An intellectual property management system based on an encryption currency block chain platform comprises an encryption currency exchange and one or more computers installed with software based on a block chain platform containing an intellectual property electronic library, wherein the intellectual property electronic library is networked with a global database for registering intellectual property items, the system can automatically and internationally index the intellectual property items through the intellectual property electronic library to obtain information similar to the intellectual property items, register the intellectual property items in the electronic intellectual property library and perform international registration on the intellectual property items, the system can allocate the intellectual property items on the basis of an intelligent contract, and comprises an intelligent contract storage unit, a storage unit and an intellectual property item storage unit, wherein the intelligent contract storage unit is provided with terms for allocating the intellectual property items for traders, the storage unit is provided with an intellectual property item classification table, and the intellectual property item storage unit is provided with identification codes for each intellectual property item, said unit is networked with web pages displaying information about each intellectual property item, can record the legal change information of the intellectual property item, display information about the deployment terms of the intellectual property item retrieved from the intelligent contract storage unit, and at the same time, the electronic repository of intellectual property has an cataloger, which can activate intelligent contracts, index potential traders (buyers/users/listeners), hand over intellectual property items on the basis of intelligent contracts exchanged for electronic money units (tokens, virtual coins), by sending commands to the ethernet platform containing the intelligent contracts and sending money units to the electronic payment system of the agent, insurance fund and the owner of the intellectual property item, said money units having codes identical to the identification codes of the intellectual property items in the cataloger, and furthermore, each money unit has been issued in the electronic repository of intellectual property, and is networked with an encryption currency exchange, and can be automatically indexed according to the legal state of the intellectual property item.
