Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of aluminum alloy profiles, in particular to an inner filling heat insulation aluminum alloy profile.
Background
Aluminum alloy sections are the most widely used non-ferrous structural materials in industry, and have been widely used in the aviation, aerospace, automotive, machinery manufacturing, marine, construction, decoration and chemical industries. With the rapid development of scientific technology and industrial economy in recent years, the demand for aluminum alloy welded structural parts is increasing, and the weldability research of aluminum alloy is also deepened.
The aluminum alloy section lacks heat insulation filler, causes the aluminum alloy section to lack thermal-insulated function, has reduced aluminum alloy section's application range.
The aluminum alloy section bar that uses at present has certain defect, lacks convenient shutoff function, causes inconveniently to carry out the shutoff to hollow aluminum pipe for the intussuseption drops from hollow aluminum pipe inside easily, reduces the thermal-insulated effect of aluminum product. Therefore, the inner filling heat insulation aluminum alloy section is provided for solving the problems.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to make up for the defects of the prior art and solve the problems that the hollow aluminum pipe is inconvenient to plug due to the lack of a convenient plugging function, so that fillers are easy to fall off from the interior of the hollow aluminum pipe, and the heat insulation effect of the aluminum material is reduced, the invention provides an inner filling heat insulation aluminum alloy section.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: the invention relates to an internally-filled heat-insulating aluminum alloy profile which comprises an aluminum plate, a hollow aluminum pipe, sealing plates and an installation mechanism, wherein the hollow aluminum pipe is installed in the middle of the top end of the aluminum plate;
the installation mechanism comprises a square frame, a T-shaped round block, a sliding block and an L-shaped groove, the square frame is fixedly installed at one end, close to a hollow aluminum pipe, of the sealing plate, the outer wall of the square frame is attached to the inner wall of the hollow aluminum pipe, two T-shaped round blocks are symmetrically installed at the top end of the hollow aluminum pipe, a cylindrical groove is formed in the middle of the top end of the square frame, the bottom end of each T-shaped round block penetrates through the hollow aluminum pipe and extends into the cylindrical groove, two sliding blocks are symmetrically and fixedly installed on the annular side face of each T-shaped round block, two L-shaped grooves are symmetrically formed in the cylindrical groove, the sliding blocks are installed in the L-shaped grooves, return springs are installed on the annular side face of each T-shaped round block, two ends of each return spring are respectively attached to the top ends of the T-shaped round blocks and the top end of the hollow aluminum pipe, the T-shaped round blocks are pushed downwards, the T-shaped round blocks move downwards to drive the sliding blocks to move into the vertical grooves, when the sliding blocks move to the ends of the vertical grooves, rotate T type circle piece, T type circle piece rotates and drives the slider and remove and get into inside the transverse groove, and then with T type circle piece bottom joint inside the cylinder groove.
Preferably, the L-shaped groove consists of a vertical groove and a horizontal groove, two vertical grooves and two horizontal grooves are symmetrically formed in the cylindrical groove, and the bottom ends of the vertical grooves are communicated with the horizontal grooves; the structural design in L type groove is convenient for with slider joint inside the cylinder groove.

Preferably, a threaded hole is formed in the top end of the T-shaped round block, the bottom end of the threaded hole is communicated with the accommodating groove, a fastening bolt is installed inside the threaded hole, and the bottom end of the fastening bolt extends into the accommodating groove and is attached to the top end of the clamping block; and screwing the fastening bolt, moving the fastening bolt along the threaded hole, moving the fastening bolt to drive the clamping block to move into the clamping groove, extruding the first spring by moving the clamping block, and enabling the elastic force of the first spring to be convenient for moving and resetting the clamping block.

Preferably, a round through hole is formed in the top end of the interior of the hollow aluminum pipe, a T-shaped round block is mounted in the round through hole, two square grooves are symmetrically formed in the top end of the interior of the hollow aluminum pipe, and the size of each square groove is the same as that of each sliding block; the design of circular through-hole is convenient for the rotation installation of T type circle piece, and the design of square groove is convenient for accomodate the slider, is convenient for install square frame inside hollow aluminum pipe.
The invention has the advantages that:
1. according to the invention, the sealing plates are arranged at the front end and the rear end of the hollow aluminum pipe, so that the square frame is arranged in the hollow aluminum pipe, the bottom end of the T-shaped round block is aligned with the cylindrical groove at the moment, then the T-shaped round block is pushed downwards, the T-shaped round block moves downwards to drive the sliding block to move into the vertical groove of the L-shaped groove, when the sliding block moves to the end of the vertical groove, the T-shaped round block is rotated to drive the sliding block to move into the transverse groove, and further the bottom end of the T-shaped round block is clamped in the cylindrical groove, so that the installation of the square frame and the sealing plates is completed, and the problems that the hollow aluminum pipe is inconvenient to seal due to the lack of a convenient sealing function, the filler is easy to fall off from the inside of the hollow aluminum pipe, and the aluminum heat insulation effect is reduced are solved;
2. according to the invention, the round rod rotates to drive the rotating pin to rotate, the rotating pin rotates to drive the first magnetic block to move and adhere to the second magnetic block in an adsorption mode, the rotating pin rotates to extrude the torsion spring, the adsorption force between the first magnetic block and the second magnetic block is larger than the torsion force of the torsion spring, so that the round rod and the square block are fixed, the square block is aligned with the through groove up and down, when the square block completely penetrates through the through groove, the round rod is rotated reversely, the first magnetic block is separated from the second magnetic block, the rotating pin rotates to drive the round rod to rotate under the action of the torsion force of the torsion spring, the round rod rotates to drive the square block to rotate, the square block is adhered to the bottom end of the aluminum plate, the installation of the hollow aluminum pipe is completed, and the problem that the hollow aluminum pipe is inconvenient to disassemble, assemble and maintain from the aluminum plate is solved.

Referring to fig. 1-5, an internally-filled heat-insulating aluminum alloy profile comprises an aluminum plate 1, a hollow aluminum pipe 2, sealing plates 3 and a mounting mechanism, wherein the hollow aluminum pipe 2 is mounted at the middle position of the top end of the aluminum plate 1, the sealing plates 3 are symmetrically mounted at the front end and the rear end of the hollow aluminum pipe 2, and a heat-insulating material is filled in the hollow aluminum pipe 2;
the mounting mechanism comprises a square frame 4, T-shaped round blocks 5, sliding blocks 6 and L-shaped grooves 7, the square frame 4 is fixedly mounted at one end, close to the hollow aluminum pipe 2, of the sealing plate 3, the outer wall of the square frame 4 is attached to the inner wall of the hollow aluminum pipe 2, the two T-shaped round blocks 5 are symmetrically mounted at the top end of the hollow aluminum pipe 2, a cylindrical groove is formed in the middle of the top end of the square frame 4, the bottom end of the T-shaped round block 5 penetrates through the hollow aluminum pipe 2 and extends into the cylindrical groove, the two sliding blocks 6 are symmetrically and fixedly mounted on the annular side face of the T-shaped round block 5, the two L-shaped grooves 7 are symmetrically formed in the cylindrical groove, the sliding blocks 6 are mounted in the L-shaped grooves 7, a return spring 23 is mounted on the annular side face of the T-shaped round block 5, and two ends of the return spring 23 are respectively attached to the top ends of the T-shaped round block 5 and the hollow aluminum pipe 2; the during operation, install both ends around hollow aluminum pipe 2 with shrouding 3, make square frame 4 install inside hollow aluminum pipe 2, 5 bottoms of T type pipe are aligned with the cylinder groove this moment, promote T type pipe 5 downwards after that, T type pipe 5 moves down and drives inside the perpendicular inslot that slider 6 removed entering L type groove 7, when slider 6 removed to perpendicular inslot end, rotate T type pipe 5, T type pipe 5 rotates and drives inside the slider 6 removal entering transverse groove, and then with 5 bottoms of T type pipe joint inside the cylinder inslot, and then accomplish the installation of square frame 4 and shrouding 3, T type pipe 5 removes and extrudees return spring 23, the elasticity of return spring 23 is convenient for T type pipe 5 and slider 6's removal and resets.

A clamping groove 9 is formed in the top end of the inside of the square frame 4, the top end of the clamping groove 9 is communicated with the cylindrical groove, an accommodating groove is formed in the bottom end of the T-shaped round block 5, a first spring 10 is fixedly installed at the top end of the inside of the accommodating groove, a clamping block 8 is fixedly installed at the bottom end of the first spring 10, and the size of the cross section of the clamping block 8 is the same as that of the cross section of the clamping groove 9; during operation, when the slider 6 moves to the end of the transverse groove, the clamping block 8 is vertically aligned with the clamping groove 9 at the moment, the clamping block 8 is pushed, so that the bottom end of the clamping block 8 enters the clamping groove 9, the T-shaped round block 5 is fixed, and the T-shaped round block 5 is prevented from rotating.
The top end of the T-shaped round block 5 is provided with a threaded hole, the bottom end of the threaded hole is communicated with the accommodating groove, a fastening bolt 11 is arranged in the threaded hole, and the bottom end of the fastening bolt 11 extends into the accommodating groove and is attached to the top end of the clamping block 8; during operation, the fastening bolt 11 is screwed, the fastening bolt 11 moves along the threaded hole, the fastening bolt 11 moves to drive the fixture block 8 to move into the clamping groove 9, the fixture block 8 moves to extrude the first spring 10, and the elastic force of the first spring 10 facilitates the moving and resetting of the fixture block 8.

A torsion spring 16 is fixedly installed on the annular side face of the rotating pin 15, the outer side of the torsion spring 16 is fixedly installed inside the round hole groove, a first magnetic block 17 is fixedly installed on the annular side face of the rotating pin 15, a second magnetic block 18 is fixedly installed inside the round hole groove, and the first magnetic block 17 and the second magnetic block 18 are located on the same horizontal plane; during operation, the round rod 12 is rotated, the round rod 12 rotates to drive the rotating pin 15 to rotate, the rotating pin 15 rotates to drive the first magnetic block 17 to move to be attached to the second magnetic block 18 in an adsorption mode, the rotating pin 15 rotates to extrude the torsion spring 16, the adsorption force between the first magnetic block 17 and the second magnetic block 18 is larger than the torsion force of the torsion spring 16, the round rod 12 and the square 13 are further fixed in position, the square 13 is aligned with the through groove 14 up and down, when the square 13 completely penetrates through the through groove 14, the round rod 12 is rotated in the reverse direction, the first magnetic block 17 is separated from the second magnetic block 18, under the action of the torsion force of the torsion spring 16, the rotating pin 15 rotates to drive the round rod 12 to rotate, the round rod 12 rotates to drive the square 13 to rotate, the square 13 is attached to the bottom end of the aluminum plate 1, and the hollow aluminum pipe 2 is installed.
