The implementation principle of the embodiment is as follows:
when the anti-counterfeiting bill is produced by the process, firstly, the colloid is poured into the high-speed stirring device 1, then sufficient light emitting particles are added according to the data of the anti-counterfeiting bill, and then the high-speed stirring is carried out, so that the light emitting particles can be uniformly distributed in the transparent colloid, and a usable anti-counterfeiting glue layer is formed; secondly, the anti-counterfeiting glue layer flows out downwards along the blanking channel 2, at the moment, the anti-counterfeiting glue layer is blown down from the blanking channel 2 by an air outlet of the blowing fan 8, the anti-counterfeiting glue layer of a strong wind carrier penetrates through the glue spraying long groove 6 and is attached to one end of the anti-counterfeiting layer paper, the anti-counterfeiting glue layer is further uniformly blown by the other air inlet of the blowing fan 8 along with the movement of the anti-counterfeiting layer paper, then the anti-counterfeiting layer paper penetrates out of the limiting groove 7, the rotary gluing roller 10 directly coats the viscose on the other end of the anti-counterfeiting layer paper, and meanwhile, a large amount of glue on the side end of the gluing roller 10 can be scraped through the glue scraping plate 11, so that only a small part of glue is left; step three, the anti-counterfeiting laminated paper continuously moves to penetrate between the two drying plates 14, and the drying plates 14 incompletely dry the two ends of the anti-counterfeiting laminated paper; step four, the anti-counterfeiting laminated paper continuously moves, penetrates between the two pressing rollers 20 together with the printing layer paper and the transparent layer paper, and is finally fixed on the roll 21, the roll 21 rotates at the moment, so that three layers of laminated paper are wound, the printing layer paper, the anti-counterfeiting laminated paper and the transparent layer paper are pressed together between the two pressing rollers 20, and simultaneously, the printing roller 27 prints on one side of the printing layer paper after pressing together, and finally, the printing layer paper, the anti-counterfeiting laminated paper and the transparent layer paper are wound on the roll 21; and step five, taking down the coiled anti-counterfeiting bill and the coil sleeve 22 together and fixing the coiled anti-counterfeiting bill and the coil sleeve on the lead-in roller 31, leading one end of the anti-counterfeiting bill out and fixing the anti-counterfeiting bill on the lead-out roller 30, starting the dotted line binding tool bit 32 to work, and inserting the top of the dotted line binding tool bit 32 into the nail inlet groove 34 of the rotary butting wheel 33 in a reciprocating mode so as to penetrate a row of small holes in the anti-counterfeiting bill.

Claims (8)
1. A production process of an anti-counterfeiting bill is characterized by comprising the following steps: pouring transparent colloid into a high-speed stirring device (1), and pouring a certain amount of reflective particles into the liquid transparent colloid to be uniformly stirred to form an anti-counterfeiting adhesive layer; step two, anti-counterfeiting coated paper is moved by the lower side of a high-speed stirring device (1), a blanking channel (2) inclined towards the upper side of the anti-counterfeiting coated paper is arranged at the lower end of the high-speed stirring device (1), a support frame (3) for the anti-counterfeiting coated paper to move and abut is arranged at the lower side of the blanking channel (2), a blowing fan (8) extending to the upper side of the blanking channel (2) is arranged at one side of the support frame (3), an air outlet of the blowing fan (8) points to a discharge outlet of the blanking channel (2) and points to the upper end of the anti-counterfeiting coated paper, limiting support plates (4) vertically extend upwards at two side ends of the support frame (3), a limiting strip (5) is horizontally arranged at one end of the two limiting support plates (4) close to each other, a limiting groove (7) for the anti-counterfeiting coated paper to pass is formed at the upper ends of the limiting strip (5) and the support frame (3), an adhesive spraying long groove (6) is formed between every two adjacent limiting strips (5), and an anti-counterfeiting adhesive layer is coated on the surface of the anti-counterfeiting coated paper through a discharge hole of the blanking channel (2); thirdly, the anti-counterfeiting coated paper coated with the anti-counterfeiting glue layer passes through the drying component (12) to be dried; fourthly, the printing layer paper, the anti-counterfeiting layer paper and the transparent layer paper are pressed and printed together through a compound press (18) and relevant data are printed on the surface of the printing layer paper; and step five, uniformly cutting the produced anti-counterfeiting bill through a cutting device (28).

A process for producing a security document according to claim 1 wherein: support frame (3) with be provided with rubberizing pond (9) between stoving subassembly (12), the upper end rotation in rubberizing pond (9) be provided with the butt in anti-fake coated paper is kept away from rubberizing roller (10) of anti-fake glue film one side, the downside end of rubberizing roller (10) is soaked in rubberizing pond (9), rubberizing pond (9) side is provided with and extends to rubberizing roller (10) one side and butt in rubberizing plate (11) of rubberizing roller (10) side.

A process for producing a security document according to claim 1 wherein: the drying component (12) comprises a vertical frame (13) supported on the ground and two drying plates (14) vertically arranged at the side end of the vertical frame (13) in a sliding manner, wherein the two drying plates (14) are respectively positioned at the upper side and the lower side of the anti-counterfeiting laminated paper.

A process for producing a security document according to claim 3 wherein: the drying device is characterized in that a vertical sliding groove (15) is formed in the middle of the vertical frame (13), one end of the drying plate (14) is inserted into the sliding groove (15), a plurality of positioning grooves (16) communicated into the sliding groove (15) are vertically and uniformly formed in one side end, far away from the drying plate (14), of the vertical frame (13), positioning rods (17) are introduced into the positioning grooves (16), and one ends of the positioning rods (17) are fixed to one end, inserted into the sliding groove (15), of the drying plate (14).

A process for producing a security document according to claim 1 wherein: the side end of the composite press (18) is rotatably provided with two feeding rollers (19), two pressing rollers (20) which are tightly attached to rotate, and a roll and a roller (21), wherein the two feeding rollers (19) are arranged one above the other, the transparent layer paper is wound on the upper side of the feeding rollers (19), the printing layer paper is wound on the lower side of the feeding rollers (19), the transparent layer paper, the anti-counterfeiting layer paper and the printing layer paper penetrate between the two pressing rollers (20) and are wound on the peripheral side end of the roll and the roller (21), and the side end of the composite press (18) is rotatably provided with a printing roller (27) which is abutted to the lower end of the printing layer paper between the pressing rollers (20) and the roll and the roller (21).

A process for producing a security document according to claim 5 wherein: the paper winding device is characterized in that a winding sleeve (22) is coaxially sleeved on the winding and roller (21), an insertion groove (23) is formed in the side end of the winding and roller (21), an insertion strip (24) inserted into the insertion groove (23) is arranged on the inner ring of the winding sleeve (22), a wedge-shaped paper fixing groove (25) is formed in the peripheral side end of the winding sleeve (22), and a paper fixing block (26) is inserted into the paper fixing groove (25).

A process for producing a security document according to claim 1 wherein: the cutting device (28) comprises a rack (29) supported on the ground, a guide-out roller (30) and a guide-in roller (31) which are arranged on the rack (29) in a parallel rotating mode, and a dotted line binding cutter head (32) which is located between the guide-in roller (31) and the guide-out roller (30) and moves in a reciprocating mode in the vertical direction.
8.
