In an embodiment of the present invention, the through hole H20 on the pivot portion 201 includes a first through hole section H20a and a second through hole section H20b, the first through hole section H20a is located on a side adjacent to the pivot base 103, and the second through hole section H20b has a smaller diameter than the first through hole section H20a, so that a step surface S20 is formed between the first through hole section H20a and the second through hole section H20b, and a plurality of positioning holes 201a are circumferentially arranged on the step surface S20 at intervals.
The second gear ring member 112 includes a cylindrical portion 112b and a second gear ring portion 112a disposed at one end of the cylindrical portion 112b, the cylindrical portion 112b is inserted into the first through hole segment H20a, a positioning portion 112c protruding in a radial direction is disposed at the other end of the cylindrical portion 112b, the positioning portion 112c cooperates with the positioning opening 201a to form a circumferential fixation, and the second gear ring portion 112a is adapted to be meshed with the first gear ring portion 111 b.
In this embodiment, the cylindrical portion 112b of the second ring gear member 112 is mounted in the first through hole section H20a, and is provided with a positioning opening 201a on the step surface S20, and the second ring gear member 112 and the pivot portion 201 can be fixed relatively in the circumferential direction by the positioning opening 201a being engaged with the positioning portion 112c of the second ring gear member 112. In addition, during assembly, the second ring gear member 112 can be assembled by mounting the second ring gear member 112 with the outer side from the second through hole section H20b toward the first through hole section H20a, which is convenient and simple to assemble.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the second gear ring member 112 is provided with a sliding hole H112 penetrating in an axial direction, and the pressing member includes a top pin 113 and an operation button 114, wherein the top pin 113 includes a top pin head 113a and a rod portion 113b, the top pin head 113a is located between the first gear ring member 111 and the second gear ring member 112, and the top pin head 113a has a diameter larger than that of the rod portion 113b, so that the top pin head 113a is blocked by the second gear ring member 112, and the rod portion 113b is connected to the top pin head 113a and extends in a direction away from the pivot base 103. The operation button 114 is movably disposed in the second through hole section H20b and connected to the lever portion 113b, so that a user can operate the operation button to drive the top pin 113 to move to one side of the pivot base 103.
That is, the shaft portion 113b of the knock pin 113 is slidably disposed in the sliding hole H112 of the second gear ring member 112, and the end of the shaft portion 113b adjacent to the first gear ring member 111 is provided with a knock pin head 113a, wherein the diameter of the knock pin head 113a is larger than that of the shaft portion 113b, so as to prevent the knock pin 113 from being pulled out from the sliding hole H112 to a side far from the first gear ring member 111. The end of the lever portion 113b remote from the first ring gear member 111 is connected to the operation button 114 after penetrating from the outside of the second ring gear member 112. When in use, the push button 114 can be operated to push the top pin head 113a of the top pin 113 to push the first gear ring member 111 to move into the pivot seat 103 to be separated from the second gear ring member 112, so that the structure is simple, the assembly of the pressing member is convenient, and the pushing of the pressing member to the first gear ring member 111 is ensured to be reliable and stable.
Advantageously, the pressing member further includes a second elastic member 116, where the second elastic member 116 is located in the second through hole section H20b, one end of the second elastic member 116 abuts against the step surface S20, and the other end of the second elastic member 116 abuts against the operation button 114.
When the operation button 114 is pressed, the second elastic member 116 is compressed, the ejector pin 113 pushes the first gear ring member 111 to be separated from the second gear ring member 112, the first elastic member 115 is compressed, when the operation button 114 is released, the first elastic member 115 and the second elastic member 116 are reset, the ejector pin 113 can be ensured to be quickly reset through the action of the second elastic member 116, and then the first gear ring member 111 and the second gear ring member 112 can be quickly restored to the engaged state, so that the reliability and stability of the cooperation of the first gear ring member 111 and the second gear ring member 112 are improved.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the host 10 is further provided with a rechargeable battery 104 for providing power to the host 10, so that the blood pressure measuring device is more convenient to use, can be used after being charged, and does not need an external power supply.

The ultrasonic probe is arranged on the bottom surface and is used for transmitting ultrasonic waves to the brachial artery area on the arm and receiving echo signals of the brachial artery area;
The display screen is arranged on the top surface and used for displaying blood pressure data obtained by the host according to the echo signal processing;
Two side surfaces of the host are respectively provided with a pivot seat, and one end of each clamping strap is provided with two opposite pivot parts; the pin joint seat is arranged between the two pin joint parts, and each pin joint part is pivotally connected with the pin joint seat through one self-locking mechanism;
The self-locking mechanism comprises a first gear ring piece, a second gear ring piece and an unlocking piece, and the first gear ring piece and the pivoting seat are fixed relatively in the circumferential direction; the second gear ring piece is circumferentially and relatively fixed with the pivoting part, and is meshed with the first gear ring piece; the unlocking piece is arranged on the pivoting part and is used for driving the first gear ring piece to be separated from the second gear ring piece so as to release the engagement of the first gear ring piece and the second gear ring piece;
The unlocking piece comprises a first elastic piece and a pressing piece, wherein the first elastic piece is arranged in the pivot seat and is positioned between the two first gear ring pieces and is used for providing elastic acting force for forcing the first gear ring pieces to move towards the second gear ring pieces so that the first gear ring pieces are kept meshed with the second gear ring pieces; the pressing piece is arranged on the pivoting part and extends into the pivoting seat to prop against the first gear ring piece so as to drive the first gear ring piece to be separated from the second gear ring piece through the pressing piece;
The pivot seat is provided with a pivot hole penetrating along the horizontal direction, the pivot hole comprises a middle section and end sections positioned at two sides of the middle section, the cross section of the middle section is positioned in a polygon, and the cross section of the end sections is circular; the first gear ring piece comprises a prism portion and a first gear ring portion arranged at one end of the prism portion, the prism portion is inserted into the middle section to form circumferential positioning, the first gear ring portion is meshed with the second gear ring piece, and the pressing piece is abutted against one end of the prism portion;
The through hole on the pivoting part comprises a first through hole section and a second through hole section, the first through hole section is positioned at one side adjacent to the pivoting seat, the diameter of the second through hole section is smaller than that of the first through hole section, so that a step surface is formed between the first through hole section and the second through hole section, and a plurality of positioning ports are circumferentially arranged on the step surface at intervals;

The operation button is movably arranged in the second through hole section and connected with the rod part so as to be operated by a user to drive the ejector pin to move to one side of the pivot seat;
the pressing piece further comprises a second elastic piece, the second elastic piece is located in the second through hole section, one end of the second elastic piece abuts against the step surface, and the other end of the second elastic piece abuts against the operation button;
the host is also provided with a rechargeable battery for providing power for the host.
