In an embodiment of the present invention, the first on-site disposal module 112 may be further configured to report the result to the space environment management and control module 106 if the potential health safety risk condition is determined to be a risk; and storing the distribution data of the biological particles and the data collected by the detection analysis and neural recognition device 110 under the condition that the potential health safety risk condition is judged to be risk-free.
Furthermore, in an embodiment of the present invention, the data table generated by the first long-term treatment module 114 may include information such as mortality, infection rate, cure rate, propagation speed, personnel flow range, personnel flow rate, personnel characterization, and the like. It should of course be understood that the above description is only an illustrative embodiment of the present invention and does not constitute any particular limitation of the present invention.
With continued reference to fig. 1, in an embodiment of the present invention, the second field treatment module 116 may further have the following functions:
(1) based on the virus management and control emergency measures of the first field disposal module 112, one or more of a movable sterilizing device, a ground automatic rotating sterilizing robot, an intelligent spray sterilizing aircraft, an air conditioning system virus capturing sterilizing circulating filter screen and an ultraviolet lamp are used for performing environment sterilization on a set area; and (2) adjusting the angles of the air inlet and the air outlet, the wind speed and the positive and negative pressures of the air conditioning system in the set area based on the virus management and control emergency measures of the first on-site disposal module 112.
The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and the units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the present embodiment. the on-site rapid diagnosis and detection module is used for dynamically and continuously capturing and purifying biological particles and aerosol droplets in the air in a closed, semi-closed or relatively-closed public environment, detecting and monitoring virus distribution and performing group inspection and screening under an epidemic situation state, and comprises the following components:
the virus capturing, eluting and inactivating detection device is used for detecting biological particle distribution data in a set area during a set time period in the set area, carrying out nucleic acid detection on people to be detected, and communicating with the cloud virus gene library so as to upload the biological particle distribution data to the cloud virus gene library and receive a return result;
the detection analysis and neural recognition device is used for collecting human body parameters in the set area and remotely sensing and collecting brain wave parameters;
a data monitoring and analysis module comprising:
a first field treatment module for, based on the biological particulate distribution data and data collected by the analysis and neural recognition device: performing secondary rechecking on the set area to determine the potential health safety risk condition of the set area, determine the type of the environmental management and control equipment to be started, and analyze and simulate corresponding virus management and control emergency measures;
a first long-term treatment module for, based on the biological particulate distribution data and data collected by the detection, analysis, and neural recognition device: carrying out statistical screening and periodic analysis through a public health environment risk analysis model to determine the health safety risk condition in the set area, accumulating the particle size distribution, spatial distribution and concentration measurement data of the biological particles, forming a distribution accumulation and diffusion characteristic map of the biological particles in different indoor air flow states according to the size, concentration and flow rate characteristic parameters of aerosol droplets, simulating and analyzing to obtain the rule and empirical formula of biological particle exposure and propagation, carrying out quantitative analysis and evaluation on the current virus management and control emergency measures in the set area, generating a corresponding data table and uploading the data table to the cloud;
space environment management and control module includes:
the second field disposal module is used for starting corresponding environment control equipment based on the instruction of the first field disposal module, and performing environment sterilization on the set area, adjusting an air conditioning system in the set area and collecting and cleaning pollutants in the set area based on the virus control emergency measure of the first field disposal module;
and the second long-acting treatment module is used for periodically killing the set area.
2. The platform of claim 1, wherein the set area comprises one or more of schools, hospitals, stations and public transportation means, and the set time period is in a range of 1-90 days.
3. The platform of claim 1, wherein the detection, analysis and neural recognition device comprises a camera and a wireless sensing device,
the camera is used for collecting the human body parameters, and the wireless sensing device is used for remotely sensing and collecting the brain wave parameters.
4. The platform of claim 3, wherein the human parameters collected by the camera include facial feature status, body temperature parameters, eye status, and personnel information approval.
5. The platform of claim 3, wherein the wireless sensing device is further configured to characterize respiratory changes, olfactory changes, visual changes, and cerebral vascular micropressure changes based on the brain wave parameters collected by remote sensing.
6. The platform of claim 1, wherein the field rapid diagnosis and detection module is further configured to:
and determining a diagnosis result based on the comparison between the returned result of the cloud virus gene bank and the data collected by the detection analysis and neural recognition device.
7. The platform of claim 6, wherein the results of the on-site rapid diagnosis and detection module include preliminary diagnosis, suspected confirmation, and non-infection.
8. The platform of claim 1, wherein a sample collection mechanism is disposed on the housing of the device for detecting the virus capture, elution and inactivation, and the sample collection mechanism can be ejected by an electromagnetic spring driven by a switch,
wherein the arc-shaped end of the electromagnetic spring of the sample collecting mechanism is connected with a collecting card sleeve and is embedded with an arc-shaped collecting head, the collecting card sleeve is used for determining the head raising angle, the mouth position and the mouth opening degree of a person to be measured, the collecting card sleeve is provided with a lip card which is hollow and is provided with an air hole,
wherein, when the person to be detected is in a detection state, the head raising angle of the person to be detected is attached to the collecting card sleeve, the lip is opened to enable the lip card to be arranged at the inner side of the lip, the lip card is inflated and expanded to enable the mouth of the person to be detected to be opened, the collecting head is popped out, the tail end of the collecting head is provided with a collecting swab, the collecting swab is used for extending into the pharyngeal collecting position to be stirred along with the rotation of the collecting head so as to collect a secretion sample,
the collection clamping sleeve and the collection swab are driven by the electromagnetic spring to retract in sequence, and the sample collection mechanism is further provided with a spraying device for spraying and disinfecting the electromagnetic spring and the clamping sleeve.

reporting a result to the space environment management and control module under the condition that the potential health safety risk condition is judged to have a risk; and storing the biological particle distribution data and the data collected by the detection analysis and nerve recognition device under the condition that the potential health safety risk condition is judged to be risk-free.
11. The platform of claim 1, wherein the data table generated by the first long-term treatment module comprises: mortality, infection, cure, speed of propagation, range of flow, rate of flow, characterization of persons.
12. The integrated monitoring and control platform for public health protection and control according to claim 9, wherein the second on-site disposal module is further configured to:
based on the virus management and control emergency measures of the first on-site disposal module, one or more of the movable killing device, the ground automatic rotating killing robot, the intelligent spraying killing aircraft, the air conditioning system virus capturing killing circulating filter screen and the ultraviolet lamp are utilized to carry out environment killing on the set area.
13. The integrated monitoring and control platform for public health protection and control according to claim 1, wherein the second on-site disposal module is further configured to:
and adjusting the angles of an air inlet and an air outlet, the wind speed and the positive and negative pressure of the air conditioning system in the set area based on the virus management and control emergency measures of the first field disposal module.
