this embodiment, the gas outlet tube 132 protrudes from the bottom of the cylinder body 131, the central axis of the gas outlet tube 132 is aligned with the central axis of the barrel 16, and the length of the gas outlet tube 132 along the axial direction of the barrel 16 is smaller than the axial length of the columnar soft bullet; the gas outlet tube 132 pushes the columnar soft bullet in the upper bullet chamber into the barrel 16 and blocks the barrel 16 while following the axial movement of the cylinder body 131 along the barrel, while the cylinder body 131 pushes the pressing plate assembly away and at least a portion of the cylinder body 131 moves into or through the upper bullet chamber. The cylinder body 131 and the outlet pipe 132 may be integrated and communicated with each other.
The pressing plate assembly is additionally arranged at the opening of the cartridge clip main body of the cylindrical soft cartridge loading mechanism, and the pressing plate assembly is pushed away in the loading process by the air cylinder assembly to form a space for accommodating the air cylinder assembly, so that the cylindrical soft cartridge can be pushed into the barrel 16 without using an loading tube with the length being greater than the axial length of the cylindrical soft cartridge, and the cylindrical soft cartridge can be launched by a pistol product with shorter length.
As shown in fig. 3, in one embodiment of the present invention, the cartridge body is assembled by two cartridge cases 121, and a cartridge chamber is formed between the two cartridge cases 121, and the top of the cartridge chamber forms an opening of the cartridge body. The cartridge cavity is provided with a cartridge clip spring 127 and a slide block 126, and the columnar soft cartridge is arranged between the opening of the cartridge clip main body and the slide block 126, is pushed out of the opening of the cartridge clip main body through the cartridge clip spring 127 and the slide block 126 and enters the upper cartridge cavity. Of course, in practical application, the cartridge clip main body may also adopt any structure capable of accommodating a plurality of columnar soft cartridges and pushing the columnar soft cartridges to the upper cartridge chamber, which is not described herein again.
Correspondingly, the pressing plate assembly comprises a first pressing plate 1221 and a second pressing plate 1222, the first pressing plate 1221 and the second pressing plate 1222 are respectively positioned at two sides of the opening of the clip body, and the upper cartridge chamber is positioned between the first pressing plate 1221 and the second pressing plate 1222. Particularly, the first buckle plate 1221 and the second buckle plate 1222 respectively include a flat plate portion and an arc portion, wherein the first buckle plate 1221 and the second buckle plate 1222 are respectively connected with the clip main body through the flat plate portion, the arc portion is located at one end of the flat plate portion far away from the clip main body, and the arc portions of the first buckle plate 1221 and the second buckle plate 1222 respectively protrude to the upper clip cavity and are half wrapped by the columnar soft clip in the upper clip cavity.
The first buckle plate 1221 and the second buckle plate 1222 are installed to the clip main body through a pin and an elastic member, and under the action of the elastic member (e.g. a torsion spring), the distance between the ends of the first buckle plate and the second buckle plate far away from the clip main body is smaller than the diameter of the columnar soft bullet. In this embodiment, the cartridge holder body has a first set of pin holes and a second set of pin holes on both sides of the opening, and the central axes of the first set of pin holes and the second set of pin holes are parallel to the central axis of the barrel 16. The first buckle plate 1221 is mounted to the clip main body through a first pin 1241 inserted into the first pin hole group (i.e., the first buckle plate 1221 is radially rotatable with respect to the first pin 1241), the first elastic member 1231 is assembled between the clip main body and the first buckle plate 1221 through the first spring pressing plate 1251, and applies a force toward the upper spring cavity to the first buckle plate 1221; the second buckle plate 1222 is mounted to the clip body by a second pin 1242 inserted into the second pin hole set (i.e. the second buckle plate 1222 can rotate radially relative to the second pin 1242), and the second elastic member 1232 is assembled between the clip body and the second buckle plate 1222 by the second spring pressing plate 1252 and applies a force toward the upper spring chamber to the second buckle plate 1222. The first elastic member 1231 and the second elastic member 1232 exert pressure to clamp the elastic soft bullet in the bullet cavity by the first fastening plate 1221 and the second fastening plate 1222, so as to prevent the elastic soft bullet from falling out of the bullet cavity.
Thus, when the air outlet pipe 132 moves along the axial direction of the barrel 16 along with the cylinder main body 131, the air outlet pipe 132 enters the upper bullet cavity of the cartridge clip assembly 12 from the end of the upper bullet cavity facing away from the barrel 16, and the air outlet pipe 132 and the portion 134 between the air outlet pipe 132 and the cylinder main body 131 push the pressing plate assembly away, so that the first pressing plate 1221 and the second pressing plate 1222 overcome the elastic forces of the first elastic member 1231 and the second elastic member 1232, respectively, to open towards the outer side of the upper bullet cavity, thereby allowing the cylinder main body 131 to slide above the upper bullet cavity without providing an upper bullet pipe having a length greater than the axial length of the columnar soft bullet.
In one embodiment of the present invention, to facilitate entry of the outlet tube 132 into the upper chamber, the first and second straps 1221 and 1222 each have a first chamfer on the inner side facing away from the end of barrel 16 and guide the outlet tube 132 of the cylinder assembly 13 into the upper chamber by way of the first chamfer. I.e., a flared opening is formed at the end of the upper chamber remote from the barrel 16 to facilitate entry of the outlet conduit 132 of the cylinder assembly 13 into the upper chamber.
In addition, the front end of the air outlet tube 132 (i.e. the end facing the barrel 16) has a second chamfer 1321 and a sealing member 133 (the sealing member 133 may be a rubber ring), and the air outlet tube 132 is inserted into the barrel 16 through the second chamfer 1321 and the sealing member 133 seals the gap between the air outlet tube 132 and the inner wall of the barrel 16 to prevent air leakage during firing of the cylindrical soft bullet. The second chamfer 1321 described above facilitates entry of the outlet tube 132 not only into the upper chamber, but also into the barrel 16.
Meanwhile, a portion 134 between the outlet tube 132 and the cylinder body 131 is provided with a third chamfer 1341 at an end (i.e., a front end) near the barrel 16 for guiding the portion 134 between the outlet tube 132 and the cylinder body 131 to push the first and second pinch plates 1221 and 1222 apart during the pop-up process.
In one embodiment of the present invention, in order to prevent the soft cylindrical bullet from escaping from the upper chamber of the cartridge holder assembly 12 before the soft cylindrical bullet is ejected, the loading mechanism of this embodiment further includes a bullet limit rod 19 fixed above the upper chamber and used for preventing the soft cylindrical bullet from escaping from the upper chamber, and the bullet limit rod 19 is fixed to the gun body, passes through the cylinder assembly 12 and is disposed along the axial direction of the gun barrel 16. During the movement of the cylinder assembly 12, the bullet-stopping rod 19 is fixed and located above the upper chamber, so that the columnar soft bullet can be stopped from escaping from the upper chamber during the process of entering the upper chamber by the columnar soft bullet in the clip body (at this time, the first fastening plate 1221 and the second fastening plate 1222 may not be reset).
As shown in fig. 1-7, embodiments of the present invention also provide a toy gun including a body, a barrel 16, a loading shroud, a firing assembly, a trigger assembly 15, and a cylindrical soft-bullet loading mechanism as described above. In this embodiment, the gun body includes a cartridge chamber into which the cartridge 12 is inserted, and the barrel 16 and the trigger assembly 15 are fixed to the gun body, respectively; the upper shell casing is mounted to the barrel in such a way as to be movable in the axial direction of the barrel, and a cylinder assembly 13 is fixed to the upper shell casing and pushes the columnar soft bullet in the upper shell chamber into the barrel when the upper shell casing is moved in the axial direction of the barrel. The outer wall of above-mentioned body of a gun has the elasticity bump, and the inner wall of the shell of bullet cover has the location concave point, and above-mentioned elasticity bump and location concave point tight fit for certain sliding resistance has between the body of a gun and the shell of bullet cover. Of course, in practical applications, the resistance to relative sliding between the bullet loading casing and the gun body can be increased in other ways, and will not be described herein again.
Specifically, the gun body can be composed of a left gun shell 111 and a right gun shell 112, and the cartridge chamber can be located in a holding part formed by assembling the left gun shell 111 and the right gun shell 112. The pop-up casing can be formed by assembling a left casing 141 and a right casing 142, the cylinder assembly 13 can be fixed in the left casing 141 and the right casing 142 in a screw, adhesive and other modes, and the cylinder assembly 13 moves along the axial direction of the barrel 16 under the driving of the pop-up casing, so that the pop-up of the columnar soft bullet is completed. Of course, the body and the loading case may be of other similar structures in practical application, and will not be described herein.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, the firing assembly of the toy gun is located at the front end of the cylinder assembly 13, i.e., the end near the muzzle, and includes a firing rod 181, a firing spring 182, a spring sleeve 183, a latch catch 184, a compression spring 185, etc., and the firing rod 181, the firing spring 182, the spring sleeve 183, the latch catch 184, the compression spring 185, etc., are all mounted within the upper cartridge housing. The firing rod 181 includes a piston portion 1811 at a first end and a catch 1812 at a second end (i.e., an end away from the piston portion 1811), wherein the piston portion 1811 is inserted into the cylinder body 131, and an elastic washer 186 may be added to the outer edge of the piston portion 1811 to ensure that it is sealed with the inner wall of the cylinder body 131.
As shown in fig. 6, a stopper 161 is provided on the barrel 16 (of course, the stopper may be provided on the barrel), and a firing rod fixing hole 1611 is provided on the stopper 161, the size of the cross section of the firing rod fixing hole 1611 being larger than that of the firing rod 181. The second end of the firing rod 181 passes through the firing rod fixing hole 1611, the spring sleeve 183 and the firing spring 182 in this order, wherein the spring sleeve 183 and the firing rod 181 may be adhered (or fitted) by glue, a portion of the firing spring 182 is inserted into the spring sleeve 183, and the latch catch 184 is mounted to the front end (i.e., the end near the muzzle) of the upper ammunition casing 14 and applies downward pressure by the pressure spring 185.
As shown in FIG. 7, the trigger assembly 15 includes a catch 151, a sleeve 152, a link 153, and a wedge 154, and the catch 151, the sleeve 152, the link 153, and the wedge 154 may be of unitary construction. The trigger assembly 15 is mounted to the barrel 16 by a sleeve 152 with a link 153 attached to the upper edge of the barrel 16, a wedge 154 in the muzzle position of the barrel, and the link 153 reset by a trigger tension spring 155.
Thus, as shown in fig. 8-10, when the upper shell case is pulled toward the rear side of the toy gun (i.e., the right side in fig. 2), the firing rod 181 is stopped by the stopper 161 on the barrel 16, and the upper shell case moves rightward with the cylinder assembly 13, the firing spring 182, the latch catch 184, and the compression spring 185 to the designed movement distance, the locking notch 1812 of the firing rod 181 is locked with the latch catch 184, and the cylinder assembly 13 is completely out of the position of the clip assembly 12 (as shown in fig. 9), and the cylindrical soft bullet 17 moves upward into the upper bullet chamber (i.e., flush with the inner bore of the barrel 16) by the clip spring 127 in the clip body, and the cylindrical soft bullet 17 is fixed on the axis flush with the gun bore in the upper bullet position because the lower side of the bullet-stopping rod 19 is flush with the upper side of the bore of the barrel 16. At this time, the upper bullet casing is pushed forward, the outlet pipe 132 of the air cylinder assembly 13 pushes the columnar soft bullet 17 to move forward for a short distance, in the process, the second chamfer 1321 of the outlet pipe 132 is matched with the first chamfers of the first buckle plate 1221 and the second buckle plate 1222, the first buckle plate 1221 and the second buckle plate 1222 rotate to one side away from the upper bullet cavity for a certain angle, the air cylinder assembly 13 is pushed forward again, the third chamfer 1341 on the part 134 between the outlet pipe 132 and the air cylinder main body 131, the first chamfer of the first buckle plate 1221 and the first chamfer of the second buckle plate 1222 rotate outwards for a certain angle, and the part 134 between the air cylinder main body 131 and the outlet pipe 132 can enter the upper bullet cavity.
