Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an in-situ injection technology system used in the technical field of environmental remediation, in particular to a mobile double-fluid injection integrated system for remedying soil and underground water pollution of low-permeability stratum.
Background
China has long regarded the petrochemical industry as an important pillar industry. The petrochemical enterprises have the characteristics of large water consumption, large water discharge, transportation requirements on raw materials and products and the like, so that the petrochemical enterprises have the layout characteristics of facing the sea, the river and the lake. In which there are dozens of thousands of chemical enterprises along the bank of the Yangtze river, and the economic zone of the Yangtze river bears 30% of petrochemical industry in China on 21% of land. The problems of possible pipeline and storage tank leakage or wastewater discharge in the chemical industry can cause serious pollution to soil and underground water, the related main pollutants comprise petroleum hydrocarbon, benzene series, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon, phenols, chlorinated hydrocarbon and the like, and the substances can cause serious harm to health after entering human bodies.
The conventional remediation method for the pollution in the petrochemical site is in-situ remediation. Compared with ex-situ remediation, in-situ remediation does not involve soil or underground water dredging/pumping out, transportation and storage, can reduce remediation cost and effectively prevent secondary pollution, and is also suitable for sites unsuitable for large-scale excavation. The in-situ injection repairing technology included in the in-situ repair refers to the purpose of repairing soil or underground water by injecting and adding a specific repairing medicament to react with underground pollutants and converting the pollutants into non-toxic or low-toxic substances. Compared with other in-situ repair technologies, in-situ injection has the outstanding advantages of high efficiency, wide application range and the like.
The conventional in-situ injection technology adopted in the soil and underground water remediation engineering mainly comprises direct-pressure high-pressure injection and injection well injection, and is mainly suitable for pollution remediation of soil and underground water in a saturated zone. The direct-pressure high-pressure injection is to inject a prepared liquid medicament into a polluted soil layer through an injection pump by directly pressing the liquid medicament into an underground injection rod for repairing. The injection of injection well is for setting up the injection well in the restoration region, and liquid remediation medicament gets into the contaminated soil layer through the injection well under the pressure of syringe pump and realizes polluting the restoration. The disadvantages of these conventional injection techniques are: the method mainly relies on pores and cracks in soil layers as channels to disperse and repair the medicament and helps the medicament to further diffuse through underground water flow, so that the method is mainly suitable for uniform and high-permeability saturated zone strata.
Areas of the economic zone of Yangtze river in China gathered by petrochemical enterprises have the characteristics of low soil permeability, more adhesive/interlayer, shallow underground water level and poor permeability. If conventional injection techniques are used, the function of the remediation agent will be primarily to areas of high hydraulic conductivity due to the presence of preferential flow pathways and the remediation effect will be primarily limited to highly permeable formations. The pollutants remained in the low-permeability soil layer can slowly diffuse into the high-permeability soil layer due to the concentration gradient, become long-term secondary sources of the pollutants, inhibit the repairing effect and cause tailing of repairing work and even rebound. Diffusion of contaminants in low permeability zones can be as long as years to decades, and inclusion of low permeability and high permeability formations in the land mass makes the defect more pronounced, which also greatly increases the difficulty of overall repair.
In the Chinese invention patent 'soil and groundwater in-situ injection-high pressure jet grouting injection in-situ remediation system and method' with the application number of 201610464626.7, a technology for in-situ injection by using a high pressure jet grouting method for foundation treatment in the field of rock and soil is provided, so as to solve the problem of in-situ injection in low permeability areas. The injection device has the problems that the required injection pressure is high (25-30 Mpa), the requirement on equipment is high, and certain danger exists in the field operation process; the damage to the soil body structure can be caused, the bearing capacity of the soil body can be greatly reduced, and the effect on partial shallow soil layers is limited; the injection flow is large, so that slurry return and slurry outflow are easily caused, and medicament waste and secondary pollution are caused; when the equipment moves, all parts of the system need to be frequently disassembled and assembled.
