Abstract
The invention provides a production process of an air fiber cushion, which comprises the steps of mixing and stirring, heating and melting, extruding filament, cooling and shaping, flattening and cutting, sleeving and sealing, wherein the mixture obtained in the heating and melting step is added into a single-screw extruder, the front end part of the extruder is provided with a plurality of spinning dies, the spinning dies are provided with a plurality of nozzles, one end of each spinning die provided with the plurality of nozzles is vertically downward to continuously extrude the filament, one third of the nozzles at two ends of the upper edge of each spinning die are arranged to be 8-15mm in distance between every two adjacent rows of nozzles, and the middle third of the nozzles are arranged to be 6mm in distance between every two adjacent rows of nozzles. The invention has the advantages of good air permeability, good support property and the like.

Background
With the progress of science and technology, comfort of life is increasingly pursued. The cushion and the mattress are most contacted by people in one day, so the cushion and the mattress have high requirements on comfort and health.
The existing cushion or mattress has the defects of poor air permeability, insufficient support property and the like, but the adoption of sponge materials can cause poor resilience and easy surface depression; the spring is adopted for manufacturing, and the surface unevenness can be caused after long-time abrasion; the latex material has high cost and heavy rubber smell. And the human caudal vertebra can be tired easily and the muscles of the waist and the back can be sore easily when the person sits badly for a long time or stays in front of a computer for a long time. There are also many cushion or mattress products in the market, but these products have in the gas permeability relatively poor, and be not enough to user's waist, shank's support, lead to long-time maintenance wrong position of sitting or the appearance of sleeping, and shortcoming such as comfortable inadequately in the use for user's experience greatly reduced.

The heating and melting steps are as follows: and (3) conveying the mixture obtained in the step of mixing and stirring the mixture into a single-screw extruder, and heating to 160-220 ℃ by using a screw.
The step of extruding the filaments is as follows: the front end part of the extruder is provided with a spinneret die, the spinneret die is provided with a plurality of rows of nozzles, each nozzle is provided with three spinneret holes which are arranged in a regular triangle shape, one end of the spinneret die, which is provided with the nozzles, is vertically downward, the mixture in the heating and melting step is continuously extruded from the spinneret holes to form a filament body, the extruded filament body filaments are mutually wound in a plurality of spiral shapes, and the filament body filaments are gathered by utilizing the adhesion between the filaments to form a three-dimensional random ring joint structural body.
In one embodiment, one third of the nozzles at the edges of the two ends of the spinning die are respectively arranged at the interval between every two adjacent rows of nozzles to be 8-15mm, the middle third of the nozzles are arranged at the interval between every two adjacent rows of nozzles to be 6mm, and the nozzles of every two adjacent rows are arranged in a staggered mode.
