The rotary heating non-combustion smoking set capable of storing cigarettes is characterized by comprising a bottom shell (1), a top shell (2), a rotating bin (3) and a pushing piece (4), wherein the top shell (2) and the bottom shell (1) are respectively inserted into two ends of the rotating bin (3), and the rotating bin (3) is rotatably connected with the top shell (2) and the bottom shell (1); the cigarette rotating device is characterized in that a plurality of cavities (7) are formed around the central axis of the rotating bin (3), a sliding groove (5) for the pushing piece (4) to slide up and down is formed in a sleeve (11) of the bottom shell (1), a carrying disc (42) of the pushing piece (4) is located below the rotating bin (3), a butt joint groove (33) is formed in each cavity (7), the rotating bin (3) is rotated to enable the butt joint groove (33) of any cavity (7) to be in butt joint with the sliding groove (5) to form a sliding channel, and when the pushing piece (4) slides up along the trend of the sliding groove (5), the carrying disc (42) can lift cigarettes in the cavities (7) upwards.
