Abstract
The invention provides an air-cooled refrigerator which comprises a refrigerator body, an air duct assembly and a timing reminding device. Wherein, the box body defines a storage space; the air duct assembly is arranged at the back of the storage space and detachably connected with the box body, and an air duct for supplying refrigerating airflow to the storage space is arranged in the air duct assembly. The timing reminding device is arranged on the box body, timing is started after the air duct assembly is fixed on the box body and the air-cooled refrigerator is powered on, so that the working time of the air duct assembly is counted, and prompt information is sent out after the working time of the air duct assembly exceeds preset time. The air duct assembly of the air-cooled refrigerator can be detachably connected with the refrigerator body, and the timing reminding device is arranged in the refrigerator body, so that the air duct assembly can send out prompt information after exceeding the preset time, the air duct assembly can remind a user of replacement after the efficiency of the air duct assembly is reduced, and the air duct assembly can keep efficient operation in the refrigerator.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of refrigeration equipment, in particular to an air-cooled refrigerator.
Background
Refrigerators have been widely used as an electric appliance that provides a low temperature environment to extend the shelf life of articles. However, when the refrigerator stores food, the food itself and its attached dirt may be oxidized and decomposed to cause odor in the refrigerator and microbial contamination.
The air channel is used as a main part for supplying refrigerating air flow to the storage space, and parts such as foam and the like are possibly arranged in the air channel, so that the parts can cause bacteria and mildew to pollute the refrigerating air flow due to overlong use time, the storage of food is influenced, and the service life of the refrigerator is greatly shortened. The air duct and the box body of the traditional refrigerator are complex in structure, and individual parts or the whole part cannot be replaced quickly conveniently and timely, so that the foam and other parts in the air duct are subjected to secondary pollution and peculiar smell generation due to the fact that bacteria grow and mildew after the air duct is used for a long time, and the use experience of the refrigerator is further influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
One object of the present invention is to provide an air-cooled refrigerator with a detachable air duct assembly.
It is a further object of the present invention to provide a timing reminder for counting the operating time of a duct assembly in an air-cooled refrigerator.
In particular, the present invention provides an air-cooled refrigerator comprising:
a case defining a storage space;
the air channel assembly is arranged at the back of the storage space and is detachably connected with the box body, and an air channel for supplying refrigerating airflow to the storage space is arranged in the air channel assembly;
the timing reminding device is arranged on the box body, starts timing after the air duct assembly is fixed on the box body and the air-cooled refrigerator is powered on, so as to count the working time of the air duct assembly and send out prompt information after the working time of the air duct assembly exceeds the preset time.
Optionally, a limit part is formed at the back of the box body;
timing reminding device includes:
the mounting box is used for limiting the containing cavity with an opening so as to be buckled on the limiting part through the opening cover;
the magnetic sensitive switch is arranged in the accommodating cavity;
the air duct assembly is also provided with a magnetic element at the position corresponding to the magnetic sensitive switch, and the magnetic sensitive switch is conducted under the action of the magnetic element after the air duct assembly is fixed on the refrigerator body and the air-cooled refrigerator is electrified.
Optionally, the mounting box comprises a bottom wall arranged opposite to the opening, and a supporting part formed by extending along the bottom wall;
the magnetic sensitive switch is arranged in the supporting part; and is
The edge of the supporting part is also provided with a plurality of fixing buckles so as to fix the magnetic-sensitive switch.
Optionally, the mounting box forms a flange at the opening, and the flange is attached to the box body when the mounting box cover is buckled on the limiting part.
Optionally, the timing reminding device further includes:
the timing module is electrically connected with the magnetic-sensitive switch and starts timing after the magnetic-sensitive switch is switched on so as to count the working time of the air duct assembly;
and the reminding module is in communication connection with the timing module and sends out reminding information after the working time of the air duct assembly exceeds the preset time.
Optionally, the air duct assembly comprises:
the air channel main body is arranged at the back of the storage space and is provided with an air channel for supplying refrigerating airflow to the storage space;
the air duct cover plate is covered and buckled on one side of the air duct main body facing the storage space so as to cover the air duct;
the magnetic element is arranged on the air duct main body at a position corresponding to the magnetic sensitive switch.
Optionally, at least one first fixing piece is arranged at the edge of the air duct cover plate;
the air duct main body is provided with a first fixing groove at a position opposite to the first fixing piece, so that the air duct cover plate and the air duct main body are detachably connected through the matching of the first fixing piece and the first fixing groove.
Optionally, at least one second fixing piece is arranged at the edge of the air duct cover plate;
the box is provided with the second fixed slot with the corresponding position department of second mounting to through the cooperation of second mounting and second fixed slot with wind channel apron and wind channel main part detachably install on the box.
Optionally, at least one latch structure facing the air duct main body is arranged at the edge of the air duct cover plate;
the box body is provided with a lock hole at a position opposite to the lock tongue structure, and the air duct cover plate and the air duct main body are detachably arranged on the box body through the matching of the lock tongue structure and the lock hole.
Optionally, the deadbolt structure includes:
the bolt locking seat is limited with an installation part, is arranged on one side of the air duct cover plate and is fixed on the air duct cover plate;
the lock tongue main part is arranged in the mounting part and can be arranged in the mounting part in a telescopic way;
the lock tongue cover plate is covered and buckled on the lock tongue main part.
The air duct assembly of the air-cooled refrigerator provided by the invention can be detachably connected with the refrigerator body, and the timing reminding device is arranged in the refrigerator body, so that the working time of the air duct assembly in the refrigerator can be counted, and further the air duct assembly can send out reminding information after exceeding the preset time, so that a user is reminded to replace the air duct assembly after the efficiency of the air duct assembly is reduced, the air duct assembly can keep high-efficiency operation in the refrigerator, and in addition, the secondary pollution and peculiar smell generation caused by the growth of bacteria and mildew due to overlong use time of foam or other components in the air duct assembly can be prevented.

The electronic sniffing instrument is used for testing the odor removing effect of the pickled vegetables in the refrigerator, the test result is shown in fig. 17, the abscissa in the odor component spectrogram of the refrigerator in fig. 17 is time (unit is min), and the ordinate is the odor content, and analysis shows that the odor removing efficiency of the sterilization and odor removing module 400 in the first 10 minutes is very high, and the odor removing effect approaches to be stable after ten minutes. In order to increase the specific adsorption to the peculiar smell molecules and the killing effect to microorganisms, nano silver ions can be added into the material, so that the module has the sterilization and antibacterial properties.
Secondly, the sterilization and odor removal module 400 is prepared based on bioactive materials;
the sterilization and odor removal module 400 prepared from bioactive materials refers to a module which is realized by taking substances with bioactive functions as bases as active ingredients, such as beneficial bacteria such as bifidobacteria and lactic acid bacteria, and extracts of plant active ingredients such as garlic essential oil, mustard essential oil, lemon essential oil and eucalyptus oil, such as eucalyptus oil, wherein the main ingredients of the module are 1, 8-cineole (more than 80%), camphene, phellandrene, terpineol, geraniol acetate, isovaleraldehyde, citronellal, piperitone and the like, and the module can be widely used for treating cold, influenza, dysentery, enteritis, arthralgia, cystitis, scald, mange, erysipelas, neurogenic dermatitis, eczema and carbuncle sore pyogenic infections. Therefore, they spread to the corners of the refrigerator compartment along with the wind circulation, and their own biological activities can act to kill microorganisms and remove odor gas.
