a power supply 204, an inductor 200, a terminal base 202 and a dial switch 203 are fixed in the rear cover 207; the power supply 204, the inductor 200 and the code pulling switch 203 are all connected with the terminal base 202; the terminal base 202 is connected with the plug 210; the plug 210 is inserted into the terminal holder 202 through the fifth through hole 20711 of the back cover plate 2071 by a power cord.
A power supply 204 is fixed at one end in the rear cover 207, an inductor 200 is arranged at the other end in the rear cover 207, and a dial switch 203 is arranged between the power supply 204 and the inductor 200.
The sensor controls the switch of the lamp, and when the ambient light is sufficient, the signal lamp can not be started even if the signal lamp is moved; when the ambient light is insufficient, the sensor detects that the mobile signal lamp is started; after a delay, the lamp will shut down if no movement signal is detected.
The second assembly 2 further comprises a code pulling fixing plate 205 and a code pulling sleeve 206, the code pulling switch 203 is fixed on the code pulling fixing plate 205, the code pulling fixing plate 205 is connected with the code pulling sleeve 206, and the code pulling sleeve 206 is fixed on the rear cover 207. The pull sleeve 206 is made of silica gel and is waterproof.
A plurality of mounting pieces 208 are fixed on the outer surface of the back cover plate 2071, or/and a plurality of mounting holes 211 are further formed on the back cover plate 2071;
the mounting plate 208 has a bore therein divided into three portions, a first portion 20811 of the bore and a second portion 20812 of the bore being connected by a third portion 20813 of the bore; the first portion 20811 of the aperture is larger in diameter than the second portion 20812 of the aperture; the axis of the third portion of aperture 20813 passes through the center of the first portion of aperture 20811, the axis of the second portion of aperture 20812 is perpendicular to the axis of the third portion of aperture 20813, the center of the second portion of aperture 20812 is on one side of the axis of the third portion of aperture 20813;
the hole 2081 on the mounting piece is of a key type, and the mounting hole 211 is semicircular.
The two ends of the mounting piece 208 are not on the same plane as the middle of the mounting piece 208, the two ends of the mounting piece 208 are respectively provided with an opening, and the openings at the two ends of the mounting piece 208 are fixed on the outer surface of the back cover plate 2071 through screws.
A first through hole 20721 is formed on the rear cover sidewall 2072, and a waterproof switch 201 is embedded in the first through hole 20721. The main body side wall 1043 is provided with a fourth through hole 10432, the fourth through hole 10432 is matched with the first through hole 20721, and the waterproof switch 201 is embedded at the junction of the first through hole 20721 and the fourth through hole 10432.
Example 2
The following is a detailed description of the mounting and positional relationship of the various components of the present invention, and the overall mounting process of the mirror front lamp, according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The first assembly 1 comprises a lampshade 100, a buckle 101, a lamp panel 102, a waterproof ring I103, a main body 104, a waterproof ring II 105 and a screw 106. Firstly, the waterproof ring I103 is arranged in the main body 104, the lamp panel 102 is fixed on the main body 104, the waterproof ring II 105 is arranged in the main body 104, the screw 106 is locked on the main body 104, and the lampshade 100 is buckled on the main body 104.
The second assembly 2 comprises an inductor 200, a waterproof switch 201, a terminal base 202, a code pulling switch 203, a power supply 204, a code pulling fixing plate 205, a code pulling sleeve 206, a rear cover 207, a mounting sheet 208, a waterproof ring III 209 and a plug 210. The dial-up sleeve 206 is placed on the rear cover 207 and fixed by the dial-up fixing plate 205, the dial-up switch 203 is fixed on the dial-up fixing plate 205, the power supply 204 is fixed on the rear cover 207, the inductor 200 is fixed on the rear cover 207, the terminal base 202 is fixed on the rear cover 207, the mounting plate 208 is fixed on the rear cover 207, the waterproof ring III 209 is fixed on the rear cover 207, the waterproof switch 201 is buckled on the rear cover 207, and the plug 210 penetrates through the waterproof ring III 209 and is connected onto the terminal base 202.
The second component 2 is arranged on the first component 1 and is locked by a screw 106 to achieve the waterproof effect; the pull sleeve 206 also serves as a waterproof function for the silica gel material.
The integral installation process of the mirror front lamp:
in the installation mode 1, the first gecko 302 is driven into the wall, the first installation screw 301 is locked into the first gecko 302, the installation piece 208 on the lamp is hung on the first installation screw 301, and the installation piece 208 is in a key ring shape, so that the lamp is prevented from falling off.
In installation mode 2, the screw 106 is unscrewed by the wrench 402, the rear cover 207 is taken out, the second gecko 401 is driven into the wall, the waterproof pad 404 is sleeved on the second installation screw 403, the rear cover 207 is fixed on the wall, and the screw 106 is locked by the wrench 402 to fix the lamp.

Claims (10)

1. An LED mirror front lamp, characterized by comprising a first component and a second component; the first assembly is connected with the second assembly in a matching way;
the first component comprises a lampshade, a buckle, a lamp panel and a main body;
the second assembly comprises a rear cover, an inductor, a waterproof switch, a code pulling switch, an installation sheet, a power supply, a terminal base and a plug;
the main body is cylindrical, the cross section of the main body is strip-shaped, and two ends of the strip-shaped are provided with radians;
the open ends of the main body are respectively a first open end and a second open end;
the buckle is positioned at the first opening end of the main body, and the opening end of the lampshade is clamped with the first opening end of the main body;
the rear cover comprises a back plate and a side wall, and a cylinder with an open end is enclosed and is connected with the main body in a matching way;
a power supply, an inductor, a terminal seat and a code pulling switch are fixed in the rear cover; the power supply, the inductor and the code pulling switch are all connected with the terminal base; the terminal base is connected with the plug;
a plurality of mounting pieces are fixed on the outer surface of the back plate of the back cover, or/and a plurality of mounting holes are also formed in the back plate of the back cover;
the mounting plate is provided with a hole which is divided into three parts, and the first part of the hole and the second part of the hole are connected by the third part of the hole; the first portion of the pores has a larger pore size than the second portion of the pores; the axis of the third portion of the hole passes through the center of the first portion of the hole, the axis of the second portion of the hole is perpendicular to the axis of the third portion of the hole, and the center of the second portion of the hole is on one side of the axis of the third portion of the hole;
and a first through hole is formed in the side wall of the rear cover, and a waterproof switch is embedded in the first through hole.

The LED mirror front lamp as claimed in claim 1, wherein the hole on the mounting plate is key-shaped, the mounting hole is semicircular, two ends of the mounting plate are not in the same plane with the middle of the mounting plate, two ends of the mounting plate are respectively provided with an opening, and the openings at the two ends of the mounting plate are fixed on the outer surface of the back plate of the back cover through screws.

The LED mirror front lamp of claim 1, further comprising a first waterproof ring, a second waterproof ring and a third waterproof ring, wherein the first waterproof ring is located in the main body and close to the first opening end, and the lamp panel is fixed in the main body; the second waterproof ring is positioned in the main body and is close to the second opening end; and the third waterproof ring is close to the back plate of the rear cover.
4. The LED mirror front lamp according to claim 3, wherein a fifth through hole is provided on the back plate of the back cover; and a third waterproof ring is arranged at the edge of the fifth through hole.
5. The LED mirror front lamp according to claim 4, wherein the plug is connected to the terminal block through a fifth through hole of the back plate of the rear cover by a power cord.
6. The LED mirror front lamp of claim 1, wherein the second assembly further comprises a dial switch fixed on the dial fixing plate and a dial sleeve connected with the dial sleeve, the dial sleeve fixed on the rear cover.
7. The LED mirror front lamp as claimed in claim 6, wherein a power supply is fixed at one end in the rear cover, an inductor is provided at the other end in the rear cover, and a dial switch is provided between the power supply and the inductor.
8. The LED mirror front lamp as claimed in claim 6, wherein the dial sleeve is made of silica gel.
9. The LED mirror front lamp according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of second through holes are provided in the rear cover side wall, a plurality of third through holes are provided in the main body side wall, the second through holes match with the third through holes, and the second assembly is fixed to the first assembly by screws passing through the second through holes and the third through holes.
10. The LED mirror front lamp as claimed in claim 1, wherein the side wall of the main body is provided with a fourth through hole, the fourth through hole is matched with the first through hole, and the waterproof switch is embedded at the junction of the first through hole and the fourth through hole.
