The controller is arranged in the mounting seat 3, the scanning information of the image scanner 24 is transmitted to the controller, and the special position is identified after the processing of the controller. The controller is used as a control unit, and is electrically connected with the dehumidifying mechanism, the telescopic plate 16, the steam generator 14, the image scanner 24, the ironing assembly 18, the lifting mechanism 15 and the distance adjusting assembly 17 respectively, and the controller plans the moving track of the ironing assembly 18 in advance, wherein the moving track avoids a special position. If the ironing board cannot be avoided, the third telescopic motor 32 is controlled to drive one or more ironing bars 26 to move in a direction away from the fixed plate 25, so that a gap is formed on the ironing surface of the ironing assembly 18, and a special position passes through the gap to avoid contact with the ironing bars 26, so that the effect of further protecting clothes and the ironing assembly 18 is achieved.
Further, a plurality of steam holes are distributed on the right end surface of each ironing bar 26, and all steam holes are connected with the steam generator in a conducting way. Each ironing bar 26 is provided with an air inlet nozzle 33, the air inlet nozzle 33 being in communication with all steam holes of the ironing bar 26, while the air inlet nozzle 33 of each ironing bar 26 is in communication with the steam generator through a duct 39. The right end surface of each ironing bar 26 is covered with a heat conductive metal sheet 34, and the metal sheet 34 is provided with a vent hole 40 corresponding to the steam hole. The metal sheet 34 and the ironing sheet adopt a detachable connection mode, and the ironing sheet adopts low heat conductivity coefficient to play a role in heat insulation. And the metal sheet 34 has high heat conductivity, the metal sheet 34 is heated by high-temperature steam, the temperature of the whole metal sheet 34 is increased, and the ironing area is increased.
The principle of removing wrinkles, dehumidifying and drying in this embodiment is as follows:
the clothes are hung on the clothes-airing rod 36 in the cabinet body 1, and the corresponding mode, the drying mode or the drying ironing mode are selected on the cabinet door 2, wherein both modes comprise dehumidification. Taking a drying ironing mode as an example, the washed clothes have partial moisture, after being hung in the cabinet body 1, the clothes are firstly subjected to wrinkle removal treatment, the controller controls the second electric sliding block 23, the image scanner 24 scans one surface of the clothes to be ironed, and the controller identifies a special position according to data returned by the image scanner 24. The controller makes the expansion plate 16 extend out of the opening, and then the second electric sliding block 23, the first expansion motor 19 and the second expansion motor 20 drive the ironing assembly 18 to move according to the running track formulated by the controller, and the ironing mode is that the ironing assembly moves from top to bottom, loosens and returns to the original position after moving to the lowest point, and moves from top to bottom. Moving along the track to iron the whole clothes. Then the controller makes the heater 9 work, and the dehumidification mechanism also works simultaneously to dry clothes, thereby effectively avoiding moist air from being discharged into the room and playing a role in damp proofing.
In addition, a plurality of clothes can be hung in the cabinet body 1 simultaneously for ironing piece by piece, and in order to realize automatic movement of the positions of the clothes, the top wall in the cabinet body 1 of the embodiment is provided with a second sliding rail extending along the clothes airing rod 36, and the second sliding rail is positioned right above the clothes airing rod 36. The second slide rail is provided with a third electric slider provided with a fourth telescopic motor 35 facing downwards. The end of the telescopic rod of the fourth telescopic motor 35 is provided with an arc-shaped poking piece 38, the arc-shaped poking piece 38 is matched with the clothes-airing rod 36, the arc-shaped poking piece 38 stretches out to the upper surface of the clothes-airing rod 36 and is positioned beside a hook of the clothes-airing frame, and the telescopic rod of the fourth telescopic motor 35 pokes the clothes-airing frame to move along with the movement of the third electric sliding block. The ironing assembly 18 is located at the middle position of the cabinet body 1, and the controller firstly dials the clothes on the left side or the back side of the ironing assembly 18 to the other side through the second sliding rail and the fourth telescopic motor 35, and then dials the clothes to the ironing assembly 18 one by one for ironing. Finally, all the clothes are stirred and separated, the intervals between every two adjacent clothes are equal, the clothes are uniformly distributed, and quick drying is realized.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, in order to further improve the intelligentization degree, a water tank 41 is disposed above the steam generator 14 in this embodiment, and the water tank 41 supplies water to the steam generator 14, so that the steam generator 14 continuously generates high-temperature steam, and the problem of water shortage is avoided. Specifically, the water outlet of the water tank 41 is connected in conduction with the steam generator 14, and the water inlet of the water tank 41 is connected in conduction with the water inlet pipe 42. The water tank 41 is internally provided with a liquid level sensor 43 and the water inlet pipe 42 is provided with an electromagnetic valve 44, the liquid level sensor 43 and the electromagnetic valve 44 of the water tank 41 are respectively and electrically connected with the controller, the water inlet pipe 42 is communicated with an external water source, the electromagnetic valve 44 is matched with the liquid level sensor 43, and automatic water feeding of the water tank 41 is realized according to water level feedback.
The water outlet of the water collecting box 4 is provided with an electromagnetic valve 44, the electromagnetic valve 44 is inlaid in the water collecting box 4, part of the electromagnetic valve 44 is exposed, and the water outlet end of the electromagnetic valve 44 is spliced and communicated with an outer drain pipe 45 extending out of the mounting seat 3. The front of mount pad 3 is equipped with the mounting hole that is used for water catch box 4 male, the inside of the play water end of solenoid valve 44 is inlayed the waterproof circle 46 of silica gel, outer calandria 45 is fixed in the inside of mount pad 3 and outer calandria 45 insert the end and be sharp toper, inserts the mounting hole through water catch box 4, and then makes outer calandria 45 insert tightly in the waterproof circle 46 of silica gel. The inside of the water collecting box 4 and the inside of the water tank 41 are provided with a liquid level sensor 43, respectively. Also, the liquid level sensor 43 and the solenoid valve 44 of the water collecting box 4 are electrically connected to the controller, respectively, and automatic drainage of the water collecting box 4 is achieved through water level feedback. However, there may be no sewer or sewage drain pipe near the cabinet 1, the water collecting box 4 is pulled out manually to drain water periodically, and the electromagnetic valve 44 of the water collecting box 4 is always closed by manually draining water. In order to ensure that the connection between the outer drain pipe 45 and the water collecting box 4 is watertight, the outer drain pipe 45 adopts a plug-and-play connection mode, and when the water collecting box 4 is pulled out, the outer drain pipe 45 is separated from the electromagnetic valve 44 of the water collecting box 4; on the contrary, when the water collecting box 4 is inserted into the mounting opening, the outer drain pipe 45 is aligned with the water outlet end of the electromagnetic valve 44 and is inserted, and the outer drain pipe 45 is tightly wrapped by the silica gel waterproof ring 46, so that the water leakage prevention effect is achieved, and the automatic water drainage and manual water pouring can be used without mutual influence.

the water tank is arranged above the steam generator, the water outlet of the water tank is connected with the steam generator in a conducting way, and the water inlet of the water tank is connected with the water inlet pipe in a conducting way;
the water outlet of the water collecting box is provided with an electromagnetic valve, and the water outlet end of the electromagnetic valve is connected with an outer drain pipe extending out of the mounting seat in an inserting and connecting way; the front of the mounting seat is provided with a mounting opening for inserting the water collecting box, a silica gel waterproof ring is embedded in the water outlet end of the electromagnetic valve, the outer calandria is fixed in the mounting seat, the insertion end of the outer calandria is in a sharp cone shape, and the outer calandria is inserted into the mounting opening through the water collecting box, so that the outer calandria is tightly inserted into the silica gel waterproof ring; the water inlet pipe is provided with another electromagnetic valve, and the inside of the water collecting box and the inside of the water tank are respectively provided with a liquid level sensor;
the ironing assembly comprises a fixed plate and an ironing strip; the right surface of the fixed plate is provided with a plurality of ironing bars in parallel along the front-rear direction, the fixed plate is provided with a guide rod and a pull rod which are in one-to-one correspondence with each ironing bar, each ironing bar is provided with a through hole corresponding to the corresponding guide rod and pull rod, the tail end of the pull rod is provided with a limit boss, the middle part of the through hole corresponding to the pull rod is provided with a step surface matched with the limit boss, and the corresponding ironing bar is driven to move towards the direction of the fixed plate by the limit boss; a spring is sleeved outside each guide rod, and two ends of the spring are respectively propped against the space between the fixed plate and the ironing strip;
the distance adjusting assembly comprises a first telescopic motor and a second telescopic motor; the cylinder seat of the first telescopic motor is fixedly connected with the output end of the lifting mechanism, the cylinder seat of the second telescopic motor is fixedly connected with the telescopic rod of the first telescopic motor, and the telescopic rod of the second telescopic motor is fixedly connected with the ironing assembly; the first telescopic motor stretches along the front-back direction, and the second telescopic motor stretches along the left-right direction;
the left end of each pull rod penetrates through the fixed plate respectively, a third telescopic motor corresponding to each pull rod one by one is arranged on the left surface of the fixed plate, the telescopic rod of each third telescopic motor is fixedly connected with and parallel to a part of the pull rod correspondingly extending out of the fixed plate, and the distance between the fixed plate and the corresponding ironing strip is changed by the telescopic of the third telescopic motor;
each ironing strip is provided with two guide rods, and the two guide rods are respectively close to two ends of the ironing strip; the pull rod of each ironing strip is positioned between the two corresponding guide rods.
