Abstract
The invention discloses a real-time monitoring system for a surge protector, which comprises a monitoring center system for feeding back monitoring information and at least two groups of monitoring substation systems electrically connected with the monitoring center system; the monitoring substation system comprises an information transmission unit and a plurality of monitoring units connected in parallel, wherein each monitoring unit comprises a surge protector, a backup protector for temporarily protecting the surge protector and an intelligent lightning protection monitoring device for monitoring the running condition; the surge protector and the backup protector are electrically connected with the intelligent lightning protection monitoring device through a lead; the intelligent lightning protection monitoring device is electrically connected with the information transmission unit; the information transmission unit is electrically connected with the monitoring center system. According to the invention, by setting multiple systems and different connection modes, the stability of the operation of the whole system can be ensured, and the stability of the operation of the surge protector is ensured by setting the backup protector; through setting up intelligent lightning protection monitoring devices, can realize unmanned on duty's function.

Referring to fig. 1, a real-time monitoring system for a surge protector includes a monitoring center system 1 and two monitoring substation systems 2 electrically connected to the monitoring center system 1; each group of monitoring substation systems 2 comprises an information transmission unit 3 and a plurality of monitoring units 4 connected in parallel to the information transmission unit 3. The information transmission unit 3 comprises an intelligent gateway 31, a sub-network switching device 32 and a sub-control host 33; the intelligent gateway 31 is electrically connected with the sub-network switching device 32, the sub-network switching device 32 is electrically connected with the sub-control host 33 through a wire, and the sub-network switching device 32 is electrically connected with the monitoring center system 1 through an optical fiber. The specific working process is as follows: electrical appliances are powered by an external power supply, after the electrical appliances are started, a lightning peak value recorder 433 in the intelligent lightning protection monitoring device counts the number of lightning strokes and the lightning current, then an intelligent lightning protection monitor 432 monitors the deterioration condition of a surge protector 41 and the running state of a backup protector 42, a ground resistance tester 435 simultaneously detects the resistance value of a power connection wire and monitors the on-off condition of a ground wire, the stable running of the system is ensured, and a temperature detection module and a humidity detection module can respectively detect the temperature and the humidity of the external environment, so that the stability of the external environment is ensured; the signal converter 436 converts the detected signal into an identifiable signal, and transmits the identifiable signal to the intelligent gateway 31 through the main control module 437, the intelligent gateway 31 further transmits the obtained signal to the sub-network switching device 32, and the sub-control host 33 controls the sub-network switching device 32 to transmit the signal to the monitoring center system 1, thereby realizing an unattended function.
