Abstract

The invention discloses a method and a device for reinforcing an assembled concrete column, belonging to the related technical field of reinforced concrete structure reinforcement and comprising a reinforcing lath, a precast concrete slab and an outer cladding; cutting a groove on the surface of a concrete column to be reinforced along the axial direction of the column, and pouring a structural adhesive into the groove; inserting a portion of the reinforcement strip into the slot; pouring a structural adhesive into a reserved groove of the precast concrete plate, and uniformly coating the structural adhesive on the surfaces of the precast concrete plate and the concrete column to be reinforced; aligning the reserved groove of the precast concrete plate to the reinforcing lath for installation, and simultaneously attaching the precast concrete plate to the surface of the concrete column to be reinforced; the external surface of precast concrete slab is coated with structural adhesive and a multi-layer outer cladding is adhered around the surface. The concrete column can obviously improve the compression resistance and bending resistance bearing capacity of the concrete column, does not need complicated template engineering and large machinery, is convenient and fast to construct, and has wide engineering application prospect.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field related to reinforced concrete structure reinforcement, and particularly relates to a device and a method for reinforcing an assembled concrete column.
Background
Since the innovation of China is opened, infrastructure construction is rapidly developed for decades. Meanwhile, the demands for maintenance, reinforcement, repair, modification and the like caused by the large scale of infrastructure are increasing day by day, and the development of related structure reinforcement technology is greatly promoted.
The existing concrete press-bending member (column) reinforcing method mainly comprises the methods of cast-in-place concrete increase of column section, steel plate wrapping or Fiber Reinforced composite (FRP) restraint and the like. The methods have some disadvantages, for example, the method for enlarging the column section by cast-in-place concrete needs complicated template engineering and large-scale transportation and pouring equipment, the construction period is long, and the construction quality is difficult to control; the outer steel plate is rusted by steel; with only the encased FRP restraint, the column buckling bearing capacity lift is extremely limited.
Therefore, a more efficient and convenient concrete column reinforcing device and method are needed at present to solve the problems of inconvenience caused by concrete pouring on site in the concrete column reinforcement and limited improvement of the bending bearing capacity of the reinforced concrete column.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks and needs of the prior art, the present invention provides a device and a method for reinforcing an assembled concrete column, which is to attach a precast concrete slab and an outer cladding for restraining to the outer surface of the concrete column to be reinforced to improve its compressive load-bearing capacity, and to provide a reinforcing lath at the interface between the concrete column to be reinforced and the precast concrete slab to strengthen the connection therebetween and improve the bending load-bearing capacity of the column, thereby solving the technical problem of low bending load-bearing capacity of the existing concrete column.
To achieve the above objects, according to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a fabricated concrete column reinforcing method, including:
s100, cutting a groove on the surface of the concrete column to be reinforced along the axial direction of the concrete column, and pouring structural adhesive into the groove;
s200, inserting the inner side of the reinforcing lath into a pre-cut groove of the concrete column to be reinforced, and waiting for the outer side of the reinforcing lath to be bonded with a precast concrete plate;
s300, pouring structural adhesive into a reserved groove of the precast concrete plate, and uniformly coating the structural adhesive on the surfaces of the precast concrete plate and the concrete column to be reinforced; aligning the reserved groove of the precast concrete plate to the reinforcing lath for installation, and simultaneously attaching the precast concrete plate to the surface of the concrete column to be reinforced;
s400, coating structural adhesive on the outer surface of the precast concrete slab and adhering a plurality of outer cladding layers on the surface of the precast concrete slab.
The preformed groove on the precast concrete plate is formed by a prefabrication or field cutting method.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided an assembled concrete column reinforcement device comprising reinforcement battens, precast concrete panels, and an outer cladding;
the reinforcing laths are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the concrete column to be reinforced, and the inner sides of the reinforcing laths are embedded into the pre-cutting grooves of the concrete column to be reinforced;
the precast concrete plate is provided with a reserved groove matched with the reinforcing lath, and the outer side of the reinforcing lath is embedded into the reserved groove so that the precast concrete plate is attached to the outer surface of the concrete column to be reinforced;
the cladding is disposed around an outer surface of the precast concrete slab.
Preferably, structural adhesives are coated on the precut groove, the prepared groove, the outer surface of the concrete column to be reinforced, the inner surface and the outer surface of the precast concrete plate and the outer cladding surface to enable all the components to be tightly connected.
Preferably, the structural binder is an organic binder or an inorganic binder.
Preferably, the reinforcing plank is an FRP plank.
Preferably, the outer cover is FRP cloth.
Preferably, the FRP lath and the FRP cloth are made of one or more of carbon fiber, glass fiber, aramid fiber, basalt fiber, polyethylene terephthalate synthetic fiber, and polyethylene naphthalate synthetic fiber.
Preferably, the material of the precast concrete panel includes general concrete, high strength concrete, fiber concrete, rubber concrete, recycled concrete.

In general, compared with the prior art, the above technical solution contemplated by the present invention can achieve the following beneficial effects:
1. the fabricated concrete column reinforcing method provided by the invention solves the inconvenience caused by concrete casting in situ in the concrete column reinforcing, does not need large machinery and complex template engineering required by the concrete casting in situ, has short construction period, and is particularly suitable for the rapid reinforcing and performance improvement of the concrete column in disaster or in complex environments such as the field and the like.
2. According to the fabricated concrete column reinforcing device provided by the invention, the bending resistance bearing capacity of the concrete column and the shearing resistance of the interface of the original concrete column and the precast concrete plate are improved by embedding the reinforcing lath, the compression resistance bearing capacity of the concrete column is improved by arranging the precast concrete plate, the outer cladding layer provides integral restraint for the concrete column, and the integral reinforcing device can obviously improve the bending performance of the concrete column.
3. The reinforcing lath and the outer cladding layer in the assembled concrete column reinforcing device provided by the invention are both made of FRP materials, and the materials have the characteristics of light weight, high strength and corrosion resistance, and can obviously improve the reinforcing performance and the durability of the concrete column.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention. In addition, the technical features involved in the embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.
Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides a fabricated concrete column reinforcement device, which includes a reinforcement batten 1, a precast concrete slab 2 and an outer cladding 3. The concrete column to be reinforced and the precast concrete slab 2 are both provided with grooves, wherein the concrete column to be reinforced is a pre-groove cut along the axial direction of the column in the construction process, and the precast concrete slab 2 is a pre-groove in the manufacturing process or a pre-groove cut in the construction site.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the reinforcing lath 1 is axially arranged along the concrete column to be reinforced and partially embedded in the pre-cut groove, and another part of the reinforcing lath 1 is embedded in the pre-cut groove, so that the precast concrete plate 2 is attached to the surface of the concrete column to be reinforced after the installation is completed. In the embodiment of the invention, the precast concrete plates 2 are provided with a plurality of precast concrete plates 2, and the precast concrete plates 2 are ensured to completely cover the surface of the concrete column to be reinforced. An outer cladding 3 is also surrounded on the exterior of the precast concrete slab 2.
In further illustration, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the column to be reinforced may be a column with a rectangular cross section or a column with a circular cross section, and the reinforcing laths and the precast concrete plates are prefabricated and installed in a matching way according to the actual structural design of the column to be reinforced.
In one embodiment of the invention, the pre-cut groove, the outer surface of the concrete column to be reinforced and the inner and outer surfaces of the precast concrete plate 2 are coated with structural adhesive 4, so that the whole reinforcement device is firmly fixed with the concrete column to be reinforced. As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the structural adhesive 4 is one of an organic adhesive (e.g., resin) or an inorganic adhesive (high strength cement mortar).
In one embodiment of the invention, the reinforcing panel 1 is an FRP panel and the outer covering 3 is an FRP cloth. As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the material of the FRP panel and the FRP cloth is a material made of one or a combination of plural kinds of carbon fibers, glass fibers, aramid fibers, basalt fibers, polyethylene terephthalate (PET) synthetic fibers, polyethylene naphthalate (PEN) synthetic fibers.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the material of the precast concrete slab 2 is one of ordinary concrete, high strength concrete, fiber concrete, rubber concrete, recycled concrete or other suitable concrete, which is precast in a factory. It should be noted that the size of the precast concrete slab 2 can be determined according to actual needs of different projects, and the reserved groove corresponding to the position of the FRP lath can be reserved during pouring or cut on the construction site.
Another embodiment of the present invention also provides a method for reinforcing a fabricated concrete column, as shown in fig. 5, the method comprising the steps of:
s100, cutting a groove on the surface of the concrete column to be reinforced along the axial direction of the concrete column, and pouring a structural adhesive 4 into the groove;
s200, inserting one part of the reinforcing lath 1 into a pre-cut groove of the concrete column to be reinforced, and waiting for the other part of the reinforcing lath to be bonded with the precast concrete plate 2;
s300, pouring structural adhesive 4 into a reserved groove of the precast concrete plate 2, and uniformly coating the structural adhesive 4 on the surfaces of the precast concrete plate 2 and the concrete column to be reinforced; the reserved groove of the precast concrete plate 2 is aligned to the reinforcing lath 1 for installation, and the precast concrete plate 2 is attached to the surface of the concrete column to be reinforced;
s400, coating structural adhesive 4 on the outer surface of the precast concrete slab 2 and sticking a multi-layer outer cladding 3 on the surface of the precast concrete slab.
