The invention discloses a fixing mechanism for an injection needle and a needle cylinder, which comprises an injection needle positioning device and a needle cylinder screwing device, wherein the injection needle positioning device and the needle cylinder screwing device are respectively arranged at two sides of a conveying belt, and the injection needle positioning device and the needle cylinder screwing device are arranged in a manner of facing; the injection needle positioning device is used for clamping an injection needle, and the needle cylinder screwing device is used for clamping the needle cylinder and enabling the needle cylinder to rotate so as to realize screw connection with the injection needle. The invention realizes the mechanical automation of the assembly of the injection needle and the needle cylinder, greatly improves the assembly efficiency, improves the yield of finished product assembly and ensures that the standard of finished products is more uniform.

The needle cylinder rotating structure comprises a motor, a driving gear connected to the motor, a rack meshed with the driving gear and a plurality of rotating shafts meshed with the rack through driven gears, wherein finger cylinders are arranged on the rotating shafts and used for clamping the needle cylinder; the rack is connected with a guide rail fixed on the front seat and the rear seat through a guide block, and the motor drives the driving gear to rotate, so that the rack is driven to move along the direction of the guide rail, and the driven gear is driven to rotate.

referring to fig. 1 to 7, the present invention provides a fixing mechanism for a syringe needle and a syringe, including a syringe needle positioning device 1 and a syringe screwing device 2, wherein the syringe needle positioning device 1 and the syringe screwing device 2 are respectively disposed at two sides of a conveyer belt 3, and the syringe needle positioning device 1 and the syringe screwing device 2 are disposed opposite to each other; the injection needle positioning device 1 is used for clamping an injection needle 4, and the needle cylinder screwing device 2 is used for clamping the needle cylinder 5 and enabling the needle cylinder 5 to rotate so as to realize screw joint with the injection needle 4.
The injection needle positioning device 1 comprises a lifting cylinder 6 and a finger cylinder 7 connected with the lifting cylinder 6 and reciprocating along the stroke rod direction of the lifting cylinder 6, wherein the finger cylinder 7 is connected with a left clamp body 8 and a right clamp body 9 and enables the left clamp body 8 and the right clamp body 9 to move along opposite directions or opposite directions, so that the injection needle 4 is clamped or loosened by the left clamp body 8 and the right clamp body 9.
The syringe screwing device 2 comprises a front cylinder 16, a rear cylinder 16, a front seat 17 and a rear seat 17 which are driven by the front cylinder 16 and the rear cylinder 16 and move along the front-rear direction, and a syringe rotating structure 18 connected to the front seat 17 and the rear seat 17, wherein the front cylinder 16 and the rear cylinder 16 enable the front seat 17 and the rear seat 17 to move towards the direction of the injection needle 4, and the syringe 5 and the injection needle 4 are in threaded connection through the syringe rotating structure 18.
The needle cylinder rotating structure 18 comprises a motor 19, a driving gear 20 connected to the motor 19, a rack 21 meshed with the driving gear 20 and a plurality of rotating shafts 23 meshed with the rack 21 through driven gears 22, finger cylinders 7 are arranged on the rotating shafts 23, and the finger cylinders 7 are used for clamping the needle cylinder 5; the rack 21 is connected with the guide rail 14 fixed on the front and rear seats 17 through the guide block 15, and the motor 19 drives the driving gear 20 to rotate, so that the rack 21 is driven to move along the direction of the guide rail 14, and the driven gear 22 is driven to rotate.
The motor 19 is a servo motor.
The operating principle of the injection needle and syringe fixing mechanism of the present invention is explained as follows:
