1. the method comprises the following steps: producing a hard PVC base material by adopting a double-screw extruder, then attaching a PVC color film to the base material with waste heat through a guide roller, finally printing through an embossing roller, and controlling the tension of a feeding roller in the production process to control the stretching of the color film to be below 10%; finally, cooling by an upper fan and a lower fan, controlling the temperature of the large plate to be below 45 ℃, and then cutting and collecting the plate according to the set length;
step two: 200kg of primer coating is taken and introduced into a stirring device, simultaneously, a stirring paddle is started to maintain low-speed operation, and then 0.5kg of aluminum oxide powder is slowly added into the coating; when all the powder is dispersed in the paint, maintaining low-speed stirring for 0-2 min, and then rotating to high-speed stirring for 0-10 min to uniformly disperse the aluminum oxide powder in the primer paint;
step three: pouring 100kg of finish paint into another stirring device, starting a stirring paddle to keep running at a low speed, and slowly adding 0.5kg of aluminum oxide powder into the paint; when all the powder is dispersed in the paint, maintaining low-speed stirring for 0-2 min, and then rotating to high-speed stirring for 0-10 min, so that the aluminum oxide powder is uniformly dispersed in the finish paint;
step four: coating 5 primer, semi-curing and coating 2 surface paints, and curing;
step five: in order to control the upper and lower balance of the product, 1 back coating treatment of 10-50 g/m2 is added at the bottom of the product;
step six: the length of the large plate after coating treatment is controlled by a fixed-length saw, and the width of the large plate is controlled by a multi-blade saw; then grooving the small plates after cutting, replacing an original chamfering tool with a grinding wheel of 100-500 meshes, and grinding the product to form a bevel edge of 1.0-2.0 mm by adopting an edge grinding mode;
step seven: and (3) coating the prepared water-based pigment on the edge-ground position in the groove by spraying chamfering equipment, controlling the coating thickness to be 0.02-0.10 mm, and finally performing thermosetting treatment, drying the pigment, and then collecting and packaging.
