Detailed Description
The invention is described in the following with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 3, in the present embodiment, an automotive lighting control system includes an on-board display screen 31 having a touch function, a microphone 32, an on-board host module 33, a headlight CAN control module 34, a headlight driving circuit module 35, a headlight power processing circuit 36, a headlight 37, and a headlight adjustment motor 38; the connection relationship of the modules is as follows:
the vehicle-mounted host module 33 is respectively connected with the vehicle-mounted display screen 31, the microphone 32 and the headlamp CAN control module 34. The headlight drive circuit module 35 is connected to the headlight CAN control module 34, the headlight power processing circuit 36, the headlight 37 and the headlight adjustment motor 38. The headlight 37 is connected to a headlight adjustment motor 38. The on-board display screen 31 is provided with a soft switch 31a for controlling the headlight 37.
In this embodiment, the operating principle of the vehicle lighting control system is as follows:
when the on-board host module 33 receives the headlight control signal sent by the soft switch 31a or receives the voice message of the headlight control signal input from the microphone 32, the on-board host module 33 sends the corresponding headlight control signal to the CAN bus. When the headlight CAN control module 34 receives a headlight control signal on the CAN bus, the headlight 37 is controlled by the headlight drive circuit module 35 to perform corresponding operations.
As shown in fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the vehicle-mounted host module 33 includes a first embedded computer 33b, an input interface 33a and a first CAN interface 33c respectively connected to the first embedded computer 33b, and a first CAN receiver connected to the first CAN interface 33 c.
As shown in fig. 5, in the present embodiment, the headlight CAN control module 34 includes a second embedded computer 34c, a headlight driving circuit module interface 34d and a second CAN interface 34b respectively connected to the second embedded computer 34c, and a second CAN receiver 34a connected to the second CAN interface 34 b.
In this embodiment, the command of the headlight related function is input via the soft switch 31a or the microphone 32 by voice via the input interface 33a to the first embedded computer 33b, for example, by clicking the "dipped headlight" soft switch on the vehicle-mounted display 31 or inputting the "dipped headlight" analog signal via the microphone by voice, when the first embedded computer 33b receives and converts the headlight input signal, the headlight input signal is transmitted to the first CAN receiver 33d via the first CAN interface 33c, and the first CAN receiver 33d is connected in parallel to the vehicle CAN network as a node of the vehicle CAN network.
In this embodiment, the input interface 33a is used to receive signals and send the signals to the CAN bus after being processed by the first embedded computer 33b, which is an input link of headlamp control information, and the input mode of the original combination switch and headlamp adjusting hard switch is optimized to be a soft switch or voice mode, so that the layout space is liberated, the headlamp control information is more intelligent and more convenient for function expansion, after all, the hard switch mode is adopted, the switch layout space and the position limit are met, only necessary functions CAN be arranged or some necessary functions CAN be added as much as possible, so that the basic requirements of users CAN be met, but the soft switch or voice mode input is not limited by the switch layout and the in-vehicle space, and the relevant functions of the lamp light CAN be expanded without limit (such as automatic headlamp cleaning, personalized contour light, headlamp movement or increasing exterior lighting lamps and the like), the soft switch placement position can be set according to requirements, such as placement on a vehicle-mounted host display screen, and placement on a secondary vehicle-mounted display screen. By adopting the soft switch or voice, the space is liberated, the function can be expanded infinitely, and meanwhile, the problems that the number of loops is large, the wiring harness is difficult to arrange and the wiring harness cost is high due to the fact that corresponding signals of the headlamp are in a hard wire mode are solved.
As shown in fig. 5, in this embodiment, the second CAN receiver 34a receives a request signal related to the headlight on the CAN bus and sends the execution condition and the failure condition of the headlight function to the CAN bus for the on-board display screen 31 to receive and display, and then the second CAN interface 34b inputs the received request signal to the second embedded computer 34c, and finally the second embedded computer 34c outputs a correspondingly processed digital signal to the headlight driving circuit module 35 through the headlight driving circuit module interface 34 d.
As shown in fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the power supply of the headlight driving circuit module 35 is from the headlight power supply processing circuit 36, the headlight driving circuit module 35 sends the execution request from the headlight CAN control module 34 to the headlight 37 (including the high beam and low beam inside the headlight, the contour light, the daytime running light, etc.) through a hard wire and implements the corresponding functions of lighting, switching, and rhythm, and the headlight driving circuit module 35 CAN output the headlight adjusting signal to the headlight adjusting motor 38 through a hard wire according to the requirement to implement the adjustment of the height and the turning of the headlight.
