The high-density module box type all-optical LRM connector adopts four-stage guiding, long-service-life technology and module box structure technology, realizes high-precision coupling of optical units, ensures low insertion loss of the connector in a blind insertion state, has a detachable floating function, does not need professional tools for installation and detachment, can be manually operated, and has high reliability and long service life.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a signal connector, in particular to a high-density module box type all-optical LRM connector.
Background
Currently, most of the existing LRM connectors are electrical connectors, and no all-optical LRM connector exists. Most of the conventional all-optical fiber connectors are J599 series, and the optical units used in the conventional all-optical fiber connectors can be MT core-plugging type or single-core pawl type.
The matching mode of the existing LRM connector plug and socket belongs to a split type, the connector plug is required to be installed on a split type module box, the connector socket is installed on a back plate of a case, the locking device of the module box is fixed with a clamping groove in the case, and the final assembly of the LRM connector is completed.
With the increasing amount of information data to be processed, the traditional electrical signal transmission can not meet the high-speed transmission requirement of large-capacity data, the optical fiber transmission has the advantages of wide transmission frequency band, large communication capacity, low signal loss, good anti-interference performance, light weight and the like, the use requirement can be well met, an all-optical LRM connector is not available at present, and the large number of cores is more favorable for large-capacity data transmission.
The existing LRM connector has the following disadvantages in the structure and practical application process:
1. the single light unit is locked by the clamping jaw, so that the service life is short;
2. the MT insertion core is used as an optical unit and is exposed outside, so that the optical fiber is not protected during installation and disassembly;
3. after the split module box is introduced, the types and the weight of parts are increased, and the installation and the maintenance are not facilitated;
4. the LRM connector plug needs to be installed on the split module box first, so that installation errors between the split module box and the connector are introduced, and insertion loss is increased.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned deficiencies in the prior art, the present invention provides a high-density modular box-type all-optical LRM connector that realizes high-precision coupling of optical units, ensures low insertion loss of the connector in a blind-mate state, and has a long service life.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:

including an LRM connector plug and an LRM connector receptacle,
the LRM plug and the LRM socket are both composed of A, B cavities;
A. the two cavities B respectively contain 2 MPO light units and 4 single light units;
the LRM plug comprises a plug shell, a right extractor, a left extractor, a locking strip, a female MPO optical unit module, a single optical unit module, a guide identification pin and an anti-misplug identification pin;
the LRM socket comprises a socket shell, a male MPO optical unit module, a single optical unit module and a misplug-proof identification pin, wherein guide identification holes are formed in two sides of the socket shell.
The right side extractor, the left side extractor and the locking strip are fixed on the plug shell through screws.
The plug shell comprises a cover plate, a pressing block and a module box machining main body, wherein a single optical unit module installation cavity and a female MPO optical unit module installation cavity are formed in the module box machining main body.
The socket shell is of an integrated structure, and a single light unit module installation cavity and a male MPO light unit module installation cavity are arranged on the socket shell.
The female MPO optical unit module in the plug comprises a seat core, a folding baffle and an MPO optical unit;
the single light unit module in the plug comprises a single-core elastic baffle, a single light unit, a front baffle, a ceramic sleeve and a single-cavity seat core.
The male MPO optical unit module in the socket comprises a seat core, a step gear and an MPO optical unit.
The single light unit module in the socket comprises a single-core spring stop, and the single light unit spring stop is fixed on the socket shell body through a screw.
The high-density module box type all-optical LRM connector adopts four-stage guiding, long-service-life technology and module box structure technology, realizes high-precision coupling of optical units, and ensures low insertion loss and long service life of the connector in a blind insertion state.
According to the high-density module box type all-optical LRM connector, the cavity A and the cavity B respectively comprise 2 multi-core optical units and 4 single optical units, the multi-core optical units adopt integral MPO as optical units instead of MT (fiber management protocol) ferrules as optical units, optical fibers can be effectively protected, the single optical units adopt ceramic ferrules, and the ceramic ferrules and the MPO optical units have floating and detachable functions; and the split module box and the LRM connector plug are integrated, so that the on-site maintenance, installation and debugging are facilitated, the installation error between the split module box and the LRM connector plug is eliminated, the plug-in precision of the plug-in socket of the LRM connector is improved, and the indexes such as insertion loss and the like are reduced.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

Detailed Description
The invention is described in detail below with reference to the figures and examples:
as can be seen in fig. 1-8, a high-density modular box-style all-optical LRM connector,
including an LRM connector plug and an LRM connector receptacle,
the LRM plug and the LRM socket are both composed of A, B cavities;

the LRM plug comprises a plug shell 1, a right extractor 2, a left extractor 3, a locking strip 4, a female MPO optical unit module 5, a single optical unit module 6, a guiding identification pin 7 and an anti-misplug identification pin 8;

The plug shell 1 comprises a cover plate 1.1, a pressing block 1.2 and a module box machining main body 1.3, wherein a single light unit module installation cavity 1.4 and a female MPO light unit module installation cavity 1.5 are arranged on the module box machining main body.
The socket shell 9 is of an integrated structure, and a single light unit module installation cavity 9.1 and a male MPO light unit module installation cavity 9.2 are arranged on the socket shell.
The female MPO optical unit module 5 in the plug comprises a seat core 5.1, a folding block 5.2 and an MPO optical unit 5.3;
the single light unit module 6 in the plug comprises a single-core elastic bumper 6.1, a single light unit 6.2, a front bumper 6.3, a ceramic sleeve 6.4 and a single-cavity seat core 6.5.
The male MPO optical unit module 10 in the socket comprises a socket core 10.1, a step block 10.2 and an MPO optical unit 10.3.
The single light unit module 11 in the socket comprises a single-core elastic rail 11.1 and a single light unit 11.2, and the elastic rail is fixed on the socket shell body through screws.
The high-density module box type all-optical LRM connector adopts four-stage guiding, long-service-life technology and module box structure technology, realizes high-precision coupling of optical units, and ensures low insertion loss and long service life of the connector in a blind insertion state.
