It should be noted that the left and right mounting seats 41 may be directly mounted above the vehicle body 11 by bolts, and a parking hand brake 43 may be mounted on the side of the left and right mounting seats 41 to control the braking operation of the directional wheel 13. The parking hand brake 43 is mainly used for locking the directional wheel 13 during parking, and ensures that the whole device is in a stable state in the portal test process.
A through hole matching with the U-shaped groove of the front bottom plate 111 of the vehicle body 11 may be provided in the base plate 411, the left and right side plates 412 and 413 may be welded to the left and right sides of the base plate 411, and the front cover plate 414 may be welded to the left and right side plates 412 and 413. Therefore, by rotating the inclined bolt sleeve 53, the left-handed bolt 51 and the right-handed bolt 52 can be controlled to extend or shorten so as to drive the test gantry 2 to perform angle adjustment, and after the test gantry 2 is adjusted to a proper position, the inclined bolt sleeve 53 can be locked by the locking nut 54 so as to prevent the test gantry 2 from continuing to rotate.
Preferably, a displacement sensor is arranged at the top of the gantry lifting protective frame 6 to detect the lifting height of the test gantry 2.
It should be noted that the gantry lifting protection frame 6 can be set as a steel pipe arranged on the front side of the test gantry 2, one side of the gantry lifting protection frame 6 is designed to be hollow, such as a U-shaped hollow, so that the lifting test of the test gantry 2 from the hollow is facilitated, and the tilting accident of the test gantry 2 during the test can be avoided.
It should be further noted that the displacement sensor arranged at the top of the gantry lifting protective frame 6 can be connected with the control device, so that lifting height data of the test gantry 2 detected by the displacement sensor is transmitted into the control device, the control device can conveniently control the position and the state of the test gantry 2 in real time, and corresponding control operation is performed, so that the safety of the test gantry 2 in the test process is ensured.
On the basis of the above embodiment, preferably, the control device includes a hydraulic station 7 for providing hydraulic power required for the test and a PC control center, and the PC control center is connected with the hydraulic station 7 to control the operation of the hydraulic station 7 to perform the related test and monitor and record various test data.
The hydraulic station 7 may be mounted and fixed on the rear floor 112 of the vehicle body 11, and the hydraulic station 7 is mainly set to provide hydraulic power required by the test for the gantry during the test, and the hydraulic power includes required pressure, flow rate and the like, so as to ensure that the test gantry 2 can accurately complete various tests. The PC control center may be provided as an integrated structure with the hydraulic station 7 so that the PC control center can directly control the hydraulic station 7. For example, the PC control center can directly control and monitor the pressure, temperature, oil supply amount, and oil supply speed of the hydraulic station 7, and can monitor the inclination angle, the lifting height, and the like of the test gantry 2 in real time to accurately read each parameter during the test. In addition, the PC control center can set the lifting time of the test gantry 2 and record the fatigue test process, the test times and the like of the test gantry 2 so as to obtain various test data of the test gantry 2.
Preferably, the hydraulic station 7 is provided with a cooling system, when the temperature of the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic station 7 exceeds a set value, the cooling system can be started to cool, and when the temperature of the hydraulic oil is lower than or equal to the set value, the cooling system can stop running; the PC control center is integrated with a safety control system, and when the oil pipe bursts, the door frame tips or the door frame channel steel is damaged in the test process of the test door frame 2, the safety control system can control the hydraulic station 7 to stop running.
Thus, when the temperature of the hydraulic oil exceeds the set value, the cooling system may be activated, for example, the cooling fan may be activated to cool the hydraulic oil, and when the temperature of the hydraulic oil is less than or equal to the set value, the cooling fan may be stopped. In addition, when the portal is overturned due to the phenomena of oil pipe burst, damage of a portal inclining device and the like in the test process, the safety control system can control the hydraulic station 7 to stop running. And when the portal channel steel is damaged, the hydraulic station 7 can stop working immediately to prevent secondary accidents.
In order to further explain the use method of the universal forklift mast test bed provided by the invention, the following description is given by way of example.
When the universal forklift mast test bed is used for carrying out performance test on the test mast 2, the method can be carried out according to the following steps:
1. the lower end of a test portal 2 is fixedly arranged on a portal mounting seat 3, and an ear hole on the test portal 2 is fixedly arranged on a portal inclination adjusting device 5;
2. placing a balance weight 8 used by the test portal 2 on a pallet fork 9 of the test portal 2, dragging the whole universal forklift portal test bed to a corresponding test field by using a trailer, and adjusting a parking hand brake 43 to enable a directional wheel 13 to be in a braking state;
3. mounting parking triangular cones on the front side and the rear side of the directional wheel 13 and the steering wheel 12 to ensure that the universal forklift gantry test bed is in a stable state during testing;
4. the angle adjusting instrument of the PC control center is reset to zero and then is placed on the rear side of the test portal 2, the angle of the test portal 2 is checked through the PC control center, and then the installation angle of the test portal 2 is adjusted through the portal inclination adjusting device 5, so that the test portal 2 is ensured to be in a state required by a test;
5. the displacement sensor at the top of the gantry lifting guard frame 6 is reset to zero, then the high-pressure oil pipe of the hydraulic station 7 is connected to the oil inlet and outlet of the lifting oil cylinder of the test gantry 2, and if a side shift test is required, the gantry side shift test can be carried out only by connecting the high-pressure oil pipe of the hydraulic station 7 to the oil inlet and outlet of the side shift cylinder of the test gantry 2; if a front-back inclination test is required, the gantry inclination test can be carried out only by replacing the inclination adjusting device with an inclination oil cylinder and connecting a high-pressure oil pipe of the hydraulic station 7 to an oil inlet and an oil outlet of the inclination oil cylinder of the test gantry 2;
6. a series of portal performance tests such as hoisting, descending, lateral shifting, front-back inclining and fatigue tests of the portal are completed through the PC control center, and various test data are monitored and recorded.
The universal forklift mast frame test bed provided by the invention can ensure the safety, integrity and accuracy of a forklift mast frame performance test, and has safety protection measures when a rated lifting test, a maximum lifting height test and a fatigue test of a mast frame are carried out. The invention also considers the buffering and vibration damping effect of the tire, so that the test data is closer to the actual situation and more conforms to the corresponding test standard. It should be noted that the first bolt hole and the second bolt hole are mentioned in the present application, wherein the first and the second are only for distinguishing the position difference and are not in the following order.
