Abstract
The invention discloses an adjustable sealing compensation injector which comprises an injector cylinder body, wherein a piston rod is connected in the injector cylinder body in a sliding manner, the piston rod is connected with a fixed connector through threads, a sliding hole is formed in the periphery of the fixed connector, a thrust rod is installed in the sliding hole, the other side of the fixed connector is connected with an inverted connector through threads, the inverted connector is provided with a groove, a rubber ring is installed in the groove, an extrusion flat gasket is movably connected to one side of the rubber ring of the inverted connector, and the inverted connector is connected with a piston. The invention has the beneficial effects that: the axial compression amount of the rubber ring can be controlled through the screwing size of the fixed connector and the piston rod, and further the radial compression amount of the rubber ring is controlled, so that the degree of tightness of the piston and the injector cylinder body can be adjusted, the problems that sealing compensation is not available and the piston head is prone to failure in the first solution can be solved, and the problems that the fixed sealing compensation piston head in the second solution is prone to scratching and sealing compensation amount is difficult to control in the stage that the fixed sealing compensation piston head enters the cylinder body can also be solved.

This is the contradiction of this scheme, and the volume of compressing of O type circle is difficult to control accurately.
