Description

Multifunctional chronic wound nursing dressing change cart
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical equipment, in particular to a multifunctional chronic wound nursing dressing change cart.
Background
After the body is injured or damaged by the tissue after suffering from the trauma, the wound or wound surface is usually an acute wound, such as superficial skin trauma, phase-selective operation incision, II degree burn and scald wound, donor skin wound and the like. In contrast, chronic wounds have a wound healing process that is hindered by wound infection, foreign body residue, and the like, and the healing time exceeds two weeks. The wound surface has heavy injury degree, large range and more slippery tissues, is often accompanied by infection, and the wound surface often stagnates in growth and does not heal for a long time at a certain stage. Therefore, clinical management measures for chronic wounds often require complex treatment. The repair of chronic wounds is a more complex process, often manifested as a pathological healing process that is arrested or continues to deteriorate, so healing of chronic wounds is often referred to as pathological healing. Factors affecting wound healing mainly include age, general nutritional status, basic disease, obesity, drugs, radiotherapy, smoking, psychological state and other general factors, and local factors include wound infection, growth factors, cell phenotype change, local hypoxia, matrix metalloproteinase action, wound local treatment measures and wound temperature and humidity. Where proper treatment promotes wound healing, inappropriate topical wound treatment will greatly affect wound healing. Therefore, understanding the pathophysiology of wound healing, familiarity with the effects of various factors on the healing process, and selecting the most rational treatment regimen for different types of wounds is crucial. Therefore, dressing change is one of the important clinical treatment measures for promoting wound healing for different types of chronic wounds, and is also one of the important tasks in surgical care. The chronic wound patients are seen anywhere in the medical treatment process, whether in wards or outpatients of hospitals at all levels or in community clinics at home, and the dressing change work of the patients is very important. The dressing change cart with good functions is a good guarantee that the clinical nursing and treatment work can be smoothly carried out. The dressing change cart can be used for loading nursing dressing change tools and materials, is convenient for medical staff to operate, can ensure that the medical staff can not directly contact medical supplies and patients at the same time, and can prevent cross infection and pollution to the medical supplies.
For example, chinese patent publication No. CN208770254U discloses a multifunctional dressing change cart for chronic wound care. The multifunctional chronic wound nursing dressing change cart comprises a cart body and wheels, wherein the cart body sequentially comprises a dressing layer, an operation layer, a cleaning layer and a collection layer from top to bottom, all the layers are connected through a support rod, and the wheels are arranged at the bottom end of the support rod; the dressing change cart is suitable for placing medical articles such as different chronic wound dressings and the like in order and is convenient to take; the operation table can ensure the safe and aseptic dressing change of the chronic wound; the cleaning layer can facilitate the disinfection and cleaning of medical staff, and the like. However, the multifunctional chronic wound nursing dressing change cart still has the following technical defects: the dressing change cart still adopts the traditional drawer type medical article storing and taking mode, namely, the required medical articles are respectively placed in the storage spaces of the multiple layers of drawer type; when medical staff needs to take out or store various types of medical supplies, the medical staff needs to continuously bend down to take out the medical supplies in the drawers in the dressing change trolley, so that the working strength of the medical staff is greatly increased, and the efficiency of taking and using the medical supplies is low.
Furthermore, on the one hand, due to the differences in understanding to the person skilled in the art; on the other hand, since the inventor has studied a lot of documents and patents when making the present invention, but the space is not limited to the details and contents listed in the above, however, the present invention is by no means free of the features of the prior art, but the present invention has been provided with all the features of the prior art, and the applicant reserves the right to increase the related prior art in the background.

When the medical supplies are initially stored in the storage unit 1, the control unit 5 may assign the types and the numbers of the supplies that can be stored in the sub-storage units 102 by assigning the addresses of the sub-storage units 102 included in the storage unit 1 to the classification numbers according to the distribution of the sub-storage units 102 included in the storage unit 1. For example, the classification result for the first sub-memory unit 102 located in the fourth memory layer in the memory unit 1 may be in the form of: a41 — B33 — C2, where a41 denotes a position of the corresponding sub storage unit 102 that the medical supply needs to be stored in or retrieved from storage unit 1, a denotes a medical supply storage position, and 41 denotes the first sub storage unit 102 of the fourth storage tier; b indicates the type of medical product transported by the current transport unit 3, and 33 indicates a specific medical product type code; c represents the number of medical supplies of the type to be taken out or stored when the sub-transport unit 3 is used. Preferably, the addresses of the sub-memory units 102 can also be classified and coded manually. Preferably, the addresses of the sub-memory units 102 can also be classified and coded in other ways. Preferably, the sub storage unit 102 stores only medical supplies belonging to the same category. The setting mode of the classification numbers can be flexibly set according to the actual scene requirements. Preferably, the first sub-memory unit 102 of each storage layer can be flexibly selected according to actual scene requirements, for example, the leftmost sub-memory unit 102 of each storage layer of the storage portion 1 is selected as the first sub-memory unit 102 of the storage layer.
According to a preferred embodiment, the carrying element 301 is provided with at least one first pushing element 307. In the case where the carrying element 301 has been transferred to the plane of the sub-storage unit 102 corresponding to the data command and the first pushing element 307 can receive the pushing command sent by the control part 5, the first pushing element 307 can push the medical product located on the carrying element 301 into the sub-storage unit 102 corresponding to the data command.
Preferably, the pushing instruction may be defined as the medical supply carried by the carrying element 301 being pushed out of the carrying element 301 or the corresponding sub-storage unit 102 by the control part 5 to the first pushing element 307.
Preferably, the position where the carrying element 301 is transferred to the sub storage unit 102 corresponding to the data instruction may be defined as that the carrying element 301 is transferred to the storage layer where the sub storage unit 102 corresponding to the data instruction is located by the first motor 303 and/or the second motor 305 based on the data instruction received by the control part 5, and the first pushing element 307 on the carrying element 301 faces the sub storage unit 102 corresponding to the data instruction.
Preferably, the operation platform may be provided with an identification module at a position facing the access opening, wherein the identification module can be used for identifying the type and/or the number of the medical supplies.
In case the control unit 5 is able to receive commands entered by the medical staff via the input unit 4 (e.g. via a touch screen, keyboard input, etc.), the medical staff places the respective medical supplies on the carrier element 301 connected to the central transfer shaft 302. The carrier member 301 may then be located in the plane of the operating platform. Then, the type and number of the medical supplies on the carrying element 301 located on the plane of the operation platform part 2 are identified by the identification module, or the type and number of the medical supplies to be stored can be input by the medical staff through the input part 4. Then, the control unit 5 automatically generates a storage address of the sub-storage unit 102 capable of storing the medical product based on the identified type of the medical product and/or the identified type of the medical product. Then, the control unit 5 controls the first motor 303 and the second motor 305 to transfer the medical product to be stored on the carrying element 301 to the sub storage unit 102 corresponding to the storage address through the carrying element 301 connected to the central transfer shaft 302. When the identification module identifies the category of the medical product, for example, the medical product is B33, i.e., the first dressing. The control section 5 automatically generates or recognizes the stored information of the first dressing: a41 — B33 — C2, where a41 denotes a position of the corresponding sub storage unit 102 that the medical supply needs to be stored in or retrieved from storage unit 1, a denotes a medical supply storage position, and 41 denotes the first sub storage unit 102 of the fourth storage tier; b indicates the type of medical product transported by the current transport unit 3, and 33 indicates a specific medical product type code; c represents the number of medical supplies of the type to be taken out or stored when the sub-transport unit 3 is used.
Preferably, the medical staff or other staff members can manually set the address of the corresponding kind of medical supplies stored in the corresponding sub-storage unit 102 in advance through the control section 5. For example, a first dressing may be stored in a first sub-storage unit 102 of the fourth storage layer, i.e. the storage location of the first dressing corresponds to a41, the kind of the first dressing corresponds to B33 and the number of the first dressings corresponds to C2. According to the above method, the control unit 5 can sequentially store the required medical supplies in the storage unit 1.
Preferably, the medical staff can also manually store the corresponding medical supplies in each sub-storage unit 102 in the storage part 1.
Particularly preferably, the medical supplies to be stored can be automatically stored by the cooperation of the identification module with the transport section 3 or the like.
According to a preferred embodiment, at least one second push element 103 is arranged inside the sub storage unit 102. In the case where the control unit 5 has moved the carrier member 301 to the sub storage unit 102 corresponding to the data instruction according to the data instruction, the second pushing member 103 can push the number of medical supplies corresponding to the data instruction in the sub storage unit 102 corresponding to the data instruction into the carrier member 301 based on the data instruction for taking out the medical supplies input by the medical staff through the input unit 4.
Preferably, the control unit 5 moves the carrying element 301 movably connected to the central transfer shaft 302 to the sub-storage unit 102 corresponding to the data command or the storage layer where the sub-storage unit 102 is located based on the data command input by the medical staff through the input unit 4 to take out the corresponding medical product. Preferably, the second pushing element 103 may be disposed at a side of the sub storage unit 102 away from the central transfer axis 302. Preferably, the second pushing element 103 can control the distance of the second pushing element 103 pushed out of the sub storage unit 102 of the second pushing element 103 through the third motor, so as to push the medical supplies of the type and quantity corresponding to the data instruction into the carrying element 301 based on the data instruction received by the second pushing element 103 from the control portion 5. Preferably, the second pushing element 103 may also implement pushing the medical supplies corresponding to the data instructions into the carrying element 301 in other ways. Preferably, after the sub-storage unit 102 pushes a corresponding number of medical supplies of a corresponding kind as needed into the carrier member 301, the control section 5 controls the first motor 303 and/or the second motor 305 to move the carrier member 301 to the access port of the operation platform section 2 for the medical staff to take.
For example, the control portion 5 may control the first motor 303 and the second motor 305 to move the carrying element 301 to the position right in front of the sub storage unit 102 corresponding to the data command through the central transfer shaft 302 according to the data command received by the input portion 4, that is, the first pushing element 307 points to the second pushing element 103 in the same plane; then, the second pushing element 103 movably connected to the sub-storage unit 102 pushes the medical supplies of the type and quantity corresponding to the data command in the sub-storage unit 102 to the carrying element 301 connected to the central transfer shaft 302 according to the data command received from the input unit 4.
