The working principle is as follows: through the remote control infrared ray transceiver 10, the driving power supply 71 is turned on, the driving gear 72 is driven to be turned on, the driving gear 72 is meshed with the gear ring 73, the rotating cylinder 74 is fixed with the connecting column 9 and rotates with the bottom plate 2 to drive the whole connecting column 9 and the display screen 1 to rotate in a direction, the angle of the display screen 1 is changed, the piston block 76 is meshed with the inner wall of the piston block in a threaded manner in the rotating process of the rotating cylinder 74 so as to move up and down, the piston block is matched with the sucking disc 75 to extrude the gas in the sucking disc 75, the sucking disc 75 is stably adsorbed on a placing surface, the display screen 1 is placed in an inclined state caused by instability in the rotating process, when the display screen 1 rotates, the universal wheel 61 plays a guiding role, the telescopic rod 112 is matched to expand and contract, the limiting ball 111 slides in the limiting groove 113 to continuously keep the connectivity between the limiting ball and the limiting ball 56 and the extending rod 52 are in extrusion contact with the placing surface in a stable state, meanwhile, the spring 53 is compressed, when the device is toppled, the extension rod 52 is vertically extended out of the outer ring frame 3 under the influence of the elastic force of the spring 53, in the moving process of the extension rod 52, the rack 54 is meshed with the driving gear 55 to drive the protection mechanism 4 to be started, under the driving of the driving gear 55, the two driving shafts 46 at the bottom of the display screen 1 drive the driving bevel gear 42 to rotate and be meshed with the transmission bevel gear 43, and the transmission bevel gear 43 is meshed with the driven bevel gear 45, so that the four protection layers 41 inside the outer ring frame 3 simultaneously rotate to the notches at the two sides of the outer ring frame 3 to protect the frame of the display screen 1, under the condition of no triggering, the sealing plate 44 is in sealing connection with the notch of the outer ring frame 3, the anti-collision airbag is inflated through the gas generator, and the toppled display screen 1 is protected.
